The view are incredible the suites are spectacular. The lack of security and quiet time enforcement of noise is appalling. They allowed several rooms to use fireworks from their balcony and smoking in a non smoking building.

Worst noise I have ever encountered in a hotel… including what some may consider to be “questionable” motels! To make matters far worse, the Wi-Fi was next to unusable: no faster than 1mbps, tons of dropped connections, etc. And don’t even consider asking the hotel concierge about it because they are not at all helpful.

Realistically, your company has to care about employees, and desire to create a particular environment for employees, to take action quickly to resolve the bad boss problem. FIRE MAXIM the general manager. He will put that hotel in trouble no one like him there! He is not even buying uniforms for hotel employee… bad manager with bad attitude, he don’t care, all employees cries every day because of him. I am sure you will like to

I warn you to not park in their garage ($37 a night btw) because your window will get smashed and everything stolen! Even though it’s is gated it is not secure — anyone can walk through the lobby and access the garage. No cameras either. And they are not responsible for any damages of course! At least three cars got hit when we were here.

Very beautiful environment the ocean is across the street. Loved the continental breakfast and the indoor water fall. The gym was alot bigger than I expected and the indoor pool very nice. The room was clean with kitchen and living room. The balcony was cool overlooking the ocean view.

Mediocre rooms, non attentive staff, great breakfast. Stayed in a suite with a King size bed and a pull out for four guests. Show up and there are only 3 towels. Ask for a 4th, never received it. The next morning ran into people coming back from the pool who were dripping wet and they said they asked for towels and never received them either which led us to not swim when the pool was one of the main reason for booking there. On a good note, breakfast was great and the location is fairly good, being down the street from the street car line.

Residence Inn is a gorgeous hotel with a beautiful lakeside. The interior is lovely, and the patio is awfully cute. Unfortunately, the pull-out couch bed is an issue, and the AC can range from frigid to hot depending on where you're sleeping. It's good, but not the best.

Our reservations were made 4 months ago. We arrived here with 2 children and 5 adults at 11:00a. M. We asked the desk if we could have early check in and they said they would get the rooms ready as soon as they could and let us know when they were ready. We waited in the lobby until just after noon and decided to go across the street and have lunch. When we came back to the hotel we asked them how the rooms for coming and after some confusion and checking they told us that apparently nobody had told housekeeping that our rooms had requested early check in and so no one has started cleaning the four rooms that were reserved but that they would ask housekeeping to get right on that. We return to the lobby with two crying exhausted children that Have been up since 4 AM traveling and waited another couple of hours. We went back to the counter and asked how things were progressing, with my husband express finally expressing frustration they were able to find two one room units for the two families that did not have children. These two rooms were found of course after many many people had been filing to the door checking in and going straight up to their rooms. Of course the two two-bedroom rooms that we need are still not ready and the only feedback we received from the counter was they were not obligated to have rooms ready for us until 4 o’clock.

The location is real close to the northern Amazon offices in Seattle. It's also close to the beautiful lake. So I definitely can't complain about the location. The room service is lacking. The housekeeping service neglected to refill my empty tissue box, but remembered to take the tip. Thanks included breakfast is pretty standard fare. Overall, it's not a bad place to stay unless you're looking for luxury.

Location is outstanding and lake views are amazing from this property. Dukes and Chupacabra are across the street at the marina. Breakfast was included and good. True North taproom opens in the afternoon til 10pm. Pizza was good (not great). Local brew on tap was good and ice cold. Lakeview suite was large with a huge balcony. And multiple windows with lake, city, and space needle views. Staff was pleasant. No local shuttle. Has pool, whirlpool and fitness center, computers. Large open lobby.

Worst customer service ever. Just posted a two star review. Not five minutes later it’s been deleted. Tried to make a reservation at a location a mile away. We were told that the reservation was completed for the wrong hotel, and that it would cost us $200 to make the switch to the other hotel. Call the customer service line at Marriott and were told the same thing. Absolutely no customer service, no interest in helping us correct a problem five minutes after it happened. Then my public review was deleted when I share this information and gave them credit for one or two of the nice things they did. Now I have nothing nice to say. Please choose a hotel chain that will try and accommodate you if you need something, not hold you hostage and ask for money. Oh, and maybe another hotel chain will put sheets on your bed.

Terrible for almost $400 a night. Don’t take room 228. You’ll get an early wake up call outside your window on Saturday morning. That’s when maintenance trims the bushes. Sunday morning the busses start around 730. Doesn’t matter that you wanted to sleep in! Complained the first time and the front desk girl barely apologized and said she’d talk to maintenance. Next time upon check out the other gal looked at the map to see where the room is and again barely muttered an apolo…gy. Same girl from the day before was there and didn’t acknowledge me. What a waste of money. Thanks for the migraine. Literally And as we’re leaving a driver Rebecca resenting the hotel implies that my husband and I are liars that we can’t get an uber for the same price as him. Complained AGAIN to the front desk and I get an I’m so sorry while he comes back in to argue with us.

