A great place to stay while visiting Bryce Canyon. Close to entrance of Bryce Canyon with all amenities close by. Rooms are great and the best breakfast available anywhere! You won’t be disappointed staying here and you will be back!

You have the most horrible housekeeping staff I have come across in all my years of traveling. We got in at 3 am and put the do not disturb sign up, not only did your staff ignore the do not disturb sign once at 7 am they decided waking us up again was feasible for them at 930. I do NOT reccomend staying at this location if you plan on trying to get some sleep absolutely rude and disrespectful.

This is our second stay at this hotel. The rooms are very comfortable, very unique decor and an awesome staff. We made a mistake in our reservations and they quickly fixed it with no problems at all. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Bryce Canyon.

The hotel was the perfect location for Bryce Canyon and we were grateful to come back to our lovely, relaxing room after a full day of activity. The town area pretty much centers on the canyon and we were within walking distance of restaurants and a great general store as well as other activity options. Our only complaint and the reason for 4 stars was the breakfast situation. Though the eating area is larger than any we have encountered at many hotels, because there are many touring buses at this location, if you eat between 8:30 and 9:30 you might not get a seat. If you go earlier, you start to feel rushed. We also felt they could use more variety. The breakfast menu remained the same for all three mornings we were at the hotel and was a pretty standard breakfast for most hotels. If breakfast is not a consideration than everything else was terrific! We also found despite the amount of people the hotel to be very quiet and the staff very helpful.

Mobile check in available but no room layouts available to make the effort easier. The staff was just great and always willing to help if needed. Check-in and out was seamless. Breakfast was a level above most other hotels including breakfast staff.

Great rooms here and very close to Bryce Canyon. Nice pool. They also have a place to do your own laundry. Great free breakfast with very friendly staff. FYI all stores and restaurants shut down at 9 pm.

This was a beautiful hotel with a very large room and everything we needed. It was so clean and neat. The breakfast buffet had all the food items that we enjoy and people that kept our table free of used dishes. The hotel is so wonderfully close to Bryce Canyon and to nearby places for meals. We would love to stay here again.

Great experience … I had called a couple months ahead with an allergy problem and they made sure everything was in place for my stay. No problems at all. The property was nicely done and the pool the kids loved. The breakfast was really nice, and the staff was well trained and were accommodating. Great hotel and very modern. Thank you so much for taking care of my allergy problem and making sure everything was all set for my stay!

We've stayed here twice and LOVED it every time! Big rooms! Due to vacancies in the winter (we arrived during a snow storm on our last trip), only the lower level was open. We had a suite, super BIG. Very quiet on both our stays. Lodge look decor; a roaring fire in the lobby fireplace. Very clean! Outdoor pool (closed in the winter) & in ground hot tub (open in the winter) are fantastic! Great FREE breakfast: biscuits & gravy, danish, fruit, scrambled eggs. The workout room was nice, well lit, we used it. The laundry room was big & clean. The location is close to Bryce Canyon's entrance. Big parking lot.

Four years ago, we stayed at the Ruby's Inn and last week we tried out the Grand Hotel. The check-in was fine and the staff were pleasant and friendly. Overall, the hotel was clean and acceptable. But, the room decor was dark and dated. The outdoor pool was not open for the season, and the hot tub was pretty sad. Although they have a decent free breakfast, we would recommend Ruby's Inn, which has a restaurant, a general store and an indoor pool over this property.

Great location for visiting the park. Delicious breakfast offered in the morning. Nice feel. Clean and comfortable. Definitely overpriced for what you get, but you are paying for the convenience of the location. Outdoor pool only, btw, which is closed during fall, spring and winter months of course. Workout room is inadequate and the treadmill does not work. No other amenities besides laundry to speak of. Would probably rate a 3.5 if halves were an option, only because it was so expensive.

We only stayed one night but we enjoyed this setting and the comfort of the rooms.

Great staff. Had a problem with noisy people above us, and they helped quiet them down. Breakfast in the morning was really good. Bacon, sausage, eggs, pancakes, waffles, donuts, coffee and juice. Tons of stuff. If there is any negative, it seems like the way the hotel was constructed, you can hear other guests way too easily.

Book a top floor! We were up ALL night because our upstairs neighbors were stomping all throughout the night nonstop. If it wasn’t so cold outside, I would have slept in the car. The AC in the room is incredibly loud too! Got exactly ZERO hours of sleep. Overall, the hotel is newer (with ultra thin floors), and in good shape. Close to the Bryce Canyon entrance.

Immense structure. Very well positioned at the entrance to the magnificent park. The rooms are very small and the bathroom is a little bit older. Clean and cheap, but I was not impressed. The extra breakfast was not satisfactory. Friendly and helpful staff they immediately changed the room when we pointed out that it was smelly.

