Beautiful outer view and excellent customer service.

We just celebrate our 2nd anniversary here and it was a very nice experience, nice hotel, delicious food. But their sound system was not good, because of lose wire of the speakers and mic… And I was asked two staffs to have a water for our registrar in-chage, because they are thirst and they couldn't stand to have water, I've been waiting about 15 minutes, but still water doesn't come yet. Needs to improve their Excellent customer service…

Great place to stay close to rail network. Very friendly staff.

Although the staff are accomodating & polite, you still have to improve it,
they don't change linen everyday, you need to ask them first, it should be automatic to change the linen everyday, linen don't smell good, as if not newly washed, the food in the hotel restaurant is not good, you have to change your chef, all in all, your rate is too expensive, we were not satisfied.

Never go there, rooms are very nosiy. The idea of the hotel is to find some where to sleep calmly and comfortable. At 12 night I expected the music to be off… but guess what, I called reception and he told me it is until 2:30 AM, so I am staying at disco or a hotel?
It is a night mare, being tired all day from travelling then end it with this bullshit music and beat that will not allow you to think even about sleeping. Duty manager called at 1:00 Am stating that he will… make music lower and he don't have any other quite room to offer me… so I gave it a try and guess what … it is 1:30 AM and music is even louder… then he called again and said either you wait until tommorow or we need 25 minutes to prepare another room then I need 15 min to move, so my night is already over being noted that I have to wake up 6:00 AM. What a horrible hotel, shame on you.

Really poor customer service! Disgusting I would say, never again here! Music of bar in the ground floor you can listen even in the sixth top floor. So not a place to rest… and by the way, there are profesional ladies working there, so not for families!

I just checked out and I believe that is a great hotel to stay in Deira, the room has a great view and helpful staff and house keeping doing a great job. I will recommend this hotel to my friends. Thank you all.

I didn't stay there for long, just attended a wedding party. The building in general was clean and the party hall is very good and convenient for small or medium parties.

Room was very good, very nice, bed was very comfortable. Location is good, close to Metro station and the bus station. Liked the hotel breakfast. Staff were very friendly. Small fridge in the room very well.
