Treasure Mountain Inn Hotel

So many things were disappointing! There was PEE in the toilet when we arrived (so obviously didn’t clean it or at least didn’t use cleaner.? ) and broken GLASS on the carpet right next to the bed. We were told the hot tub would be available during our stay, but at check-in we were told differently. We had to pay for parking even though they advertise free parking, only to find no parking where we were told to park. There was a dirty pillow case under the bed, and two lights were out. The front desk closed after 9pm, so we went to talk to someone the next morning. The man at the front desk came off as annoyed and definitely didn’t care when we told him what was going on. This was supposed to be a fun anniversary getaway, but quickly turned bad.

We were so scared to stay here because we knew nothing about it and didn’t know what we were getting ourselves into lol
but we were like screw it we need an adventure! When we arrived check in was fast and easy! The room was amazing~ we are not high maintenance people just your average Joe so we were happy as fruit punch! we enjoyed our room and the location of the hotel a lot! For sure be back for more adventure weekends!

Feels more like a home apartment than a hotel. Staff was friendly and the room was clean. Also, great location with a good Mexican restaurant on the second floor.

Horrible "customer" service.

We took an overnight trip for our 11th anniversary and had a great time, checking in was easy and quick, the underground parking garage is wonderful I loved not having to park out on the street! The room was perfect and very clean (had some snags in the carpet but it said that when we booked) we had a balcony that over looked Main Street the view is fantastic, the hot tub is awesome! and the restaurant inside Tekila served the best food and drinks I have had maybe ever! Perfect anniversary trip. ❤️

I've never left a bad hotel review like this before. Really just a terrible stay — be very cautious about booking this hotel. — Our bathroom sink did not drain at all on the first day. We informed the front desk who said we'd be put on the "afternoon maintenance schedule" which starts at 3pm. But no one came to fix anything, so we had that issue for that night plus the next morning until it was fixed the following day. — There were hairs in our bed which means it wasn't washe…d properly. Couldn't get new sheets until the morning because the desk staff leaves pretty early. When I called around 11pm, I got an after hours help line. — They promise a free ski shuttle to Deer Valley. We signed up for the 8:15am shuttle, which still hadn't arrived near 9:00am. The hotel was very unhelpful and denied all responsibility because "it's just a convenience, not something we promise. " What a crock. It's a promise when you market it as a benefit. We've skied a long time at a lot of places. They all deliver on this promise. — The maintenance staff left garbage sitting on our counter because they forgot to throw it out. — Perhaps worst of all, the management lied when we attempted to request a refund, saying we never mentioned any issue with the sink. 100% untrue, and I wasn't even sure I was going to bother writing this review until they did that. No one seems to take much pride in customer service at Treasure Mountain Inn. Pretty sad.

Very nice experience, look old-fashioned and clean, good price. Place in the heart of the action of the city center which is very warm, accessible, has a full of place for the region,

Great accommodations and right near everything!

The rooms on Main Street are large one bedrooms with one or two beds and balconies overlooking the street. I recommend The rooms are privately owned so they can vary a bit in decor. The hotel has new management since 2017.

I attended bachelorette party that rented a room at treasure mountain inn but I did not stay the night. The host was professional and friendly when providing directions to the room. The room and all areas I passed through appeared to be well kept. The courtyard was well maintained and had adequate lighting. This is a great option for main street in park city.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The location on Main Street was incredible. You are close to all the fun attractions of downtown Park City. The hotel, the halls and the rooms are very unique but to me that made it a fun place to stay. We would definitely go back.

Friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Awesome location at the top of main by all the restaurants and boutiques. Loved the spa! Room was clean and comfortable, bathroom is a bit small. Parking garage was great but only large enough for one car per room and parking was around a ten minute walk. Would stay there again and reccomend it to family and friends!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! The front desk manager, Jeremiah, was very smug and insincere. On the way to Treasure Mountain, our SUV broke down and we had to have it towed back to Salt Lake. We called them to let them know what happened and told them we could provide proof with our towing bill and auto repair bill. The gentleman at the front desk was nice and suggested that we call back when the front desk manager was there. He said to keep our proof and that maybe we could book for another night or maybe they could figure something out for us. We called back when Jeremiah, the front desk manager was there and he was so rude and smug. He said that's unfortunate, but there is nothing I can do for you. He didn't even try to offer any kind of resolution at all. He didn't want to hear about it and was trying to get us off the phone. We asked if we could speak to a higher up and he said that he was it. There was no one higher than him. He really likes his power there and he uses it in the wrong way. Instead of doing whatever he could to help a paying customer, he just cast us aside. It was bad enough to have $800 in SUV repairs and the loss of our money for the room at Treasure Mountain, but dealing with a very rude and smug manager was the topper. I've never been treated so badly. They just took our money and didn't care. There are many nice establishments in Park City, do not bother with the horrible customer service at Treasure Mountain Inn. It just isn't worth it!

