Grosvenor House feels like my home away from home. I have been coming here since 2008♥️. And all my family members and my friends as well. It is an amazing hotel, where staff do care about the guests. Apartments are gorgeous. Breakfast at Sloane’s is the best I have ever experienced. The facilities are great. Being able to use the beach at Le Royal Meridien is the best experience. Three pools and a huge garden. It feels like an oasis. The sea and the beach are great too. Fine sand, clear waters. Grosvenor House is a place where I go to recharge my energy, to relax. I highly recommend it and it is beyond its 5 stars.

I have been to multiple hotels in Dubai and always come back here now. The staff is fabulous. Gaurav in guest services is a particular call out as he always makes me feel special. But the whole staff is wonderful.

One of the most Luxurious Hotel & Apartment in Dubai. From the Design of the hotel, amenities, luxury spacious rooms, to the restaurants and most of all — Amazing & quality services from all well trained professional team/staff. Must try RhodesW1 restaurant headed by Chef Alex — what an amazing dining experience. Another winner restaurant is Toro Toro — perfect as always. Swimming pool is great, Spa is divine, gym is really cool. Most of all — I love the Lobby. Central flower arrangement is so lovely. I love everything about it. You feel home or I should say — YOU ARE HOME… Highly recommended place to stay for short or long term. Superb🎉🥳🎈🥰💓

Stayed in the Grosvenor over December and January and cannot recommend this hotel enough. The staff, in particular Karun on level 5 was exceptional and made our stay one of the best. He is a credit to your hotel and one of the reasons we would definitely return in the future. Thank you for making our stay memorable. The lounge atmosphere is perfect. ***** star.

Just the best hotel I ever stayed in. From airport shuttle to the end they are just top class. Waiter at breakfast had hot milk on the table before I even sat down for breakfast as he remembered from the previous morning that I requested hot milk for my porridge — now that is real service. I have never seen a hotel where everyone is so helpful, friendly and professional. Would definitely visit again!

It's cool! Great hotel, but unfortunately this is not the hotel I remember 10 years ago.

Exceptional experience! Staying here for 6 nights and the staff are so friendly, efficient and genuine! It was a surprise that they even noted my daughter's birthday and sent a butler with a birthday cake, personalised card and a bottle of wine! Lovely touch!

From the moment we arrived in the early hours, the staff could not be more helpful. The rooms so comfortable, customer service excellent.

Great service at the hotel. Feeling at home. A full kitchen, dishwasher, etc. There was not enough washing powder and dishwasher capsules.
Thanks to the smiling waiters in the club lounge on the 5th floor. Service professional by 5 points. I especially want to mention the girl waitress Kavindi. Works very well!

Excellent food. Extremely clean rooms. The breakfast buffet was the best, which offered many brunch items as well. They even had a section for pork bacon and sausage! Dubai is definitely all about tourists.

Beautiful hotel right on the Marina. Excellent staff and 3 bedroom apartment is stunning. There is so much room for everyone. Water delivered daily as well as tea/coffee and shower gels etc. Beach is less than a 10 minute walk away which can be quicker than the free shuttle bus. Be careful crossing the motorway!

A very special place in the heart of the JBR with many nightclubs within walking distance. Very special and well cared for place. Wonderful bar at the 44 floor with breathtaking views. Excellent management and care of the guests. I'il be back.

Loved our stay here. Beautiful hotel. Fantastic staff. Room (Tower Two) was superb. Paid for the upgrade for access to the Club Floor. It’s expensive, but so are most places in Dubai.

Location of the hotel is excellent. Right on the Marina and unusually for Dubai not right beside building work. The upgraded room we are in is fantastic. Very spacious and comfortable. The facilities that you get access to are top notch, especially as you can use the sister hotel Le Royal Meridian. The restaurants are fantastic, great variety and service is fantastic. Half board option is worth it and there are plenty of Happy Hours at each restaurant. I would highly recommend staying here. This is our third time and we'll likely be back.

There is very attractive pool zone in the Tower 1. Water is warm and clean, without chemical smell — Staff also in the highest level. Always ready to help. There are kids auto seats in the hotel for their taxi cars. All staff very nicely communicates with the child, calmly refers to his troubled behavior.

I can recommend an apartment in Tower 2. Better not.
But bad rooms don't exist there anyway.
But what is bad is the breakfast, for the figure! ;-)

The only minus point is the busy street in front of the hotel. So I prefer the upper floors. But it's not all as noise-sensitive as I am. UIIII! Now I almost forgot to mention the beach. This is located in the neighboring Hotel Le Royal Meridien and is just gorgeous!
Of course, the Grosvenor also has a swimming pool. Even two, each tower one.

