Hidden gem we discovered this morning as a result of Etisalat Smiles Application. Great value for money. Very good breakfast had by all!

I am staying now in the hotel : its lovely place and I am in a sea view.
but service in this place is very poor no water provided in the service. Quality of food very poor:
rooms are not clean too, yesterday I found a cockroach in my room.
I am really so upset being her, I will not recommend any one to stay in this place.

Most welcoming staff. The staff welcomed us this morning as if it was a family reunion. Friendly and helpful staff. Go extra mile staff. ❤ this place is absolutely gorgeous and truly a home away from home!

No facilities and slow internet signal even though they claim to have the world’s “fastest” network connection. The only good thing was the staff who were nice and helpful especially Maria, thanks to her for being polite and kind.

Superb hotel, the staff and facilities are perfect. Special mention to some of the great staff like Oybek (Reception) and Subuhan and Princess (Housekeeping). They all do an incredible job, always with a smile.

Everything was ok, the room was nice, comfy, cozy & even the TV channels were organized. Special thanks to the receptionist Mr. AbdulHaq for his kind welcome. But the buffet breakfast was less than the ordinary; below the expectations for 5-star hotel.

A very centrally located property. Access is also easy.

Hotel is not even 3 stars. Its clean and tiddy and staff are helpful. But its cozy small 3 years old hotel. Breakfast is not even 4 star. No varity of food. Cold food. Small area for breakfast. Pool area is very small. No place to set to drink or relax. Hotel were almost empty when we checked in and my family were only people inside pool. Pool depth start by 0.85 meters to 1.6 meters.

It was good experience being there nice rooms balcony area was ok ok and the wide range of breakfast provided by them was yummy.

Customer service is very accommodating specially Mr. Chidiebere who entairtains and provides our needs, he upgraded one of our room in sea view and allow us to an early checkin and extended our time to a late checkout. Thumbs Up for that The hotel has a very nice breakfast buffet, rooms are clean, very accessible near to supermarkets and restaurants especially to our fave fastfood Jollibee, but the city view and location are not that attractive. My only complaint is during our swimming time, one of the staff told us to leave the pool because the pool is only for ladies, men’s and kids are not allowed until 11am. My kids was complaining because the staff killed their enjoyment and we’re about to prepare for the checkout so after 11am is not possible to us to come back into the pool.

My second time to booked here, so fortunate to got an upgrade from City View to Sea View. Thanks to Ms. Pauline, for her utmost gesture & care. She's very accommodating and always smiling as if she didn't feel tired at all. She's really great in welcoming guests with her sincere smile. Room was amazingly beautiful except for the tea/coffee set that they forgot to prepare/arrange in our room, though they only delivered after our follow-ups (2x). Jacuzzi was really lovely & relaxing, hope they will open the same (& the pool) 24 hrs same like before so we can avail the same even late at night after our whole sightseeing outside. Breakfast was just fine, we're expecting some bacon but none for that day, they're serving mostly veg foods — main course. Overall, I'm happy to be here again and looking forward for my next visits.

Good location, we stayed for two nights in this hotel. It is well placed, the cleanliness is impeccable, the staff is small care, buffet and breakfast are excellent.

Jannah is a very beautiful and luxurious hotel and their food and services are just excellent. Divina is just fantastic and she offered me nice room service.

Very llovely hhotel. Room are too big. Food too good and quickly serve always. Its always a solid destination tourist or local. Especially during the winter when they have the ice skating rink up and the decorations. It's one of the only places you'll ever be able to ice skate and see the sunset over the ocean.

Jannah means Paradise, This group have all Tourists oriented hotels. Qasr Al Sarab Resort, Eastern mangrove hotel Jannah Place all uniquely designed memorable hotels. The brand it self a Touristic Destination.

The staff is really nice. The atmosphere is good.

I am a frequent visitor in this property and some of my views are here. Very good room service. Especially roomboy Mr Hardik on leventh floor was very helpful for us for immediate response. The restaurent staff also very cooperative and doing good job.

We are very happy with our stay at the hotel Jannah, adorable and smiling staff. Thank you Madame Aprile very friendly maid has the image of the hotel and thank you Mr. Philestine the Manager who is listening to customers. Thanks to all the team and has soon.

*There are no towels in the pool area and not enough space to put pool chairs for the guest.
*Not enough selection for breakfast, I'm expecting more since it was a 5star hotel.

We had a wonderful experience when we held our son's 7th Birthday party at Jannah…
Staff/Team led by Mr Hanny did a fantastic job!
They were all approachable and easy to deal with.
They provided us with everything that we need and even those upon request were immediately attended to. Buffet setup was superb and everyone enjoyed the food
Room rates are within budget range with upgraded facilities.
Things to improve: SOund system at the banquet hall
But still overall, Jannah Hotel is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The rooms are big and new. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. They have valet parking service very comfortable and included in the accommodation.

Great hotel. I was suprised about the Karims! Service was great. Negative was the internet access and the parking. Not as supposed to be. Internet was limited to 2 devices plus sometines it didnt work. Parking spots was limited.

We had a family vacation on Ng 2017. The hotel matches 5 stars. The location is excellent and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a beach, an island of 10 min. Ride away from the hotel. The truth is there's a little bit of finishing work going on, but one of them is putting it in the top of the list. The hotel is new. But if you're going to Abu Dhabi, pay attention to him! The room was very clean and very helpful.

Fantastic facility… with outstanding management and personnel. I did spend one awsome and fantastic week.

Very polite courteous and helpful staff. Newly built, and inside is up to date. Climate can be regulated by temperature in degrees, and completely deactivated in the night. TV with Entertainment System. Wi-Fi in the room. Quiet rooms at night. Happy again. Lobby and Pool are a bit small. Who back to the Hotel want to find should remember that the address since this is nowhere is and the Hotel on the road no one knows.

We stayed for the Eid UL Adha holidays and enjoyed every bit of it. The hotel is clean and comfortable, the staff is cordial and courteous. Location is great. Nice view from the room. I would definitely stay there again and will recommend it to anybody planning a stay in Abu Dhabi.
