This is a nice hotel for someone who is looking for a night's rest with no big thrills at a great price. They have both smoking and non smoking rooms as well as several pet-friendly rooms. There are no rats, roaches, or bedbugs as several reviewers are saying. The breakfast area is clean and offers a continental breakfast. If you are looking for a full breakfast, there is a Denny's right next door. The staff works hard to maintain a nice place to stay.

I do not recommend this motel to anyone. The staff were very rude, the rooms were horrible and the entire building smelled like smoke even though it was a non smoking facility. It was extremely hot in the rooms and the smell of smoke was so thick in the rooms that I could barely breathe. The air conditioner finally got cool enough for me to be comfortable but that was maybe the only thing that was actually pleasing. The room was absolutely horrible. I did not sleep in the bed because I was afraid that bugs wee going to be crawling on me. If I was to get any bugs on me, I was going to be really upset. The bathroom was disgusting and the sink was too. You should NEVER have to have an experience at a motel/hotel and it made no sense. We also got kicked out for no reason. We were not disturbing any of the other guest (if there were any). I will NEVER stay in this motel ever again nor will I stay in another associated with this one. NO ONE should ever stay in this motel unless it is a very serious EMERGENCY. 0 stars.

This hotel was very disgusting. They kicked teenagers out for no apparent reason. The had insects all over the place. The towels were very dirty. They were being very discriminating & had an nonchalant attitude. I hated my experience. Bed bugs in sheets. The food was not welcoming what so ever. This place needs to be shut down. I don't recommend this place to no one. They had pee stains in sheets.

DON’T waste your money on this place! Our fridge didn’t work and my husband had to help the owner carry/replace it, the room/bathroom was filthy and the room smells.

Clean, safe place to rest up. Good food next door at Denny's. Easy off an on interstate. Also very dog friendly.

Economy taken a bit too far. The bed made me sleep in the car to be more comfortable. The pillows were basically just pillowcases with a bit on cloth inside them. The replaced floor was a floating laminate and bubbled underfoot. Every step the floor had to press down because it was installed poorly. The toilet didn't want to flush. If you're looking for a cheap overnight I'd say go to Travelodge.

WE had a good stay both Nights we stayed in APRIL. The room was clean. Everything worked ok… Front desk was helpful when we called them. Nice BIGGER room than other hotels we stayed at recently.

Smells bad Smoking I requested non smoking room but they didn't Next time I 'll go to next door which is less expensive and clean Comfort inn. I'm allergic to smoking and I try to ask front desk to check another non smoking room but Lady in front desk said You to talk to manager tomorrow.

Good for 1 night stay. Check your reciepts, the management up charges after quoting price. There is no hot tub on premises despite what the website says. Pet friendly.

The staff was rude about our dog was threatened don't let our sof bark upon check in. There was no hot tub like the website said there was and that was the only reason we came here. The room looked clean except the pubic hair on bathroom floor. Will definitely not stay at econo again!

For an economic price they provide clean rooms, facilities, and excellent customer service.

No issues checking in. Room appeared clean. Complimentary soap and shampoo but no conditioner. Breakfast was just cereal, breads, juices, and coffee. The manager was really nice, though, and offered yogurt to my kids.

Staff were very pleasant. Room had everything you need for a short stay and plenty of places to eat within a short walk. The room was partially upgraded but still had older phone, table and chairs, bedding is modern but mattress was not. Perfectly fine for an overnight stay while passing thru the area and I would stay here again.

The rooms stink, the hallway stinks, the Indian owner is rude, the rooms weren't clean. All around horrible experience. We were going to stay two nights and ended up checking out and going two suites down to the comfort inn and getting a way better experience.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Towels are soft but wish they were bigger. Nice staff.

This motel was the worst we have stayed at our whole 10 day trip to Houston and back. It smelled musty, the window curtain had moth holes in it, the smoke detector was filthy, and the bathroom had mold stains on the walls ceilings. Yes the fee was only $66 plus 10 for the dogs, but this is not acceptable!

The Economy Lodge North is a nice, clean, and convenient place to stay. For the amount of money spend on the room per night, the service and upkeep of the room is superb and I would come back again without hesitation.

The room. Non smoking room. Really smells like smoke… strongly. If I wasn't so exhausted I would go find another place. I got hit twice for the pet fee. Once through expedia and once from the front desk — I will fix that tomorrow…

Only thing is that the doors don't always close right. Make sure they lock.

It's a hotel… A cheap one… popular with drug addicts and persons wishing to secret themselves from the eyes of just and moral people.

The prices are reasonable 62 per night very clean great lineup of channels.

A most welcome respite from bad weather that threatened to take me out!

This is the worst place I have ever stayed in my life. We were put in a room knowing it had just been exterminated for bed bugs, but still found bed bugs in bed. Never again will I use econo lodge, would not let a dog stay in this place.

My husband and I certainly recommend staying. The price was great for the quality. The rooms were large, clean and the bed comfortable! The place had a homey feeling!

We really enjoyed our stay at the EconoLodge in Winchester. It is hard to find a reasonably priced hotel without sacrificing cleanliness or safety. The EconoLodge was very clean, had newer looking mattresses. Our family of five fit very comfortably. With free Wi-Fi and continental breakfast, this place is great! We would definitely stay there again.
