The family was all over and they never approached us about anything. We felt very comfortable. 🧡🥰

Horrible furniture. My brother’s chair at dinner broke and my boyfriend fell due to the chair in my room breaking.

Had a great time, with great friend.

Everything about this place is just amazing. Staff is amazing and very helpful, I would recommend anyone to come and make the best time out of it.

It’s disgusting. Rooms are dirty, food crumbs of the previous guest is still on the carpet floor.

We were in the summit conference room. The room was clean and complimentary beverages and breakfast were included. Lunch was also provided which was delicious. Lunch was served in the center dining/bar area and I was over all very impressed.

I personally have never stayed in a bad Doubletree and this one keeps that going. The hotel was clean, the lighting was soft and relaxing. My room was spacious and smelled great. The pool is clean and the breakfast was delicious. 11/10 would stay again.

It was very centrally located and easy to get to. The bed was very comfortable and the room the right temperature. It has a fridge but no microwave.

Man oh man did I enjoy my stay at double tree. Room was huge, well furnished. The free internet was speedy, the food was great, and the service even better. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I enjoyed my stay overall, coming in from a cruise. Shuttle was used. Staff was friendly but not terribly helpful — generally a hotel can put you into a room a bit early, but not so with this one. I arrived at about 10 and was not placed into my room until 2:30. The Starbucks does not accept Starbucks cards, which would have been fine if they had told me that when I ordered or had that info posted, but they waited until I was paying, which was embarrassing as I had to struggle to find another payment option. I'd stay again, but it didn't leave the best taste in my mouth.

So the lobby is nice and clean. There's not too much going on in the way if decor but it was tasteful. The staff was polite and helpful. Rooms were clean with fresh sheets, linens and towels. Complimentary soap was provided.

The rooms we're very spacious however you could tell that the hotel was old. The showers need to be updated, does the paint job needs to be redone and the rooms over all need a facelift besides decor. What the rooms lacked for was definitely made up in breakfast. I absolutely love the selection and the quality of the breakfast and thought it was well worth the money! The front desk staff were absolutely delightful, these were the nicest staff I've encountered in a long time. The staff definitely deserves a raise!

Check in was easy and they were great about refunding the transportation to the hotel from the airport since we arrived outside the hours that they have a shuttle (10pm-4am). Just needed to show the receipt. Breakfast buffet was okay and standard fare, but they do table service for drinks (coffee, water etc. ) so be ready to tip. Walking distance from the mall and bus stops (10 min or so). It is about what you'd expect from a doubletree.

Crashed here after a 12 hours drive. We got into our room quickly with no hassle. The staff was friendly and helpful. We didn't eat in the restaurant in the hotel because this hotel is perfectly located near a plethora of other eateries. It's also situated just a street or two away from the mall. If I'm ever in the area again I will be going back.

Pretty nice hotel, not super fancy but they have most of the amenities you'll need. Accommodating staff, and pretty patient, especially considering how loud our group that descended on the hotel was! Not the only DoubleTree in town so catching a shuttle can be tricky. Look for the one with the brown stripe and only at the airport pickup 1 and 3.

Nice place, very clean, friendly staff, room is quite big… the only downside in our first time staying was the fact that there was only 1 elevator servicing everyone in the hotel which made us wait for ages to get down to the ground floor to check out. But overall — highly recommended. If we go back to Seattle we are sure to come back to this hotel again. On the plus side — our kids love their give away chocolate chip cookies. So yummy!

Beds where uncomfortable. Sink didn't drain properly. Neither did the shower. Our room was broken with loud mechanics in the wardrobe that went all night long. No replacement room was given. The maintenance man did come within 15 minutes but did not solve the sound problem. The food is okay. Place was clean. But dated. Buffet was a good selection of breakfast. Good with allergies.

I love this hotel. It is always clean, and comfortable. They have a ton of rooms and it is close to alot of places to eat. I love that it is extremely close to the airport. I try and stay at this hotel when I am in Seattle.

Great staff, very friendly. Check-in/check-out was great. The hotel is a little dated, but clean. The king suite is a good sized room with large flat screens in both the living room and bedroom. The bathroom was extremely small for a room that large. The walls do not hold up to noisy neighbors. Road noise from the highway is very loud all night long. A room on the opposite side of the hotel may be better.

