Not safe. Pet owners beware.
They call themselves Pet Friendly but there’s no outside place for pets that’s decent. Inside is pretty dated, old and musty. The area is industrial and dirty. Run down. But the biggest reason I can’t recommend, is that I feel it’s unsafe. I went outside to try to find a decent place for our dog to pee and found a used hypodermic needle on the side of the hotel. Scary! My husband went to staff person at registration desk and told her. She didn’t act surprised or shocked. Needless to say we were out of there! They only refunded one of two nights. We didn’t care, there’s no way we were going to stay. Seriously if you have dogs don’t stay there. We found a much better, cleaner and safer place closer to Mukilteo. 10 minutes away.

Close to my sons navel base. They offered me a military discount for my sons service. Very clean. Very friendly staff.

Very basic and run down. Understaffed, dirty, dusty, smelly and located in an industrial area. Skip this one entirely.

We stayed here for a weekend getaway and it was worth it. Conveniently located in Everett's downtown and can easily walk to many restaurants and pubs. Driving is a breeze too as the hotel right beside the I-5, no worries though, can't hear the cars at all. The continental breakfast is definitely worth the stay! There were many hot and cold food choices to pick from and to top it all off, there is a waffle maker and a pancake one too! When they see a good item is running low, they quickly replenish it too. The service was superb! Checking in and out was a breeze. The staff were all very tentative and most of all friendly. The staff suggested some great places to eat and to check out. They gave us directions on where to go and made us feel very welcomed even though we are from out of town. This Best Western definitely have it's smaller town charm with a really big heart. Without skipping a heartbeat, we will totally pick this place for us to stay at again the next time we are in Everett.

I called cause I was stranded waiting for bus for the night. He gave me a great rate and great service. I was in and out super quick. Best hotel experience I've ever had. My only problem was the room. It was pretty warm in there, even with the AC on full blast. Also watching the TV made me feel like I was watching back in the 70s. And I wasn't even born in that decade or the next. But all in all a good hotel. Worthy of the 4 stars. But not enough for 5. But to be honest I'll go back anytime.

Staff was friendly informative and courteous. They went out of their way to do whatever they could to make our stay enjoyable. Ice machine was broken… had to go to another floor to get ice. Just a small inconvenience. It was right beside the elevators. The beds were wonderful! A quiet and restful couple of nights!

This experience was one of the best experiences I have had at a hotel, let alone Best Western. Both people at the front desk were extremely friendly, answered all of our questions and was very accommodating. The whole reason I picked this hotel was for my boys to go swimming. The pool was outside, heated, and super clean. There was also a hot tub with jets and the chairs were all organized and clean as well. The hotel staff let us know the pool opened at 10am and we were able to go swimming until our room was ready since we tried to do the early check in. They had our room ready by noon and made sure we had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, everything was neat and clean, and my favorite part-the shampoo/soap/face bar were AMAZING products that left my hair and skin silky smooth. I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel and can't wait to book our next trip! Thank you for putting your customers first! It truly shows at this Best Western hotel!

The room was very clean and pleasant. The breakfast area was nicely stocked and the food tasted great. Our only complaint was that the stairwell didn't appear to have been cleaned recently. But again, the room was clean and pretty, the bathroom smelled clean and the kitchen was nice. The AC worked so well!

With quick and easy access to I-5 and the train station, this Cascade Inn is an excellent choice. The staff is friendly and efficient. The facility is well maintained. And the breakfast is excellent.

Very nice front desk staff, professional and courteous. Conveniently close to the freeway but not a lot of road noise. The room was great, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, good variety!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this property for an event we attended in Everett, WA. The room and staff were great… the complimentary breakfast was excellent. We would definitely stay at this property again.

It was quite nice and clean inside. I was only there for a seminar but the room was spacious and laid out well, the AC worked nicely, and they even put out water for us.

Rooms are nice, prices are decent and free breakfast in the morning. Didn't see no designated smoking area or had a jacuzzi in the room. Other then that it was nice. Small pool on the side too.

I was impressed with the cleanliness, the service, and the comfort of the room. All amenities worked and the breakfast offered all the things I like. The breakfast room was clean and the items presented were fresh and refilled quickly. The staff was most helpful and friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

I was here only to speak at a conference did not stay so did not get the full experience. However I enjoyed the breakfast buffet which was pretty good had a wide selection the food was fresh and hot. The lobby and meeting rooms were clean. Staff was not readily apparent but did come to assist if there was a question. It is in kind of an out-of-the-way location but I don't know Everett that well so it could be close to their downtown.

