Absolutely a place to stay. The overall service is excellent and the grandstand bar is the best I have seen regarding the service. Jane and Celso knew what I order and before I ask, the drink is already there. It’s great to have people like this that takes care of customers needs. 10 Star to these great employees.

We as a Family visited for the dinner at their 19th floor restaurant, its has amazing view and budget friendly menu as well. Staffs are really friendly.

1. “Club 7” which is club of this 5 Star property where the guests make visit for relaxation was a complete waste. Staff was indiscipline and rude. One attendant came to us as soon as I entered and sat with my wife. I asked her for some time but then again she came up within 4-5 minutes. I had to order something in rush. Order was placed for fruit salad and mocktail since we don’t drink. We couldn’t finish the salad and ahe picked the salad plate and asked to remove mocktail glass too which was almost 30% filled and all that happened when we hardly spent 30 minutes there. I had to ask for bill finally and she took 100 AED in cash against a bill of 90 AED and didn’t come back with change of 10 dirham even after another 8-10 minutes. Finally we walked out from there without collecting the remaining 10 dirhams. 2. Food is not upto the mark… the quality and taste doesn’t match even a four star property. It’s restaurant masala bazaar is another waste where mostly Indian food is served. I really don’t know what the fun in having only Indian food when you are out of country. It seems we were sitting in a 3 star property and having a sub standard food, Infact food of a local restaurant called Amritsar adjacent to this 5 star property was far better. The icing on the cake was fly movement on two occasions in masala bazar and when I spoke to the attendant his response left me amused. As per him the restaurant is close to the main gate and that’s the reason of fly movement. 3.

Staff was very helpful. The restaurant has a very beautiful view.

The seafood were so amazingly delectable, fresh and awesome. Drinks were so juicy, with courteous and hospitable staffs. I highly recommend you to visit this place.

Superb staff at the reception specially Mr Samyeh was extra helpful in getting us checked in. Rooms are spacious and beds were comfortable. Location is very close to ADCB and burjuman metro. Lots of options to eat out. Rooftop pool is rather small.

One of the worse service I ever seen in dubai, they charged me entrance fees without any information and manager is is more worse he said I am threatening him when I informed all details. Even He did not provide his business card when I asked for it. Told me that I am crossing my limit don’t know why. He don’t Wana provide information clearly. On top he is screaming unbelievable.

Very convenient location. Two metro stations at walking distance. Burjuman mall across the road. Lots of restaurants around. Good working free internet. Decent breakfast. Amazing view of Dubai from the roof.

Overall a good place to stay. But the room I stayed in Has some issue like the washroom exhaust was not working. The shaving mirror had loose screw and when I asked the room service to get it fixed, they call the desk to tell them about it but no one came to fix it. Rest of the things were excellent. Overall good. Area is good too, so many restaurants nearby​ to eat from. Definitely​ recommend it. ☺️☺️

If you are going to Dubai from India, then this hotel is perfect for you and your family. Perfect Location, Taxis available 24x7, two metro stations near hotel. Pure vegetarian restaurants near hotel, Just at walking distance. Rooms are awesome, staffs is good and we had a very nice stay at this hotel. Would love to thank for the room upgrade, loved the stay in premium suite room.

Wonderful amenities, and overall a good experience. The rooms were spacious, kept clean and room service dining was fantastic as well. A few minor issues however, one being a rude receptionist. We noticed this wasn't a recurring problem as other staff were kind and helpful, but it leaves an impression when the first member of staff you meet is sour. The other issue was disco music booming through the night on the top floor, that you could hear all the way down to the 2nd floor. I'm sure the floors above ours had it slightly worse. Despite all these insignificant issues, the stay was worth the reasonable price. Remember to bring gym shoes if you plan on using the gym, I wasn't allowed to enter the gym without them. Overall, would recommend 8/10.

Overall a wonderful experience. Had opted for and got a quiet room for studies. Food was good. Staff was very friendly and cooperative. The only issue was bird droppings on my car.

One of the best hotels I have had the pleasure to stay with I would definitely class them as a hidden gem they have a amazing view of the city at the rooftop and their restaurant with panoramic view, very good Pool Jacuzzi and Steam room facilities. Hotel itself is very clean, id classify this as a family friendly hotel from the hotel staff to managers everyone is very friendly and helpful. A good location where it is surrounded by food shops. If you are in the mood for some pakistani food I will recommend a place called Ravi literally 3 minutes walk. Will be definitely coming back again.

This hotel deserves way more than 5 stars that I can give. From the very beginning, they can pick you up from the airport, give you some water to drink on the way to the hotel. Beautiful view from the restaurant at 19th floor. Swimming pool, sauna on the roof. It just so happened that I had my birthday during the stay and I came back to the room to be surprised by a cake. In the lobby there is a travel guide who will book attractions, like desert safari, for you.

