Stay here for 7 months… The People at the Hyatt House are very friendly. Every time I come back they really make me feel home. I'm talking about everyone from front office to house keeping to kitchen to supporting units. Glad we made a right choice to stay here. They serve breakfast and also dinner from Monday till Thursday (which comes already with the room). Each room also has its own kitchen so you can cook when they don't serve dinner on Friday and the weekend. I recommend for anyone to stay here especially for people who stays for more than 2 days.

We had to move into the Hyatt House Herndon due to a tragedy (a tree fell on our house displacing me and my wife and two young boys for 11 months). As soon as we got there and throughout our stay it felt as if we moved in with our family. We made many new friends (workers and fellow guests). We were spoiled with the staffs friendliness, extra attention and we were surprised with gifts. The HH is clean, serves great food and on the nice days we greatly enjoyed the basketball court, the large gazebo and pool. My family and I were actually sad to leave and we our seriously thinking about going back just to visit. Thanks for everything HH Staff. Sincerely,

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, the rooms are spacious & the breakfast/dinner spreads are wonderful! That being said I’ve been here for two days during this stay, although I was assured on the phone prior to my stay that my Great Dane & Pointer would be more than welcome to stay with me, I was just informed that purely due to their size, ignoring the fact that they are quiet, very well behaved & there hasn’t been a single accident or complaint, they are not welcome back. Based on their size?!?! Very disappointed! I hope there is some way to change this policy.

Reason for booking was because it's near to the office and it's nice including free breakfast, Wi-Fi and fodd and drinks at social meeting in the evening.

Loved the service. Very friendly staff, always ready to help. Their complimentary hot breakfast and evening meals are great. Loved their gourmet custom omlette. The lady who makes the omlette is so cheerful and smiling all the time. She would instantly make your her friend. Their complimentary shuttle service is awesome. I haven't seen Any other hotel offering so many complimentary services and doing a great job at it.

The breakfast was awesome and delicious. I loved the biscuits because then I put eggs on it and it was amazing. The people were really nice and friendly. They put the quality if your stay first which is really nice. The pool was also a nice temperature, except the lifeguard was kinda falling asleep but it was fine because we were the only ones in the pool. The one thing is that our door is stuck and it's not the key that isn't working it's the fact that the door is stuck in room 134 but everyone just says it's the key or to try opening it pushing the handle up.

Standard rooms are spacious. It's made for long stays. Free hot breakfast from 6am-9am. No on-site restaurant was the only set back.

This was the best visit ever! The customer service was impeccable! Breakfast, wow! The rooms were great! I slept like a baby! I had a problem with the shower and they were on it! Loved it!

We have traveled and staying in many hotels and resorts. We have feel so at home at the Hyatt House! Clean, friendly and every single staff member so dedicated to make sure your time there is the best. Thank you, we will go back and make sure to bring our friends and family with us!

This place has a good selection of food at breakfast and at the social. However, the attitude of the staff should improve. They acted as though they hated work, in particular the housekeeping staff. They not only need to be taught southern hospitality, but how to make beds and put soap properly on the sink. The kitchen staff were attentive, some were polite, but others were not. Also, the curtain one of the showers in my room had fungus. The front staff were polite.

Great room. Love the spaciousness and kitchen. Stayed for work trip so not sure about value but the room and amenities are great and there is plenty to do around.

I went their with the family for a day, the front desk people were very nice although they took copies of my drivers license, which I didn't appreciate… if they have this type of information how do they protect my identity… in the case of identity theft. Then we settled into the room… it was so old looking nothing mordant about it, very cheap looking and it smelled… we couldn't sleep the entire night because of the damn a/c unit would keep coming on and off and you can't turn it off or keep it on for the night… it was so loud… horrible… then in the morning they had free breakfast… powdered eggs, sausages that tasted like cardboard and pancakes that was bad… nothing good… and the people working their, if you asked for a little help, they give you this look as if I'm bothering them… will not ever go there again… and dirty bathroom we found hair on the bottom of the shower.

They charged $170 early check out fee right after we stayed 1 night and they still sold out and charged someone else for that room!

The room was very clean. We had a two bedroom suite. Easy to find the hotel. Good parking. Close to restaurants. Breakfast bar was good. Friendly front desk staff.

Hyatt House is probably the least luxurious offering under the Hyatt umbrella. But it's a very convenient option for long stays. The single room that I'm staying in has a full fledged kitchen, comfortable bed, air conditioning, above average-ish bathroom and sofa. The TV doesn't have many channels. There's also a work area with an office style chair. The restaurant hosts daily breakfast and evening snacks from mon through thursday. Overall, a no nonsense, reasonably priced hotel. I wish there was an all day restaurant within the property.

It seems like a nice hotel. I did not stay there or see any of the guest rooms. The conference room and lobby are standard fare for this class of hotel. Access to the parking lot is a little wonky — you have to loop in from the side.

My husband and I recently stayed here at Hyatt House in Herndon and were very pleased. The unit had been recently renovated and was very comfortable and clean. It was like a home away from home with a living area complete with fireplace, kitchen/dining area, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. All was beautifully furnished and functional. The breakfast served in the morning was very nice with a variety of hot and cold items including tasty cheese omelettes and sausage. The staff was pleasant, professional and responsive to our requests. For example, I was looking for a certain tea bag at breakfast and it was out. I brought it to the attention of the kitchen staff and it was immediately replaced. We would be delighted to stay here again!

