Great hotel, we stop and stay here every year when we go home for Christmas. We never had any problems and we love staying here.

You can't control the room temp from your room. Room was 77 degrees and with 4 people in the room it was extremely uncomfortable.

Great food and great service.

Karrington at the front desk was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The area is quiet. They do need to upgrade their internet service. 5 Mbps is slower than connecting through my phone.

The food was AMAZING! The quality and quantity fir the price was great. Only ate about half my meal and I’m so full I’ll sleep like a baby. Highly recommend this place.

The food has gone downhill. Four of us ordered and it took a long time to come out and when it did my fajita salad was terrible. What little meat and vegetables that came on the salad was cold, I sent it back and when it came out the second time it was not much warmer and the meat was tough and tasteless. I ended up eating the lettuce portion. The chicken fried steak was awful and the brown gravy was no better. The baked potato that came with 1 meal was barely warm as well. Sad to see a city icon turn into this. We will not be returning.

I used to love this place. Then, the new management was not up to standards at all. Food was cheaper, not of good quality. There was a very disrespectful guy always around. I stuck it out because I loved some of the staff. Ohh, but they ran off the best one. And it just was not the same after Emilie left.

It is an old school layout with some rooms accessible from the parking lot. Other rooms are designed for the harsh winter and accessible thru single doors into a large open in door pavilion that has a pool. The morning breakfast is cook to order that is provided with the room.

This is another gem we found among the profiteering motels. I don't remember the exact amount, but it was well below $100. The room was large, clean, quiet and well worth the price. The front desk was eager to please, and when they noticed we were on the bike, she gave us a room we could watch it from. Also a rarity is an on-site 4 star restaurant. Can't speak to rest of menu, but the rib-eyes were worth the money. A bit pricey but certainly beats looking around in a strange town.

My husband and I enjoyed our two days at the Outlaw Inn in Rock Springs, WY last week. We found our stay to be comfortable and relaxing. The dinners and breakfasts were delicious. The bar was well stocked and enjoyable. We also enjoyed visiting the sites in Rock Springs and Superior. We wish we had a few more days to explore.

Very good property, large rooms, hearty breakfast and very varied. I particularly appreciated the presence of a swimming pool in which you can enjoy after a day of travel by car already included in the price of the room. The bathroom is a bit small, but otherwise it's a great hotel with great value.

Do not stay here if anyone in your party is handicapped or in any way uses a wheelchair, crutches etc. There is no way to leave your room on the lower level in an emergency, there is only 1 chair lift and NO ramps only stairs. No way to bring in luggage other than to carry it in to all floors in the inner hotel. "Mobil Accessible" rooms on on the lower level with one chair lift and again no ramps. Hotel needs some major improvements, will not stay here again. Atrium smells strongly of chlorine from the indoor pool in the middle of the hotel.

Loved the Western look and decor. Clean, recently decorated room. Restaurant on site. Right off 1-80. Our room was on the ground floor next to the swimming pool. Recommend not getting room on that level as could hear talking in room above until about midnight. Poor sound proofing in room. Otherwise nice stay.

Our favorite hotel out of all we've stayed in! We time our travel through Wyoming to make sure we hit this fantastic place for our nights stay. Easy to find, affordable, spotlessly clean, and everyone is so incredibly friendly and helpful… the free breakfast is really breakfast served to you in the beautiful dining room and you're treated as well as the locals who dine there. We can't say enough good about this unique hotel and it's staff! Keep up the good work guys 'n gals… we'll see you again next time through! P. S. If there were more stars we'd use them all!

Betty was wonderful! Really appreciated her assistance with finding a room for the night. I got in late from Tahoe and needed a place before heading to Colorado. The rooms were comfy, hot showers, a great hair dryer and Colorado beer available at the bar. Right off I-80 too. Plus, the free hot breakfast made it worthwhile. Will stay again!

I liked the outside facing rooms where you can park in front of your door. Makes motorcycle travel easy. Rooms are nice and the rate was great. Staff is friendly and the ice machine is a reasonable distance away from where I was. Seems far but wasn't bad.

Cool little hotel with a pool and free breakfast until 9am, although the shower didn't drain properly so only one of us was able to shower in the morning. Otherwise a great stay all around.

