I am staying her at extended stay for couple nights. Very clean location not that great you two freeways on each side so it's noise. Smell not that great. Otherwise clean and roomy rooms.

This is worst hotel I have ever booked. Smoke free room smells smoke, there are a lot of mosquitoes in the room, Water is not draining out in Bath Tub. And there is a trash just infront of our Room entrance. When we reached out to Jerry the Manager over there, he was so Rude and not ready to help or provide any service, instead asked to vacate the room but not ready to provide any service. I have made a reservation 2 weeks in advance hoping this will be a good one. this is the worst hotel I have got into… luckily I moved out of this and got a new hotel room… which is far far better than this. Otherwise I can’t think spending 3 days in this hotel with this service.

At booking I booked two rooms with 1queen bed and a sofa bed when we arrived we were given a room with a twin bed and a recliner the front desk said it was booked in hotels. Com and they would not be able to give a different room then he said they were fully booked even though there were only 10 cars in parking lot and 20 cars or less in parking lot the whole stay (doesn't take a genius to do the math for a three story motel 20 cars, there was more open rooms) but whatever. The other room that had the sofabed, had a moldy cheesecake factory carton inside the pullout. There was no maid service, no daily cleaning, no beds made, no clean towels. I understand this is a budget hotel I have no problem with that but $108 a night plus tax still requires a value for service. Stay away from Stay America Tukwila!

Rooms were okay, one guy at the front desk was nice; the rest were not. I could never get the "Free Wifi" to work. When I called the front desk for help they gave me a "Wi-Fi support" number to call. They wouldn't double check on their end that my info was correct. I called the number I was give and sat there listening to music for about an hour before I gave up. When I called the front for more help she repeated the same line over and over; "call our Wi-Fi support, they provide support for our Wi-Fi. " Pretty annoying actually. If you are looking for a clean room its okay. If internet is a must DO NOT stay here. You will not get internet of support.

My hubby and I were bitten by bed bugs. The absolute inconvenience this caused us was unbelievable. We had to move rooms twice. The staff are not really that helpful and expect you to help yourself. The house cleaning is not done adequately, I've had to complain a number of times. The bed was not that comfortable, and people staying in the neighbouring rooms can be loud and if you’re after an early night, the noise maybe of some nuisance. The only positive I can think of is that there is a kitchenette in the room which can be a bonus if your staying here for a while. Overall I would not stay here again. Ever!

Do not stay here! This place has horrible customer service, it was such a bad experience. I have stayed in many hotels and never had such a complete disregard for a customers exeperience, safety, and well being. I am asthmatic so I always ask for a non smoke room. When we walk in to the strongest smoke smell ever. I immediately started coughing, when my fiancé asked if we could change rooms they said they where booked and that there wasn’t anything they could do. Between the room, and the neighbors to the left smoking weed I almost landed in the hospital. Sleeping in such conditions is though enough now add neighbors to the right fighting so loud you can hear them through the wall made it impossible. We called the front desk and they refused to assist. The restroom had bugs in the towels. When we returned to our room we where greeted by an unmade bed and dirty towels on the floor. When we walked to the front since the front desk never picked up we where informed that they don’t have room service and if you want room service it’s and extra $10 per day. We asked if we would at least get fresh towels and a pillow they stated they didn’t have. This place was so unwilling to help it was horrible. It’s such a disgrace that place can be so unconcerned for there guest experience, health, and well being.

Basic place, great for what I needed it for (2 weeks between an Airbnb and my move in date for an apartment). Room was clean and quiet, TV is a bit mediocre but I don't care. Grab and go breakfast is muffins, granola bars, and coffee. Not a problem but also wish there was some hot food even if just once a week. It's nothing fancy, it's nothing amazing, but it's affordable and will give you a workable home base for a few weeks. Wi-Fi is free but if you want to do anything beyond the check email I strongly suggest going for the paid option.

Nice, clean room. Gave me early check-in which was very appreciated. Quiet and on a dead end road. Overall, very enjoyable. I would give 5 stars if outside the room was more clean.

It is not a great motel. Ive been at better extended stays. It has twin beds in it.

