Everything great! I felt like I was at home. Bedroom & bathroom were separated from the kitchen with a door. Staff were very accommodating. Small pool with a view. The only thing I missed was a seat on the balcony and German TV. I recommend it further.

My month in the “tourist club” I’ve been staying in this hotel/apartment for the past 30 days in a Premium Suite which is approximately 85 square meters with a nice water view toward Maryah Island on the 12th floor (non smoking). The apartment is very well equipped, fully furnished including all necessary kitchen utensils. The staff has been fantastic since the very first day, especially Sam Obispo (Rotana Sales Executive), Riza, Cathy and Fred at the reception and the gentleman Ramlal that cares for my room. All the rest of the staff has also been excellent, I’m just bad with remembering names. Room service is also very good, and my food has been excellent. It’s a non alcohol establishment but there are many choices close by as well as a shopping mall and many restaurants. The only drawback at this time is all the road construction. Overall, it’s an excellent location with very personal, friendly and warm service. Excellent and friendly place to stay. Especially for long term. Washer/dryer and basic kitchenette is available in the single suite room. Rooms have balconies and nice views.

Wonderful place to stay. The rooms are clean and spacious. Very courteous staff. Didn't try the restaurant since we were going out regularly. They have a temperature controlled swimming pool which is fabulous with the city view from the top. Plenty of parking space. The service is prompt for any requests. All in all definitely a place worth staying incase you are in that part of the world.

Went there for dinner. Food was really nice and worth it. The ambience is also really good.

Rooms were good, clean and tidy. Spacious relatively. Good service. The location is really bad. The hotel was surrounded by construction from all the side and we spent a lot of time trying to get in or out from the hotel all roads were under construction. Most of the staff were very friendly but I had an incident with the manager who refused to help me and refused to be more flexible, I waisted a lot of time trying to solve the check in problem. Though I liked the room but will never check in again in the near future may when construction is done.

Very nice apartment hotel near the Abu Dhabi Mall. Room clean bathroom with shower. Small kitchenette with refrigerator and washing machine and microwave. Gym and swimming pool on the roof ordenously clean and well equipped. Unfortunately, at the moment construction work in front of the door so the construction noise can be heard from 630 on to 730 pm. Only Fridays are rest. Breakfast 40, 50 diiharam per. Breakfast itself ok at the price. Not like in the 4 or 5 star hotel but price — performance, good.

Nice hotel. Classic suite is very big and has a full kitchen. Room service / restaurant has good food. Very friendly staff. Unfortunately there are roadworks ongoing on the main street in front of the hotel. It is a little bit noisy. 4 stars. If roadworks are done most probably 5 stars.

I stayed in many hotels by Rotana but honestly this is a hotel that has the highest professional staff especially Miss Rakel from Philippine Beautiful smiling and sophisticated stylish she did early check in and no extra charge. My room was in the 18th floor amazing view~. The place is very clean. The view is great. The bed is very comfortable. Room service is very fast. The price is very acceptable for the place and service. Parking is available. The hotel has a kitchenette in every room. My favorite location is great and strategically l liked the place I did not try the swimming pool next time (Anshalla), thanks to the owners of this property.

Unexpected upgrade! my kids love the room and the pool while I enjoyed the steam bath. Kitchen is awesome! Will definitely come back.

Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and they all were very pleasant. Everything is as it should be, furniture, decor, staff, location, and services. Best of all is the value for money. Highly recommended if you're staying in Abu Dhabi.

I always love the atmosphere here.

Everything is perfect except loud noises from the windows, the gap between the windows and it's frame is too much and because of that you can hear the noises specially in rush hour. The restaurant "Gallery" was awesome, beautiful interior design and delicious meals.

Elegant, quiet and lovely place, it feels class in every spot. Not expensive (not cheap also). There is a nice gym and a very nice pool too.

I eat in the hotel in ramadan I find the choices for the food v. Bad and not delishies am sorry to say that but its the troth.
