The best hotel ever. Especially for birthday parties and they have limousine service cheaper than taxis. They are super kids friendly and they really care about the family. The restaurants are the top in terms of good quality food and service and fun as kids has a blast and so did we. Thank you Ritz JBR for giving us the best experience ever. Krishna from HouseKeeping decorated my room to my surprise. This was quite unexpected and pleasant Martha, Sarmila and Banti at breakfast were very welcoming, Friendly and professional. Jerick at Jade brunch was pleasant and made the evening memorable. all in all I will recommend Ritz carlton to my friends and family.

We loved staying in this beautiful resort! Beautiful sunsets every evening, perfect weather in January. This was our favorite vacation together because of all Dubai has to offer, but the hotel, the staff and accommodations, etc. Really made it even better. Cannot wait to visit again!

I have really been impressed with the service friendly staff who take time to listen to you and chat. We went on a free buggy ride on a hot day. Housekeeping has been prompt and courteous. Beautiful and opulent. The place is busy with weddings and functions. Now is a good time to stay before Summer high season kicks in. We also appreciate they gave us late checkout due to late flight.

Great experience and amazing restaurants.

While a DUBAI really raises the bar for hotel quality, Ritz Carlton is even higher standard. A complete high rank hotel where nothing is left to the case. Staff is really well trained, proactive and never invasive. Very family friendly. We will get back again.

Lovely place. Shame that Concierge service and the service in two of the main restaurants were not up to RC‘s usual standard. Otherwise superb and a very enjoyable stay.

Fabulous service and attention to detail. A beautiful hotel, every staff member engaged with us in a genuinely friendly and warm manner. In every restaurant and other areas, the staff were lovely. It was my husbands birthday yesterday and he received so much attention, birthday cards, cake, wine, the staff made it really special, thank you so much! The hotel is so well located for The Walk and the Marina too. It's our first time at this hotel but I can't wait to return!

A beautiful hotel with class. Private beach. The view is just awesome. Sunset is amazing and you can see the big huge Dubai wheel. Kind of family place. Splendid is one the restaurant which I like the most. Rose flowers everywhere just love the feeling whenever I am there.

Beautiful hotel with amazing 5* service. They have separate pools for adults and for families with kids, so you can choose according to your preferences. Pool bar has good selection of drinks and nice food. Prices are normal compared to Dubai standards. They have some outdoor activities for kids also tennis courts, jogging trail, nice gym and beautiful beach. It's a perfect location for a beach holiday where you can find plenty of restaurants around the hotel, JBR and Dubai Marina are walking distance.

The real five stars resort. AMAZING! From valet parking and check in until checkout. Friendly stuff and always smiling and enjoying to serve you what you need. I reserved a suit through official website (be smart and book direct). The breakfast was various and really delicious. The beach very clean and wasn’t crowded and they serve you free towels and bottles of cold water. Room services were on high standard. Kids club staff were excellent since my kid enjoyed and loved them. I will repeat my visit here.

Went there for dinner. As we were a big group they arranged for a luxurious tent. Amazing place with some excellent views. It is far off from the city centre but the place is huge and beautiful. The staff is very helpful and the food is delicious. The interiors are very tastefully done.

Very good hotel, service is excellent, I needed some assistance and the duty manager (Ahmed) was a true professional. He treated our request with the professionalism you would expect from this type of establishment. The staff are genuinely polite and attentive to guests. The facilities are very good. The location we found to be very good as "the walk" is a few minutes away. The beach is clean and has good facilities with 6 pools on site. You get personal service here and we highly recommend this hotel, best service from any hotel in dubai we have experienced.

Bar open also during Ramadan. Exceptional quality, dedicated staff, attentive and discreet. Beach access Construction running close to the hotel, sometime noisy but acceptable. Nice venue for business lunch.

Super nice staff from door greeters, reception, to the gym. All fantastic. There is an adult only pool with a swim up bar which is great when you don’t want screaming kids splashing when your getting your drink on. Great music and views.

There was a very decent kitchen at the banquet. The halls are huge. Super.

This hotel was so much more than we ever expected! From arriving to our gorgeous room, the pool and the staff were just amazing! The food offered in the hotel was he best quality ever, I have ever experience anything like it. We sat by the adult pool every day as staff were amazing! Colonial style for a refined and very nice hotel.

Security will leave you with a bad taste in your mouth. I thought Dubai was known for hospitality… Instead the moment you dip your feet in the sea outside this place, security will wave a document in Arabic claiming it's a private beach. This is despite the lack of any signage to say its private or the ability of the security to read/translate what the so-called permit details. I suspect they are overzealous as to how far their property extends into the sea… I didn't see a boat that could take me around 'their' property.

Went to the Library Bar, has very elegant interiors with private areas if you want to spend with bigger groups. They also have outdoor seating. Don't forget to try their finger foods specially beef sizzlers.

I want to express my gratitude to the hotel for a wonderful holiday! The hotel is in a great location. Special thanks I want to pass to the Arabian restaurant "Amaseena" and the young waiter named ELNUR! We were surrounded by care, attention and unforgettable service! ELNUR, thank you very much! Shisha guys, thank you for a very tasty Shisha, you are the best on the whole coast! You guys are the best in your business!

Just the top… Excellent staff. Excellent rooms. Fanstastic service. Already the fact that for each umbrella give you a refrigerator with 4 bottles of water says a lot. I highly recommend.

