Great place to stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable & nicely decorated. The food was good. Erics is a kind innkeeper. We had everything we needed. The shower was very nice. The romantic package was wonderful; dinner at Terrapin, the couples massage, etc. Was phenomenal. Our favorite part was our balcony. Great time!

This is an amazing place to come. Clean, friendly and the food is fantastic!

Outstanding Bed and Breakfast
I have stayed at many B&Bs. Clearly, this is one of the best! The host, Elizabeth, is a creative genius with breakfast and a competent compassionate person. Elizabeth is a world traveler and interesting stories. The rooms are beautifully furnished and the bathrooms are top of the line!
This is a special place hosted by a special person!

Our stay here was phenomenal. Elizabeth, the Inn Keeper, makes such amazing breakfasts and cakes. Even as we ran late, she told us to take our time and drive safe.
The room itself was very comfortable. Kept very clean by the staff.
We even made use of the massage therapy, which was awesome.
I totally recommend this place.

I don’t even know where to begin with how amazing this bed and breakfast is, but it was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Virginia Beach! The house was gorgeous and extremely clean, our room had a beautiful view, and the hot tub was relaxing and cozy. Elizabeth was very kind, and really made us feel at home here. The breakfasts were filling and delicious! We can’t wait to book another visit here in the future!

I can’t say enough positive things about Beach Spa Bed & Breakfast or Elizabeth, the innkeeper. We arrived after our wedding and even though it was very late at night, we were greeted with a smile and our room was flawless. The bed was SO comfortable and everything was fresh. I enjoyed waking up in the morning to sit outside on the patio before breakfast. And oh my god, the BREAKFAST. Elizabeth makes the food fresh every morning and it was delicious! I also had booked a massage and I left feeling cleansed and relaxed. The staff were all so kind and personable, it really felt like a second (more relaxing) home. I want to thank Elizabeth, Lindsey and the rest of the staff for making our stay as perfect as it was. We will DEFINITELY be coming back!

This place is amazing! Great room with a big jetted tub and an amazing shower. We also got the professional massage, which I had never had before. So good! We had an excellent experience here and look forward to going back.

Can’t say enough good things! We sadly rolled the dice and got a bad Airbnb experience, and this trip was for my husband and I’s two year anniversary… I almost cried when I saw this other place, so we made a desperate search for anywhere else we could stay and thankfully found the Beach Spa B and B! So accommodating, definitely a lifesaver for us on this trip. The prosecco and chocolate covered strawberries in our room upon arrival were a beautiful cherry on top, and the outdoor spa pool made us feel like we were in a hidden paradise just a few blocks walk from the beach. 5 Stars!

Room was very nice, comfortable with a comfortable and clean bed. Plenty of storage. The best part was the staff. Chris and Leah were AWESOME. Very helpful and friendly.

Love! Cute, clean, hospitable. Massages & facial are the best I've had so far. They do a great job of making you feel at home, staff is super friendly. Will return for sure.

I found this well kept secret in July, 2017 looking for a place to stay over the holiday. It's just far enough from the just two blocks. All of the staff is very friendly the rooms are emaculent, and their breakfast are different and tasty. This is our second visit and enjoying it. If you're looking for home away from home than you definitely want to keep this spot at the top of your list.

Great location and the breakfasts were delicious. The innkeepers were polite and personable. This was my wife and I’s first ever stay at a bed and breakfast, and Beach Spa set the bar high!

If you're looking for a great getaway, this is one of the best places to go. It's just down the street from the ocean front, behind the new indoor skydiving place. The rooms are some of the cleanest I've ever seen, the hot tub is a nice touch, and if your feeling hungry, the French Toast is gonna blow your mind.

I found this B n B to be very cold. Not inviting like you want a B n B to feel. Rooms are nice but it stops there. Staff changes monthly, not a good sign. Nothing looks like the pictures. This B n B should be called Beach Spa Inn… There are much nicer B n B's in the area.

My husband surprised me and booked this bed and breakfast for my birthday weekend. Room looked amazing! The bed was very firm and the pillows went completely flat when you laid on them. The Shower only had ice cold water called the inn keeper for 20 mins he did not answer his phone my husband had to walk downstairs to the front desk where there was another number written on a piece of paper to call on a we got ahold he did come and fix it The shower looks amazing in the avamere (I think that’s how it was spelled) suite however only one setting of the spa shower worked. Breakfast was not good French toast with goat cheese raspberry and honey drizzle. We needed up going down the street for breakfast. No snacks or wine on the afternoon as other posts mention. House keeping was great! We never heard any other guests in the house which was very nice! Overall not the best experience.