Loved this hotel. Check in gave us a huge map of the property. Indoor pool and spa are at neighboring property, you have to drive to another building. Breakfast was incredible — warm fireplace nearby, potatoes, eggs, waffles, fresh fruit, mixins for yogurt, oatmeal already made. Hot chocolate machine was loved by my kids. Super convenient for shuttle into Bryce Canyon.

Good location and 5 minutes away from Bryce Canyon National Park Entrance. Cozy and spacious clean rooms. Great views out the bedroom window. The buffet breakfast was fresh, hot and good better than most hotel breakfasts. Delicious coffee. Beautiful lobby and fireplace. Highly recommend this place to anyone coming to Bryce.

Advantages: Tasteful, spacious guest rooms and located at the park entrance.
Disadvantage: Only one lift despite high number of rooms, noisy air conditioning, loud refrigerator.
Breakfast: As with all the best Western Plus, nothing special.

One of the best hotels I've stayed at for sure! Very clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast with a lot of options, room was nice and spacious. No complaints. I would definitely recommend staying here and will stay here again if I'm back in the area!

Wonderful stay! The highlight for us was the staff who went above and beyond making us feel welcome and sharing restaurant and attraction tips. Room was large, clean, and quiet. They made sure to make the top floor adults only which we appreciated. Highly recommend if you are staying near Bryce Canyon.

Generally a very nice property with a "lodge" feel to it. Staff was a little rude at check in and we seemed to be an inconvenience for interrupting their conversation. The pool and hot tub provide a nice touch. The rooms are well furnished and up to date. Unfortunately Bryce Canyon is a ghost town during the winter season and off months, so there are very limited food options. I'd recommend getting a reservation in early if you'll be there during the slow season. Free continental breakfast was good, and we were thankful for it since there aren't many other options in town. Upon check out staff was much friendlier.

GREAT location. Stayed here during offseason so not much to do in town, but the front desk does help with telling what is open in the area. Room was clean, breakfast was satisfactory (don't expect a ton, but it is decent), and you just can't really beat the location. Overall great stay!

Very good choice with the value for money the ideal location, the impeccable quality of the hotel… just a review but it is worth for most hotels, the heating via the air conditioning is difficult because very noisy when it does — 5 out we have the choice between having Cold or sleeping with the rather large noise of a blower otherwise the BEST Western us all have a bizarre landscaping of the bathroom.

The hotel room was clean, the beds were decently comfortable, and they did a great job accommodating us. We came with another couple and they were able to get us connected rooms, which was really nice during our stay. The continental breakfast was also very good, and I appreciated that they had soy milk available when we asked for it since one person in our group is allergic to lactose.

Housed in the main building, very large spacious room, new and good facilities, very clean, very comfortable beds (2 queen) ; Spacious bathroom — new and very clean. Refrigerator and microwave, which simplifies self-catering, as the village does not offer quite as much.
Breakfast Classic American. Very good and free parking facilities, located right on the Brice Canyon NP and next to some motels the only accommodation.
The only disturbing thing is the air-conditioning units, which are generally used in rural hotels (we had to heat them, because minus degrees) are noisy and disturbing, so sleeping is difficult. But you find a way…

Great hotel! The location, rooms, breakfast and staffs are all wonderful! The only think is that the rooms have very poor noise insulation, I couldn't sleep at night because of all the noise from hallway and upstairs! If you are a light sleeper, stay at upper floors might help! Overall it's a great hotel!

This place was a lot bigger than any Best Western I've ever seen. There is a really nice lobby and the hotel looked very nice. A little too crowded during check in since it seemed that the place I was staying (Bryce View Lodge) was also one of the multiple Best Western options and allowed for check-in at the BWPlus. It seems like a great option for an overnight stay next time I'm in the area.

I enjoyed my one night here very much. The entire property is clean, and well kept. I like the wooden lodge-type decor. Wanna who works at the front desk was super awesome, and nice. The price is reasonable as well. They also provide free breakfast.

If you stay here, stay on the top floor. Walls and floors are incredibly thin — it's extremely noisy and hard to sleep. Weird, tiny pillows are the only option and the beds are cheap and springy. The indoor heated pool is actually at another hotel in town. The staff will only direct you to other businesses in the Ruby's family of businesses, but know that there are other options for food and trail rides. On the plus side, the breakfast is much better than most, the access to the shuttle is handy, and it's a pleasant looking place.

Decent room, close to the canyon with a nice hot tub. No bathrobes in the 2 room suite and felt for the price there should have been. Decent variation of breakfast items although I found the French toast and waffles under cooked. Staff at breakfast was quite nice. Spacious room.

Best bathroom of the 19 hotels we stayed at on our 20 day trip across the country. Two sinks and plenty of counter space along with a glass door walk-in shower was awesome. Location is ideal for exploring the area canyons. Price was reasonable, considering it's right next door to a popular national park. Very nice lodge-like feel to the place. Clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend without reservation.

