Construction abounds here but a lovely location none the less.

Amazing view, room decoration is nice same as the furniture. Everything is well maintained and great.

Absolutely incredible. 4th Floor Jacuzzi room was not remodeled with a fireplace but was fantastic none the less! The room was huge, the Tub was more than enough room for two, the shower could have fit 6 people. Tracy at the front desk Friday night went out of her way to help us even though we were late checking in. Bag breakfast during the pandemic was excellent and high quality. We had a bottle of Chateau Ste. Michelle limited release Red Blend the hotel had on special. Do yourself a favor. Best Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah blend I have ever tasted. Thank you Silver Cloud Ree and Scott Campbell will definitely be back.

Beautiful. I have a great size room, breakfast in AM, shuttle service to Space Needle. All the comforts of home for a reasonable price.

Ease of access from freeway, breffasts were awesome, the beds are to die for, all the amenities apart from a pool, the location is stellar, just close enough and far enough from downtown, tons of things to do in walking distance, shuttle service, and the views… just can't beat it! Oh, did I mention the toiletries provided are Aveda!? — I will certainly be returning to this Hotel!

The staff here are amazingly friendly! It's been updated and kept very clean. You definitely get what you pay for here.

Loved this hotel for the one night I was in town for a quick business trip. Everything from the coffee bar, fireplace in the lobby, to the awesome breakfast was well thought through, clean and plenty of room for all guests. Highly recommend.

Very nice rooms with great accommodations for multiple people, including a mini-fridge, microwave, small safe, and an additional sink/mirror setup outside the bathroom. I used my Silver Cloud points and got the most expensive night for free for my 3-night stay. Great for events like PAX and other conventions.

Great hotel, would recommend anyone to stay here. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and the location is perfect with nice views of Lake Union, and a regular shuttle into a few downtown locations. Breakfast was delicious! I look forward to staying here again next time I’m in Seattle.

I spent only a few hours in the Silver Cloud Inn but that's all it took to let me know what I've been missing. It's close enough to downtown Seattle that you could walk if you wanted to. Although, why walk when you can ride the tram that runs right on the street next to it? The lunch I ate was delicious and the servers were friendly and had a good sense of humor. I expected a somewhat stuffy atmosphere but it didn't come off that way to me at all. I'll definitely be heading back to stay for a night or two the next time I'm in need of a place to stay close to town.

Basic, compact room. I actually enjoy the efficient use of space while not feeling claustrophobic. Clean room, nothing broken. A basic TV with basic cable but that's fine with me, too. Helpful staff and more than a basic continental breakfast gets extra appreciation from me.

Probable one of the best locations for a super nice hotel in Seattle. We loved every part of the stay. My kids loved the pool and I loved the fresh hot breakfast. My wife loved the comfy bed! Might make this your next place to stay in Seattle! Super close to the space needle, mall, and pike place.

Quiet, clean and modern rooms. Good service and friendly staff. Free shuttle, parking & breakfast. Just off Union Lake so decent view too. Shuttle couldn't pick us up so the hotel paid for a cab back to the hotel — much appreciated rather than being abandoned. Only downfall: A little isolated from shops and markets (need to cab or drive).

Stayed two nights in a lakeview suite. The way to go. Loved watching the activity on the water including the seaplanes. Room was clean and up to date. Breakfast is included and was okay. If staff was a bit on the friendly side I would maybe have given a five star. Shuttle goes to three locations and was useful. Free parking is a plus.

Enjoyed my first stay here. Friendly front staff. Full breakfast every morning. Gym is open 24/7 and has more equipment than the usual hotel offerings. The hotel is just north of downtown so their shuttle is very helpful in getting to major tourist points. Will be returning for future visits.

This hotel is far from downtown, making every outing long walk or needing to call an uber. The rooms are spacious and quiet, with good quality Wi-Fi. The breakfast is quickly stormed by the guests but is of good quality.

After such a long drive from Vancouver, 6hrs, we checked in and they upgraded our room to a king suite which was amazing. The bed was so comfy and all the little extras were so nice. Aveda products in the room. The whole hotel jas a lovely vibe and you can relax everywhere. Everyone is so friendly and make you feel at home. Great breakfast and parking included this place was great. Will be staying here again and they have a pretty good fitness suite to boot!

Great chain of hotels in the Seattle Portland area. Very clean, comfortable and friendly. Free parking, Wi-Fi & hot breakfast. Every floor had a guest laundromat. Rooms were large and more roomy than other hotels I’ve been to. Will definitely stay here again if I’m in this area!

Pretty great place. Great views of Lake Union and a 24-hour pool and jacuzzi which is pretty dope. Make sure you hit up the breakfast to which is actually very very good for a free Hotel breakfast it has hot dishes and pastries alike. Friendly staff and free parking what else could you ask for?