I really enjoy staying at this hotel mainly because it's across from South Lake Union and it has an indoor swimming pool and a breakfast hot breakfast bar. The front desk staff is friendly and has great customer service plus room service attends to your needs without a hesitation. This hotel offers garage parking and public transportation is near the hotel such as the streetcar train Indy Metro Bus Service. Walking distance to South Lake Union Park area and restaurants.

Hotel room had both a living room and a bedroom. Have no complaints about any services — cleaning was thorough and done while I was away, front desk was courteous and helpful, and room service was quick and easy. Room was spacious, clean, and stylish. Did not hear anything from neighboring rooms, so walls were thick. Also had black out curtains in both living room and bedroom, so was dark at night and made it easy to sleep. Finally, breakfast was great. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay near South lake Union.

I wouldn't say it offers value for money, for example parking will cost you $35 a day. Nearby hotel offers free parking. Rooms are like a resedential apartment and very spacious. They have a pool which is nice. Location wise it is absolutely stunning.

Great Place close to downtown Seattle that you reach on foot.

It's difficult to give this hotel a rating because so many things occurred that made it a very mixed experience during the three days we stayed. This hotel seems to attract folks that like to party. When we arrived there were men in the lobby yelling they were gonna 'tear up the hotel bar tonight! ' and the room next to us had a very large underage party going on. Loads of drama in the lobby, the rooms surrounding us and outside of the hotel on the second night. Then on the second night of our stay an intoxicated person pulled the fire alarm at 3:30 am and this sounded the alarm in all of the rooms (it was awful) for a good 10 or so minutes while guests waited outside in the rain (lots of people with small children and pets) for the fire truck to arrive. We were exhausted the next day… When I asked the hotel manager what happened, she apologized but I also had the sense that this type of thing was not out of the ordinary and was shrugged or laughed off. Based on our experience we would probably not stay here again especially for the price which was $150/night. Pros: Impressive breakfast, very dog friendly hotel (we took our enormous Pyrenees mountain dog with us :) Kid friendly (my son enjoyed the pool and breakfast) but this is true only if you can tolerate having the party scene around your kids… it's close to Lake Union but I wouldn't say the views were spectacular.

Nice hotel across the street from the lake and waterfront restaurants. Streetcar and bus service next to the hotel servicing downtown locations. Smooth check in process. Breakfast serviced in large atrium setting each morning. Parking for a fee plus tax and dog fee was low plus tax. The taxes was a third of the hotel rate which surprised me. We had a two bedroom suite which was large and airy. The three televisions were large.

We had a nice stay for a long weekend. If you've been to a residence Inn you will know what to expect… the suites are clean and have a bedroom, sitting room with a small balcony, kitchenette and bathroom. Breakfast is good, with a good selection of hot and cold items to help yourself to. Staff are courteous and the decor is pleasant. Not the best location however, you're a bus ride or cab from most of the tourist attractions. It's very close to Lake union which is picturesque and has a few nice but slightly overpriced restaurants, but apart from that the area is pretty empty. Offices and storage units and such. It's a pretty long walk to the nearest store for example.

The best part about this place is the location and kitchenette. Everything is available within a walking distance. Bus stop and Streetcar stop is right outside. The breakfast is same with limiting veg options. Rooms are good and clean. Hotel has a nice gym and pool area. Overall, a good place to stay for longer duration.

Awesome 3 star place. Compact kitchen. Try the corner suites, they seem to be larger. If you are staying for more than 3 days the free breakfast spread may be limiting. Awesome location near the cove. In case sailing is in your list you may enjoy the proximity. Small Market and Free coffee through out the day.

Good spacious rooms with a balcony and kitchen/kitchenette. Typical fitness center with couple of treadmills. Indoor pool had nice hot water but too much of chlorine content. For the price paid, it's reasonable in SLU area. Breakfast is included but menu is exactly the same everyday.

This is a beautiful hotel with a great breakfast. My check in was great as well. The whole staff here is really helpful. I used the guest laundry and it was super convenient. It's just a wonderful place. Also my room has a balcony and I have an AWESOME view of Lake Union so yeah I'm happy.

The rooms are super nice and clean. The kitchen is well stocked with kitchen utensils. We got the suite with two rooms, one with one king bed and the other with two queen beds. The breakfast spread is amazing! Will stay again.

Beds were so comfy and the place itself was gorgeous. Breakfast layout looked amazing but taste left a lot to be desired. Bagels-dry, coffee-watery, yogurt-not cold.