Nice large rooms with a great restaurant and bar. The front desk staff were excellent and very helpful. Finding parking can be a challenge with the limited spots available. There are plenty of good places to eat at within a minutes drive. There is a shuttle available to the airport.

I love the upscale 50's design and style of this hotel. It is well maintained and still holds a vintage flare. The staff were super nice. Buffet breakfast had a great selection and was of good quality. Mall and lots of restaurants within walking distance and very nearby. An evening dip in the pool and hot tub were a bonus. The only drawbacks: Parking is quite spendy considering they are next to a mall with a ton of parking (supposedly they tow overnight parking, but I am not from the area so I cannot confirm), and that shuttle service is available to the airport, but they could not confirm it would be provided to the Doubletree convention center at the airport for a future visit.

Great location to connect and entertain with family members. Hotel decorated nicely for the merry season, staff very friendly and inviting. Rooms are spacious and provides an entry room in addition to the sleeping quarters. To busy to enjoy the pool and hot tub and to top off the experience were the warm cookies I could not get enough of.

The room was spacious and of course well kept, and the late night view of Seattle was an unexpected and impressive touch that brought a smile to my face. The restaurant downstairs has wonderful service and great food to top it all. When you first enter the hotel, the interior seems daunting however welcoming as well. 10/10 would stay there again.

Only went for a breakfast but it was delicious and the service is fantastic. Looks like a very nice hotel. I would definitely stay if I didn't live in the area.

I definitely recommend this hotel it is beautiful. It is clean everyone is friendly. The restaurant that's in the hotel is very good. The Room is big the beds are comfortable. There's even a pool. I highly recommend this hotel.

It’s a nice simple hotel. We spent 6 nights here and we were even able to get a free upgrade. The staff was very nice and pleasant. The cookies are so good and you can get as many as you like durning your stay. We also had dinner for thanksgiving at the restaurant. It wasn’t too special, your typical hotel food in my opinion. I️ also think the maid service was great. Very friendly and did their jobs. The reason I’m giving it one less then 5 stars is because of two things. 1. Wi-Fi isn’t free and that’s not clarified. 2. Parking is so expensive. I️ mean 6 nights of paid parking adds up. On the bright side, they do offer free transportation too and from the airport per request, which we appreciated.

It was lovely! They started off with a warm cookie, and pleasant greeting. The room was a good sized, clean suite. Would totally visit again!

This is a great hotel because they host the annual King County Legislative Forum for Developmental Disabilities. I am glad that they support all people and I applaud this hotel for having the courage to do so. Thank You for your support!

Expected a lot more. The room looks good. Lots of amenities inside the room. Many shopping spots around this place. All types of cuisine available outside for much cheaper price. But there was water clogging in bath tub. The food is very expensive. Also, there is a smoking corner at the entrance of the hotel which is a lot uncomfortable. The noise from outside can be heard in the room so if you are expecting a quiet place, you'll be disappointed.

I stayed at this hotel for one night to attend the Janet Jackson concert in Sept. The mattress claim did not hold true per the description, all the light fixtures weren't operable, there was a little bit of head hair left in the bathroom and the topper one of the cookies had a strand of Hair baked in the cookie! @! Thoroughly disgusted to say the least and all I received was "We are so sorry" The only reason I gave a two star was due to the young attendant being nice. I booked a different hotel for the second night! Will not stay here again!

The service to get to the airport hotel is excellent. The people who work Hai are very friendly but if I touched the room a little filthy. For being Hilton The hotel, I didn't get sercas to what I should.

Ever so gracious hosts. Didn't hesitate to go the extra mile for guests. Left some things in other hotel room and housekeeping didn't hesitate to put it in a bag for me. Great stay (and great cookies)

I always love staying at a Double Tree. Warm cookies are the best! We are a Hilton Honors member so we are able to check in and choose our room on line. The room we had at this hotel was very quiet and relaxing. The breakfast buffet was yummy. We'd stay here again!

Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient staff in a well maintained and smooth-running older convention motel. The only things off about it are the weird location and the fact that quite a few things could stand to be updated. I was here for a work training and the breakfast and lunch was put out very quickly and the presentation and options were great and the food was good! It's good for smaller business training with less than one hundred people, I had a very nice experience.

