Nice establishment. We had a one bedroom so I can only speak of that. The kitchen was small but very adequate for any food that needed to be stored or cooked. All utensils were on hand along with pots, pans, mixing bowls, etc. King size bed in bedroom barely fit but was comfortable and welcomed compared to queen size in other establishments. The Wi-Fi in our room was rather poor. We couldn't stream anything for the kids on any of the devices. We had a balcony looking on to the mountains so the view is very nice. The staff was very accommodating to anything that we needed, as well as very courteous.

Seemed nice at first, but cable was out. Asked the front desk about and they said some one would look at it on Monday. We were staying sat and Sunday. Coffee maker didn't work. Room was hot and ac ran all night and never cooled down below 74 (set on 68). Again, asked them to fix it and Mexican guy came out and said it was working good. I have never left a bad review, but have to on this place. No breakfast. Next time in Park City I'll just get a hotel.

Decent experience, not all the rooms are equipped with everything. It's condos that are able to be used by having a time-share. There is a nice pool & and a hot tub that is fun for the kids. Wish they let you take pool towels back to the room, it's a cold walk back without a towel.

Nice, clean rooms. Comfortable place to stay. Front desk is not available 24 hours, but their hours are acceptable. Restaurants and convenience stores close by. I would recommend.

Great place with a good location. A bit weird that the bedroom only had one nightstand so there was no place to set things on my side of the bed. Overall a great experience.

GREAT condo for the price. Super clean and met our expectations. I was disappointed at check in. Our reservation was prepaid. When we checked in, I was not asked for ID — only a credit card for incidentals. The credit card used was not mine (partner's). A room key was given to me and I was sent on my way.

Stayed at this hotel 3 times now I love the deluxe rooms sleeps up to 6 people cheapest way for a group to stay in Park City. Staff has always been helpful.

Small living room area with small, full kitchen equipment including oven, refrigerator, and microwave. Decent, Standard Hotel type bathroom and small bedroom with very comfortable bed. Pool is very small, nothing you can do any lapse in. Nice enough whirlpool. Exercise area is a small room with one multi-purpose weight training machine, several small free weights, and 3 exercise machines including bike and treadmill. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. There is no breakfast. There is coffee and tea service during the daytime, self-serve.

Slightly dated, but a really nice resort. Wood fireplaces were a cozy touch. Having a hot tub/pool in a warmed enclosure was nice for relaxing after a day of skiing.

Staff is very nice. The rooms are cozy (almost to the point of a little squished) and the beds are comfortable. I wish the kitchenettes we're better stocked and house keeping came around a bit more often even just to collect the trash. If you wish to have daily cleaning it costs $7.00 a day.

We came here for a ski trip. It's a lovely resort. My family has some sort of timeshare thing so we came here with them. We were able to park in the underground parking garage, which was nice because it protected our car from the winter elements. Most of the staff was friendly. The unit we stayed in was very nice and came with a full kitchen equipped with a stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and sink, along with cookware, dishes, and utensils. The staff were able to provide most kitchenware that our unit was initially lacking. The best part about this location is the proximity to lots of attractions, including the ski resort. They have a shuttle that can be used to travel throughout town, and is available on call during certain hours. Unfortunately the Wi-Fi was not functioning properly during our stay so we had to manage without. Overall though I've really enjoyed my stay here and hope to come again over the years.

Great value. Suites aren't super nice but we got a fantastic price. The pool is indoors and the shuttle was fast to park city. One drawback is thin walls and floors. You will hear everything and it can get really annoying if you sleep early or have kids.

We have stayed at the Park regency for the past 10 years in December and this place fits our growing family perfect. This past time we didn't even book the right room for our family of 6 and Isaac went out of his way to make sure we got a bedroom that fit us better. Isaac deserves a raise. You can tell he cares about his clients and taking care of them.

We went here just for the pool and it was closed! I walked in my room to a spider falling from the ceiling. Great location.

The rooms are comfortable and attractive enough. It's nice to have a kitchen, even if it is tiny. It's an unattractive building, but I didn't really care about that. Some of the staff (Isaac especially) are very helpful and friendly, and some seem like they can barely be bothered by the intrusion of paying guests, so that inconsistency is a problem. Parking is easy and the location is pretty convenient to get anywhere by car. It is also nice to have a fireplace.

Location is great, right by many trails. Interior much nicer than the exterior. Overall good.

Good location. Located near lots of attractions in Park City. The rooms are nice, but could be cleaned and updated a little more. There is a pool and hot tub the we have utilized. We also used the BBQ grill to have a picnic.

At first check in the staff seemed some what friendly but that was the only time they were. When we got to the room our burners on the stove were all sitting up and crooked. The stove top itself was loose and I was afraid it was going to fall off. When we called maintenance the first guy seemed irritated that we bothered him. Then walking into the bathroom my 3 year old stepped on a screw/nail that was holding the threshold down and it hurt her foot because no one actually hammered it down. So then our air stops working making the temperature 81 to 84 degrees at night and 86 during the day. We called the front desk they sent a different maintenance guy that tells us the manager controls the temp from the computer and he will have it fixed by 8am the next day. Shocking it was not fixed. We called 3 times and they said it was fixed and that they could feel cold air but wouldn't acknowledge that the temp on the thermostat was still in the 80's. Never once did they offer to move us to a room that had a working air conditioner. The lobby is supposed to be open until 11pm but 3 times I went to ask a question or complain and no one was found. We asked the staff for recommendations for things to do and no one knew. Said they didn't live around there. Never been to a resort where no one knew anything about the area. The final straw was in the pool. There was a family with 3 teenagers that were throwing a real football at each other as hard as they could.