Our stay was very nice and uneventful. Parking was a non-issue thanks to their private entrances. Breakfast is great and worth waking up in the early morning to some eggs, sausage, and waffles. Silver Cloud's staff was also helpful in giving good recommendations for lunch locations and helping with simple things like fixing our demagnetized card and changing a few linens. All in all, this was a stress-free stay. That means a lot when our day-to-day responsibilities were hectic and we needed a quiet place to sleep.

This hotel is located just opposite side to Lake Union and offers beautiful view of road. As hotel doesn't have its own restaurant, so you need to take dinner and lunch outside. They offers breakfast with very limited menu which contains only some packed food items and 3-4 fruits. Live waffle maker is the only good thing about menu. Hotel also offers shuttle to major city locations on hourly basis.

I was pleasantly surprised with the room. Lots of space. The room also offered a fireplace which was a pleasant surprise. The windows of the unit I was in although a corner unit allowed a lot more light into the room. The shuttle from the hotel to various points in Seattle is huge plus and is quite convenient. The staff is very accommodating and very pleasant. The ability to look over the lake is another perk.

We always love staying here. Free parking, a great view of Lake Union, and comfortable rooms. The staff is always super friendly too. The location is very convenient to all areas of downtown by car, bike, and lyft/uber. Ask the front desk for coupons. They always have good stuff for free.

Easily accessible, convenient parking. Very friendly staff who were on point reviewing what the facility had to offer and where to go. The room was comfortable, however the first jacuzzi wouldn't fill at all and switched rooms without too much trouble.

They made a great accommodation for us since it was our anniversary, upgrading us to a room with a hot tub. Buffet breakfast and indoor pool made it a fun place to stay.

Always love staying at the Silver Cloud hotels and the location at South Lake Union is no exception. Great service with clean and comfortable rooms. The complimentary breakfast and parking are a huge plus when other hotels like to add that on. There are a lot of great attractions and restaurants within walking distance.

Stayed here for over a week and I loved it. Friendly staff and wonderful amenities. I really liked how I had a microwave and a mini fridge in my room. Plus there is free laundry available for guest use. Not too easy to walk to Capitol Hill from here because of the highway, but really easy to get to Lake Union. Not to mention the hotel runs free shuttle service to Pike's Market, the Space Needle, and Pioneer Square.

Nice place… Part of a small, family-owned chain in the Seattle area. Good location, especially for access to South Lake Union area. Decent included breakfast buffet. Would have rated it 4 stars, but I got a nicer room a few days later at a new Marriott Residence Inn in the U-District for considerably less.

Amazing room, amazing front desk staff. We ended up here because of a car emergency and chose this place because of its secure parking lot. It's a safe, elegant, modern, comfortable and most importantly accommodating hotel. The morning breakfast is nice, a little basic but that's been my experience with all American hotels so far. The rooms are elegant and clean, the staff is very friendly. I would definitely choose to stay in this hotel again.

Good location for getting to downtown, with free shuttle service running every half hour. Staff were really friendly and able to help me out with any questions I had. Room (double queen) was a decent size although the view at the back is not exactly spectacular. Good value for the location.

Cons: If you're looking for the hotel to make or break your trip then it is just your standard hotel. Okay pool, okay fitness centre, okay rooms, okay business centre, etc. That said, if you care about whether or not the features of the hotel are world class, go check yourself into a spa or find yourself some hobbies. You're in Seattle, get out and explore. Bonus: We came 30 mins earlier than check in and they sent us to a room that wasn't made yet (miscommunication between staff, not a big deal). We went to the other room, put our stuff down, hopped onto the free shuttle and explored the city before going to a concert. When we returned there was a long hand written apology, free bottle of wine, and free chocolates. Completely unnecessary. 5* service makes sure you have a good time.

It was awesome, we got back from our dive, the room was clean comfy and completely satisfying. Miranda, the receptionist was knowledgeable and super cool, the poll was great, good continental breakfast.

Decent breakfast, served on real plates with real silverware. The shuttle service to Seattle attractions is quite convenient. Free parking, fairly easy access off of the I-5. The gym is very nice and quite large for a hotel. I have stayed here twice and have had good experiences.

Very nice place to stay. Rooms were a decent size and very clean. We thought that the price was very reasonable, especially compared to other hotels in the area. Parking was convenient (parking garage with elevator near by) and included in price. Also has very pretty views of the lake. Breakfast was pretty good and even included eggs, sausage and waffles. Also had a refrigerator and microwave in room which is always nice.

Nice room a lot bigger than I was expecting. Parking was a nightmare. Smallest garage and parking spots I've ever seen. Missed out on the breakfast. But heard it was good.

This hotel completely surpassed my expectations. We got the king Jacuzzi room for only a little more than the regular price and it was well worth it. Best Jacuzzi ever! The liabilities were fantastic, having the pool and hot tub downstairs open all night. Staff also gave good suggestions as to where to eat. Seattle center is a bit of a drive, but they have free shuttles where ever you need to go. Great stay.
