I have stayed here twice and each time was as good as it gets. The first time I had my family and the room was spacious enough and the people at the front desk are VERY friendly and helpful. I stayed here last night and even though my room was right next to the truck stop, it was nice and quiet. QUITE impressed with the comfort and cost. I will definitely stay here whenever I'm in Portland and need a room. Also they have an awesome deli that makes the BEST Ruben sandwich in the northwest And a restaurant that has killer omelettes.

I love Portlander as hotshot CDL A driver because it has food, fuel and beer, and a place to sleep. Easy pricing and a laundry room.

I've been staying at this place over two weeks and I love it reasonable keep friendly clean liquor store convenience store Deli laundromat.

Exceptionally clean rooms, very nice sitting chair lounger, everybody is very helpful, the grounds are clean and well taken care of, minimal noise from the truck stop parking area.

The room is nice but find a better place to eat… just had about the worst ribeye steak that I think I have ever had.

Had a wonderful visit. Definitely will be back.

Was their for 1 night stay in Hotel. Treated ourselves for our 16th wedding anniversary. I wish we could have stayed another night, but had to get rolling to make delivery on time. Clean room, friendly staff, descent prices.
1 improvement is the pillows they were kinda flat.

At check in was ignored while Dajaun answered the phone and instead of putting the phone on hold he ignored my husband and I. Then we went to eat and was going to eat in the bar (6pm) and there was a cover charge, the band wasn't playing yet so we went to the restaurant instead. Wow over priced and not good at all then go to the room to find that the bed (s) are like sleeping on cement slabs (better bed in the semi) and the temp in the room was either HOT or COLD no regulating. We have stayed here before and never had it this bad. The only reason we are here (live in Chehalis, Wa) have a delivery at 8 am and I came down to see him. The internet doesn't connect either. Had to use hubs hot spot to write this. Over priced truck stop since the "remodel". There won't be a next time! We'll go somewhere else. I'm sure the new casino down the road has great food and comfy beds!

I checked in with no issues, went to the room and the bed wasn't made and the trash wasn't emptied. I called the front desk to complain and they immediately took care of it. As well as discounted my stay by 50%. Kia, at the front desk, was so nice and so very professional. I understand that shit happens. She was extremely helpful. All I wanted was a shower after a long day of work. The discount I received paid for my steak dinner and beer.

I really loved it here, checked in yesterday 02/16/17. Truck was in the shop getting fixed. But I have been loving every minute of it, I don't know when my truck will be done, but that's okay.

I spent 9 days there as my truck was in the shop, food was Ok in the Grill and Mo's, but the food at the Fuel truck stop was old and dried out, got a chicken leg, and veggies, mash potatoes, and it was cold, and had to throw it away, stay away order take out.

This place sucks. They won't let you pay with cash. The desk clerk was a bitch.
