Bed was very uncomfortable. Bathroom had bugs. And coffee maker still had old coffee grounds and was not cleaned. Nasty. Over priced…

From out of state, best peaceful vacation ever. This hotel is great, the view of the river is priceless. No need to drive once here, every thing is about a 3 min walk. Got to check out this place and town. By the way, hotel staff treat you like family, and so do the locals.

It's cheap. But it smelled like a nursing home. Definitely felt like a cheap wh***.

Don't normally give bad reviews but our say was really bad. No A/C on a 90 degree day. Cords to the TV nailed to the walls. Door was unlocked and partially open upon arrival. Bathroom tiles loose with the grout coming out of the cracks. All in all it was not a good experience.

What a town and what fun! Everything was too fun and beautiful and friendly!

Our room was quiet smelly and we had to buy room spray to freshen it up. Also the view was terrible and there was sadly no breakfast. Buuut I still enjoyed it overall and I'd come back every time.

Room still had dirty towels in it. Hair was all over in shower. Fridge was dirty. Steps where full of ice and snow. I was a weekend hunter. I came in late and left early. When I called to complain all I was told was why didnt you call our after hour line… well like I said I was a hunter. In late-out early! I will never stay here again thats for sure. Neither will all my other hunters. 20.00 discount… wow thats great! Guess we will stay in Rawlins!

As you'd expect for a cheap hotel. Nothing glamorous and you won't get more than shampoo, a bar of soap, and a coffee filter pack, but it worked well for a quick stop and a place to rest.

Comfortable and convenient, clean, the bed was comfortable, great shower and clean bathroom, friendly lady at the front desk. Will stay here again.

The "economy" room was a joke I paid $96 a night for a little room the light switch didn't work, the fan didn't work the air conditioner doesn't work well it's a very small hot stuffy room. No fan in the bathroom so they developed a tiny square in the glass where you can open the window for air. It's about the size of a phone. Other than the plug in for the TV there was only one working plug in. Definitely run down and the paint job a joke. I've stayed in the rooms at the front of the hotel before and those are a lot better but this one really shouldn't even be a room. The Wi-Fi only worked if I stood at the front of the hotel. If you stay at this hotel I definitely recommend you request one of the rooms in the front of the hotel but don't stay in the ones to the back side. I was greatly disappointed with the room. My favorite hotel to stay at in that town is the Wolf.

Ok place to stay when passing through. Wifi could seriously use some improvement… Can't even connect during peak times! Room was clean, friendly staff.

Stayed the night at Riviera in Saratoga Wy Beautiful spot right next to the North Platte Where I enjoyed some fishing.

Staff was very friendly but the owner, Chris, is a nasty, foul man! I stayed almost a week when my brother suddenly passed away. There was a misunderstanding for nights I'd paid with cash and nights paid with a credit card. (I didn't ask for receipts for the 2 nights paid with cash. ) I called Chris for clarification and he SCREAMED at me, literally! He made insulting comments about his staff "not being the brightest, "' and if "they'd stolen my money" he'd "fire their asses! " I NEVER suggested the cash was stolen, I simply needed explanation for the total charges! Incredibly rude man & unprofessional for a small town business owner. As it turns out, and one of the kind night clerks called me to explain their accounting, they were right and I owed the extra night, which I had already paid on checkout. It was resolved kindly & professionally by Ashley. I WILL NOT be staying there when I return numerous more times to settle my brother's Estate. So sad a business owner acts in such a manner, especially when a hotel guest is grieving the loss of a sibling, which Chris and the staff knew. The room was suitable for my purposes. It was clean and the entire staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The Owner needs anger management and a job not working with the public. Very upsetting this happened at such a difficult time for me.

Prices seem very good, the hotel is somewhat older and slightly "rundown", but everything works and seems clean. Beds aren't super soft, but I've definitely had worse.

Angie front desk rude. No remote for room she doesn't care. Finally got one and it does work. Never stay again. Brick walls small rooms.

The staff is wonderful and very accommodating. We had a very spacious room and the bed was very comfortable. There are no plug ins along the side of the room with the bed. We had to get an extension cord from the office and string it across the floor so we could plug in a CPAP machine. This is a problem with so many people using CPAP machines any more. Please consider updating to accommodate electrical medical devices. I would have given a 5 star rating if this was not a issue.

Good for an overnight stay. Not a "destination" hotel, but good enough if you need a place to sleep.

Reasonable rates, quiet, comfortable, clean, and very friendly and helpful staff.

We are actually staying in the rental house from the Riviera lodge right on the river it's 4 rooms 2 bathrooms 2 living rooms with directv and a kitchen fully furnished with dishes it even has a BBQ grill with propane and a fire pit out on the back porch.

Comfortable, pricy, and no coffee.

Odd light switches, mold in the bathroom shower, says there is Wi-Fi but had no signal. It is much cheaper and river adjacent with a nice view. In walking distances from many places in Saratoga.

Couldn't get the light switches when I came in to turn on and had to fumble around to turn on the bathroom light in back. Room was advertised with a flat screen TV but instead had a dinky old tube tv. Remote didn't work. Nobody answers the overnight phone number. Room is underwhelming, but cheap — just the way I like it! Sheets are very clean.

Terrible experience run run fast in the opposite direction.

It's an ok place to stay, nothing fancy but who cares, I'm only sleeping there.

Door lock quite clearly damaged, took five mins to actually get into room. Decor old and tired, plug sockets hanging off the walls. $97 inc tax, no breakfast although there's a huge kitchen which would be perfect. At least there is Wi-Fi for free, but they don't tell you about it. This place could be much more than it is and currently is not worth the price I don't think. On day of check out, someone came to the room at 9.20am to shoo us away. For the price I would expect better service and breakfast. There are cheaper places around with 10-11am check out.

Lovely location on the bank of the Platte River in Saratoga The staff is friendly and the beds are so comfortable! We enjoyed our stay very much!

The rooms are good and the lawn with the beautiful trees and the sitting area right beside the river is really good.
