We booked 1 suite room with balcony 2 weeks before, already confirmed and paid, when we went there for check in, the receptionist told us that it was rejected and no more available room for us. I got upset because I have my 1 yr old baby with me and we paid already, how come no more room for us? I even called them the day before for the confimation. They weren't able to give me a reasonable answer. I asked for a manager but no one showed up, they just told me to call the agency booking for it was their fault. They gave me option to book a room there directly BUT worth twice the price I paid before, of course I did not agree. It was their fault after all, Unfortunately, the receptionist which happened to be my kabayan did not even help us nor accomodate us in all my queries, hence he opted to serve other customers after me knowing I still have a lot of concerns and issues. What a very horrible and traumatizing experience, what a very bad service we encountered, We just booked to Anantara hotel and everything was perfect, I FELT THE RESPECT AND GOOD SERVICE WHATEVER NATIONALITY YOU ARE.

The term called “Hospitality” hasn’t been taught to anyone who is in the reception and to the Manager. If you ever have a conversation/request with the Manager it would be like the customers are serving Al Seef staff. I would say they are totally Racist to the Asians. I wouldn’t recommend this place just for the staff working there.

This is a perfect place for some family time! Its an amazing place. There are shops and a mall you could enter and have fun with your family.

The resort is located away from the City Centre but is probably the best option there is in this part of the city. It is located right next to Al Seef Mall. There are several restaurants inside the resort as well where you can choose across the different cuisines available. Coming to the stay, the service apartments are spacious and clean. The staff is courteous too. It's been an enjoyable stay so far.

Amazing place to stay or just to visit for dinning. Living so long in Abu Dhabi and its one of the best spot in Abu dhabi that will give u a get away feeling. So many unique coffes shops and play ground for kids, u will enjoy.

One of the best places to be in Abu Dhabi, the resort is amazing u will will definitely have a new a different experience. The service in the hotel were fast. I was very impressed with Mr. Basheer from the reception desk. I would like to thank him for his good job. Finally, I strongly suggest to visit this resort. I will sure do visit again.

Spacious room with very good prices. I liked the layout of the 3 bedrooms suite. Nearby small mall with restaurants and Carrefour market makes it ideal for families. Outdoor pool.

The Resort is very clean and quiet, has practically everything you need near you. Shops, cafes, supermarket, laundry, you name it. You can practically stay here the whole time and not need to go anywhere else. Anne the brand manager was extremely professional and helpful while doing the booking. Would highly recommend this place in Abu dhabi.

Lovely and peaceful place, the staff was very friendly and helpful. You will have all what you need here supermarket, pharmace, spa, restaurants, coffee shops, and clean and fun swimming pool.

A must place for relaxation with family, friends or colleagues. Love the theme and villa suburb street type walk area.

We rented out a villa with 3 bedrooms, interiors were modern. Its a nice resort with a lot of healthy options to dine in. They have a nice big pool. Great place for a weekend staycation. Looking forward to going back.

We enjoyed the family gathering with friends and relatives in their big and spacious apartments with facilities for preparing and cooking our own dishes!

It's one the best family Resort for leisure stay nice concept my family enjoy the pool open Jacuzzi. Lots of restaurant & coffee shop option mall attached to the property. Reception staffs are very helpful & charming & housekeeping to friendly & professional to. I must say it's great place for leisure & I must wating to go back. For next stay.

Great staff, great accomodations BUT POOL SERVICE IS WORSE.

Booked it for 3 nights… Very bad customer service… order baby cot took them more than an hour … also called them two times during this hour to remind them no luck… then asked for the manager … who just did nothing to solve my issue. Had to asked to check out early and leave.

“My Stay at Al Seef Resort and Spa” Pros: -The staff was very very friendly and tried to accommodate us, even during rush hours (during Eid holiday). — Loved the design of the place, looked like a European village, felt like I was in Europe (except for the weather, stayed during summer) — Being close to Al Seed Village Mall was very convenient as there are coffee shops, restaurants and a supermarket. — Loved the smell of the shampoo, soap and lotion. — Spacious rooms — Big kitchen and washing machine available — Nice decor — Vallet service Cons: Even though the staff was friendly, the service was not as expected. We arrived about 40 minutes after check in time, but our room was still not ready, we had to wait approximately 30-45 minutes for our room which was very inconvenient as we were exhausted from the drive to Abu Dhabi. Also, although we had to wait that long, the rooms (three bedroom suite) lacked toiletries and towels. We had to call about three times to request these items. In addition, the water spray/hose in the toilets were leaking and the master bedroom lacked a door lock. Unfortunately, the suite lacked an electric kettle which I expected to be there, since, tea and coffee was provided. The TV in one room not working, also only basic channels are offered, no OSN channels. Addionatlly, a main problem we faced was the staircase; our room was on the second floor which we had difficulty with, as one of my family member's has difficulty with stairs.

Booked here and arrived to a bathroom covered in hair, old finishing and low quality room. After swapping rooms, second room had same issues, including second hand toilet roll so decided to check out and go to the nearby Rotana (much nicer, proper standards of hygiene)! Staff at Andalus were inexperienced with little guest relations experience to deal with the situation, not to mention some were disrespectful. Outside area also littered with broken bits of furniture, wheel barrows and construction equipment. Not a good experience whatsoever, do not be fooled by the photos.

Good resort, but still isn't fully functional. The pool was temperature controlled and the jacuzzi was very relaxing. The restaurants within the premises were very limited. The Indian restaurant 'Chota' is the worst ever Indian restaurant in terms of food. Don't even know who approved their license. The food tasted very bad and they didn't have many items listed on their menu. My overall experience at the resort was just okay.

Once you are here you don't want to go back. Such an amazing place. Recommended to everyone.
