Location is good. Near by too many restaurants are available for lunch and dinner… About rooms are big u liked it but, no cleanliness, housekeeping service is poor…

It's good cosy. Cleaning Staff need to be little more responsive. But overall ok.

Dirty as super dirty hotel Roaches are roaming around and very stinky room they have, toilet is dirty as no body is cleaning for 10 years. Very ugly hotel inside. Never waste your money and time for this kind of hotel. I promise so completely disgusting!

Very worst hospitality I have seen … Wifi is not connected properly. Staffs are not experienced, cant find ethic behaviour. Cost is very high. Please don't go for this hotel. Not wrothy.

Good place for a quick stay. Breakfast is included. Rooms are well maintained.

Excellent customer Service But the Building seems too old, Seems like little bit expensive for this range of apartments since we can get a luxurious Apartment For same Price range, No Water bottles were provided, No bath towels (I didnt asked The staffs to provide, Usually when I used to visit other apartments/ Hotels these are already there) But easy access to 24 Hours Supermarket, Bust station, Metro station and Restaurants.

This Hotel cum Serviced Apartments has a staff willing to serve. Only that you need to keep asking for help, whether it is replenishing water bottles, maintaining hygiene around etc. Or asking for per occupant towel. Better not visit unless you don't have a choice. Breakfast is reasonable.

For a hotel with breakfast in Dubai it is a good value for money especially see what has nearby.

Very Nice Apartment. We can reach there by Metro, very near to Al Fahidi Metro station &Al Khaleej Center in MANKHOOL.

It is abit old and needs upgrade. Diesnt even provide basic items like brush and tooth paste.

Whenever I visit Dubai prefer to stay here only bcz of good and prompt room service, cleanliness, good attitudes of staffs besides other facilities.

Not that great hotel to stay. Over priced. Service apartments services are of no use. Its better u select a good hotel. Manager is very very arrogant and not cooperating. They spoiled our holidays by giving us very very shabby room. I guess all rooms are shabby. Never ever ask and consult manager for any activity as he has got heavy commissions.

Good place to stay. Perfect studio with all amenities. Everything available in close proximity. Kashif, food, 25/7 super store, laundry, barbar, transport, 1 km metro station. Perfect for family and bachelor both.

I stay there for one month everything is good location is very nice supermarket cafeteria is very near staff is friendly I give 5 star.

Last night I stayed in this hotel I dont had any complain except most of TV chanels were not working. All the staff was very cooperative & help full specially Mr, zeshan for him im gona give 5 stars keep up good work!

My experience in this hotel was very bad. Arrived my room no towels. Room was dirty. Every things falling apart. Bed buggs every edge of the stinky sofa in the room. Stained like organs or discharge on the sofa. Shower bath and toilet was covered with black muole. Terrific experience. And costly. The price you're seeing may be cheaper but getting to the hotel and adding all taxes together will put you off. Better go elsewhere. I tried to cancel my one wk booking but can't onless you stay a night. Staying one night without sleep or eyes close with my wife. I read few of this review from other but I thought it should have been sorted out. Reported to the hotel reception. Not done please everyone reading this it's true don't go there am ready to challenge them am from Britain our dog wouldn't be kept in such hotel. Horrible. Booking. Com should remove this hotel from selling it to people. Every things is dam shit.

For 2 stars, quite a decent hotel.

We spent two nights in this messy place and it was a nightmare! First of all, it is a super dirty place. Most of the tiles in the bathroom were broken. There is always a bad smell in the room. Their solution for this was spraying the room! Our room was on the 7th floor (top floor) and the whole time there was the noise of pool and spa motors. Worst thing was that there was a mosque in the same street with a loud speaker who woke us up everyday at 5:00 a. M. And continued its loud prayers for 30 minutes.

Today, the room was so complete and arranged. Iam enjoying the stay.

Very interesting hotel. For the first time in the life of the window is placed inside me of the closet! You want light uncover wardrobe, отодвигай clothes and admire the views of the neighboring house. The second window was in the bathroom, it was published in the lift shaft. The rooms are large and well-groomed, fed well, and the main thing is the centre of the city. All in walking distance. On the beach, like, runs a free bus. I don't know exactly, I always take my car.
