Staff: 5 stars Room: 5 stars Laundry: 5 stars Little store to buy food and kitchen supplies: 5 stars (although I would have appreciated sugar free red bull being available) Internet: 0.5 stars. To call this "high speed" is a joke. I can hardly get any work done, can't video chat my family back home, and you can give up on netflix or youtube. This is on a wired connection mind you so there really isn't an excuse. To all the "gosh darn millennials" out there, bring a hard drive with your entertainment pre-downloaded. I did and I'm so glad. Bring some single player games to play as well. The ping isn't so bad you can't play multiplayer but I wouldn't risk it. If you come unprepared and you're stuck in your room, run to walmart, grab a deck of cards and a fifth of whiskey because solitaire is what you're gonna be playing. Super in depth side note: I brought a universal remote in case those inputs couldn't be used, they can but the TV has an auto dimming function that can't be fixed. They are "hotel" models and are locked down since they have all been cloned and locked via usb. I travel a lot but I'm sure someone out there will understand that last bit. Great place to sleep and cook a small meal but if you're here for business and your work/entertainment relies are a decent internet connection then please come prepared to only use it for texts or emails.

Wonderful place! Calls its self no frills, and is rather cheap but I disagree with the no frills. You get a kitchen with a sink, cabinets, fridge, microwave, toaster and induction oven in the two bedroom suite at least. The beds felt great, and all the sheets were really nice. There was even a nice soft throw on each bed as well. The TV was probably one of the better ones I have seen in any of the hotels I've stayed in. The bathroom was nice and had a very good shower. Everything was clean, and the staff were wonderful. Would recommend this place to anyone in the area and will be checking out this chain when I need somewhere to stay in other places!

Clean, well maintained, new facility, right off the interstate. Have stayed at several "My place" establishments. All have the same great experience.

This place is zero Frills. That's not necessarily A Bad Thing, just don't expect anything special. The price is really good. There is no breakfast. It's really well set up for long-term stays. It has nice sized kitchens, with full refrigerators and a decent little stove top. The beds are nice. It's relatively new and in good condition.

Nice and clean rooms, almost new. Very good price quality ratio.

Wish they stocked the kitchen with a pot and pan. But place was great! Highly recommend.

My Place Hotels had always a privilege to stay. If its only one night or several weeks the rooms are always clean and very spacious. It has a small kitchen which makes staying in any hotel a little more like home. Working on the road and having to live in hotels is always difficult to get used to. My place hotels has always a privilege to stay it because it does make it feel a little more like home not to mention they have very reasonable rates. If it were up to me I would stay at My Place every opportunity I had. All staff members have always friendly and more than willing to help in any way and I have yet to have a bad experience at the My Place Hotel and Rock Springs Wyoming. If you ever find yourself passing through Rock Springs Wyoming I highly recommend staying at My Place Hotel.

Great place, easy on and off I-80. Parking for oversize and Trailers, easy pull thru. Clean, safe and friendly staff. Breakfast not included in room cost. But provided in room. $4.95 extra per person. Small kitchen in room, and 24 hour little store to buy variety of food to easy heat/prep in room.

Great staff, I would recommend to anyone with or without pets. We stayed there almost a month and it was great. Thanks again.

Nice room that looks just like the pictures. Kitchenette is great. Room heater works well. Large tv. Off the freeway but don't hear it. Staff members are friendly. Rooms do not get serviced daily. House coffee available. No continental breakfast. Small parking lot. Close to a Walmart.

We were so impressed with this hotel — — everything was immaculately clean & up-to-date. Very nice staff too!

Place was nice. I liked how it had it's own mini kitchen and a regular size fridge and freezer! Helped out a lot with grocery shopping, didn't have to go shopping for grocery everyday due to a mini fridge like most hotels. Their store inside is expensive. Coffee in the morning sucked. Front desk ladies were nice. Room was cleaned because I cleaned it most of the time hahaha because room service was every 4 days. But yeah it was okay.

This hotel has nice accommodations, but their kitchenettes are ridiculous. I travel for a living, and I've never had a hotel that had a kitchenette that you had to BUY supplies for. Most have pots/pans/etc to rent from the desk (for a fee, and more charged to your card if they're damaged or stolen), but here you have to buy each thing, and each fork and knife costs money. We went to Walmart for paper plates and plastic utensils. Disappointed in that situation for sure, since I love to cook for myself.

This was our overnight stop on our way to Colorado. Check in was fast and easy. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfy. The sheets were very soft. Even though the highway is right there, the room was quiet. I would definitely stay again.

