Its the place to be, perfect destination, professional staff especially Ms Elyssa Batoy super helpful and she pay attention even for small things. I will come back for sure bcz of her hospitality.

Overrall stay was fantastic! We had a small concern with spa as one of the associate were not so helpful when my wife and our friends went to use the sauna/steam. My wife patiently asked for a help but ended being ignored. Being in a hospitality, we expect a good service from the associates as this will represent the reputation of the hotel. It doesn't matter which nationality your guest is. I myself is a hotelier and knows the value of the words "Customer Service". At the end of the day even you experienced some minor issues, there are always an associates who deserves a recognition. On behalf of my wife and friends, we want to say a huge Thank You to your associates who made our stay a memorable one. Thank you so much, to Kevien, Maricris (Al Khayyal), Irene, Jeevan, Patience, Tom, Dimitri (Appaloosa), Kristine (Sales), Renee/Abegeal and team-Nimmy, the guest relation lady (Front Office), Makeesh, Rabin (Pool Bar). The above mentioned associates is a big assett for the success of your property. They treated as equally/fairly even they knew that we are a marriott associates. They genuinely interacted with us that leaves a big smile from our end. We will definitelely come back if given a chance to travel again. Thank you once again and keep safe.

We went for th afternoon tea and I have to say that the service was excellent. Ayman at Lobby lounge was friendly and very helpful.

I love this hotel. The staff are the best you will find anywhere in Abu Dhabi. The pool are is gorgeous and the food is amazing.

This hotel is a masterclass in customer service. My husband lived here for two years and we still can't stay away. The Grill is simply the best steak and most courteous service ANYWHERE, not just the UAE.

When we arrived at the hotel, staff immediately assisted us on our valet parking. Upon check in, receptionist are very friendly, accomodating and playful in our kids, they’ve suggested us on what best for us while staying on their hotel. It was very impressive. Special mention to JOANITA (staff of THE GRILL) who assisted us on the restaurant, she is friendly, approachable, and very professional on her work, she answered all are questions since we are not familiar with the menu, so she suggested to try their dishes that is suited for us family and we loved it. Food is great, well cooked thumbs up to those chef and staff who are working in the kitchen, good ambiance and very clean, they also treat us free dessert since we are celebrating my wife’s birthday. To the hotel itself, highly recommended, good facilities, very clean, good and friendly staff, spacious room, good amenities, pool is very clean and beautiful. Special thanks to the staff who gave us free dessert on our room, we are suprised. Overall rating is 5/5. We need to go back here asap. I didn't like the artworks at the suite and normal rooms. Also the main lobby is very hot and the elevators is always hot since it is panoramic… The steam was out or order … The sauna had a cockroach with a horrible sound. The reception stuff is nice. The stuff at the club lounge was not helpful. I had a complain and I sent it to Marriott and they sent me a mail that someone will call me from the hotel to follow up but no one did … till now… however I sent a 2 reminders… The AC control was not working so the room was freezing … The light system at the walk in closet was also make a lot of noise for one day until I git the engineering team to close it permanently and they can fix it later. The swimming pool is big and nice. The gym is good … The breakfast is good with alot of variety.

I went to Khayal restaurant on Friday 3 Aug for the buffet. We had such a warm and friendly welcome for the staff and the manager Kazi. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The ambiance is awesome, excellent food selection, tasty food, a must go place. I have been to so many buffet's in UAE but this one was the best.

This Hotel is really nice. Good for vacation and business. It has a lovely pool and state of art gym. Breakfast is a banquet and lots of variety to choose from.

I stayed in the hotel one week ago and I had very bad experience I mentioned in my reservation that I am celebrating anniversary with my wife and I didn't ask for something special just I want my stay to be good and not horrible like what happens, the service was normal I did not feel comfortable and I had very bad experience with room service staff. When I went to reception for check out it was with Ms abbie she start arguing with her team front of me stating that the information provided wrong by room dinning and I have to pay some additional charges then I payed and I left and 100% I will never come back to this hotel.

Brand new hotel with all the modern features. Staff is very attentive and helpful. The lounge staff was great and remembered who you are and what you liked very quickly despite it getting somewhat crowded during evening cocktails. As a Marriott elite member I was upgraded to a suite and it was every bit as luxurious and well appointed as I have come to expect. Hotel is located in a nice area with quite a few things to do.

Big clean hotel with good service and fantastic facilities. Pool is big and you can always find a sun lounger even when busy. A decent gym as well with squat rack, free weights and cable machine plus usual cardio stuff. Sauna and steam room were good and usually no one using them. Has an exec lounge with decent evening options and a happy hour with premium spirits. Service is good as you would expect from a five star in Middle East. Note that this hotel is great for the airport, Ferrari World, and Grand Mosque but not close to the Etihad Towers area (30 minutes at least).

I went to Khayal restaurant last night (11/2/2018) as a last minute decision to celebrate my twins birthday. I told the reservation girl that it was my kids birthday.
We got a red carpet royalty treatment! From the moment we arrived until we leave the restaurant we got an amazing service!
The foods selection is great, all the staffs are very friendly and helpful.
The star of the night is the restaurant manager Kazi who arranged everything for my kids. He prepare a special dish like mac and cheese, milkshake, pancakes and made my kids feel special.
We bought the Groupon voucher for last night but they still treat us very special.
I would definitely come back again would highly recommended this restaurant.

Stayed at Marriott for a night with the family and indeed staycation was such a great experience for us. Total service level is unbelievable. The staff from the spa are super friendly and so accomodating. They would really check on us and offer us drink to keep ourselves hydrated. We got our rooms a bit late due to holidays and I guess they were not expecting that much of people however, Marriott compensated it generously. The only thing we dislike was the "sweaty" smell of pillows and comforters. The pool is huge (compare to other hotels in Abu Dhabi) perfect for families with kids. Definitely will recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for one night as a staycation before going back to work and couldn't fault it. Valet parking efficient; reception staff welcoming and helpful; Friday brunch in the Khayal restaurant was superb quality with an excellent choice of food, attentive service and a great band; king size room with balcony was nicely decorated and the bed very comfortable; the breakfast buffet was almost as big as and with as much choice as the brunch; the couples massage in the Saray Spa was divine and the 50m pool was a huge bonus — hands down the best pool in Abu Dhabi. Would happily recommend to anyone.