Highly recommend the Best Western at Bryce Canyon. This hotel has spacious rooms, large bathroom/vanity areas, and the best Continental breakfast we have ever had with plenty of seating room. It is located close to BC National Park and offers a free shuttle service that picks up right outside the hotel. The pool and hot tub area are nicely secluded and the hotel also has a gym and guest laundry area. The staff members were very nice and helpful. There are not many hotel options in this small town but the BW Bryce Canyon offers really great value for the cost and the breakfast makes it so easy to get moving to make the most of your day in the park.

The worst experience ever lived in a hotel, honeymoon, after 7 hours of car we arrive, we receive a person who say rude and give her a compliment, tells us that the agency did not pay the hotel, in a polite manner we show you the whole, we explain that it is All paid, does not leave us no chance, then (we repay) I call in Italy to try to fix (cost of the call €30) magically the account was paid, in the meantime I have not yet received the reversal, I swear a worst experience ever lived, the hotel All in all nice but noisy, the breakfast we made on our feet as the places in the dining room are not enough.

Location: the Hotel is very cute and charming, lots of wood, classic of the area. Definitely strategic for the visit of Bryce Canyon. Ample and convenient parking in front of the hotel. Cleaning: I can't say anything about the cleaning, for a 3* is really everything perfect. Staff: Two young girls and really polite and available, welcomed us at check-in, kindness is truly home. Account: as part of a package I do not know the prices then I will not let them vote.

The room. Was a beautiful, clean suite. The breakfast bar provided many hot and cold options. The price of the room is reflective of the high season. The Bryce Shuttle came to the Best Western Grand parking lot that took visitors directly to the park. I would stay there again.

The Hotel has a really good location because of the near distance to the national park. The rooms are tidy, clean and big. The only problem for me with the room is the loud air condition and that you do not have the ability to open the window. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very tasty and above average. I can recommend the hotel.

I really enjoy this hotel! Just walking in and seeing all of the rustic decor is awesome. The provided continental breakfast isn't the best, but other than that, it's great! The rooms are spacious and well furnished. They are a little dark though, as the lamps around the room don't provide enough light. Overall, a great experience with friendly employees!

This is a good hotel. The beds are very comfortable and the breakfast is one of the best I've ever had. Something I didn't know before arriving is that the pool is closed in the winter but the jacuzzi if it is open. I would stay here again.

Beautiful structure immersed in the green of Utah but very close to the main routes of communication. Clean and cozy environment without excessive luxury. Our room was large and equipped with TV, air conditioning, sockets for USB charging and telephone. Inside the hotel also an ATM for cash withdrawal.

I loved almost everything about this hotel. The lobby is nice, the staff is very friendly, they have a large laundry room and a nice little gym, and the rooms are very nice. The morning breakfast buffet looks like a nice spread, but gave us instant and terrible diarrhea. And the towels are worn and rough.

The beds were kinda comfy, the Wi-Fi did not work at all even when we complained it still did not change. The breakfast was cold. For the monney we paid it was not worth it.

It was great! Rooms were clean, great breakfast, and helpful staff. The rooms smelled way too strong of clean and gave me a headache for a while… Also… The hot tub needs to be cleaned out of all the dead bugs and leaves.

Pool and hot tub had a bunch of dead flies. But everything else is great, can't use hotel Wi-Fi with Chromecast or roku.

Good hotel next to a great national park and only 2-3 hours drive from a few others. If you visit, make sure you drive scenic hwy 12 through Escalante or visit Zion too.

Location is everything with this one. Just minutes to the entrance to the Bryce Canyon National Park. Nice modern, spacious rooms, and microwave and refrigerator included! Jacuzzi was still on in late December. Excellent breakfast to start the day. Wi-Fi was not as good as expected, which should not bother people who come here to enjoy the natural beauty of the landscape here.

Pleasant place — stayed here 3rd week of December. Good Wi-Fi, rooms are rustic and comfortable. Outdoor hot tub still working, breakfast was continental but there was plenty of it. Staff was friendly.

The room was quiet, located in the back of the property. Exceptional beds, modern decor, extremely CLEAN rooms. The breakfast was generous and delicious and the personnel are the true stars at this hotel. They were very friendly, caring and helpful.

Very nice and quite Hotel! It was my first time at Bryce Canyon and this hotel ist 5mins away from the entrance to the Nationalpark. The breakfast was very good with a good variety. The rooms are very clean and big. The Bathroom was very modern.

Clean, comfortable. The breakfast buffet was a hellish scene of the elderly vs. Foreign tourists in a fight to the death over warm sausage and frozen muffins. It would've been funny, had it not been so truly aggressive. I'm not a morning person, so I'm not into full contact sport to access breakfast foods. Beds: good. Rooms: Big, comfortable. Staff: friendly. Recommended. Eat early. … Last tip: avoid the store across the street. It's criminally expensive.

Very nice Hotel. Well maintained, friendly, big and clean rooms. Pool enough for a quick dip after the walk through the Bryce Canyon. Absolutely recommended.