Nice comfortable room. TV, mini fridge and microwave, coffee maker. Room comes with breakfast served buffet style. The hotel is walking distance from the main strip.

Very clean! The room smells nice. The bed and pillows were comfortable, best sleep I've had in a long while (my bed at home is too hard). Nice breakfast set up. Stayed for a business week mid-Feb 2018.

I just left my week-long stay at the Best Western and to say I am in shock would be an understatement. I spent very good money at this establishment, over $700 total for the week and was just forced to leave by the general manager Bria without any kind of explanation. The front desk clerk called me this morning and told me that I had to leave. Bria was not here and said that she would not be calling me to explain why. I am very ill and up here by myself for treatment for chronic Lyme disease. Anyone that knows anything about chronic lyme disease knows that it causes the level of debilitation that cancer does and is a very serious illness. I am legally disabled and to be treated this way is unfathomable. Last night at 10:30 my boyfriend Nick called me and told me that the front desk girl Wendy had spoken with him and said that she complained that he was calling in too much and that the management would be talking to me about this today. He manages the clinic that I go to for treatment and is helping to oversee my medical care. It's very important that I am in touch with him regularly. I have never had an issue about this at any other hotel that I stayed at. So I called down to speak with her about this and she was very rude and unprofessional saying to me the same thing she said to Nick. I told her that I did not appreciate her tone and attitude towards me.

Not flashy, but does the job. We came here rto this hotel for one night, with my wife and two kids. While this is not a flashy motel by any means, it does provide you with a clean room, bathroom and comfortable bed. The outdoor pool made things very easy on us parents with the kids and the hot tub was very powerful which I found very relaxing. The area was very quiet and it is close to the baseball diamond as well as the Stadium in Everett. The breakfast provided is quite good, but some advice here, get down there early because seating is very limited. We waited till mid morning and could not find a seat, so we had to eat in our room, but the breakfast was very good.

This is our second stay in Everett, Best Western. Everything is still as good as ever, just the washbasin's water valve switch and leaking problems, I hope the store to repair as soon as possible.

I really enjoyed my stay here the breakfast was a large continental breakfast with eggs sausages, bacon, biscuits and gravy. Other than that this hotel had excellent customer service and the staff who was there were very helpful in helping us find a a nearby restaurant of quality. The hot tub was just perfect, the rooms were surprisingly nice and comfortable. The elevator was pretty sketchy and the interior could use a few touch ups in the hall way, but overall the hotel was an enjoyable experience.

Pretty average looking on the outside, this hotel is located in an older section of town, right behind a Kaiser Permanente Insurance Administration office building. The neighborhood has seen better days, although the interior of the hotel had obviously been remodeled in the last 5 years or so. Atrium was bright and very clean, FRONT DESK STAFF WERE VERY KIND, RESPONSIVE, AND HELPFUL! Well done, Ladies!

Good, clean rooms. Very comfortable beds. Good quality breakfast. Showers are weak. Bathrooms need to get rid of the water saver outlets. Close to downtown, which is a bit of a drawback, because you do get some unsavory people walking in the area. Good places to eat nearby, but avoid the Denny's to the east, horrible place. There's a reason why so many people on Yelp give it bad ratings. I found out the hard way…

Here for a meeting but really impressed with this place. Beautiful grounds and ambiance. You know how a lot of motels smell stale and musty? This place not only looked good but smelled clean too. The breakfast buffet was exceptionally well maintained and offered a wide variety of choices. I took a look in the food prep area. It was not a closet converted to a kitchen! It had all the equipment a restaurant needed to insure proper safe food handling. I would not hesitate to stay here.

It's very good for what it is… a 2 star hotel. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The room spacious and clean. The breakfast was good, better than others I've had at similar hotels. I docked a point for the noisy heater and lack of enough wall outlets. With phones, computers, and medical equipment to power we couldn't plug everything in at the same time.

We stay here a couple times a year, and we are treated incredibly! Rooms areal ways clean and the service is always great! I would 10/10 recommend this hotel to EVERYONE.

Super friendly staff. Nice looking hotel. Very sharp looking. Hotel itself smelled weird. Bed was comfortable, sheets and blanket were terrible. It would have been a solid 4star but scent is important to me.

This Best Western is more than what you would expect from a well run hotel. Beds were very comfortable, the room was very clean and the breakfast included with your stay is the best we have had at any hotel. The hash browns were made from real potatoes and everything was hot and fresh. Would enthusiastically recommend a stay at this Best Western!

Comfy bed and loved the hot tub. Great continental / buffet breakfast. There were ice cream bars left in the fridge, hmm. Tossed 'em… not a biggie.