Overall, we liked it. Nice room with a balcony, modern kitchen, modern and large bathroom, and roomy bedroom with a woodsy vibe. Parking was easy, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The premises also had a pretty (though small) courtyard and large jacuzzi. The hotel was a bit dated and could do with a slight refresh.

I stayed in a one bedroom suite with two queen beds. The entire suite was clean and was a good size. The beds are pretty comfortable, but the pillows were a little bit small. The front desk attendants were courteous and attetive. It is in a great location. You are able to walk to everything on Main Street and nothing in Park City takes long to drive to. The transit station is only a five minute walk.

First time ever staying in Park City for a weekend getaway with my husband. Walking distance from good restaurants and shops. Excellent hotel and so cute and comfy. We stayed in a junior suit that had a little kitchen which was perfect for us. The hot tub was right outside our balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains above. The parking was a little confusing especially never being here before and driving around until we found it. Overall a nice place to stay for a decent price. I will definitely come back with my husband again to this place.

Fantastically located at the top of Main street. Room 26 was a clean & cute room.

Right smack in the middle of park city. Accessible to the resorts. Great place to start hiking.

I would score this property a zero or negative number if possible. fair warning, purchase trip insurance before booking with this property. This facility allows, NO CANCELLATIONS within 60 days of your reservation. As a destination for skiing one MIGHT think this establishment would have an ounce of compassion/flexibility for a guest suffering a traumatic injury prior to their arrival. Not the case. The staff has INFLEXIBLE, HAD ZERO COMPASSION for the situation, AND RUDE. I booked a reservation for a ski vacation and then suffered a compound fracture ending my ski season days later. I am non-weight bearing for six weeks. Travel is uncomfortable and inconvenient at best. I was heart broken about the injury and having to cancel the trip. I called to cancel my reservation as soon as I got home from the hospital. I could not reach anyone, and left several messages. I then resorted to email. The email reply basically said, you are SOL No offer to re-schedule to next season, no offer to refund the portion of expenses not paid to the owner (i. E. Cleaning fee, taxes, etc. ), just a re-statement of their cancellation policy. If my experience is any indicator of the customer service you will receive once you arrive at the property, you will be very disappointed. Avoid at all costs.

Holy s*** this place was fun. My wife and I had a blast on our honeymoon. The suite was well furnished and comfortable. The whole place was clean, I loved the tile in the bathroom and the granite countertops. We hit the hot tub everyday we were there after the slopes. The free trolly runs right in front of the building and takes you straight to the transit center. We caught the red route and boom you're at Payday or crescent in minutes. The staff was local and friendly, and Wasatch brew pub is literally across the street. That place is excellent, too. I highly recommend.

Great confortable rooms, with full kitchen and all the other memories you'd expect. Well located on the upper end of main street, making it quiet. Short walk to the nearest ski lift down the road. Close to shops and a great Mexican restaurant below.

Classic old world feel to the place. Was here for sundance/slamdance festival, loved it!

Great location, big rooms, full kitchen, awesome hot tub, needs HAD TV, AC/heat control seems iffy.

We stayed 3 here and it was great. The rooms look like apartments. Big living room, big kitchen, a huge bed room. The lady who checked us in was very nice and friendly. She checked us in early to. She even lived in our neighbor city in CA before moving here. Oh there is also a hot tub out side and we are lucky enough to have it next to our room. At the end of the hallway on the first floor you'll find the blue iguana restaurant.

Great staff! Our room was recently renovated and it was fabulous! Beds were sooo comfy and the pillows? Awesome! I could have stayed in those luxurious sheets and down comforter forever! But then… there was the very relaxing Salt Water (NOT chlorine! Woohoo! ) jacuzzi! Great way to escape "life" for a weekend of R&R!