Love My Place Great hotel for the do-it-yourselfer! Has the stuff I really want, like a recliner, a refrigerator, big freezer to do ice for ice chest, a microwave, a toaster, a range, a coffee maker! They even threw in a kitchen sink! All this for less money than some of the other hotels! The toaster is extra wide for rolls & bagels! If you forget something, My Place has a cute little Dollar store with nice replacements & snacks! Very clean & very quiet!

Very nice hotel. Very good even for longer visits as it has large refrigerator microwave and stove top. Comfortable beds and linen. Pet friendly.

My husband and I have been guests here for nearly 2 weeks. Room service only every 4 days. If you want your room cleaned before then its a $10+tax charge. Bed was uncomfortable. Sunk in the middle. No pool. Or fitness area. Spiders kept appearing in our room. One of our burners didn't really work, even though they had someone look at it. Guest services, they were unpolite. We would ask for additional towels and we always got a smart remark. We wanted to book another week. But they were booked. So we decided to take our money elsewhere. So glad we did.

Good hotel at a reasonable price. Rooms are equipped with a small kitchen. The only downside is that you have to buy your own kitchenware, thus I would only recommend it for a longer stay.

We got here at 11 pm, was greeted after walking in almost instantly. We only slept till 6:30 and left shortly after. The bed was really comfortable and the shower was superb. The most surprising thing was the kitchen. We had a full fridge, stove, microwave and coffee maker. There was even a toaster. I wish we had more time to stay cause it was a great stay. The recliner in the room is also really comfortable and could be slept in. Never checked the Wi-Fi or cable. Overall it was a great experience.

Great place to stay! Pet friendly. I loved the kitchenettes. But. They do not provided ANY cooking or dining supplies. They make you purchase it. My only complaint. The beds and pillows were AMAZINGLY comfortable!

The rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were super comfy. We almost didn't want to leave.

A little expensive if you don't have a corporate deal with them, but the rooms are nice and clean.

Nice new hotel. Very clean. Comfortable beds, nicely laid out bathrooms. Full size fridge, stovetop, and microwave. No dishes, utensils, or pots/pans included, but only staying for 2 nights it wasn't an issue as I planned to eat out anyways. I will definitely stay again! Might be out again in a week and this will be my first choice!

Both Julias were awesome in making our stay the best they could, within their authority. Chelsea, on the other hand, was the most horrible, offensive, seemingly racist staff person at the hotel that we encountered. She definitely needs and attitude check. After paying IN FULL for my extended stay for a period, I encounter her at the front desk one morning and asked to look for a lost item that I thought I'd left in the room I was transferred from (due to non-working plumbing) the precious evening. Firstly, I sounded greatly offensive that I had to be escorted to the room, which was right next door, as if I were some school child with ill intent. After looking for my lost item, she goes back to the front desk and apparently runs some check then calls my room to tell me that she has no record that I am rightly checked into the hotel and asked for my name, credit card number, and vehicle information which was all put into the system when I was previously checked in by Julia. She acted as if I were stealing a hotel room. Granted, I just hung the phone up on her instead of entertaining her foolishness but this type of behavior is unacceptable for any hotel guest, but even more so highlighted for guests of color. The staff member Chelsea is extremely ill-mannered, immature, and racist. If it were solely up to me, she'd no longer have a job at my hotel. Also, beware that even though the rooms have a kitchenette area, they don't have any kitchen where to use.

Everything about the place was exceptional except for the freeway noise. If you elect to stay here be sure to get a room on the side away from the interstate or plan on taking and wearing earplugs all night. Probably would have been okay once I got to sleep but you have to be able to get to sleep first!

This is a newer hotel and the room had a strong smell of wood. I could hear vehicles on the interstate from our room that faced the interstate. I could also hear people coming in and out of their rooms. The hotel was clean and staff were nice and helpful. I would most likely stay at a different hotel next time.

No added amenities in our room. I thought for sure in an extended stay I'd at least get plates and glasses, nope! They do sell them downstairs in their over-priced little "market" though. As for the staff there was one young man who was pleasant, the General Manager was very inhospitable, no greetings or smiles. She'd pass you off to her staff and act as if you didn't matter. I cut my trip short so I didn't give them anymore money.

Excellent, outstanding, beyond reproach. Staff was professional, courteous and very helpful. The room we stayed in was meticulously clean. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised with all the additional amenities we found in the room, besides the normal microwave, there was a two burner stove and a large fridge. Great value for the price. Without hesitation I would recommend My Place Hotel in Rock Spring, WY, to all my friends. I'll be staying there on my way back to Idaho.

Awesome place to stay if you are passing through town. The rooms are very clean! Rooms come with a full size fridge, stove, microwave, and coffee pot (which I was not expecting) so that was a total bonus. The hotel staff was aslo very helpful and friendly! great place for the money!