Very nice place, very clean and quiet. The location was perfect and breakfast is nice. However I did not get a good nights sleep because I was freezing! You don't get a comforter only a sheet and a thin blanket thing, they need to provide a comforter!

Great place to stay when you're going to be in meetings all day. No workout room, but a nice swimming pool. Breakfast was delicious. Quick access to I-5.

This hotel is fine, not great but not bad either. My main points of grief are that the bed only had like a quilt to keep you warm, no comforter or duvet. This itself wouldn't be too much of a problem but the ac was an older model which you couldn't select an actual temperature, just a dial and fan speed. Finally, I'm all for saving water by using low flow facets and shower heads, but then you need to up the pressure. Otherwise showering takes twice the time. Breakfast was pretty good though — I especially enjoyed the cinnamon waffles.

The only thing I would like to see changed is the height of the bed and night stand. It really hurts to bump your head on the side of the night stand and worse on the corner of the night stand.

Clean room. The Hotel looked pretty old and definitely needs some updating. The hallways and parking lot seemed uncommonly crowded with lots of people loitering around or sitting on curbs. I'm not sure if they were guests. It made me mildly uncomfortable, but nothing happened. The water temperature is VERY temperamental and can take a while to figure out, be careful! The complimentary breakfast was great!

Great place to stay if you don't want to wrangle freeway traffic into the city! Easy to get to from the freeway. Easy to get to the train station (about a block away). Great food within walking distance! Everett was a surprising gem we drive by every time we go to Seattle; would definitely stay here again.

The best coffee. I'm from Canada, friendly staff and the bathroom was accessible which was a plus cause I'm disabled. Thanks for the stay! Take care.

Rooms were nothing exciting. Decent breakfast. Huge parking lot. Close to the water.

It seems like a good hotel. I cannot come into much since I was basically in one conference room area.

First (non-smoking, as the whole hotel is) room smelled like smoke, but front desk was extremely helpful and immediately got us into a different room that was just fine. Everything else was very pleasant, would stay again.

Exceeded my family's expectations. Comfortable with a very good continental breakfast.

I stayed I everett wa, I had 2 qween size beds room was clean and fresh, beds was ok for the night, breakfast was good the price of the room was good.

The rooms are dated but clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was sub par in my opinion. The eggs were watery and the potatoes had too many onions and very little flavor. I stayed on business so it met my needs.

Free breakfast was good, rooms were clean, not very good Wi-Fi. The hallways looked a little old. Lots of parking and friendly staff.

Place was clean, no sign of bed bugs. Free breakfast that was not half bad. The mattress was so comfy I passed out as soon as I laid down. Overall I felt it was well worth the price.

Great place to stay it's clean and everyone was very nice and helpful. It's within walking distance to the bus terminal — from there you can get a bus to other parts of the town or even other cities. I will definitely stay here again.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was fine, and the bathroom was decent. Nothing too fancy, but the bed was comfortable. Worth the price. Flat screen and keurig in the room which was nice. Everything was clean. Water temperature would randomly change in shower which was annoying but not a big deal. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel, despite being in Everett is clean, wonderful, and friendly. (The friendly depending on the staff though. One or two people are fairly grumpy. ) Stayed there for three nights while my home was being worked on. They also followed the request not to use any sprays in the room, since I had my bird and cat with me. Very helpful also because we had to push out check out time to later in the day The free breakfast was lovely also. Plus the pool and hot tub were nice to go relax in.

Came to spend 1 night and go to Jetty Island, the room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly and gave me ideas of where to go around town. The breakfast was excellent and plenty of it, too. Would definitely return.

Nice place — I stayed here 20 some years ago also, had one issue the fridge stopped working-they replaced it-ruined the food I had in there-The manager credited my credit card or my loss, great service! — — — The breakfast was great and I enjoyed the hot tub.

If I could give no stars I would — I stayed there under a corporate lodging account for a discount. $77 for 2 nights. The receipt I have and signed states 2 nights, $77. Then after check out they charged me twice. $77 X 2 for a total of $154. When I called to speak to someone, she didn't care, she said it was a mistake and it should of been for 1 night. Sorry for the confusion and we charged your card again. I will dispute this charge and win. Thank you for all your help Cascadia. Figures. This hotel is in Everett Wa. The nastiest place to stay in Washington State. Watch your CC statement people.

Continental breakfast surpassed expectations. Service was excellent day or night, rooms were clean and it was very quiet. Definitely recommend! And best of all they let us bring our dog.