We got a really good deal on this hotel last year and it was a really nice hotel! More catered for business professionals rather then families though and the pool is very small and shaded for part of the day but we got to use the beach and pool facilities at Le Royal Meridian which was really nice also. The afternoon tea had by far the best selection of food available and the restaurants in particular Buddha Bar were amazing!

Love this place — it combines the best of a hotel & a serviced apartment. Ideal for longer stays. Staff is really super friendly & so helpful. Watch out for Ravi at the breakfast area — this guy is the friendliest waiter ever & makes all your breakfast wishes coming true …

Spectacular hotel! The epitomy of luxury. Service is outstanding. The hotel is stunning both inside and out and if you are lucky enough to get a high floor the view is great. The marina is on your door step with restaurants and night life. Rooms are huge and comfy. Everything you could want. The only downside is that room service is not that great. I'd suggest heading outside for better quality and better value food.

Spectacular Location on the Burj Khalifa skyline. Cozy and refined environment. Excellent service, professional staff, very friendly and friendly. Menu also in Italian, varied and captivating, especially the sea dishes; Rich selection of Italian wines. Exquisite risotto creamed with sea urchins. Recommended.

And yes… I want this bed at home! Soft, cozy and airy.
Soundproofing everywhere limps. I think there is no such hotel where everything is smooth. But in principle, everything is fine. Earplugs always save, especially from the buzz of air extraction and conditioner.
The food was simply Obolden, although we came after 22 hours for dinner. The meat was great and cooked right in front of you! Everything was very tasty!
The lack of direct access to the beach is compensated by the shuttle bus that runs to the nearest hotel. The entrance, sunbeds and towels are free!

Location The service is impeccable: the room is cleaned twice a day, on Tarklochke fruit, on a pillow of chocolate, on 4 towels for each. Breakfasts are excellent: rolls, red fish, porridges, pancakes, eggs in different variations, in general a lot of everything. Free shuttle bus to the beach every 15 minutes, but also a minute step 7. Swimming pool, spa.

Had an amazing time there. The best service I ever got, very attentive staff. Great pool. I stayed at the junior suite and my patio was huge. They offer free shuttle every 5 minutes to the sister hotel Le Meridian that is right on the beach. That beach is private so you can enjoy a drink while tanning.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. If you are a fan of SPG properties then this hotel should definitely be on your 'to stay' list. Great room, amazing breakfast, excellent staff. It is also an ideal location from which to tour the Marina area or visit the Buddha Bar.

Very nice hotel of standing. The staff are adorable and helpful. Ideally located in Marina, close to the beach, and offers access to the outdoor swimming pools of the meridian. The fitness and spa area is top! And the bars-clubs (Buddah Bar and Siddhartha) are perfect for a nice evening around dpae fantastic cocktails.

Located right on the marina, the hotel staff are friendly, room is spotless with bvlgari bath amenities. Check in was easy, I arrived early and my room was ready. I got a room with a beach view. Breakfast was delicious with a selection of different dishes, I loved the iced latte. Buddha Bar in the hotel is a nice hang out spot with beautiful upbeat music.

Luxurious hotel apartments… The rooms are spacious and well equipped. All rooms in our apartment were having stunning water-views… All staff are helpful. The wallet parking is a bit of confusing, and I waited behind the public taxi queue thinking that's the queue for all cars to the hotel entrance, as there was nothing marked. Breakfast is just average. Overall, a nice place to have a weekend with your family.

Very solid choice in Dubai. Chose this both because of its high ratings and as I enjoy racking up SPG points. As an SPG Platinum, was upgraded prior to arrival to a suite on the 10th floor without having to use any upgrade certificates. We were only here as part of an extended layover in Dubai en route to Bangkok, so can’t comment too much on the extended services, but the location is only about 20-30 minutes from DXB airport and worth the drive. Breakfast for SPG Platinum/Gold members is served across the street in the other Tower on the executive floor (though I think you can also eat at the main restaurant if you choose). Good spread with attentive service.

My wife and I spend a weekend here. Loved the experience. Our theme was to loosen up, get mind off routine and the Grosvenor house didn't disappoint at that. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We tried the the b/Attitude spa and it was definitely relaxing. The afternoon at the pool bar was good as so was the evening at Bar 44. We did try the Buddha Bar and Toro Toro as well. Those are good choices if you want to club the night away.
