I really liked the food at symphony restaurant and the way they presented the food it was so yummy. Food cooked properly in juices way Not over cooked. Sauces were amazing. Staff were So professional and well behaved with full information.

Staff is very cooperative. Though check in time is 3 pm but on request they gave me room at 10 am. Breakfast is also awesome. Good amenities in room.

As per our booking online, they wouldn't charge us for prepayment as it's Pay at the Hotel but they charged my credit card nevertheless even if we didn't stay with them.

We arrived there at 11 pm and they told us to wait to check in tell 2pm! They brought juice which was nice. The rooms are fine and the cleanest is also fine, BUT the biggest issue was the sink water! Was running super low, drops! I wish I filmed it! And we asked them to fix it but they couldn’t do any thing, we had two rooms and both of them had this problem, we had to get inside the bathtub to wash our teeth and etc.

Internet in the hotel does not work. IT staff is very helpful (one extra star for them), but they have limited leverage with the management, who is trying to get money from the customers for basic Wi-Fi service. Moreover, hotel is filled with suspicious people during the night. For this rate I suggest you to book TRYP hotel — much better service. (Not advertisement, I am an actual guest).

Good quality 4 star property very close to Sharaf DG metro station and just one stop from Mall of the Emirates. Friendly and efficient staff, large comfortable rooms with bath tub and all amenities. Breakfast is excellent — all in all this is a fine hotel in a good location.

I had bad experience here. Water is not sinking in the bathtub and the food is disgusting. We ordered bolognese pasta but its like they only put red sauce and meat. Better to order food outside the hotel.

At check-in, a room for smokers was offered, although the booking indicated that a room was only needed for non-smokers. So the hotel is on a solid 4. Although it's too old.

Cheap and good hotel. It's clean and comfortable. The location is excellent, near Emirates mall and the metro station. There is underground parking. The breakfast buffet was delicious. There mistakes is with the staff. We asked them while the check-in for a baby bed but it took long time. Also there is a music 24 hours at the corridors and you can hear it loudly inside the room. So we couldn't sleep and called them to turn it off but nothing happend.

Decent 4 star hotel, good value for money. The Locker Room, on the first floor, is home to the Spurs supporters club and a must go on match days.

I do not feel that I am in 4 star hotel. Maintenance of the room is very poor. One of the door of wardrobe was dislocated and it almost fell upon me. Fridge was not working. In room dining has very limited options. I am very disappointed. I do not recommend it. The only good thing is that Sharaf DG metro station is very near.

Proximity to Mall of emirates, accessibility to all forms of transport including train, clean and quiet place, and decent hotel with friendly staff. I like it.

Very well all of the reception speak several languages, the service is adequate. The rooms are spacious and this well besieged close to the metro.

Staff was nice but poorly informed. I have changed conditions of my stay before arrival (one more person joined me) but it seemed that no one in the hotel was aware of changes I've done. I had to explain my situation on reception while checking in and in the restaurant as well (breakfast was included). Thanks God I had an email with a request to change booking conditions which I had sent to the hotel before. Also the toilet in the room didn't flash and air conditioning was poor. Well, that must be the reason why they have done a 40% discount (what a good deal… may be not). Location is fine though. Metro is 5 minutes away from the hotel. But don't trust goglemaps to find the route. It will take you for a long walk. Breakfast was continental (buffet) but with a touch of local cuisine. I liked it a lot.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

1-they make us do the chickin at 5 pm. 2-they refuse to remove the minibar. 3-the hotel furniture is so old 4-parking not good. 5-small room and TV is old.

The hotel location is OK, but not that good, yes it is about 5 minutes or less to the metro station. Room services is not that good, and very slow to respond. I asked them to clean my room (I put the tag on the room door), they did not even change the bed sheets or clean any thing, except they made up the beds, they did not put a new soap bar or clean the bath room, I had to call several time asking about new towels. The towels are really thin and very old, even they are clean but they looks bad and feel cheap. The reception staff are nice and kind of friendly, but I was struck with doubles room charges which was never mentioned when I booked it over Expedia, and that charges did and does not make since to me or to logics.

Room that stinks because of the aircoditioner. At the exit of the room refuses to give my bail and fortunately the young son of medium build m has help otherwise the rest zero.

Worst hotel experience of my life… Rude staff that were unhelpful and looked genuinely annoyed to have to deal with a guest. The shower did not work. The room was small and hotel workers did not respect the do not disturb sign. Never ever going there again and I highly recommend that if you have the chance to stay somewhere else. Do it.

Average hotel not far from the subway. Depends on what you are looking for. If you already know Dubai then take it if it is your first time then definitely don't!

Worst “hotel” in Dubai. Expect to be deceived if you are not a local. Of course it’s always your fault because you misunderstood them.

Nice place for root touches, basic hair colour/cut, manicure/pedicure. Would not recommend for hair colour change or hair style change. Was quite disappointed with the outcome.

It is NOT a 4 Star Hotel! its dirty and old! there is Mold every where in the room… No water pressure so you stay 30 Minutes to make just a shower … the food is not good… This hotel should be closed!

Staff very friendly But I stayed for 3 days second and third day it wasn’t water to take shower. When you left the room they turn off water heater. The ambiance and also staff was good. But I have seen cockroach on the tap of draft beer. So you diced if bad or good for you.

At about 2am, we both had Bed bug bites all our body, upon report to the reception and till date none has got back to us to apologize or to give us the feedback of the issue as promised. We were given a business card of the hotel manager and were asked to see him upon check-out. He was there in his office but didn't bother himself to come out and show some customer service. He repeatedly sent people who were unaware of the situation and we had to repeat. Overall, unprofessional people — The last person Mohammed front desk manager said us he will report our inconvenience to GM and keep us in the loop. Again till date no email has been issued. I was also asked by night shift manager to not report this online, when I asked why shouldn't I-he had no answer. This was unprofessional yet again. Pictures are attached are the proof and sadly we had to kill 5-7 bed bugs all in one room and other rooms bed sheets were dirty. But we had to rest after long flight.

Went to The Locker Room bar and have to say it's a dive, only offer Fosters on happy hour and won't honour Entertainer vouchers on beers because apparently hops are not beers? Staff are indifferent too. Avoid as plenty of better places locally.

Clean and Neat place with good hospitality. Welcome drink is FOC and take care inside the room, All chargable goods in stock (Water, Soft drinks, Chips, Chocolates).

I had a wonderful stay from the 13th — 17th June 2017, and I enjoyed it. Service was great and prompt. Everyone gives you their best. Definitely going back. Flow.

I was at the hotel for 4 days. Convenient for its proximity to the Metro. Guest rooms are clean, but overall didn't live up to the media in Dubai. Good value for money, but it is better.

The place is okay the stuff are hard to deal with. They can request you check out any. It happen with me twice and at the end they raise their rate to 3000 per night. i am going to complain to their managnents and to dubia authr.

Normal hotel, nothing particularly bad to say, but seen better.

Cockroaches in the dropdown cielings. False fire alarms. Non existent amenities like the washer dryer and mixrowave. The freezer section of the fridge did not work and was looked at 4 times. I do not recommend. Only bright spot is the cafe.

The Room service is really bad. Internet is very expensive, around 100 per day. The recepitionats were very rode and unhelpful. The best thing of the hotel that it's walk distance to Mall of the Emirates.
