I took a high school group for a 2 day competition and 3 of the room had bed bugs. When we tried to show the night employee, she was “too busy” to look to prove it to her.

Clean place and curtsey staff I think it's a good place to recommend.

The staff is unbelievably friendly and helpful.

Very nice staff, room didn't feel very clean though. Basic breakfast.

We stay here on a trip to Idaho and glad we did. Rate with discount was very reasonable for what you get. This was the best stay of our trip with a great breakfast and a good nights sleep. I would stay here again.

Definitely not worth the price. The rooms are dated and bland. Standard run of the mill hotel so that's not bad.

I stayed 1 night at this hotel, and was very impressed. The room was clean and nice, and the breakfast was great. The only qualms I had was that the three queen room was somewhat small and crowded. It seemed as though they had just taken out a coach and crammed an extra queen bed into the room.

Always love staying at Comfort Inn and Suites. Wonderful beds. Some have memory foam mattresses. Very roomy and smells great!

We got a discounted rate through hotwire, but this was one of the nicer hotel stays I've experienced in a while. The staff was very friendly during our whole 5 day stay, the breakfast was decently varied, we enjoyed the pool and hot tub and considered using the gym. We were on the top floor and had a white nose machine for our kids, but didn't notice any noise from the highway or adjacent rooms. Overall a very pleasant stay, and we'd love to come back in the future!

We have thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Clean room, lots of amenities, pool, hot tub, good breakfast, nice staff. Certainly a comfortable place to stay.

I had an overnight reservation May 21st this year. My review may not have any bearing on what it will be like in a month or two. Right now it is undergoing a renovation partially caused by a truck going through the front window at the same time you're doing a renovation of the motel. When it is done it may be a very good Motel. At this time I would not recommend it.

Not all Comfort Inn and Suites are close to the same. This one is the nicest one I've stayed in. Super clean and very new.

Not impressed at all. Gave me a room when they already KNEW heat didn't work. Furniture was disgustingly dirty/stained, some furniture had duct tape patches, fridge door stuck on carpet when opening or closing, hair in bathtub and in bathroom when I checked in, shower rod coming out of wall when shower curtain moved. Will never stay here again nor would I recommend it to others. I would have been more comfortable sleeping in my car.

This was a great place to stay. Great fitness room, nice people, clean place.

The Staff members Debbie, Lydia and Morgan were so fun friendly and went out of their way, my best friend was meeting me here,, driving from Utah and had got lost using the GPS co-ordinance. So Morgan went to find her and escorted her to the hotel. This was fantastic and made our welcome and stay outstanding. The room was more than we expected, very nice. The hot tub and pool area's were very clean.

Located near shops and restaurants. Rooms are a good size with all amenities needed. Kids loved the pool and cookies. Staff were friendly and check in and out was fast.

Staff is very nice. The rooms are great. The only bad thing is they don't allow pets.

This was the 2nd hotel we tried in the area after being scared off in Green River by a super 8. Was perfect took our AAA membership discount. Had memory foam beds that where great. Room was spotless. Breakfast area was super clean and we'll stocked and had a very friendly attentive woman keeping an eye on it. Would gladly stay again.

I've been to many a hotel in my day, and I can sincerely say that I 10/10 recommend the eggs with cheese and salsa for breakfast! The beds were firm and perfect for cuddling by myself. Furthermore, the water pressure in the shower was superior to my expectations! I would visit again if I happen to pass through.

Having stayed at a few free breakfast and pool hotels, this one is a great one. First, you are greeted with free coffee and cookies. The front desk staff was very courteous and nice. We got checked in quickly and got a crib for our baby. The crib unfortunately didn't come with a sheet so we had to provide one. The pool was very big and nice. The hot tub was a very nice temperature for relaxation. The breakfast was also very good. The usual selection but they had these wonderful juices like the passion orange that my wife likes a lot. We really enjoyed our stay and my mom went as far to say that it was the best hotel on the trip that she's stayed at. High praise!

Traveling from PA to ID and this is the nicest hotel I've been in so far. The front desk staff were very friendly, the room is super clean and comfortable. Huge clean bathroom and free breakfast in the AM! I will stay here again when in the area!

Pretty nice. But I was helps tired, so…

The bed was extremely comfortable and the staff was friendly. The water was hot but the shower shrieked the entire time and the water pressure was very low. Before we left we also noticed that the coffee pot was still full of old coffee but other than that the room was clean. Would stay here again but would ask for a different room with a shower that is quiet.

Room 217, 2 queen size beds, Wi-Fi and awesome bfrakfadt.

I travel about 7 months out of the year. This hotel was one of the cleanest I have stayed at. The bed was more comfortable than my bed at home. I truly enjoyed this stay! I usually don't write reviews, but this was an experience worth writing about.

Gm is a beast, but worse! I own a pest control business and stay at comfort inn monthly, and was always happy, but when I checked in yesterday I went to the room immediately and checked for BED BUGS, as I do everytime we stay somewhere, as u should too. When I noticed signs of bed buds on 1 box spring in room 301 I went down immediately to check out. The nice lady up front said i'll need to talk to gm for refund even though I was not staying there and leaving right then. When my wife called in the morning to make sure our card was not charged, the gm said we were trying to get out of paying for the room by saying there was BED BUGS, which is ridiculous as we have been loyal customers for months, she proceeded to yell at my wife and hang up on her. We were disgusted by her behavior and never will stay there again. I even was quiet about it as to not make a scene when checking out so there other guests didn't freak out, if she would have been like that with me, I definitely wouldn't have been so curtious. Stay if u want bed bugs and to be yelled at about it. This would never of been posted if we would have been treated with respect. Oh and they tried to run our same card we always use there and for some reason it didn't go through or im sure they would of charged us anyway.

Beds seemed hard at first then I realized they were memory foam. Great nights sleep. Pool and hot tub open till 11pm. Guest laundry which is nice for us since we're road tripping across country. Room was super clean and even came with a fridge and microwave to our surprise. Staff overnights were very friendly. Would stay here again if had to.

Rooms great but breakfast was terrible and had to listen to workers sitting in breakfast room with us taking there break.

Stayed here a year ago during a move. Very friendly staff and the beds were awesome. First time ever have I been able to sleep through the whole night and not wake up as the sun was rising. Actually slept till 9am and had to wake the rest of the family when I woke up. My kids are normally up at 6 am no matter what.

Awesome pillows and a great breakfast in the morning. Best attendant taking care of the serving line for the breakfast really is something you don't see many other places doing, that was really appreciated. Great workout equipment used in the morning.