This Room Is Disgusting The Floor Is Dirty The Dresser Is All Banged Up And Broken The Lamps Don’t Work, The Fridge Is Dirty, The Bathroom Is Equally Gross It Has What LooksLike Burn Stains And Black Streaks Etched Into The Toilet. There’s Not Even A Nightstand The Alarm Clock Is On The Floor That’s Just Really Sad And Unprofessional. The Paint Is Peeling From The Walls. Never Staying Here Again.

Booked for one night on my way there was told that the rooms had maintance issues so I had to find a different place to stay they where very rude I had to call expedia to cancel the charges the hotel told expedia they over booked so now I had to look for a hotel on a Saturday night with 3 kids thanks for your concern Expended Stay America and Expedia horrible Customer service and I gave you a 1stare becuse 0 wasn't an option look up the meaning of RESERVATIONS.

Ever since I found this place a few years ago, I always stay here. The staff is so friendly. I'm always greeted with a warm smile and a friendly hello! It's quiet. No noise from outside or other guests once you close your door. The rooms are clean and cozy. It's conviently located to the mall, restaurants and local attractions. The light rail is close. It's a quick trail ride to downtown. Going east you're maybe 20 minutes from Snoqualmie Falls. I highly recommend it!

Hopefully you don't have to stay here and if yo do, don't take a room on the first floor on the backside of the building. The walking path smells like cheap beer and urine. There was trash on the ground out back as well. Good luck here.

They have a decent area, but are really small rooms. They price is nice but the noise can be irritating. Really thin walls. It's really close to Lovers though, so I guess it has that going for it. You can also get to the mall very easily so that's neat.

The rooms are disgusting. The whole room just made my skin crawl. I questioned whether or not the bed sheets had even been cleaned. Thankfully was only there for a night and the room was cheap. The front desk attendant was nice as well.

Horrible extended stay. Worst rooms I've ever seen and got treated terrible by almost all the staff for no reason. Never EVER will I stay at this disgusting hotel again. Motel 6 is nicer.

Horrible service, very dirty! Charged us an extra $281 for “smoking fee” I don’t smoke and my fiancé smoked outside! We had our 5 year old son stay with us for gods sake! Next door guest smoked weed all day we couldn’t even take our son to walk around and explore the area because of this. I wonder if he actually did get charged for smoking fee. We took our complaint to head office. Do not recommend this hotel. The only good thing about it is location. General manager Denise is not helpful and didn’t help us with our issue at all. Change management and improve on costumer service. Worst experience on my life traveling, and we travel a Lot. Train your management properly I will be taking this further and telling everyone about the bad experience We had.

Lobby is not kept clean. Carpet had a lot if grass and debris on it. Decor is updated. Mid price to inexpensive furnishings. Receptionist was a little stand offish and we were given a handicap room with out asking. When we got to the room it was so tiny! Cabinets in the kitchen are of the cheap white kind and there was no tub! We went right back to the front desk and changed rooms. So somewhat up to faye furnishings. Cheap cabinets and NO plates. Utensils no plates no dishes no coffe maker no hair dryer. You have to go back down stairs and ask fir every thing. I guess people steal these things. I have stayed at one of these before and everything I could want was right in the room.

Good for a cheap stay. The room was mildly clean, there was 2 bugs found in the room. Room felt dirty. Bed seemed clean though. Breakfast was just a small counter with muffins, hot water and coffee with oatmeal and hot chocolate packets. Very friendly staff and free parking. 2/5 stars, probably wouldn't stay there again.

I've stayed at similar residence inns before by Marriott and I can say that the Extended Stay line is a tier lower. Of course it's much cheaper staying at this place and the availability is higher. That being said, I arrived late at night but the lady at the counter was very nice. The check in process was easy and accommodating. The room I stayed in had wood flooring, which was kind of unusual as most places are carpet. Everything inside was basic to the highest degree. There was nothing more, nothing less. It had everything you needed to have a comfortable stay. I was told there would be no cleaning services for whatever reason so I would have to make do with what I had. As expected, the Wi-Fi was very slow even late at night. It was near unusable. The location is convenient and parking is easy and plentiful. It's about an half hour drive into Seattle. I probably wouldn't stay here again but it's definitely not bad for the price!