Staff were courteous and professional, as usual and always appreciated. Parking is tight, lobby decorations fancier than I've seen at other residence inns. Room was spacious and clean, though the toilet flushed a little weakly. Complimentary breakfast is convenient but nothing to write home about. Easily an overall positive experience.

By far the best part about this hotel is the location: you can go out and just walk around Lake Union any time you want. If you're ambitious (and it's not raining), then Seattle Center, downtown, even Fremont are all within walking distance (and there's a bus stop and trolley stop immediately outside for when you're not so ambitious). The breakfast is pretty nice — I'd say slightly (not dramatically) better than your average hotel breakfast. The in-room kitchen is pretty basic, but that's probably only an issue if you're there for an extended stay (like we were). The furniture was all comfortable and clean, and we never had any issues with noise or other disturbances.

I much prefer the Seattle Marriott Waterfront to this. If you're ever in Seattle, that's the Marriott to go to. This Marriott is fine for the price, but the location is awful. There were also a few homeless people that tried to get into the parking garage and break into resident's cars. Not the best area for a hotel to be in. The staff was friendly and helped us out and breakfast was included in the cost. Overall it was fine and it was priced really well, but there are better options.

It is a very open floor plan with a great vintage atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and very lovely no matter which area you area given. Very clean and staff is courteous and friendly. Whenever we needed something service was prompt and free breakfast was delicious. Wonderful that they have Wi-Fi, gym and laundry. Also they like my dog and that helps!

It's a Very nice hotel. It has a very good location. It only takes 5 minutes walk to the lake. Each apartment has a kitchen, guest room, bedroom and bathroom. I like the kitchen, it has full set of appliances needed, like stoves, refrigerator and a dish washer. It also has pans, plates, knifes and almost everything you need to cook a dinner. The minor issue is their room service seems does not have a standard bar, the quality varies depending on the individual who cleans your room.

The front desk staff was great and very helpful during a tough situation especially Jahna. However, my girlfriend and I were staying for the Mariners game and our anniversary. When we got back from the game our hotel room door was wide open and her jewelry bag was stolen. This hotel has absolutely zero cameras in it and they could not do anything to help us find it. What hotel in a major city does not have cameras. Again, the front desk staff was very nice but I will never stay there again.

What are the family of four they only gave us one soap. We got there late they didn't give us a discount. We asked for more toilet paper and we never got it. While we say barely her to fire alarms go off one at 1AM. Another early in the morning. The breakfast food that they gave us was pretty good but I feel like the staff could have treated us better.

What's good: Nice rooms — with a full fledged kitchenette, dishwasher etc. Separate TVs in sitting room and bedroom. Decent bathroom. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast spread. What could be improved: Difficult to get dinner post ~9.30.

Gorgeous room with an unnecessarily massive balcony overlooking the nearby marina. All rooms were large and open with the exception of the two bathrooms, which were still pretty acceptably sized. Massive open faux courtyard lobby with complimentary breakfast in the morning. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful. Staff were professional, polite, and helpful. Popular triple lure location for Pokemon Go located across the street at the Center for Wooden Boats.

Nice place, very classy inside with a great common area. Breakfast was ala cart tofu eggs and sausage, very average continental breakfast. It was very disappointing a place this nice would have such a let down on the food. They also charged 32$ a day for parking not including the parking tax. For the money to stay at this place I would have rather not spent it here.

Currently staying in a 2 bedroom suite. Amenities are fine, breakfast is good, and staff are friendly; but hotel is understaffed. No room cleaning today and when I returned at 5pm and asked about it was told they were 'short staffed. ' Was promised the room would be cleaned in the evening but returned to find it unserviced/ beds unmade/ no towels/ garbage unemptied etc. Coffee has not been replaced in the room since the week since I've been here. Unusually for Seattle the weakness here seems to be housekeeping. No oven / toaster oven which would have been a plus in the kitchenette.

Staff was nice and the continental breakfast was really good, tons of options. But our two room suit was dirty and smelt like fish. The manager did refund half the cost of the room but was aware of the smell before our check in. We were also made to wait almost an hour past our 4 o'clock check in before the room was ready. I feel given the fact that staff was aware of the fish smell we should have been told about it beforehand and offered a solution to avoid us needing to complain.

I played the Priceline blind reservation. I selected the stars I wanted at what price (not the name your price feature). I paid $100 total for my room which would have been over 300 if I booked directly. We got a king size suite with full kitchen, spare pull out bed/couch. Great view from 5th floor. Amazing. Parking was not included so our total for the hotel was 140. When others probably paid close to 400. Yay Priceline. What a beautiful place you chose for us.

This is honestly my favorite hotel. The staff were amazing! The rooms were beautiful spacious and comfortable. The breakfast selection was great. Our kids had fun in the pool/hot tub area. Looking forward to going back! Thank you for the great experience!