Pros — the shower was really nice, and the bed was comfy. Cons — oh the cons… parking was a joke, we had to basically pry it out of the front desk girl that there was a parking garage. She was trying to tell us we had to park way down the road to avoid being towed. She was an incredibly unpleasant person to deal with. The glasses were dirty in the room, there were little red hairs all over our bathroom upon arrival. The hot tub was really nice but much smaller than pictures on the website make it out to be. The biggest con of all though was the couch in the master bedroom. Covered in nasty "adult" stains. If I'm able to post a photo in the comment section, I will. It was disgusting. All in all, will not return. Way overpriced for what you get. Go to the Silver King, you'll have a much better experience and it's cheaper.

Great Location at the top of the hill in Historic Main Street Park City. Easy to access the rooms and parking. Rooms were very spacious and clean.

The room was beautiful and the kitchen had everything I needed. The view into the courtyard was enchanting and the jacuzzi was the perfect way to end my evening. I can't wait to come back.

Wonderful stay at TMI, the staff was super accommodating and friendly they even helped us get a great rate on a busy weekend. The suite was amazing, very clean, a huge kitchen and living space that overlooked main street. This will be out place we stay when we travel to Park City.

Really neat place. A bit tough to navigate if you have a bunch of luggage… lots of distance and stairs throughout. No biggie though. Just a heads up for those who might be older or have trouble walking. Right in the middle of down town. Easy walk to eat and shop.

The rooms were very clean and house keeping was awesome! They even cleaned a couple dirty glasses we had in the counter! My only complaint is that when you first walk out of the elevator on the third floor, the hallway smells pretty bad.

The cons:
Cockroaches in the bathrooms and room with two beds. I'm disgusted and worried we may have a stow away in our bags. Nothing grosses me out more than roaches. We were locked out of our room and couldn't reach anyone for half an hour even though it was 8pm when the front office was open. I had to call the emergency line finally to get someone to help us. There was no air conditioning, and it was 95° outside. The free Wi-Fi was terribly slow. I'd rather pay for fast internet than have free useless Wi-Fi. The pros:
The beds were comfy, and the rooms were nicely furnished. The hot tub was really fun and a nice temperature. We loved the waterfall feature. The grassy yard area outside our room was beautiful and fun for my kids to play in. We loved the lights in the trees. It was fun there was an Xbox and board games in the room. Overall, I liked it, but the cockroaches completely ruined any chance we'll ever return.

Friendly and quiet. Very nice rooms. Glad we stayed. Garage is $15 a night and the ceiling is pretty low. My stock f150 fit just fine though.

The room we had was comfortable. The location is very convenient with easy walking access to Main Street Park City. Finally, free parking is available which is awesome given the limited parking near downtown.

Large suites with a home like feel. A great launching point for park city's main street. Our unit had lots of little imperfections which, for us, added to the charm. I recommend not complaining about anything, management doesn't take complaints well. We will be back.

I have had the privilege and pleasure of being able to stay here for an extended period of time. The owners of the Inn work really hard to make sure that their Inn is filled with respectful quiet in tuned people. If you are planning on coming to Park City for a quiet trip and want to be in the middle of main street this is the place to go! If your looking for a spot to party or somewhere to stumble off main street this is definitely not the place for you. (management will make sure you know you are not welcome) So to conclude if you are seeking a quiet peaceful place in the heart of Park City definitely book here you'll love it.

I stayed at the Treasure Mountain Inn for a weekend in Park City. I went out Friday night to see the town and hit some bars. I made it back to the hotel around 2 A. M. Once I got there I went to my room, got ready for bed, and went to grab some water. To my chagrin, there was no water in my room or any vending machines in the hall. I went down to the lobby in search of water to find myself confronted by a police officer and an older man. I was harassed and commanded to go back to my room even though I kept informing them that I was just looking for some water. I had not done anything disorderly or rude to provoke anything at all. The officer escorted me to my room while threatening me with arrest. I later found out the other man was the owner of the Hotel. He was also threatening me with eviction if I did not return to my room. All of this because I was "wandering" downstairs looking for some water before I went to be. I ended up drinking tap water because I was so thirsty. I have never had any experience like this before in my life. The owners of this establishment are a joke, and I will never be staying here again.
