Loved both times we have stayed here. This last time we brought our dog it was great. I am happy to say we will be back!

We stayed here for most of our honeymoon and quite enjoyed our stay. There's great access to the lake, the grounds are beautiful, and every time we interacted with the staff they were friendly and helpful, even when it was our mistake. We wanted to be somewhere a little secluded, but downtown is still a short drive away. This was a great choice.

Loved it all! Great spot for the family. The lakeside parklike location made for the best mix of swimming at the beach or off the docks, indoor or outdoor pool/hot tub with basketball or beach volleyball right out the back door. Definitely coming back.

We stayed for 2 nights. First night the toilet door was locked and they asked us to move to a different room. Next day they asked us to move back. We asked if there is a option not to move but they said they are booked out. Lost 3-4 hrs packing and unpacking. On top Miss Ashely, the receptionist, when approached didn’t know the issue we faced and said was we we are being rude, while she seemed to be in a bad mood to start with. No consideration for kids, nothing. Don’t recommend a stay here. Show less.

This place is amazing. Randy & Karen were warm and welcoming, and they cook a mean breakfast. They love socializing with their guests, and are more than happy to leave you to your own devices if you're the private type. There is the right amount of privacy, but also opportunities to mingle with the other guests. The rooms are nice and quaint. We have stayed here twice now, once on our wedding night, and once more because it was a must to come back. We will be back in the future, and can't recommend this not so little slice of heaven enough.

So… we had fleas in our room and they ate all our feet up pretty good. I'm giving it 3 stars because they tried to make it right and it's obvious someone snuck their animal in, unknowingly to the management at the hotel. They had our room ready early and our requested pack n play ready to go. The hide a bed cannot have the word bed in it though. The bed part was definitely hidden. Super uncomfortable. I'd rather sleep on the floor.

I attended a banquet function put on in the room above the hot tub and pool area. I had a great time. They even offered free parking to those whom had to park on the pay areas on the streets. It was a great atmosphere and a perfect place for a meeting or party or get together. Very clean facility.

The rooms were awesome! All staff were very nice and welcoming. The location was great, and the views were amazing. We also spend a lot of time in the indoor and outdoor pools and I'm very happy overall with the whole experience.

We visited friends that were staying there. It seemed their hot tub was as warm as bath water. Pool was nice.

First time at this place. Room was just OK. Bad: Layout terrible. (Bedroom towards the parking lot and adjacent resort) Sofabed not close to a real bed; uncomfortable to sleep in. Parking spaces way too small; all compact size. Indoor pool water temperature too cold. Breakfast was terrible. Worst waffles I had in my life. Literally. Coffee was OK. First night was fine. Second night was very noisy. Idiots and drunks yelling and cussing throughout the night. Continuous door slamming. Loud cars. Neighboring "Chelan Resort" full of partying loud morons playing loud stereo at 7AM. If I had a better experience I would definitely return… only IF Good: Grounds maintained very well, Room was clean minus the gnats.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Beautiful views and directly next to beach. Close to town. Perfect spot! Friendly and helpful staff.

Nothing fancy. It is an older, well located hotel. Breakfast fair, price reasonable, room / bed standard and everyone was nice. We had a good stay. There were a lot of gnats in the room and around the lake. Apparently this is a Lake Chelan problem and impossible to avoid. Suggest you do a bit of research to be informed.

Beautiful rooms. Ours had a amazing view of Lake Chelan. The office workers were all great. Looking forward to staying again.

Comfy beds and a good breakfast. Be sure to ask for a lake view room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the business stay and will be back this summer for vacation.

We had a great stay here. I wish I would have gotten the name of the guy who checked us in, he was very friendly and accommodating and even gave us great recommendations for restaurants and activities as this was our first Chelan trip. Will definitely be back!

Best hotel ever they have an swing Wi-Fi and there rooms are cleaned really well and their indoor and outdoor swimming pools are amazing along with both hot tubs.

Super friendly staff, easy check in. Got a 1st floor lake view room-wow! Everything you could need. Large indoor pool with nice chairs and a pretty mural on the wall. Nice size hot tub outside. Big breakfast spread! Will recommend this hotel to everyone looking for lodging in Chelan.

