The manager Mina has the worst attitude. Last night Maybe 40-55 mind after check in (Never did I even enter the room) I got a emergency call and had to hit the road, they said “that’s not my problem, why should I care”. This morning I called the manager, Mina, and tried to reason with her and she said “not my problem” and hang up on me. I’ve tried to contact corporate but no answers yet. I’ve stayed here before while on the road and it’s been an acceptable place to spend the night, just completely hate their poor customer service.

The location is great, only a mile from Hollywood Casino and a few miles from Harper's Ferry National Park. Lots of dining options close by. The room is clean and comfortable and the staff is friendly. It's also a great price and suited our needs perfectly. King size bed, TV, microwave, refrigerator, everything you need. If you're looking for no frills but a good location for a good price, this is it. No complaints here!

This is a very good Motel 6. The rooms all have hardwood floors and the beds and Furnishings are all modern. The bathrooms and all fixtures are all brand new and everything was clean and fresh. This is a huge Motel with many available rooms. There is a Chinese restaurant within walking distance and IHOP is just a short jaunt down the street.

Room was nice, only a couple minutes from the casino, and right next to a wal-mart for anything you may need. Bathroom could have been a little cleaner and the walls were VERY thin, but overall it was a good stay for a good price in a good location.

The staff was very friendly, my room was clean, the price I paid for the room was very reasonable. My problem was some of the other guest, at night hanging out in there rooms with there doors open and sitting outside in the the doorway of there rooms, walking past them to get to my room was a little nerving. I did not understand why, are they hanging out like that, when it was warm outside, the room has a/c, unless there's wasn't working, idk, neighboring rooms was so loud at times felt like, we were in the same room. It was only 2 nights, close to my event I attended, all I can say is you get what you pay for…

The room was clean and the staff helpful. I had to leave early because my plans had changed and the staff were very courteous in arranging to a refund.

The room was clean. Beds comfortable. We had a nice television, microwave, and refrigerator. My only complaint would be that the girl in the office could've been a little friendlier. I had to check in outside at the night window, and it was freezing cold with wind. She never apologized for that our even smiled while she checked me in. But the hotel itself is great for the cost.

Way to go Motel 6. The room I had was remodeled and was very nice and cozy. So much more than I expected. Very happy with my stay there.

Room was clean. Bed was decent. Shower is not made for someone tall. Heat\AC unit did not have a thermostat so it was on or off and it was extremely loud. Front desk and housekeep staff was friendly.

Very nice ladies in the office. Room was very clean and comfortable. Will be comming back.

Good price, rooms updated but not bathrooms. Needed to work at 6am and people in next room loud, drunk and banging around all night. (2am) after Husband asked them to tone it down and they did not, called front desk. Nothing. Manager said they would take care of it but never did. Next time I'll spend a little extra money and go up the street to a better hotel.

Office staff helpful. However, two concerns. First, room above us was extremely noisy Saturday night. Awakened at 1:30 AM. Second, experienced rash covering both thighs and calves after first shower (Friday evening). Experienced discomfort next day but did not realize what happened until undressing for shower next evening. Possibly caused by soap provided for room. I am monitoring the condition to see if I have to visit the doctor. Thanks for the opportunity to comment.

The rooms were very clean and updated. The girl at the front desk was lovely and kind. I am ranking this motel as poor because of the manager. I was placed in a room next to a long term resident at the hotel who was very loud starting at like 3/4 in the morning. I could deal with that. The last straw was party central at the hotel on Saturday night. I was woken up between 1 — 2 am and was unable to go back to sleep because of the partying and the next door neighbors banging on walls etc. The next day I asked for my room to be moved. I needed sleep. The managers response "Can't you tough it out? " That is NOT customer service. Although super dog friendly which is why I was there and fields for walking etc, I won't go back because of that attitude by the manager. The front desk clerk/girl whatever was really nice and tried to be so helpful, sad to see she wasn't supported by her manager at all.

Very nice motel only thing was some guests were kinda loud. Overall nice place to stay perfect location.

Budget hotel right off the main drag. Very basic rooms with no frills, but newly renovated and clean. There is two pieces of duct tape on the side of the shower, lol. Plenty of parking. Vacancy comes and goes as does peak days with the nearby casino. Everything you may need for a visit to the area within a short 5 minute or less drive (fast food, gas, 7-11, Wal-Mart, etc. ). Staff is friendly and helpful.

Spiders. So many spiders. I know it's hard to control but on the breeze ways to the rooms on my visit there was a plethora of spiders above your head and on the rails. Gratefully I'm not too tall however for taller folks watch out. And arachnaphobes should definitely avoid this place.

Nice inside the rooms… first room had a toilet leak and puddle of water on bathroom floor and was freezing cold… the room they moved us to was much bigger and actually warm considering is was 9 degrees outside… only downfall to second room was guest staying the room next to us had a dog and it was barking at 9pm when we checked and then at 9 am waking my husband and I up after being at the casino til 4am.

Modestly appointed room which was fairly recently remodeled. Clean. Pet friendly with good area for walking dog. Would readily stay there again when traveling in the area.

Room and linens were nice and clean. The bathroom sink was actually out in the room itself. The bathroom was on the small side; the toilet was very low to the ground so tall people (anyone over 5'8" tall) might want to avoid this hotel. Also, there is no closet, just two pegs sticking out of the wall with 6 hangers. If you are used to a soft mattress this is not the place for you, we woke up the next day with stiffness and back pain because the mattress was so hard. If you prefer a hard mattress this is the place for you. We appreciated that there was no carpet just manufactured hardwood floors. The half round table with two chairs was a nice addition for eating breakfast together.

