Very accommodating. Great internet speed for when you want to squeeze out a couple games on your lap top.

Pretty pricey, but nice. After 2 days of horrible rooms and customer service, Brisa was a welcome change and was very friendly and helpful. I had just left a motel in Lacey a few hours into my stay because of the horrible service and condition of the room, and at 1030pm when I arrived in Sunnyside, exhausted and irritated, she was sympathetic and efficient. Bed was awesome, AC unit was quiet.

The good is that the staff is very friendly and helpful. The bad is this whole run down place. I think it would be fine for just a night but not a long stay like we did. Dirty carpets, tubs, lamp shades, coffee maker. Stained but clean sheets. Broken ice machine and dryer.

Should have gone with my first instinct and stayed at the Best Western but saw the reviews here were good. My bad. The clerk who made the reservation confirmed two rooms for a specific price. When we checked in, only one room was reserved and at that same price, so double the amount. She finally arranged for a second room and we settled in. Later that night, another guest was able to use their card to open our room. Fortunately we had flipped the safety latch or there would have been quite a scene. They had double booked our room. We spoke to one of the employees, no "I'm sorry", no "We can comp your room", nothing. Don't waste your money here, too expensive for what you get.

Generally good, with breakfast provided and relatively clean. However this most recent time my room had not been serviced before I checked in and someone's shaved beard hair was filling my sink.

Awesome stay! Breakfast was on fleek and the bed was boss.

Excellent place to rest for the night. Great rates and well equipped modern rooms. The breakfast was more than adequate with a large variety of food and juice/coffee.

The service here is awesome we had to go for a funeral and the staff was so nice we didn't have one problem they even let us use the breakfast room at anytime. And although the pool isn't that deep it the perfect size for children. I would definitely recommend this hotel for the price you pay it worthwhile.

When we checked in the clerk was kind enough to provide us with a handicap compatible for a while for my wife's needs, however the chair was broken they replace the chair with another broken chair they're trying but shortage of good chairs.

Only visited for rates for a group. Was not impressed with the front and lobby. That was enough to make a judgement.

Ive stayed here five times this year. I really appreciate the staff going out of their way to be friendly. Bo and Will are amazing. So sad to here Carrol past away! This is my goto place when working in Sunnyside!

Room was big and nice, everything was pretty new, the breakfast was a little disappointing though. The waffle irons were weirdly shaped. They liked like they were designed to make hamburger buns.

First impressions matter and their location is 'meh'. I was comfortable in my room and the staff was friendly and engaging.

This was a decent hotel for the price. The room was clean and there are a couple of food options within walking distance.

Convenient and easy to find location. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Close to freeway, restaurants and shopping.

The staff was friendly, that is the only positive thing about this hotel. When we tore down the sheets to sleep, there was a long black hair in them. We then looked over to see a spider on the wall and a web that looked like it had been there for a while that had not been dusted away. The shower head is not centered, so when you shower you have to lean your head towards the wall for the water to even hit your head. When I came out to dry my hair, there was a long brown curly hair stuck to the wall… so I used the dryer I brought. Then, I had looked to put my water down on the nightstand and it had not been wiped down at all. There was a TON of dog hair all over the bedside table. Needless to say, we were so happy to leave with how disgusting the room was. We will never be back again.

The room was clean, however they did not provide us any soaps, shampoo, or anything like that. I've never stayed in any hotel that didn't give you at least a small shampoo bottle until this place, even in foreign countries they give you toiletries. Everyone who works there is super nice, but the attention to detail is severely lacking. I've attached pictures of torn carpet, ripped wall paper, and the Emergency Fire Door that was propped open nearly the entire time we stayed there. This hotel allows pets and several nights we were disturbed by barking dogs inside the hotel. Also the pool are will usually be swamped with children squirting everyone with water pistols and screaming, so relaxing in the hot tub or pool is impossible. The breakfast was good, but on 2 mornings we showed up a few minutes before the posted breakfast time and there was nothing left. Free breakfast is great, but who wants to get up at 6am while on vacation to take advantage of it? Luckily there's a Carl's Jr. Down the road with better breakfast. And then there was the huge pile of trash in the parking lot that really drove home the "we really don't care about appearances" attitude. If you're in the area and need a clean place to sleep and NOTHING ELSE, this is for you. If you have any expectations of using the hotel as place to relax for a weekend, look elsewhere. PROs: Staff is friendly, rooms are clean. CONs: Overall disregard of everything else you expect from a hotel.

The beds were sooo comfy, the customer service was exceptional! Super nice people and the Jacuzzi was great. Breakfast was the best I've had in a while.

Its relaxing comfortable good breakfast people that work there have a sense of humor.

I recently stayed in two separate quality inn locations. Both locations had staff who displaced professionalism and friendliness that left me feeling like a guest and not just a customer. The rooms were clean, bed comfortable, and breakfast was great. Anytime I am traveling for work I'll look for quality inn first before taking a chance on one of the other chains.

I was charged $100 for smoking in my room when I haven't touched a cigarette in decades. The charge showed up late with no explanation on my card. I called and a month later the employee "will" told me he saw the ashes. Really? It's actually impossible. With that explanation and the explanation that someone was partying down the hall which we had complained about, he said there was nothing he could do. Will be taking this up with my cc company and retracting my previous statement that I love choice hotels. Would give 0 stars if I can. Beware you could get blamed for what someone else did before you…

I got what I paid for. A little pricier than I wanted but still okay. Wi-Fi could be a bit better. Very cozy bed. Chinese restaurant, Burger King, convenience store and theatre nearby. I like it.

They've redone some of the rooms. Pretty nice for the price.

Have had kids' birthday parties there and it was awesome.
