Review of Sheraton Bellevue Hotel 3*

I frequently travel to Bellevue for work and have stayed at many of the hotels in the area. The Sheraton Bellevue is my new favorite hotel when I'm in town. I stayed there in September for a few nights and had a great stay. The hotel is very clean and updated and the staff were all very friendly, greeting me whenever I walked through the lobby. The location is excellent in relation to downtown Bellevue, I was able to walk everywhere. There are tons of great restaurants in walking distance. Unfortunately I forgot to clear out one drawer when I checked out and left a couple pairs of nice shorts in my room. When I realized this a week later, I called the hotel and found they were in the lost and found, and that I would need to be connected with the housekeeping director to arrange the shorts to be sent back to me. I did not hear back from her and called a few weeks later to follow up. I spoke to Heidi and the front desk to explain my situation and that I had not received a call back. She was very helpful and offered to ship the shorts back to me free of charge via FedEx! That is GREAT customer service and really impressed me. Initially I was frustrated about the lack of response to my messages, but Heidi definitely made up for it with her kind gesture. I'll definitely be coming back to this hotel, and will make sure I don't forget anything next time. **for you runners, there is a great trail to run nearby. Standing in front of the hotel, make a left on 112th street and run along the sidewalk for about 1 mile. On your left will be Mercer Slough Natural Area. It is tricky to find the entrance, so Google it beforehand for specifics.