The staff were very friendly, and the inside of the hotel was very clean. The only problem I had was with the bed pillows. They felt like some kind memory foam and were comfortable but a few of the ones in my room had a smell to them. Once I got past that I had a great nights sleep.

Room was vary nice and updated! And the restaurant inside was fantastic! The lady that took my order and helped me out was so nice and energetic! I would recommend double tree to anyone planning a trip to Seattle! The shuttle was alittle slow tho waited an hour to b picked up. But over all great stay.

In my opinion, this doesn't live up to the caliber of Doubletree. The bed linens were basically 3 flat (top) sheets and a duvet without a cover. It is older and has a motel feel to it. It is very convenient to Renton, the airport, lots of restaurants and shopping though and does have a restaurant/bar on site.

Great meeting space; good sound-proofing between rooms. Helpful, cheery staff. Delicious event food. The popcorn and warm pretzels are the bomb!

Despite the hotel being a nonsmoking site, the room smelled like someone had smoked a cigar or two a couple of days before we arrived. The staff offered to freshen the room, but by morning we could smell the faint odor again. The morning buffet, that I had asked about when checking in, turned out to cost $16.95 per person, was only a basic assortment of fruits and prepackaged cereals with a breakfast menu that would be extra. All in all, it was a clean place to stay, but the amenities were not communicated well and I feel that I would likely not stay again.

Double charged me. Housekeeping manager was rude. Breakfast is overpriced. Pool area was nice.

Comfy beds, pleasant amenities, extremely friendly/helpful staff. Restaurant food is delicious, indoor pool and a small gym. Very clean, recently renovated.

This hotel is a short drive from downtown Seattle and provided a nice respite from the hustle and noise of Downtown. Check in was quick and easy. Parking was overpriced $11 is high for the area. Our room was clean except the bathroom ceiling which had a mystery stain and mystery pube stuck to it. Also, the bathroom door did not latch. The 2 room suite was spacious and the hotel was quiet which allowed us an amazing nights sleep.

The common areas were very well cared for and the restaurant and bar were awesome. The staff were courteous and quick to please. Rooms were spacious and neatly appointed. I wI'll be recommending this location to friends with relatives flying into SeaTac, as it is a convenient drive, but can be reached via airport shuttle services.

Yes it's an old building, and yes the room layout is not ideal, and there is a slight smell to the room which was masked by their perfume, but the breakfast buffet was delicious and generous. Not all double trees serve cottage cheese and strawberries for breakfast and to me that's what separates a continental breakfast from an actual buffet. My experience is in line with what I paid — — to the negative reviewers I would ask if you could find a better place for same cost ($99. Off season? ). I think not.

Great experience. Room was clean and fresh. The pool and Jacuzzi and weight room where all up to par. The only thing I could complain about where how expensive the drinks where. Eeek. Good thing there are several restaurants around. The front desk people were professional and VERY nice on the eyes. Kudos!

Frankly, I am surprised that Hilton allows their name on this property. It is a relic that is worth avoiding. I got a tasty warm cookie at check-in, but that is where the good experience ended. They charge guests $11 (+ tax) per night for parking. Not covered, secure parking mind you, just outside, 50 yards from the hotel outside in the rain parking that is partially full from the Outback customers next door. When I entered my room it smelled musty. The bathroom sink and mirror are not in the bathroom, but in the hallway between the living room and the bedroom. The sliding door that separates the two rooms makes the sink in the bedroom. One person can’t brush their teeth, shave, use the hair dryer, etc. Without disturbing the other person in bed. The aged HVAC units in the room hum so loud, that combined with the units in neighboring rooms it was like being in room right next to the engine room of a cruise ship. They put me on the top floor (8) facing the freeway and the street. The outside wall and the windows absorb or deflect exactly zero of the sounds from the outside. Little did I know that evidently Tuesday night was coffee can muffler car drag race night. It sure seemed like it. That combined with the freeway noise made my stay quite miserable. I think I finally fell asleep about 1am, but was awakened countless times by noise. The interior walls are thin, and the plumbing is loud.
