Wonderful experience with Regent Palace Hotel.

All staff are bias and rude even the manager and guards in the rooftop bar. There hurting the costumer we are always coming there and second times they hurt my friend the black guard he punch my friend and he push aswell and last night One black guy guard he punch me for nothing they can talk to us nicely we are human we can understand when I report to the arabic manager his covering his staff and I said call a police but he can’t and they are laughing on us my friend is trying to make video to film the argument because of what happen the suddenly the manager he shout and he push me friend to the door of the lobby because he knows that his covering his rude people and his making on us a drama no that we can’t call a police how come you can’t call a police and I said play your cctv it’s my right but he don’t like so what is this and your manager is helpless for the second time around hire a person can give a good service and can satisfied your costumer because we are paying don’t cover your rude staff even your arabic manager that is very bias his just taking a business but no care to the costumer NO ONE CAN INTRODUCE OR RECOMMEND YOUR BUSINESS IF YOUR MANAGER AND GUARD ARE RUDE AND NO COSTUMER SERVICE! GIVE THEM A PROPER TRAINING SPECIALLY YOUR HELPLESS MANAGER IN THE ROOFTOP BAR.

I have stayed at the Regent Palace Hotel Dubai six times. I would not stay anywhere else. The hotel is very convenient. Close to shops, metro etc. The staff are excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

Worst hotel, bad staff attitude, they required married certificate if you don't have they will ask for big amount of money to accommodate you otherwise if you don't pay you will lose your money which you booked online, and I lost my money Which was not refundable.

Worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Front desk staff are so unfriendly, lacks customer service skills, rooms are dirty with poor facilities — our toilet doesn’t flush and kept leaking after they fixed it. Towels look so used and worn out, TV, hair dryer, etc are all so out of date. Limited food choices for breakfast — I only had sunny side up eggs during our entire stay. Do not ever book at this hotel. This was part of our tour package and we have been complaining to our agent every single time since day 1. I will never stay at this hotel ever again.

The room was good, mattress was awesome, but staff become very sticky to get tips. The toilet tank in the bathroom didn't work and the shower heater was broken too, which was a major disappointment. They need to fix their bathrooms. Another good point was that they let me keep the luggage and use their lobby/internet after checkout till my flight time.

One of the best in Al Karama Area. Although some reviews suggests that the hotel becomes noisy at night due to many clubs at the hotel however I had no such problem and the rooms felt quite like no other. I was just on the second floor and there were no noise as such which would distract your sleep. Coming to the service. The entire team was helpful and welcoming. The room are neat and clean though some fixtures in the bathroom need replacement. The location of the property is a plus point since it is conveniently located near burjuman metro station, bus station and burjuman mall. All your needs can be fulfilled easily without looking to go far. The hotel as decent restaurants and offered buffet breakfast which was also good. This property wont disappoint you.

OK! hotel, good view, nice rooms, cleaning process is good, they don't have enough bathrobes and most of them are torn. I stayed for 10 days, but breakfast for everyday was almost same, no varieties nd apart from Dosa no other good option for vegetarians. Staff at counter was good, but cleaning staff not polite and keeps pushing and disturbing to clean up room before noon. Overall as per my stay its just OK to be here.

The place is well located in Dubai next to the burjuman metro and in front of the burjuman mall. The hotel also have a restaurant and a pool and a gym club and Beauty Corner. The only thing that he's a little bit annoying is the noise coming from the night club located in the hotel which can be useful for people on holidays but a bit crazy for those who want to rest. They have a little pool on the roof with a bar which offers cold and hot drinks.

No words to express. Most importantly, accessible to any mode of transport, just opposite to the famous BURJUMAN MALL, close to MINA BAZAAR & INDIAN CUISINES. In short, convenience par excellence … and yes, the breakfast — nothing to beat it …

The bar at this hotel is just amazing. Good vibe on weekends. Definitely a place to go to have an amazing time with friends.

Rock Bottom Cafe is a place for every one specially to lose out and let go… Food is great, you got to try. It is worth for money, it's very, very reasonable … you can say, it's cheap. Tex mix menu steaks & fillet are awesome. Try the offer w/ win. You will never forget… Texas in here!

Well I would like to say that the hotel is just amazing,,, with all the facility which we require,,, service staff is well good,,, room servive is awsome you will find good food also here. Swimming pool… but may be some food you dont like its depend on the taste. Over all good hotel but in same price you will find other good hotels also.

I liked this place because of many reasons. Mainly the location, which is near to the metro station and the station is a junction too. Service is very good, Great tasty breakfast, etc. The only thing I didnt like is bathroom is too conjusted.

Hotel popular with the Indian express pat community… Indian management and the menu reflects this influence… not brave enough to try the chocolate fries though… service in the bar is good and a great selection… busy on Thursday and Friday nights with brunch deals and live Sufi music.

Regent palace has good rooms and good service fun with family and friends near to metro station. Good clubs in regent palace sufi nights and live band happy hours.

The room size is decent and so is the price. Highly recommended for people that are looking forward to travel by the metro cause it's like just 4-5min walking distance from the hotel. The only underside being that the service is very poor like the safes and refrigerator don't work and when you complaint about it it takes an hr or so for them to come and check it and then another ½hr for a replacement besides that the breakfast is good and overall a good hotel for those who plan on travelling entire days only to come at night to rest.

