Check in was quick and smooth. Our room was nice and smelled clean! which we loved because the hotel we stayed at previously smelled moldy and musty and they would not refund us so my kids, husband and I spent the night in a dirty stinky run down room. The room we had here was amazing! the pool is open 24hrs and they have a hot tub which was very nice and relaxing after a long day of driving with two teenagers bickering the whole way it was nice to go in late for a soak before bed. The full hot breakfast was wonderful. We will stay here again for sure. Very convenient location as well.

Nice room. Air conditioning goes down to 60. Quiet both times I have stayed here. Good breakfast buffet. 2 modern coin washers and 2 modern dryers. Excellent crushed ice from the ice dispenser.

The front desk clerks were always accommodating & cheerful. The shuttle service was excellent and Matt, Ryan & Shawn always got us where we needed to be on time & were very helpful. The housekeepers care for their guests room was very evident in the cleanliness that showed through with pride. The entire staff made my stay extremely comfortable.

Quiet place to relax. Has indoor pool and hot tub. Lots of restaurants nearby.

The laundry facilities need to be updated as far as the dryers. I spent $5.50 trying to dry one load.

Great staff, stayed a couple nites, courtesy shuttle took me everywhere, met some nice people, I'd stay here again.

Always clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast is great! 24 hr pool is a fantastic perk. Easy access right off the freeway. Staff is friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be back.

The location if the hotel is right off the freeway. Coming from the south it was very easy to see and enter into the parking lot of the hotel. The rooms are nice and very clean. The staff has been amiable and quick to offer help. Breakfast is simple but good.

Great looking room, until I was awakened by my neighbor above me. I think the 10 pm curfew needs to be posted. With rooms over $130.00 I hope they can go back and fill floor space with better insulation. If looks were my vote, BW would get a100% Quiet level was at a 30% vote. I spoke to the night manager.

The location was very easy to get to, the staff was extraordinarily helpful. Free bottled water any time you want. 24 hour pool and spa. The room was amazing and Comfortable. The toilet trees smell out of this world. My only discretion was that I felt the pool and spa could have been cleaner, but the area around it was clean it just looks like they needed a deep clean. Highly recommend to everyone.

I stay at the No. SLC Bestwestern CottonTree Inn every time I’m in the city visiting my daughter. This particular hotel has always been friendly, and I’m usually a late check in and they still greet me with a smile. The beds are very comfortable and I’m picky about my hotel beds. Breakfast is always top notch.

Well kept hotel and room, very comfortable. The early check-in call came not long after I had visited the front desk. The check in manager was very friendly to my daughters and I. Staff was were working to ensure that the hotel stayed in tip top shape. We loved the pool. If I know someone is looking for a good place to stay on their way through Salt Lake City, I'll recommend this location. Close to good food, Black Bear Diner. Went to Lagoon amusement park.

I walked past it and it smelled good. Very tasty. Saw some people in there windows looked sexy. Good looking people there. The foundation looked very strong. Won’t collapse like the last hotel I stayed at. Never been in there but all in all looks great! But they did ask me to leave the property after I talked to them about how bad I was smelling at the moment and how good the air around them smelled.

This hotel is fabulous. It is walking distance to lots of restaurants, including the best shave ice place ever! The shuttle service is so convenient and the front desk staff is friendly and welcoming. I have stayed at lots of Best Westerns and this has been one of my favorites this year. I also very much appreciated that the shuttle driver made an extra effort to the airport on time.

Pretty nice hotel! Very modern look and very clean! The beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately we were not able to partake in the breakfast, but it appeared that there were many options. We would definitely stay here again!

Do not even consider this hotel if you are traveling for work. This hotel states the offer free high speed internet. They offer internet, sure but high speed? That is a lie. I tried multiple areas of the hotel and the fastest upload speed I could get was. 90 Mbps. This is slower than dial up and will not support any programs that rely on internet. When I asked the front desk about it, they were unconcerned, blamed my laptop, and finally said she would have the manager talk to me. The manager has yet to approach me about this. Again, buyer beware. DO NOT STAY HERE if you need internet access.

This hotel was right off of the highway. We were able to stay without a huge detour on our trip. The area around has good restaurants, and plenty of gas stations. The hotel itself was nice and clean. The stay was comfortable overall.