Everything is average (3 star) except for the private park that you can't find at other hotels in the area. Farther from town so more private like. They have great views but you're not "on" the water like other hotels, so it's a trade-off.

Good hotel with the view of lake Chelan. Room are very spacious. Lot of wineries in the region. Good weekend getaway for wine tasting.

Beautiful accomidations overlooking the lake! We had a large wedding block reservation and worked with them for over 8 months going back and forth with reservations and updates. They were well organized and helped us keep track of everything well! All of our guests that stayed here we're please as well!

We ended up here because it was the only place that had an opening last minute for the weekend. Was very reasonably priced for peak season in Chelan. We had no idea what the resort was like. I wish we could give more than 5 stars! From start to finish every staff member has been super friendly and super efficient. Our room opens right up to the outdoor pool, with a view of the lake (which is right across the street) and a well kept grassy area complete with picnic tables and BBQs 20 feet from the rooms. Continental breakfast was good quality too. We will be back for sure. Pools weren't over crowded my kids have been in heaven since we arrived.

It was a very nice stay. It is located right on the lake. It's very clean and the view was amazing. Our balcony looked over the lake. We stayed in a room with two queen beds and a seperate room with a couch that folded out to another queen sized bed. Very good service as well.

The location is outstanding. There is a park that goes right up to the lake behind the hotel, which beats the indoor pool the hotel also has. The rooms are very nice. A lot of space, very clean. The shower in my room was a bit strange. It didn't work that well. It did work enough, just not great. I also suggest bringing your own toilet paper. The room service is very nice and they do a nice job. The breakfast is also pretty good, with a good variety of things to eat.

We come here every years and have for the last 4 years. Staff is awesome, they more or less remember us when we come. The breakfast is top notch and staff is always friendly and willing to do everything to make your stay the best. Rooms are always clean and they even book is the same room every year. Having a bbq to cook outside, even in winter is the best. Siiting outside in tje hot tub with the snow falling is the best. Thank you so much!

We have been coming to Chelan every year for the last six years. This was our first time at Lakeside Lodge & Suites and will be our go to location from here on out. Everything about Lakeside is great. The location I feel is the best in the city. It is about a 5 minute drive to the busy downtown which is a plus as downtown can be noise. They are right across from a great city park with access to the lake and a sandy beach. They are just 3 minutes way to Slidewaters and Subway is with in walking distance. They have a great breakfast as well which we where surprised they offer. No other place in the town we have found offers such a thing. One tip is to ask for a room with a pool view. We stayed on the fourth floor and had a great view of the pool and lake. Great place to stay for sunsets. Highly recommend!

Really great location to the lake. Indoor pool left some to be desired (smelled of chlorine, no towels, and waterfall was off). Also staff wasn't super friendly at check in, but we never had any issues following. It's not the nicest hotel I've ever stayed on for the price, but it was great for a family of four, with lots of swimming options and a park for my kids across the street. Continental breakfast was pretty standard, and I wished it opened at 6am instead of 7 — just because my kids are super early risers. Looks like most rooms have lake view rooms, and my husband enjoyed that despite the uncomfortable chairs. Overall, would return. Though I might try a hotel closer to downtown to avoid driving all together, first.

Nice rooms, attentive staff, 2 pools and 2 hot tubs available. Rooms are clean and spacious.

Nice hotel room, just had to get used to that when you enter into the room, you step into the master bedroom first before getting to the kitchen and living area.

For pet-friendly and lakeside accommodations Lakeside cannot be beat. The complex is nestled on a gentle slope above a picturesque, grassy city park that runs along the shoreline. Breakfast is waffle, yogurt, too-salty eggs and muffins. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Extra kudos to Julian, the night associate, who actually stood on the road to wave me in at night after a long drive. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Stayed in the king suites and the rooms were amazing! The bed was super comfortable and the breakfast was amazing!

Lakeside Lodge and Suites is hands down the best place to stay in Chelan. It's right on the lake, the room rates are more than reasonable compared to the other hotels, and the amenities are awesome. Highly recommended!