I like to stay here, it’s cute. But it needs some tender loving care. A few minor repairs but otherwise really fun to stay there. Liked the pool and room service was excellent ❤️

We had just spent 8 hours driving and decided to stay in Rock Springs about 15 minutes before our arrival instead of driving on. I am a BW Platinum Rewards Member and I looked up the nearest Best Western. We were very happy with our stay from being greeted at the front desk, nice clean rooms that were decorated nicely, a public sitting area outside our room door that we could gather with our friends near the pool and breakfast was very good. I was very pleased and impressed with this facility!

Service was good staff had great attitude and restaurant had great food. Bathroom needed a little maintenance but shower was good. Overall was very clean and had a great atmosphere, just needs a facelift.

Appears that all rooms are at ground level. Very clean room with lots of power jacks. Staff was very helpful and I received a discount on room rate.

I'm a truck driver who comes through this area every so often. When ever I can I stay her because of the unique decor of the rooms, the onsite Restaurant with reasonable prices for a hotel restaurant. They have ample parking for all & if you have a oversized load, there is a truck stop next door for parking.

Sit down breakfast with good selection, great rooms with windows overlooking a central area inside. We came in at night and were greeted by a great front desk guy, shout out to Moises!

Last Saturday we were going to eat at the restaurant for breakfast. The hostess acted like it was a chore to seat 5 adults and a child, she gave us a look then said it was going to be a while very rudely, the staff didn’t acknowledge us, and the hostess was rude. We went somewhere else…

St. Patty’s day. Hat the Corned beef and it was really flavorful. Obviously the potatoes and carrots were plain but I really enjoyed the meat.

We really enjoyed the king suite which was very very spacious. A real bonus was the two bathrooms. One with a tub and toilet and the other with a large walk in shower and toilet. The decor was all brand new. The suite was very quiet and comfortable. We always enjoy our stays at Best Western. The ones we stayed at are always quiet, safe, comfortable and very clean.

The only reason this place gets a 4 is for no hot tub and no laundry facilities. Other than that it is great! Beds are awesome. Complimentary breakfast is wonderful as well.

Great restaurant, friendly staff, and the rooms and common areas were extremely clean. The bed was comfortable, the room was whisper quiet, and it was very easy to get the temperature dialed in just right! I'll stay here again if I'm ever back in the area.

My wife and I have been eating breakfast at the Outlaw ever since we started dating. It's our tradition to eat here whenever we come into town, and the food and the service are incredible! We love this place, and we miss it! No place like this in Utah!

Nice and clean rooms. Dinners and Breakfasts were tasty as always. The hotel also had a cool bar to enjoy and unwind after a long day of driving. I will always stay here when I'm in Rock Springs Wyoming. It's worth the money to stay here. Quiet too!

Best Western Outlaw Inn was everything I needed in a motel, but not much more. Although the room was small, it was comfortable and well-maintained. The cooked-to-order breakfast a great bonus. I enjoyed my stay and would visit again.

We stayed here for a work trip (musicians playing at a local community center) and really enjoyed it. Aside from a comfortable bed, other amenities appreciated were the complimentary cooked to order breakfast, covered parking right outside our room and a microwave and mini fridge. Since our visit was only for one night, we didn't get to use some of the facilities advertised like the fitness center, indoor pool or the bar adjacent to the restaurant, but if we ever come back this way again, hopefully we'll have more time to enjoy those. The architecture of this property, as other reviewers have noted, is kind of funky, but the place was most likely built long before it was acquired by Best Western. I thought it was kinda cool.

I stayed one night here on my way to somewhere else. I chose this particular motel because it was on the way, without any unnecessary detours, and because they offer breakfast. I was assigned an outside room, but when the desk clerk realized I was a woman traveling alone, she offered me an inside room, for safety, I imagine. I kept the outside room. There is a nice indoor pool, which I did not use. The restaurant is on a lower level, and a bit gloomy. But the food and the service were good. I was worried that the highway sounds would be bothersome, but as it ended up, the person in the room next to me had a nasty cold or maybe TB, because I could hear coughing and nauseating gagging sounds off and on all night long. I'd give this motel a better rating if they put sound insulation between the rooms.

