This is a very old Hotel but renovated the location is fantastic price is acceptable good staff it good for business travelers who does not care about the extra luxury also it is surrounded by so many great restaurants plus it is directly on the cornech road where you can rent a bike and ride along the beach side.

Rooms are decent. Bathrooms/wash rooms in the hotel seem to define the word "small". They are very small & not comfortable. Staff is good, but can be better. Swimming pool is not functioning. It has a game room, gym.

We will not recommend this hotel to our friends. We've booked in this hotel because, our very reason was to relax and to swim. Apparently, we didn't received any information that the pool was closed because of some reasons. We want to use your indoor pool but, we need to get access at the reception and it was only limited to 5 person. Next time, kindly inform your guests with regards to any changes in your amenities so that we could at least cancel our booking and book other hotel that could satisfy our needs. We are very upset during our stay. The staff were very strict with regards to visitors and we felt like we are monitored all the time. Very disappointing stay.

Very pleasant hotel, in the rooms all the amenities-toilet, shower, hair dryer, various shampoos, gels for the soul. Rooms are cleaned every day, the room has a mini bar, refrigerator, electric kettle, tea bags and coffee. Until 10 a. M. You can have breakfast in the cafe on the ground floor. There is also a restaurant with oriental cuisine. I am happy with this hotel, Can recommend it to others.

Kuya Juan restaurant hosted a live band, alternative food, and cozy atmosphere — living up to its name. Friendly staff and tasty food with reasonable prices. Recommend for a fun date.

This hotel has a good location as it's next to the Corniche (can walk to it). P j O'reileys is also next door (Irish pub), and it can use the pool of le royal meridian hotel (also next door). The prices here are mych lower. The rooms are a bit tired but the showers are hot and beds clean, so it's a good budget stay. It also has a gym and it's own bars. There is a Mug & Bean nearby. I use it as a cheaper stay but in a good location.

Nice place, cleanliness is good, sometimes fair for clean Staff attitude very good, very helpfull. Good location near to everything in abu dhabi island.

One of Dubai oldest but good midsize and 3star hotel. Friendly staff and small shop, variations of restaurant, spa, pool and perfect for a economic good stay in UAE capital. Our guests and company staff are always satisfied. Central place in Abu Dhabi UAE Capital.

The hotel I suppose to stay is in LA RESIDENCE, but I got mistake in the date I book thats why the can't found my name in the list. They cant also find any vacant room that night because they are fully book first week end of the month. So I have to find a hotel near the place until I found AL AIN PALACE HOTEL. The place is not that big as I am expecting. The room is clean but it is normal room size. They have until 2nd floor storey. During my stay, I invited my friends to visit me. Not to sleep over but to stay for a while and eat dinner and talk. I informed the reception that I have friends to come and visit me. When my 3 friends came, the reception and the manager wont allow them to come in and says only 2 person is allowed to go inside. I feel disappointed. Then I explained that my friends are ladies and no man at all. We just want to eat and talk for a while and they will leave after 1-2hrs. Well manager says only 2 person is allowed and will let them in but she one can only stay for only 30mins. "what the fudge! seriously? " Maybe sleep over is not allowed but visiting is unbelievable! What makes me get very disappointed, when this one lady Filipina is not allowing my one friend to come in because she don't have contact number. I ask the lady receptionist, why she is nit allowing my friend to come in while she leave her emirates id with you already. The lady receptionist explained that CID needs the contact #. "what?! seriously?

Average hotel. Corridors are having foul smell. Hotel doesn't give parking. Good access to corniche and park.

A very good and comfortable place for family with kids. They have swimming pool sharing with le meridian. Good ambience rooms. Good room service and best Wi-Fi. Always try to park car infront of hotel since other parking areas are allocated for Residents (or else cars will be tugged to Mina mawaqif car impound yard with heavy fines).

Some of the best things about this hotel, in my own experience were: the friendly and helpful staff, the location, the swimming pool and gym facilities. The room was good enough, however the view was awful. The shower was really tiny. I think overall the hotel is a good value for your money.

OMG! Receptionist Paris! memorize all your hotel room facilities and make sure you give the right room to your guests. Don't make the Filipino community here in UAE ashame on you!

Value for money. Only continental breakfast… that too very ordinary.

Have very wonderful swimming pool and area for playing fot kids. Room of the hotels a little bit small and the staff is not cooperative … There is no free parking and that the worst thing.

The ONLY good thing about this place is it's location…

Stayed only for one night. No parking, horrible Wi-Fi, had to get a LAN cable to get some work done, I had 0.05 Mbps internet on Wi-Fi, cramped shower, no good TV channels to pass time while waiting for LAN cable to show up, took 4 hours, first time I complained, they took the request lightly and didn't inform IT… If you're just looking for a place to sleep, then go here else you're better off somewhere else.

Courteous staff. Neat and clean rooms, linen, wash rooms. Excellent house keeping, AC works fine, can adjust as per requirement, Abundant hot water, do not provide toiletries like toothpaste, comb etc, but the usual stuff like bath gel, shampoo, body lotion etc are provided. Very scanty break fast, poor internet, Did not respond for breakfast request hung on the door.

Excellent location but poor service.

Would have given 5 stars if the shower room was at least an arm's length wide. But it wasn't. It was very tiny, one cannot have a decent scrub. Other than that, friendly and accommodating staff, got nearby restaurant, comfy and spacious room.

One of the best 3 stars hotel I stayed in, very clean and tidy however they should work hard on their checkin and checkout process because it's a bit slow however parking is very easy to find.

Not bad for a better than average Indian food. But don't go there until they reopen AlSalaam street, parking is a nightmare in this area. Ideally fir family as they have close cabinets.