One of the best Motel6 ive been to. Love that there is no carpet… it creeps me out when they have dark sticky carpet in rooms GROSS. Very minimalistic/modern decor… must be very easy to clean, and it appears very clean… I posted a picture of my room after we got settled. Sorry. Desk help seemed very nice. They have coin op laundry that was a plus after 4 days on the road.

The outside of the hotel does not match the inside of the rooms, The room was very nice and up to date. Fresh paint and clean. I coat on paint on the outside would be the cherry on top.

The front desk lady was very kind. The room was clean, toilet was clogged when we first got in, but the cleaning service was right there, & she fixed it. I asked for non smoking room, it smelled like someone been smoking in there, the smell never dissipated either. Beds are comfortable. Tub meed a good bleaching as well.

This was my first time ever staying in a Motel 6. The man at the front desk was very polite. The room was very clean, spacious, and didn't have any bad smells. I would recommend this hotel for anyone. The price was very reasonable.

The room was very clean. But the beds were hard and too small. They should be queen size. And they needed to be softer. But it was nice other than that. Price was a little high.

Rooms cleaned to perfection modern, crisp and uncluttered. The linens are professionally cleaned which I always appreciate. Television selections actually much better than at more expensive motels in the area. Grounds are well kept and relaxing. We have stayed here three times and will return.

Rooms were clean but smelled strongly of smoke. Only had one bath towel for a room with a king size bed, asked front desk for another towel and was told to come get it myself (it was pouring rain). When I made my reservation, I reserved two rooms. When I checked in they only showed one room and after showing them my reservation they still charged my card for a no show. I have to wait 3-5 days for a credit but they charged it and got their money immediately.

The rooms were decorated simple but nicely. I enjoyed the choices of coffee especially the bold coffee, it was great. The floor needed to be cleaned better, the bathroom floor wasn't cleaned at all, it appeared like it was ignored. We do plan to stay there again soon, the price is the best around. The location is perfect with nice stores and restaurants within walking distance.

The room for the most part was fine. The AC was on and the room was comfortable. However the bathroom was dirty even had to wipe hair and water (urine possibly) off the seat before we could use the toilet. The bathroom floor was covered in hair (not our hair) The outlet by the mirror did not work so we could not use our hair dryer by the vanity area. With the floors being vinyl instead of carpet meant that there was no buffer from the noise above us. It sounded like a herd of elephants walking around until after 1am. All in all not a good nights sleep because of the noise.

This is low budget motel was quite modern and clean and unbelievable noisy. Dogs were barking. I think people might live here.

STAY AWAY! I looked at two rooms both rooms were very dirty and smelled. Green slim stuff smeared on walls. Both runs dirty. The comforters were stained with brown stuff. Couldn't get out fast enough. And oohhh. That smell. Wow.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Newly renovated, well it, classic motel layout. Not for the spoiled, you actually have to walk to get ice, and the bathrooms are a bit aged (nothing a recover couldn't fix for cheap), but all new appointments and appliances and finish. They are still making improvements, this is going to be nice when they're done. This isn't the roach motel it used to be, but if you can't handle an old-school motel experience, book somewhere else. Comfy new and clean. Would book again.

I stayed in Charles Town, WV. The online reviews were horrible but that was not my experience. The room was redone in a new age style, clean and remodeled. I have nothing but positive things to say.

This place is disgusting. We been staying there for weeks and they are so dirty. We couldn't even get clean sheets for the beds. They painted my car and tried lying about it. I would not recommend this dump to anyone, not even the homeless. There are cock roaches in the room and very dirty. They don't even speak English. What the hell is this world coming to. Can't believe that the ceo of motel 6 would even be in business with people like that. It should be shut down.

Clean room. No shampoo or complimentary toiletries. Was more expensive than I thought it would be, but the bed was very comfortable.

Recently remodeled rooms with wooden floors instead of carpeting. New bed, new TV mounted on wall, new counters… pretty much everything new except the shower and toilet. The room was clean, and the heat worked well. NO microwave/coffeemaker/fridge/hairdryer/ironing board or iron… no dresser, just a fixture mounted on the wall with hangers for your clothes. The free coffee offered in the "lobby" tasted like it had been cooking for a couple of days, and you have to walk outside to get to the lobby. The room also had a mysterious locked closet, that I can only guess houses the hot water heater for that wing of the motel. Not the worst place I have stayed, but if you are spending the cash to completely remodel the rooms, a 4 cup coffeemaker and a mini fridge and microwave would only cost about $200, and make the experience a bit better for the guest.

This place is terrible! It ended up being $70 for two adults. I have stayed in nicer $35 motels! The whole room was absolutely disgusting. Sticky everything. Walls that have obviously never been cleaned (brown gunk, smears, unidentifiable marks, etc…) Dirt/filth in drawers. An inadequate shower curtain/shower head, that in combination soak the entire bathroom (which has peeling paint and lots of mold as a result. ) The carpet was peeling up from the floor… and like the walls, sticky and stained. You could see the layers of dust on the light fixtures. The sound insulation is awful. Anytime a room around us turned on a faucet it was ridiculously loud. There were people above us, who stayed up well into the night (around 3am) and it sounded like elephants wearing boots were above us every time the people moved around the room. Plus, we could clearly hear them talking at points (insulation between rooms is that bad! ) Will never stay here again.

Nastiest room ive ever been in. And im a truck driver. Room stunk. Very dirty and nasty. Couldn't stay. Rather sleep in car. Don't stay. Ewwwwwwwww.

1 folded up *DAMP* towel left in the towel holder. No other towels. AC / Heat unit didnt work. Didnt even use the bathroom, went to Sheetz. The only reason we picked it was because it allowed pets. The things we do for our animals. :)

Great place to stay, very friendly staff, rooms are very clean, free Internet and affordable price.