While clean, this hotel is very dated. It is a '60's era motel that has had the outside areas closed off to look like a hotel with inside entrances. The rooms all have the old style windows directly beside the doors so you need to make sure the curtain is tightly closed at both ends unless you want to expose yourself to guests walking by. There is no breakfast area. Guests are given vouchers which you take to the attached restaurant. Much like a hospital you pick items from a very limited list. I chose a muffin and juice. I was quite surprised when the server almost tossed a vending machine type package at me with a muffin inside. I would have gotten a much better muffin at McDonald's. Also the price for rooms is on the higher side. It was one of the must expensive rooms on our whole trip and one of the two below average hotels we stayed at.

Great place to stay. Check in staff was welcoming and efficient. Hotel was very retro looking on outside but definitely modernized inside. Very comfortable. Would stay there again. They have on-site lounge and restaurant. Laura our bartender was welcoming and friendly. The restaurant was convenient and the food was delicious. Our server Monica was very helpful and attentive. We enjoyed our stay at this Best Western.

Ate at the restaurant… meh. Ranch was not like any ranch I've ever tasted (in a bad way) and chunky. Steak fajita salad had no flavor. Needs guacamole and pico and maybe a specific dressing for it instead of "ranch" or their other dressings that really wouldn't go with the salad. Service was good, food not so great.

A really nice Best Western with a very cool internal layout and conference area. Sweet pool. Included breakfast is top-drawer. Rooms are small, but comfortable and functional.

We go to the Outlaw Inn for dining. It has been a favorite for more than thirty years. The food is 5-star but the restraunt is utterly with out ambiance. Always good, timely service. Moderate price. We will go there again many times, I'm sure.

Great hotel to visit if you're traveling through Rock Springs, WY. Comfortable bed and clean decor. Breakfast is not your traditional self serve buffet as they have a great restaurant on site and they fix you're breakfast fresh and serve you. The biscuits and gravy were amazing. The waitresses exceptional and my coffee cup was never allowed to get low or cold. There is also an indoor courtyard and a saloon on site. I gave it four stairs because I could never get my computer or phones to connect to the Wi-Fi. May have just been my work settings though.

I saved money with my HOG discount and they were welcoming to this road weary biker. I parked my bike under a covered area right at my door. The breakfast was good but they limited quantity to one beverage and three other choices. Most other Best Westerns had a complete buffet, which I would prefer. The staff was great.

Overall a solid hotel. It's nothing fancy, but definitely does a great job at the basics: a clean room (including the bathroom), free parking, and a hot breakfast. The layout of the hotel is a little wonky, but there are signs pointing you in the right direction. The breakfast with the little papers you order on are a bit strange, but it all works out. It gives you lots of good food and the servers are all really nice. The front desk staff was super friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Great rooms it looks like. The bed seems to be comfortable. We are staying with a school event. We get here to find out that handicap accessible, posted on their site, must refer only to a handful of handicap rooms… no elevator on site except main level down to restaurants. I would be okay doing the stairs in my wheelchair with my husband assisting, but I was not okay with being told it is my fault for not specifically stating wheelchair handicap being my handicap. On another note, no in room refrigerator or microwave.

Rooms are nice enough and the Wi-Fi speed was good, but most programs that require an internet connection were blocked. (i. E. Steam and any online game including mobile games)

This place seemed outdated, but in hindsight that could have been intentional. We booked using priceline and lefta less than favorable review there. The bed was not comfortable and seemed like it had plastic on it. It was very loud. The free breakfast was good and it was then that we noticed the indoor pool. The ice machine was up a flight of stairs and not convenient with our little wheeled cooler. I know the ice machine is not necessarily for this but this is how we use it.

We recently stayed there when the highway closed for weather. We were weary and tired and tried to make the best out of a bad travel day. I was so pleasantly surprised to receive a warm welcome at checkin, a wonderful meal in their restaurant and a totally clean and adorable room to stay in. Their quality and standards are extremely high and I would never stay somewhere else when in rock springs! Thank you so much for an incredibly experience! We really were able to relax and make the best out of a road closure.

Everything was great. The bed was comfortable and everything in the room worked perfectly. I had the pleasure of speaking to the owners during dinner there in the hotel, and they truly care about the hotel and their guests. I had the prime rib and it was delicious. I will be back!