The Beach Spa Bed and Breakfast lived up to its name and then some. I would very highly recommend it as an affordable, relaxing place to escape to. My husband and I stayed in the Waverly room, and we had the MOST fun with the shower massage wall and also enjoyed the nice TV with 500 channels and the jetted tub. The spa offers in-house massages as well. Plus it is right next to the Va Beach boardwalk (very romantic! ), the Beach Movie Bistro, various restaurants and steakhouses, and Trader Joe's/Whole Foods. The innkeeper was very pleasant and laid back, yet attended to our every need. Definitely coming back!

I rarely write 5 Star reviews as no business is perfect. Beach Spa Bed & Breakfast is the exception to that case. I checked in and was greeted by the Innkeeper who happily checked me and my fiancee into our stay. We were given our key and guided throughout this wonderful establishment. We got to the room and it was the best room I've ever checked into. Clean and spacious. We scheduled our breakfast reservation and the breakfast that the chef provided us was absolutely amazing! I would definitely return to Beach Spa in the very near future.

We had an enjoyable 3 night stay at the Beach Spa recently. The room "The Waverly" was spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfasts are fantastic and I could tell the innkeeper really likes preparing food for others that they enjoy. The location could not be better as in a couple of blocks from the boardwalk.
Our only disappointment with the B&B is that there is no public space in the facility other than one couch in the eating area. We were visiting our daughter who lives in VB and we couldn't even sit and talk with her except at the small eating tables. Just a suggested improvement opportunity.

The innkeeper was really nice. The place was clean and I absolutely loved thr room we stayed in, The Pinemont. It had the best shower.

We just did a stay there and it was excellent! The food was freshly prepared and tasteful. We loved the fresh fruit along side the breakfast menus. The staff was wonderful and always polite. I love being able to walk to the beach. And the massage staff did a superior job as well. It was also very quiet and relaxing. The hot spa made it also a plus too-loved it too! We hope to visit again next year. I highly recommend it! Kelly and her staff were the best! Thanks.

Great location a short walk from the beach. Cozy establishment with great amenities. Quiet when you want but close to fun if you need to speed up.

Came across this place on internet! Our first time at a BnB and absolutely loved it! Kelly is amazing! The service and breakfast is to die for! And the couples massage OMG! Massage therapists were the best! Felt like celebrities! Our first anniversary nothing short of spectacular! Definitely will be returning! So upset to be leaving tomorrow!

Very nice place to stay, manager was very helpful. Girlfriend loved the massage she fell asleep at the end, overall great place to stay.

Its a wonderful location, couple of blocks from the beach. Excellent service and facilities. Flexible to adhoc requests. My wife enjoyed the spa. Will definitely be back next summer.

This was our second stay here, having been down 2 1/2 years ago — just as good this time as then, though I'd venture to say that new ownership prepares an even more awesome and interesting breakfast. Today we had something called Paper Jacks, using a recipe from the 1800's, that was unique and delicious. The chef explained that he went to great lengths to use the original ingredients called for. So, so good. The rooms are quite nice — modern comfort with a historic feel, plenty of room, and a high tech steam room/shower to die for. Like we said last time here — we'll be back! This place rocks!

It was clean with modern fixtures. The proprietor was helpful and friendly and I did very much enjoy the massage that they offered as part of their spa.

We had the best weekend here! The hospitality was unbelievable. The ladies took care of all of needs and made us feel at home! The food was amazing and such a nice treat. I had the best massage and our room was beautiful and comfortable. I highly recommend and look forward to visiting again.

Amazing place to stay where the hosts make you feel like more than family. Remembered my little girl's stuffed animals names and just want an extra mile and a half for our stay. Love, love, love.

This place is perfect. It is only a couple blocks from the beach, near restaurants and many things to do. Our room was just right for the two of us to escape for the weekend. Breakfast was wonderful and the portions were huge. Kelly made sure that we had everything we needed and was an incredibly gracious host. It was a fabulous weekend!
