I accidentally left my nike shoes, some pants, and my socks at the room when we left. I called a couple of hours afterward saying I accidentally left them, they said they checked and didn't find anything. That's a load of crap. They either STOLE my items or THREW THEM AWAY. I'm thinking they probably stole them since they were Nike shoes and were in good shape. I spoke to the manager and he said he and his team would look for them but wouldn't pay for them, he said we signed something that said any items left or lost at the hotel would not be their problem. Aka we signed something that gave them permission to steal whatever we left at their rooms. Then I asked why that is, he said they'd continue to look for them but that they're not going to pay for the items we left. I told him I didn't believe him and that they weren't going to do anything. That's when he hung up on me saying I was accusing him. HELL YES I'm accusing them of stealing my items, this is ridiculous. This place is a scam, don't stay here unless you plan to get scammed! Will never stay here again. Will leave reviews everywhere else I can so nobody stays here again.

Disorganized and rude staff in the morning, they made a mistake and tried kicking my family out a day in advance, when I tried talking to the man from the Philippines called me ridiculous multiple times. When they realized they made a mistake they didn’t apologize. I feel upset they tried to kick my family and me out the day after Thanksgiving. Also, room service consists only of giving you more towels, there is trash on the hallways including diapers out of bags. Disappointing!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and set up well. Lots of amenities. We had a nice stay and the price was great too. Only complaint is that the coke machine is a Shiesty thief that didn’t give me my cola and kept my money. Overall our stay was pleasant and affordable. Bed was super comfy too.

Great place to stay. Could be maintained better but very nice. The restrooms in the pool area are treacherously slippery. I have reported this to the manager several years in a row and nothing has been done. It’s a lawsuit waiting to happen. Overall, it’s a good place to stay.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Walking to our room there were bags of laundry everywhere, we walked into our room and it smelled like mold and we could hear EVERY word people were saying at the pool below. We left and didn’t stay and they refused to refund our stay. Awful service and hotel!

Fantastic room and rate. Very welcoming staff and lobby. We will definitely be staying here again our room was almost 1000sqft and very nice.

The room was huge with every amenity we could want. Staff was so friendly and had wine and cheese tasting in the lobby. Family friendly. Pricing was great. Location is close to some great restaurants, bars, and shopping. We don't ski, but this was a really fun off-season retreat. For winter guests they had heat lamps in the bathrooms, the hot tub is huge, and there is a sauna to warm you up after spending the day in the snow. We will definitely be back again.

The rooms were very nice, well kept, very cozy. Pretty top class for a seasonal ski resort, near shopping and a few blocks from the lifts, you will definitely enjoy the hot tub, pool and sauna area, there's even a little playground for the little ones in the center of the property!

We come to this resort every year. They have a great continental breakfast and we enjoy the other amenities as well. It is also really close to the park city mountain resort, so its fun to have a place with activities within walking distance! The game room and fitness center could use an upgrade, but they work.

This is the worst hotel I have stayed in. It was so gross. It started off with a nasty smell in our room just walking in followed by mold all over the wall from water damage. Then one of the bathrooms had hairs all over the shower ceiling. It was just a bad and expensive experience all the way around. What was the most disappointing thing is there is no way they didn’t know about the mold. I’m not talking a little, the whole corner of the wall and the carpet where water soaked/damaged. That room should not have ever been rented. Don’t stay in room 8 if you must desperately stay at this place.

Great staff. Very helpful and friendly. Great downtown location with good size rooms and full kitchen. Really Convenient for skiing at park city.

Workers at the front desk are helpful. Resort is a little run down. Parking is an issue if more than one vehicle per party. Pool and hot tub are nice.

Spacious, but we were cold and the baseboard heaters were slow to work and really really noisy. I also was annoyed that I had to pay a spa fee of $18.00, as I arrived when the spa was closed and left before it was opened. The location was good, bedding was nice, rooms were on the spartan side but perfectly serviceable.

Parking is really confusing, the place is meant for the winter, but the swimming pool and hot tub were warm and nice. The website descriptions were a little different than what the actual place has. It was pretty good, but not fantastic.

Loved how big the homes were. And the pool was really nice. The sauna didn't work at all.

My wife and I went to celebrate our 1 year anniversary and had a pretty good time. It's right next to the Alpine Slide (though they were closed) and close to several restaurants as well. It was clean and we're offered an upgrade when we checked in. Overall I was very pleased with our stay.

Nice hot tub and pool area. Rooms were clean and nice. No complaints at all.

Well we know we left a little black pack back in a drawer. And we accidentally left it. When we called back to see if housekeeper turned it in, front desk said nothing was turned in. So make sure you don’t forget your belongings when you check out because you won’t get it back.

Having booked this for the low sum of $61 a night, we were very pleasantly surprised at the quality of service, the friendliness of staff, the facilities, parking and that hasn't even included the room! As we entered through the door of our room, we were impressed by a kitchen fully stocked will all the utensils, pans and pots we would need during our stay, they even included dishwashing tablets for the dishwasher, dish soap, paper towels, spare trash bags (and not the usual cheap kind), cloths, and a coffee pot with enough coffee for two full pots (12 cup per pot). Standard size fridge/freezer, microwave, cooker and even a toaster. On to the front room, Leather sofa and chairs were in amazing condition, the fireplace was a really nice touch to the front room. Dining table (that had the leaf inside a closet to extend if needed), even a hideaway bed that was a full size queen! Flat screen TV with plenty of channels to choose from. Next the bedroom had 2 full size queen beds, another flat screen TV, bathroom (there were two in total in the "apartment") and plenty of room, not cramped like most hotels. As a side note, the swimming pool really is heated, perfect temperature for all year round comfort. The staff were always smiling and welcoming. It felt like a home away from home. In fact the grand-kids just wanted to live here. I would certainly recommend it and will defiantly stay again.