Asked for a non smoking room, but I can still snell some smoke in the room, though not too strong. Staff is ok. They got all the things done and the things that we need. Room is comfortable with enough AC. Breakfast is grab and go breakfast, which is in line with all the other extended stay facilities. Overall decent.

Get that casino experience without the payout. The room smelled like I was sitting next to that old woman with the cigarette hanging from her lip. The only thing missing was the flemmy cough and the occasional ringing of coins hitting the tray. I think they should Extend an invitation to a general contractor to come and give a quote to demolish the place.

The bed is super comfortable, which is most important. The people are great And have good attitudes. The room itself is OK, a little cramped and very dark. I like having a full size fridge, stove and microwave but wish I had an oven too.

Helpful staff. Even helped me with my dead battery by jumping the car and then like a dummy locked my keys in the car and the same man helped me get them out. Bad day but a great staff member made it a lot better!

Some things were dirty (office chair, top of fridge). That stuff doesn't really matter. Everything else works perfectly, and the bed is very comfortable.

Good value if you get a discounted rate. Room had a few minor things wrong with it.

Two words… BED. BUGS! When we first checked in, our TV did not work so we were moved to a different room. When we got in that one, I layed down in the bed to take a nap and after about an hour or so of laying there noticed there was a bug by the pillow! I immediately checked the rest of the bed to find 4 more (that we saw before we stormed out of there). The staff was nice, but I would not stay there ever again in fear of bugs.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE… I purchased a smoking room here and be clear that u can't just smoke in the room they will charge you extra fee of $300 … Unbelievable and will never buy a hotel from them again. The sheets were dirty af and I do not recommend anyone coming to this hotel! Horrible my room key wouldn't even let me get Somethjng from the vending machine but I paid $400 to stay at this horrible place. Never again.

Nice, clean, easy parking. Had to ask for utensils and coffee maker. Not inside the room already.

Rooms were clean, service was great. The only downside was that the vending machines do not accept any cash or coins only credit cards. Besides that my stay was awsome.

The first room I checked into smelled horrible; like old musty cigarettes and rotten feet. I immediately asked to switch rooms and was given a lot of attitude for it. Albeit, they did oblige and I was given a room without the lovely aromas of the first. The rooms are very small and the kitchens un-stocked (not even a plastic glass for water). I called for a glass and a mug for tea and told it was after the 'delivery' hours for such amenities — it was 7pm. In addition, this hotel is just as others with one-star reviews said: it is unsafe, loud, gross and depressing. Basically if you have any choice to stay somewhere else, do it.

Bullshit customer service. Cant take a reservation at 1130 at night. Wtf? I was planning for next week n just got off work. Dont worry ill take my money somewhere else.

We booked 3 nights. But we checked in beyond midnight. They charged us one more night! The most terrible hotel I have ever seen.

Hopefully my last days at this dump. Complaint is the "free" internet sucks. If that didn't matter I would up my ratings barely. To make it worse you have to look at these signs everywhere praising their internet "surfs always up" It's like surfing in a pond. Don't pay for the upgraded service. Total scam. Then "Americas hotel" outsources there customer service to India. Get comfortable for this experience maybe add some lubrication. # 2 the one small grass area is covered in Dog crap. My gf got stuck in the elevator with my toddler for 1/2 hour and the crappy customer reps of course pass the blame to her. Crappy channel selection. I'm sports fan but they have 5 espn channels out of 30. Give me a break already and showtime over HBO really. The weekly cleaning is a joke so much that I request they don't even do it. The keys have to be constantly reprogrammed. I could probably go on but whats the use it's a decent location and will keep getting suckers to stay here.

I have had a great stay here, and it's been over 6 weeks that I have kept my room due to circumstances needing an "extended stay". All of the staff have been even more than professional and if something isn't right they go the extra mile to make sure it is corrected. The price is actually pretty cheap when you see what some of the crappy/shady hotels here in Seattle charge. It is totally well kept and clean all of the time. Not only would I recommend this hotel online, but I am also going to house my family and friends here when they come to visit Seattle.