The hotel is definitely not a 5 star. The location is far from everything and is in the old part of Dubai. So in the evening if you want to walk out you don't find anything for a walk or to eat excluding Pizza Hut or Burger KING. Fortunately taxis are cheap (40 aed for airport — 40 AED for Dubai MALL and 70 AED for Dubai Marina). Even the Metro stop is sticking. The photos on their site are deceptive. The restaurant on the 19th floor has a nice view but both breakfast and eventual lunch and dinner nothing to it. The pub downstairs has satellite TV for live events but unfortunately you smoke. The rooms nothing to it. To the NS. Arrival, after booking with Expedia, they asked for an extra bed because for them a 6-year-old girl sleeps in the matrimonial with her parents (absurd). They also asked for a deposit of 2.000aed for this reason. The NS. Room also didn't smell good. Wi-Fi working and swimming pool and gym on the top floor not bad. Staff Unfortunately there is also a Night club on the first floor (avoid adjoining rooms for noise)

A rather worn out workhorse city hotel, whose furnishings are quite rundown. Room and bathroom large, design and furnishings very from the time. Cleanliness not quite flawless. The Panorama Restaurant offers really delicious food. Typical S group hotel. No recommendation.

Nice hotel with plenty of amenities… Deck view is absolutely amazing during evening. Cons — Hotel is of 19 floor and only 4 lifts are there, u need to wait a lot for your turn. Breakfast is average, I can say nearby restaurants are far far better than it. Tip for Indian travellers, don't buy extra water bottles from hotels restaurant, nearby it you 'll find couple of supermarkets. And believe me it's huge price difference.

Having stayed at the Régis Kris in August during my stay in Dubai I can tell you that it is at the height of its stars very very well located underground, shopping center, and has 15 see 20 mnt of the mall Burj Khalifa. Beautiful rooftop pool with stunning views of Burj Khalifa and Dubai spacious room impeccable. Breakfast.

The view from the top is amazing as The Burj Khalifa as well as other skyscrapers are also a sight to behold. Can get a bit crowded during Holiday season. No, too noisy not recommended.
As a guest I assume that everything is OK. The hotel is noisy.
From the surroundings you can hear all the air conditioning from the rooftops. You can hear disco music through the hotel. Sleeping is only possible with ear plugs.

Park Regis is located a 5 mins walk from the ACDB metro station in the Al Karama district. Its a bit off the main tourist areas but its easy to get around on the metro. The hotel is popular with large tour groups which as a solo traveller can be bothersome especially at meal times when groups take over the restaurants.
breakfast was a bit of a bun fight, but there is a good selection, be sure to take breakfast upstairs in the Kris resturant on the 19th floor to take in …the views over Dubai. The room was extremely clean and of a good standard comfortable king beds, shower & bath, tea & coffee facilities. I didnt use any of the leisure facilities the roof top pool whilst it had a stunning view, was pretty small and not suitable for any serious swimming, but fine for cooling off after a long days sightseeing. Didn't use room service as it was quite pricey but there is a food court and supermarket directly across the road for snacks & fast food.

Amazing hotel! Spacious suite rooms. Great location with many restaurants around. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The rooftop pool had great skyline views of Dubai. The gym was fully furnished and clean. Lastly, the hotel bar was lively, had great drinks, and played all the sports matches available.

This hotel is one of the better hotels in Dubai. The suites are very spacious and has a great layout. Comfortable bed and good view. It is well located, as it is close to a metro station and a shopping mall. There are however a few issues. For a hotel with 19 floors, four lifts is not enough. If fully booked, you can wait for up to 5 minutes for a lift. Then, the room safes are not big enough for a laptop, which was a huge issue for me. Also, the breakfast was average.

Gets a star because this is for me a only 3 star hotel and as indicated five stars. The breakfast room can be seen with the view.

Only view at breakfast is positive to rate. Breakfast is not very standard and the evening time also around the block can small India another Dubai, because downtown Dubai is only to cope with cars. And the lift is a disaster.

5 is not pulling. There is not even a dental kit in the room. No fridge It was noisy. There are no more hotels, only local restaurants

Fantastic Hotel. Highly recommend. The pool is very good and the views from the top. You see the dubai skyline! cabs come all the time so transport is never an issue. There are many shops within walking distance. I loved this hotel. Will most definitely be coming back (I hope they offer some sort of loyalty scheme because I would most definitely join up)

Service 1a Food 1a (even if every evening Asian and Indian cuisine)

A hotel which is located at a great place. That area is usually crowded but they provide vallet parking facility. Metro stations are nearby. Burjuman or ADCB Metro Stations are very near to the hotel. In short excellent service, great views, good food and highly recommended.