I came and stood waiting for the other person checking in. While I noticed one lady sitting and not even bothered on my presence or atleast acknowledge me. Then a man came in from the back office still I was not even ask of what he can assist. I finally spoke out and said, I have a reservation and I was answered I have to wait for a while which I did and told to sit. Then, after few minutes a group came and was acknowledged. I went back to the reception and asked I could be assisted now, but still ignored. My friend who was waiting outside called me to check while it took me a long time. So then we exchanged, I have to wait in the car and he will be the one to check in. It was very bad customer service. Cath, Florence and Shankar please I hope you will acknowledge the guest even how busy you are. Simple nod will make a big difference for the whole journey. Thank you.

Bathrooms in high demand for renovation. Safe defective, phone defective. After notification, nothing happens.

For the price or K. Would spend more next and choose another hotel.

Very slow responding housekeeping service… Buffett breakfast is great… Good location near metro in downtown.

The room had a musky smell. The bathroom is filled with moulds and mildew at the ceiling. The carpet feels dusty. The lighting was too dark. At night when the club is opened, it is noisy until 3am in the morning. The guests leaving were noisy as well. It was hard to sleep. Wifi access only allowed for 2 people per room while there were 3 persons. Door contact card always need to be reset at counter at end of day. The better part is service staffs are generally helpful and breakfast was not bad.

Good hotel with co-operative and decent staff. Ambience and house keeping is wonderful. Best thing is you have a shopping mall and metro station just a few steps away. There is a mosque and a very good Pakistani restaurant too just a few more steps away!

Friendly staff, good food reasonable price but service delay. Security guard standing next to lift asking questions like policeman, it irritate, we were going to m floor to have dinner he was asking questions which is not like.

I've stayed at this hotel on several occasions through a company booking. Most of the staff are friendly however they have several members that will harass you for tips. For instance, I had one Bell man bring my bags to my room telling me how rich my company was and that he was taking care of me so I should take care of him. He walked in my room to drop off my bags and proceeded to stand there looking at me. He then said that he knows I make decent money and can help him out. He went on to ask if I want any "girls" and that he can get them for me. In addition to that, the hotel is very outdated and the rooms usually have different problems associated with them. The clubs they have are also very loud and produce sound throughout the night. If you get a room directly above them you are in for an email. Lastly, on my last stay in July 2017 I pulled back my covers to find a roach. When I brought it to the attention of the reception they merely said, "We're sorry". If you want a cheap place to stay and aren't worried about conditions then maybe this is your place. If you want something nice, don't stay here.

A nice clean economical hotel located conveniently opposite burjuman centre and close to the metro and bus stop. The rooms are well decorated clean and comfy. There are many good in house restaurants and clubs and the breakfast is delicious with a blend of Indian and western cuisine. The room service could use a little improvement though which is a bit slow.

It's my third time staying at the Regent Palace Hotel. Actually it's not bad. The reason we keep checking in on this hotel cause of the location and we feel home. It's just near in the Burjuman Train Station and Burjuman Mall… just a walking distance Their rooms are small but it's okay if you are only staying for a few days. They should change their carpet cause it's old. I don't complain much anymore cause the room rate is reasonable… good deal.

Regent palace is the worst choice of hotel one would ever make. Have been to a number of hotels around the world but never have been charged for an early check-in if have arrived early to the hotel. Arrived from flight at 700am and was made to wait for 7 hours till check-in opens for the day or they would penalize with an additional charge of Aed 215 for early check-in. They do not deserve being a 4 star property because they do not meet the standards of a 4 star property. Hospitality level is ZERO. Topped with a pathetic customer service. Very poor experience. A total reject.

Internet was not working for me. The lobby was darker for my taste. The front desk was not always fast and helpful. But the breakfast in the morning was very good.

Economical and cost effective hotel just near to metro station.

Centrally located hotel with wonderful staff. Makes me feel at home when in Dubai. The front office staff lead by Alexa are really accommodating and helpful. Rooms are a bit 80s but the location makes up for it. Don't book room with breakfast as there is a Dome Cafe at Bur juman which opens at 7 am and serves a great selection of breakfast items and fairly good coffee. Always ask for rooms on a high floor and on the back side of the hotel as the night clubs can get very disturbing.

The best about this hotel is the location! If you're in Dubai for leisure and in a budget, this is a great place to be! It is really close to the metro station, plenty of food around the hotel, very safe during the day and at night. They also have 3 dance clubs inside the hotel (2 at ground level and 1 on the 1st level — soooo, it can be a bit noisy at night while you're trying to sleep, or just turn your TV on and then you hear nothing). It is close to a mosque, where it seems they pray every hour and you can hear it in your room. If you are here to explore, this is the place to be (it's not the place for relaxing). A recommendation to the hotel is that they change the smells on the main hall (it smells like curry, so not the greatest smell while entering the hotel. All and all, we'd be recommend this place to anyone!

20 minutes for a bucket of ice. Cool water shower. 1970s gym. Sauna and steam rooms not operational. Service at breakfast was me getting my own. 2 stars instead on none for the kid that cooked my eggs. He did great.

A Housekeeping named Ivan is Very Rude Specially to Children. He should be Trained for a right Manner towards Guest & Visitor…

The bedroom was nice clean and big. Extreme good location in front of mall and metro. Downside personel is rude. Basic polite conversation : Good afternoon, please wait a minute or stuff like that are not said. Maybe they are not that articulate in english, either way beside that. I would recommend. Good value for money.

Can't fault the service. Lovely ladies at the reception. Welcoming. Breakfast choice was good and different daily. Rooms were simple and stylish. Air-conditioning system. Taxi at hotel entrance. Not good if you need some peace and quite. I am a city girl, the occasional music I needed. Will be back.