This is our go-to hotel when traveling by air in or out of the Salt Lake City area. Our home is rural and three hours drive away from the airport. This hotel is superb in meeting our needs for a good night's sleep in a quiet, clean environment. The breakfast is always fresh, and hot food is hot and cold food cold! There is a wide variety of choices for the breakfast meal. All of the staff have always been professional and responsive to whatever our needs might be. We appreciate the place to park our vehicle for free while we are away AND the free shuttle service to and from the airport.

I had a reservation at a different hotel. Upon check-in, they told me they had over-booked and I didn't have a room. I had just flown in with my son who had surgery. I called Best Western, Russell offered to send a shuttle for me. I showed up 20 minutes later and was promptly booked into a convenient, comfortable room. He was very helpful and polite! The staff have all been very wonderful. I will use this hotel for all future needs!

Our room was wonderful but the temperature of the pool was too cold. The power went out one morning so breakfast was not the fresh, hot food we were hoping for. We would probably stay here again and if they increased the pool temperature we would definitely come back.

Do not look for the caring professionalism that most hotels show. They will not guarantee a room location for disabled people and handicapped. They do take your payment information prior to room check-in for their guarantee that they will get paid for a room, but they do not guarantee the customer a room, nor a room location. I have been staying at Best Westerns for over 40 years and this particular one for several years. However, in the past 6 months this Best Western has lost its customer care respect in my opinion. Night staff is very argumentative with clients.

I wasn't enough to appreciate the service.

We were very pleased with our stay and the quality of the hotel. The rate was very reasonable, way better than the hotel we had checked out/cancelled reservation. We have stayed at this BW multiple times and have always been pleased! It was a mistake when we decided to try a different hotel, won't happen again!

This was a nice place, it felt and looked clean. The staff was awesome! The breakfast and fitness center were good. The pool seemed gross. I didn't let my kids play in it. Everything was awesome except the pool!

Had a very nice stay. Courteous and helpful staff. Nice room with a comfy king size bed. The breakfast in the morning all very well prepared. I'm sure I will he staying here again and definitely recommend the place with confidence.

My mother was staying here while she was visiting me. She loved it, the place was very clean, they offer continental breakfast which has a lot of variety of foods. The rooms were nice and the front desk receptionists were amazing with helping my mother, (who is a bit scattered).

My experience was great. I did not know the area, the staff gave me directions to restaurants and offered an in house taxi service. The room is nice and the parking is excellent. The area is just off the I-15, but super clean and quiet.

It was a nice place. Room was nice and clean. The bathroom had tile floor and granite sink. I would stay there again. Breakfast was average for a free breakfast, waffles, cereal, and breads.

Nice clean rooms and facility. Better breakfast than some hotels. Clean is a priority to me and this hotel was the best in that regard of the several different hotels we stayed in in this trip. I'll look for a best western plus again.

The overall appearance of the hotel was great and when I stepped into the lobby I was very impressed. Check in was great, good available parking and the hallways looked good. When I got to my guest room on the first floor I was happy with the way that it looked upon entry but then as I started settling in I noticed that the housekeeping was paying attention to things properly. There was trash behind the headboard and nightstand, there a few small stains on the sofa and carpet. The other thing was the shower didn’t drain properly, it flooded with water at my feet while useing it. Other than those things my stay was good, the morning breakfast was great and I liked the 12pm checkout time.

Nice hotel… 24 hour pool… and great front desk agents… beds could be better but that was the only thing I would change about the stay… will be back for sure! Shuttle to/from Lagoon was a huge plus.

My husband and I are truck drivers and had been on the road for some time so we decided to stop and stay at this place usually we stay at the Holiday Inn, when we had called to make reservations we asked specifically if we could pay with cash at check in time due to us arriving into town past bank hours to put money on our card and we were told yes so when we arrived to check in the staff was initially very friendly to us and when it was time to pay they asked us for our credit card and we told them we were told that we could use cash due to us coming in past bank hours and not being able to put money on our credit card and at that point the lady at the desk laughed and said um no we only accept card for check in and cash for check out, her attitude then went from very nice and friendly to how dare you come here with cash you scum and then proceeded to say as we were walking out maybe motel 8 is more your style… Funny thing is we had full amount and deposit for the room and was able to find a holiday inn just 8 miles away from this place in which the amazing staff and manager let us pay with cash and apologized for best westerns ignorance and rudeness. I only gave a star because it would not allow me to chose none… I will never come here again to any best westerns & I will be telling my friends and fam not to come here either… holiday inn is number 1

Wonderful Staff, they went out of their way to be accommodating. The hotel was quiet, wonderful beds and beautifully decorated. I definitely would stay there again.