This hotel has the best staff and services. This felt like home. Staying here made my whole trip so much more wonderful.

A very nice hotel with a top roof pool with great views. The rooms are beautiful large and the staff very attentive. There are several restaurants and a dance bar with show and eat. Nearby there are a lot of dining options as well as a shopping center and a large supermarket. The shuttel from the hotel to Strand and Dubai Mall is offered free of charge. The shuttle goes to both destinations twice a day. There is a seperate sauna, steam bath, hot tub for women and men. A very nice hotel for a Dubai holiday. We had no problems whatsoever. There is a star deduction as the rooms have to be painted again, there is currently a quiet construction site in front of the hotel (a high-rise is being built) and there could be more towels in the room, but you can get them to the room on request.

The best hotel I Bur Dubai. I really like this place, the staff is friendly, the place is clean, and the rooms are nice. If you can get a room facing South, the view is fantastic. The restaurant, bar and night club, is also worth a visit.

Had brunch at Kris Kin with the view Restaurant. They serve a delicious food. They have excellent live entertainment. Not only you will have a good food but you will enjoy also the entertainment. Most especially very affordable for the good variety of food. Just a suggestion to increase the A/C because I was sweating when dining. Will come back for sure.

A decent hotel — clean and offering the basics (for Dubai). If you are after a resort like hotel, this is not the one. If you are after however a basic hotel with comfortable rooms, this is the one for you!

This Hotel and alle the Membets or the Crew are so ** unfriendly! I can‘t give them many stars! If someone is so unfriendly and not in the position to help or to give any help to a Guest who bought this as his Hotel! In this area it has many hotel‘s so at the next time I prefer another one but you will never see me again! I was impressed! Good service, friendly, very nice room, clean, awesome quality of food (breakfast). Good location. Big shopping center with supermarket right in front of the hotel. Free shuttle twice a day to main mall. Will definitely come back if stay in dhubai again. Only deficit, they tried to pay Bond back to me in AED (Dirham). Which I found is totally incorrect. I payed with visa prior and no one mentioned that I am gonna get cash money back. Which anyway doesn't make any sense if you are going to leave the country, right?! at the end, after a long discussion, they eventually payed me back on credit card. So all good again!

Nice staff and smiling, it was a great experience within this establishment. The pool on the roof is very appreciable.
The breakfast is varied and the view from the restaurant is very pretty.
The only downside to my view concerns the SPA part with the hammam not hot enough and the jacuzzi too hot.

The hotel is conveniently located in Bur Dubai close to the Burjuman Mall and Metro Station. The room was quite nice and cozy. The staff is quite courteous and helpful. Their breakfast buffet has a good spread. Both their restaurants offer a good range of cuisines.

It is my first time to stay in this hotel. And I can say that everything was perfect. I arrived in the afternoon, and I am been welcome with a warm hospitality. The room assigned to us was huge and clean. I love it as it's carpeted and looks new. The amenities are good as well. We went for swimming in the evening. The pool is not that big but it's fine as it's not crowded. From there you'll see a beautiful view of Dubai's skyscrapers. The buffet breakfast was superb. With a kind hospitality, it was one of my best breakfasts ever. We check out early. Waited for few minutes at the reception yet the check out procedure was quick. Left the hotel happy and satisfied. It's worth the money I pay. Planning to come back. And hopefully to stay a bit longer.

Excellent hotel, super rooms I had an executive room, lights and airco all controlled from bedside table, super selection of TV programms all perfect picture quality, perfect bathroom with a nice touch of music which you can regulate. The pool on the roof just awsum view's of dubai, bit on the small side but adequate, this is really a good 5 star hotel. Jacuzzi and sauna steam room excellent. Separate men women of course. 500m from metro 6 dhm to burj Khalifa (dubai mall) and back Excellent super market opposite (but bit of a walk around metro line) a McDonald's too. Kfc 100 meters away turn right out if hotel Try "Taste Kitchen" on the left hand side of McDonald's a wonderful little resturant. Will stay next time in this hotel Taxi to airport 30 dhm €7 Taxi to JBR or burj Arab is around €15 Hope this post helps you all out.

With 390 guest rooms ranging in size and style guests have a choice of immaculately appointed Superior and Deluxe Rooms, well-appointed Burj Suites and exceedingly spacious Two Bedroom Suites.

Unfortunately happened to be at 11'o'clock and was told that the kitchen would close by 12pm was served the left over buffet for the al la carte price. Disgusting spoke to the manager and he said he would look into it and serve fresh food which says that the food served was stale. Honestly l don't think that this place doesn't need to be reviewed.