I always wished to stay in this exotic hotel, and then I did. It's simply fabulous. Lush facilities and lush breakfast buffet. Everything about this hotel is super luxurious and fancy. Dress properly. And respect the norm of the hotel. One of the gorgeous hotels I ever stayed in, and I haven't stayed in Hotel De Paris so I might change my mind after that experience but so far I give it 5 out of 5. :)

A very nice place to go on holiday.

Excellent location and beautiful beach as well as grounds and facilities. Service is also extremely attentive and responsive. The Ritz-Carlton Club staff were also very friendly and helpful. Overall, this is a great hotel. The only caveat about this hotel is that it is a family focused property so couples, business travelers, or adult guests may feel overwhelmed by the tremendous number of children at the property.

The food in the restaurant outside was terrific.

Spent a few days here and I was very much satisfied. The rooms were nice, clean and spacious. The restaurants and bars served very good quality food and helped with every special wish I had. Also a very kids friendly place with a very nice water park and many options to play games. Directly on the beach, which is a regular clean beach.

Went to the US Independence Day celebs on the lawn. Very nice event. The venue is amazing with lovely weather. They have some dinning options. Should try it out.

A great beach hotel with a wide sandy beach, large pool area, many sun loungers and extra children's pool with slide.
The In-house restaurants (Asian, Italian, Arabic) are of excellent quality but are quite high priced. It is worth to book half board. Breakfast is available until 11 a. M. In all imaginable variations. The service is always great endeavors and friendly and the concierge desk very helpful when booking excursions.
The crash was the Desert buggy tour to drive, two hours four persons 1600 dirhams. Can on buggy with 180 PS. Definitive Recommendation!

We visited The Ritz Carlton Dubai in September, 2017 for my husband’s 35th birthday. We loved the hotel and every moment of our stay. Poolside bar and the location were great. You can just walk out on to "The Walk" with many shops and Restaurants. The Spa was amazing and dining & general restaurant option were fantastic.

All staff Especially kids room staff! Perfect.

I stayed here this week with my dad and we were beyond impressed with the property and the staff. For example, I was carrying an extra pair of shoes in the lobby and without asking, an employee came up with a bag and asked if I would like to put my shoes in it. Everyone was so thoughtful. A special thank you to Alvin in the club lounge!

If the poor service at dinner hadn't been top.

Afternoon tea in the Lobby at the Carlton Ritz was one of the best tea experiences I've had so far. I'm gluten free and the food was out of this world. Xenia specialise in gluten free dishes and the afternoon tea was one of the best I've ever tasted. Ambrose was also excellent and he knew the exact moment when our tea needed some hot water! I'd give six stars if I could! Beautiful surroundings, harp music and awesome service!

Lovely meal on Christmas Day Champagne Buffet, delicious food, lovely location, good music would recommend. One slight complaint the service let them down, had to ask for drinks & clearing obviously due to demand but that's not our concern. Lovely singers in the lounge in the evening.

Well what about… very high levels. Four restaurants, two indoor and two outside, my room that I can't remember if it was a junior suite or a suite but I think a junior had even two double beds and there were two of us. Room Service h 24 with a lot of restaurant dishes like the fantastic, you will not believe, spaghetti bolognese, although a little ' pesantucci at night. Great sushi Restaurant but need of reservation and excellent service. Beach, swimming pools, drivers at every hour.

Nice place as other bcp in Dubai. Too many Russians qd meme… very nice quality of service The Oriental restaurant with its buffet is very good and the grilling of fish or meat has to taste absolutely. The price is relatively high an animation with singer and Oriental Dancer. Nice atmosphere.

The Ritz Carlton Dubai is unfortunately not, what we expected when booking it. While the location at "The Walk" is boring since it is a boring place, the beach is not private and there are loads of people walking by. The garden has parts that are widely unfinished. There isn't even grass — only loam. The thing that was still more disappointing was the hygiene. The carpets were dirty, the washrooms and day beds as well. What a mistake in a Hotel of this category. My email to the management was left without an answer. Management seems not to care. I cannot recommend this place.

Awesome place, suites come with balcony views on the Arabian Gulf and the swimming pool. Service from receptionists to all others are outstanding. Food is good. And if you are in the Ritz Club level, then you are lucky to have the club lounge benefits. The pool area is great, clean, & ready to treat you. Access to the beach is not far just steps away. Enjoy ur stay.

Stunning hotel. The swimming pool area is so relaxing it feels like you are in Maldives with the cabanas. The room was large maybe just a little outdated. Service was kind and very caring. The only down point to the service was that they let someone know our room without confirming if we knew them. It's a little weird. Apart from that it's a very recomendable experience. Try out their brunch it's to die for!

This Hotel is old compared to all the new ones rising up in Dubai but don't let that deter you. It's had its refurb and in my opinion offered everything I look for in a hotel Low rise Right on the beach.

This used to be the only 5-star hotel on the beach in dubai. It is still there. Long time favourite, loved the pool and beach area.

When meeting with management on a pricing misunderstanding that took place, they brought in their biggest "intimidater" to scare us away rather than provide some insight and understanding. The defensiveness and lack of support showed a very ugly side to how the Ritz can profit off people without them even knowing. Thanks Ritz for teaching me a lesson on ALWAYS asking for the price, even if it's just for a drink!