The hotel took pets at no extra charge if they were well behaved. I found the rooms clean, comfortable, reasonably priced, the common areas nice, the breakfast better than most for this type of situation, the staff very pleasant/helpful, and was very happy we stayed at this hotel since we ended up staying 2 nights instead of just 1. I would definitely stay there again!

The location was very good for us. Restaurants and stores nearby along with the interstate. The Halls and room had a bit of a funky odor, but opening the room window fixed that. The pillow-top bed was very comfy. Breakfast was very good and greatly appreciated and the staff was nice.

Always friendly. Always clean. Staff is helpful and nice. This us close enough to convention center and yet far enough away to be able to get away from all the crowds. Even when this hotel is busy they are great. Will be here every year for Young Living Essential Oils Convention.

The room was clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The supplies were high quality. They had delicious fresh hot breakfast. Great coffee! The staff were very nice. The pool was open 24 hours. The staff put three balloons, a pool noodle, and a signed card in our room for my daughters birthday. I had mentioned when I made the reservation that it was her birthday and they went absolutely above and beyond for us! My daughter felt so special! There are not microwaves in the rooms but there is one in the lobby. The hotel is right off the exit so it is easy to find and easy to get to other places! I would definitely stay again!

I was pleased with the Best Western Cottontree Inn. The location was perfect for my travels and they welcomed my two small dogs at no extra cost to me. There are several restaurants within walking distance that worked out for me, as I was not willing to give up my parking space. The room accommodations were well done and comfortable. The soaps and lotions were a different brand — Oxygen2 (if I remember correctly) and they were a better quality than I have seen recently. Although I didn't take advantage of the breakfast, they did have a very nice choice of items. I would recommend this Best Western in North Salt Lake City as a very good place to stay.

I am staying in the cotton tree inn for an immediate family wedding event. So far to say the least water pressure is terrible, beds have hard springs that make it uncomfortable for you and your partner and to top it off AC units don't have a fan mode. Front desk staff Katie was very unhelpful in remedying the situation with quote "There is nothing I can do but offer you the same room next to you with the same problems. " Do not stay here if your seeking some level of customer service.

Delta Airlines got me a room for the night — flight delay caused me to miss a connecting flight. Rooms were very nice. Bed was comfortable. Enjoyed my stay.

The room was very nice except the auto function on the heater didn't work so it ran all night and the mattress was horrible it felt like it had body marks wore into it so there was no moving in the bed. The customer service was excellent and the breakfast was very good and the lady doing breakfast was so nice and helpful.

I was more than pleasantly surprised with the amenities, and hospitality! After a long day of driving and getting close to strangling my husband for not planning a head, we finally found sanitary at the Best Western. While all the other rooms where full we ended up splurging for a suite (much easier than an epic marital melt down) and where very happy with the set-up especially at what seemed like a very reasonable cost. Thanks again to wonderfully sweet young lady who checked us and made sure we didn't need anything else :-)

Very nice. Rooms are a good rate. Near the freeway/ restaurants and shopping. Beds are super comfortable in my opinion.

My husband has to live there for a couple of weeks every so often for work and it is nice to know he has a nice place to hang his hard hat. The Continental brkfst is a real plus for him when he works the knight shifts.

Room looked great, front desk was nice, pool was warm, comp breakfast tasted great. Could have done with the option of bacon instead of sausage for people like me that can't eat sausage though.

Loved the heated pool and relaxing hot tub. The room was nice. Had kids pound on our door late at night and the staff took immediate care of it. The breakfast was OK, but could have been a little better. Would have prefered bacon since I hate sausage.

I found that between the cleanliness of the rooms, breakfast, and the very helpful staff that this is the place to stay when visiting the Salt Lake area.
The price fits a persons budget also.

The room was clean and everything worked as it should. The staff were proficient and friendly. Breakfast was the standard continental affair, and stayed stocked and fresh until 10 a. M.

I recently stayed at this Best Western Plus on my way through the area on business. I was able to get a decent rate using the website and booking directly. Upon arrival, the exterior grounds of the resort looked to be very well kept. The outside of the buildings were very nice and it made me feel satisfied about my purchase. Lets face it… you roll up to a dingy hotel after a day of traveling and you feel like you let yourself down… that was definitely not my experience with this hotel. The front desk check in agent was very nice and I had a great experience when I asked for directions with the over night person. Check out was a breeze… I was asked how I liked my stay, to which I replied how much I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. I would definitely stay here again, and I would recommend for you to stay here as well.