I got there after a long drive and they were having free pizza and booze in the lobby which was awesome. They rooms are very clean and modern. Don't have a lot negative to say about it honestly.

Excellent accommodations. The room was large and had a nice kitchen. There was also a great breakfast daily and a manager's reception on several weekday evenings.

It is a good hotel for staying a long time because it has a full equiped kitchen. I'm happy with Breakfast and Dinner because they are included. The only problems I have found sometimes is that the hot water at night is not warm enough, and I had to have a shower in the morning. Another fantastic advantage is that the hotel provide a Shuttle for customer for 5 miles around. It can take you to the metro station for free! So, high recommended!

Booked a two night stay in a 2 bedroom suite. Rooms were clean and appeared mostly well maintained. The only room issue was a broken shower curtain rod in one bathroom. Hotel served a free breakfast every morning and free dinner on weekday nights. Food was okay considering the price. Hotel also provided shuttle services to the closest DC Metro station, shopping and Dulles airport. Overall, an excellent value. Extra props to Aaron who ensured everything was great.

A great place to stay and have a good night sleep. I am comfortable with this place but they have to extend the breakfast time until noon. Thanks for your service.

Nice, clean and has a kitchen with a fridge. Great bed. Cleaning service was good. Staff friendly. Noise from upstairs room came through pretty easily. Air condition device is on/off only and noisy when it turns on. The incline on the shower floor was incorrect and the water remained after taking a shower. There were no tools to wipe the water to the drain. Breakfast had no markings for gluten free when applicable.

Great place to stay with all the amenities of home. Even for a romantic weekend away from the kids:-)

Hottest shower I've ever been in, and maybe weakest coffee. Older for a Hyatt House, the new ones seem a lot better quality. Big room. No made to order omelettes.

Thought everything was great. Service, rooms, etc. Only tip is not order from the suggested pizza place "Dine In". Order from Mr Pepperoni. Food is 2x as good and half the price. Delivered right to your room.

I really like Hyatt House Herndon. The location is just perfect. It is close to the airport. The shuttle service will pick you up from the airport. The shuttle arrived 10 minutes after I called the hotel. The rooms are clean. It is not a room but feels like a house. It have everything you will need. A furnished kitchen, living room with a sofa bed. The area is quiet. The shuttle will take you the near by malls, stores etc.

Great hotel in a great location. Walking distance from a supermarket to purchase groceries for the fully operational kitchen. Great drivers will drop you at the metro, airport or anywhere else in a 5-mile radius which is fantastic. Warm and friendly customer service!

Happy hour rocks. Very clean. Friendly staff. Great food. Awesome room. Best value. Will definitely stay here again!

Herndon House is an apartment-style hotel, each room has its own kitchen and living room and one or more bedrooms, each with their own toilet, it's really good for longer stays where you appreciate the opportunity to cook your own food or just have that cozy feeling of being at home, even when traveling. Pros: The included breakfast buffet is really good and has great options for a protein-rich, low-carb diet. Each room has its own kitchen, complete with a fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker and microwave and/or a regular oven. The hotel tries to encourage a social atmosphere with in-house social gatherings, where soup and a hot meal is provided, mon-thur every week. Cons: The building is a little bit old and not all rooms have been entirely renovated. The gym is sparsely furnished, it has treadmills, dumbbells and one or two simple cable-based machines, but no squat rack.

Good rooms, food at happy hour is good, access sucks but over all good value for the money.

Great location and great staff! Rooms were clean and well maintained. Very nice breakfast buffet. Had a nice discussion with the general manager.

I run a nonprofit for birds and was trying to help a homeless Vietnam Vet w cancer and his parrot of 32 years, find a temporary place to stay until I could get his bird into a foster home. Other hotels, even pet friendly ones, refused to allow a bird even if I paid for the room and a pet fee. But the Hyatt House showed such great kindness and compassion! They helped me help this older man and his older parrot find safety. I'm so grateful. And the all of the front desk staff was so nice and easy to work with. And the place is nice and clean and overall fantastic! I recommend on so many levels.

The rooms were very nice and clean. Kitchen and 2 bathrooms for each room. Ram who worked the front desk gave excellent customer service and so did Arron. The breakfast was awesome and had great food. I HIGHLY reccomw d this hotel especially if you have a family of 4 or more. You can't beat the rate. One of the best hotel experiences I have had in a long time.

Comfortable rooms with sitting area and full kitchen. There is free breakfast and happy hour until 7pm. Unfortunately, Google Maps leads you on an extra mile before long back to the hotel.

Friendly budget option for anyone who flies in and needs accommodation close to Herndon or Reston. This is a basics plus place, good parking and a shuttle bus to IAD or local transport hub. There's good food options nearby, and suites have well equipped kitchens. Good wide lifts for anyone with access or mobility issues.

We stayed at their self-contained 2-bedroom apartment/unit with a small lounge room (with a sofa bed) & a kitchenette. There is also a coin-operated guest laundry on the second floor. They offer complimentary hot breakfast daily & also a supper from Monday-Thursday. The staff are super friendly & helpful. The complimentary shuttle van was very handy for me as they drop off and pick up guests anywhere to & from within the 5 mi radius. The kids & I used this service almost daily as we explored the local area (eg library, shopping malls etc. ) Can totally recommend Hyatt House in Herndon to families or those who like to have a bit more room than just a small hotel room. Will stay there again if we ever get the chance to visit the area again.