Way too expensive for the quality of the room. Close to town (within a 13min walk to the main Street) but the rooms are small, dark, and old. I definitely wouldn't pay the price to stay here again and would probably stay further out for less. There is free parking though and a pool/hot tub (which we did not use). The rooms are quiet. You can hear footsteps and doors closing from the halls but other than that the rooms were pretty sound proof. There is a kitchen and small fridge.

I really enjoyed our stay here. It was close to main street, outside or covared parking, the room had coffee, plates, toaster, refrigerator and freezer. Plenty of room to hang up clothes. Our room out looked the pool, witch was a bit loud when people were in it, however not many people used it considering it was November and quite cold out. The pool is heated, but is still outside. Tho we loved the sauna! Tho, when we went the hot tub was out of service due to construction. They actually had an ok fitness center to. Most hotels I've been to either don't have one, or just have a treadmill and a couple weights. The free weights where kinda lacking, however they had a really cool cable machine. Also the staff was very friendly. The only downsides I found, was the free breakfast (Witch they only do on Sundays) wasn't very good. The fruit was good, but the pastries were defiantly cheap. But I guess it was breakfast tho. Actually don't have very much to complain about here, would definitely stay here again, hopefully the next time the hot tub will be working!

Sweetwater double-booked a bunch of rooms and blamed Expedia. They told us when we checked in but had no solution. They kept saying they would let us know but they didn't follow up on their promises, which was super inconvenient as we would come back from the slopes not knowing where we would sleep the next night. Finally, they moved us to a different room in their facility, which was obviously inconvenient, but OK. The thing is that they promised to give us free nights and they backed out on the promise. Again, "we'll call you back, " "we'll call you back" but ignoring us, I guess they hoped we would forget. The only recourse we have is writing this review.

Was not a huge fan of most of the staff. They were helpful for the most part. Just a lot of bad attitude about it. We are owners so we will obviously be back. I just hope the staff loses the attitude before we do.

Nothing fancy or highly updated BUT the location is the best and a 3 minute walk to the slopes! About a 10 minute walk to main street or grocery store. Park you car and leave it for your entire stay. Technically not ski in ski out as you cross a tiny road however in a big storm you could.

Great place for families, year round. 3 bedroom lofts sleep 10. Outdoor heated pool and hot tub, game room and free breakfast on Sundays. 5 minute Lyft ride to historic Main Street.

Great sized room and amenities. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The hot tub was fantastic. Only complaint was that the walls are extremely thin, so you can hear everything in the neighboring rooms.

Staying here for Thanksgiving I already hate it and will never stay here again. Not clean, cigarette butt on the ground right when we walked in and very poor service. We did not realize check out is 10am when asked for even two extra hours till our luncheon we were told it would cost $99. Too many other great places to stay in Park City.

Room was clean and efficient. Kitchen had sufficient utensils and dishware. Facilities cover most the bases including a fitness center.

Expect a clean room, fireplace that must be turned on by maintenance, continental breakfast with a choice of small blueberry muffins, small croissants, small coffee cake or sugary cereal, some fruit (two choices), orange juice, coffee or water. If you are there during cool weather expect the rooms to be hot and dry. If you do not like hot and dry rooms good luck with opening windows or turning down the thermostat. Only one window worked in our room. Watch for the extra resort fee assessed by management (not a tax). Do not expect regular “snacks” or afternoon socials like some resort lodging offers. For example, they provide popcorn but only on Friday and Saturday. Overall, we had a comfortable place to stay for a reasonable price.

This is a great resort. It's a little old but they do a great job and it's not bad priced. They have clean rooms and lots of amenities. Their hot tub is nice and big and hot. We visit here yearly and love it every time.

Parking is not good. We'll taken care of property. Very responsive staff. Great rooms! Nice pool that is very well taken care of.

Stayed here for 2 nights as part of the Timeshare program as a gift from my sister. One Bedroom with Murphy Bed was nice and spacious. Pool was heated and hot tub large and hot. Very satisfied. Only area I could say to improve upon is parking.

What an absolute hell hole. They provide a kitchen, but no kitchen towels and very limited dishes. The staff treats you like a thief if you dare ask for pool towels. The game room is a joke, 3 games that are broken and a pool table in a room not nearly big enough. This place used to be decent, or maybe I was just young and didn't see it. The absolute only thing they have going for them is location. But so do a number of other places that will treat you better. Parking is a nightmare. God forbid you have two cars.

We had a great stay here. Our room had 2 ac units, and a small stocked (pans, utensils, etc) kitchen. The staff was great each time we asked for different things, and yeah, it's not brand new, but for the price you pay, it's great! The location is awesome, and it's clean!

Great location but kind of a dump. Rundown room, ceiling tiles wonky and water damaged. Outdoor pool and patio ugly. Staff was very friendly and helpful though.

The room, and everything in it was clean. There was no way to adjust the heat in our room, and though there was a gas fireplace, it didn't work. The shower had no water pressure to speak of. Also, the light switches were all in unintuitive locations.

The website said that all of the rooms had a fireplace, but ours did not, the bed was not comfortable. The room had a nice kitchenet. The pool, Jacuzzi, and sauna were nice. The location is close to restaurants and shopping.

We have stayed here many times during the summer and love it every year. Nice walk into downtown is pleasant and of course you are right across the street from Park City Mountain. The 2 and 3 bedroom are all great and we have enjoyed our stay every year.

We had a such great time here, and the room was much bigger then we thought it was going to be. We had a very enjoyable time in park city because our lodging was so awesome.