Stayed in room 414. Room was quiet but bed and pillows were not comfortable. No view. Parking is $30 a night and you the spaces are tight. Breakfast was rubbery dry eggs and overcooked ham with potatoe pancakes. I recommend waffles if you stay here because you can know if we'll be fresh. Hotel is clean and staff is polite though.

At the point of writing this, I've been here for 20+ days: Everything has its pro's and cons. This was a nice clean hotel. Breakfast was by far the best free breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. Lots of room in each room. Housekeeping did a pretty good job. (Didn't vac on each service) The significant "issues" I'd list are as follows: SMALL parking spaces, ($30 a night until over 30 days!, then only $15…) "High Speed Internet". I live in North Pole Alaska, I have an outhouse and my internet will DESTROY the speed here. (Out house is a conversation piece, we have indoor plumbing). I've typically seen connection speeds at under 200kb. Well, in all fairness, you can PAY for their "upgraded" high speed service. No "hard wire" internet, so you are now at the mercy of hackers, etc. My computer has a Wi-Fi issue, so I brought my travel router with me, and I have no internet service due to this. I'm writing this review via my tablet. Traffic. Yes, this hotel is in the center of everything, but "everything" requires traffic. Forget trying to get onto I-5. You get to take the long way. (Typically anyway. My rental has California plates, so I feel entitled to drive like a jerk and cut people off. Single finger salutes are visual only. I just smile and wave. ) Food: A few places to eat are right next to the harbor, it's a Nice view, but I'm on the back side.

The check in is not until 4 but that is ridiculous. Especially for the price. The breakfast was ok but they don't even clean up. The pool and spa was ok but the pool was cold and the hot tub bubbles didn't work. They didn't clean my room until 3 and I had to call 2 times. 4/10 wouldn't come again.

Beautiful hotel, decent breakfast. The housekeeping staff had complete disregard for the do not disturb signs. I had unauthorized access to my room every day I was here. The front desk staff was unresponsive to issues. Extremely disappointing.

Dog friendly hotel with many other dog owners staying. Small place for dogs to potty and poo bags were provided. We thought the free breakfast was above average.

My family of 5 stayed at the residence inn for a week on vacation. The location is very convenient to 5 and is easy to get to Seattle center. The morning breakfast is a huge benefit and tasty. They are doing some construction to modernize the dated decor. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Lobby is really cool. Rooms are spacious and nice with fully functional kitchen. They allow dogs.

The hotel was well located close to many landmarks and was low cost compared to other hotels. The breakfast provided was not a boring continental breakfast but instead had eggs, turkey bacon, waffles and sausage breakfast hash, plus all the usual breakfast sides. The hotel itself has a very cool open interior. The rooms are also nice because they include a separate kitchen and living space from the bedroom. The only downside was parking was extra and cost 27$/night.

We have stayed here a few times over the last few years. The hotel is clean and the room was comfortable. Our main issue was that every single thing we needed was an extra charge, and the staff was rude about it. Parking was $27 night, a rollaway bed for our child was $20 a night. Thought we'd booked a queen room online, but the front desk staff rudely informed us that we'd booked a King room and that it was just their policy to charge for extra beds. We won't stay there again. Other downtown hotels offer closer access to activities and free parking, etc.

I would rate this hotel lower if I could. Here is why, the housekeeping are terrible. The room smelled horrible after they just cleaned (cooking smell) and due to my events, I was not even given another room till the next day and it was a downgrade room. The rooms are not anymore expensive than Motif. My conference was at Motif but they were book and I ended up staying at this dump for the same money. I was discussed from this room as I can see the sink bowl meldo around the rim of the bowl. The sofa, chair and other items have seen better days and avoided sitting on them as they smelled old funk. There is no waste basket in the bathroom, I requested one, and it was gone the next day. I called again to get it back, and no one showed up. I just got tired of this crap. I wrote a letter to house keeping manager and hotel manager but no one replied. They just don't care. I will never stay at this dump. I dont know how they got such a high rating; it must be from the staff themselves, I cant wait to review them through my Marriott account.

Has just about everything. Definitely not the fanciest hotel in the world, but still nice. It has a pool, decent amenities, a gym, and a great hot breakfast bar in the morning. I have stayed there probably 4 times and quite enjoy it.

I stay here often when visiting our Seattle Location. The hotel is clean, staff is friendly and the rooms are nice and comfortable. I highly recommend staying here, you won't be dissapointed.

Wonderful location across the street from Lake Union. Lots of rooms have views of the lake, the Space Needle, or both. There's a beautiful 7-story atrium and water feature in the lobby. This hotel had the most extensive breakfast selection of any RI I've ever been to. The streetcar (South Lake Union line) goes right by the hotel and heads into downtown for $2.50 if you don't want to drive.
