I went in with pretty low expectations and came out pleasantly surprised. The rooms were clean and well equipped, parking ample, check in/out quick, pool clean and the complimentary free breakfast far superior to other motels. The only quirk is the bed linens. Three layers, top is heavy like a carpet, middle is itchy, bottom is smooth and thinner than toilet paper. Oh, and they provide seven pillows per bed which is great for making forts.

Very nice hotel, ideal for families (children's playground, heated swimming pool, indoor Jacuzzi). Breakfast was delicious Perfectly located to visit arches Park and Canyonlands Park.

We loved our stay here. We checked in awfully late and the front desk attendant was still very helpful. The breakfast was good and fresh. The room was cute and cozy. The hotel is very close to the national park so we had no issues getting back and forth. We would definitely stay again.

Location is perfect for proximity to Arches, highly recommend for that reason. Rooms were nice enough if not a little outdated. Staff was friendly. Cookies were free and good. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast, nothing to write home about.

I've stayed several times before. They always have good service. A great little store to grab last minute essentials and good breakfast in the morning. The pool is nice and they have a splash pad. I like staying here.

Excellent room. Coffee maker, refrig, microwave, very comfortable beds after hiking all day. Good pool, nice grounds and very clean. The front desk agents were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast in the morning was excellent. There were plenty of options for vegetarians too. I made a breakfast burrito with fresh spinach, eggs, cheese, tomatoes and salsa. The ladies that ran the breakfast did an excellent job also. Thank you for a great stop.

Big, clean quiet room with microwave and fridge. Very good breakfast. Quiet location on edge of town. Pool looks nice. Ample parking. Would stay here again.

I have been coming here for years. Reasonable prices for the service. The amenities are fine, you are only sleeping there anyways (you'll be outside enjoying nature for the most part), even so, it's a great place to stay…

This is an awesome place to stay. It is very centrally located, the breakfast is great and the beds were very nice. I would highly recommend it. We went down for some dirt biking. The breakfast helped fill us up enough that we didn't get hungry for most of the day. The hot tub made for a nice relaxing treat at the end of the day. But best of all the extremely comfortable mattresses made for a wonderful night sleep. Maybe I'm biased because the trip was so fun but this place was great.

This was an excellent place to stay. They had a magnificent view out by the pool. Everything was good about this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, with everything a traveler might want nearby. I definitely highly recommend this hotel when you are in the area. I also recommend that you take the time to see all of the national parks that are nearby.

Very amazing inn! We had the bunk bed suite, and it was very comfortable and roomy! Both kids had their own TV screen with ear phones. The free breakfast was the best we've ever had! Eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy. They also had healthy choices, and fresh fruit. Oh, and pancakes, and cereal!

Nice hotel. Liked the blizzard in a wooden style. Comfortable bed and pillows. The room is large. The room was clean and after the COSM repair everything was neat. The coffee maker and fridge were in the room.

The room is clean and comfortable, though the mattresses are a bit worn. Rooms are well equipped, work microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator. Very well lit compared to most hotel rooms. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was generous, but eggs seemed overcooked.

It was a very pleasurable stay. Beds were big and comfy. Great for children as well. Theres a big places for kids to get tired for a good night sleep. There was a spa. The breakfast was premium. Overall, it was awesome.

I live out of hotels, and this small boutique hotel is absolutely perfect. The beds are arguably the most comfortable beds you’ll ever sleep in. Forget the big-name chains for a change, and check out this beautiful Inn! Large parking lot for big vehicles, close parking for normal size vehicles. Directly at the bottom of some of the awesome cliffs and mountains that Moab offers. Front desk service is supper, cleanliness is top-of-the-line, fridge and microwave in every room it seems. Awesome little outdoor patio for grilling and hanging out with friends, play area for the children, and even an outdoor workout facility with pull-up bars and dip bars. The hotel is certainly themed around the national parks around the area with some fantastic photography and a beautiful little gift shop area for purchase of knickknacks and snacks. This hotel really has it all. I’m blown away by the price and value. So awesome and thank you for a great stay before a long day of hiking!

Very well all the staff veryand friendly me if I recommend it.

Great for families. Pool, hot tub, playground. Bike storage. Great hot breakfast. Not super fancy, not dumpy. Just right for us. Noisy fans in bathrooms, and but enough hooks. Great location for Arches national Park. We would come again.

I highly recommend this hotel! The rooms were great, all of the staff members were awesome and the morning breakfast was fantastic! Special request? Just call and they'll do everything they can to accommodate. Wish all hotels were this good.

Super nice hotel with pool, hot tub and gym. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Driving to eat at nearby Restaurant Susies Iron.

Very nice and clean. Lots of fine details to the room like fancy wooden chairs, extra towels displayed creatively and bigger soap bars. The complimentary cookies in the lobby during the evening were yummy too.

Great location for visiting National Parks, minutes from Arches. Very much a resort hotel. Great rooms, breakfast, and service. Somewhat pricey, but in line with all the inns in the area. Also just a few minutes to Moab in the other direction.

Second stay at this hotel and it was even better than the first. Fun pool and nice hot tub. It was late when we got to our room and our kids got pretty hungry after swimming so we bought some quick snack/lunch food from the "general store" in the lobby and used the microwave in our room to make Mac and cheese and cup of noodles. The front desk was great to bring us a roll away bed. Their complimentary breakfast is awesome. Lots of selection. Room was clean and easy to get to. We love this hotel and will definitely be back.

The front desk staff left us waiting for several minutes, which was annoying. But the beds were very comfortable. The pool had a chair in it, but the hot tub was the hottest I've ever sat in. The breakfast was surprisingly better than most hotel breakfasts. You have to turn into the parking lot off a little access road that Google maps doesn't include in it's directions, so make sure you watch the signs. Overall a good experience.

Nice rooms, nice pool, bit simple breakfast, but quality is fine. Only downside was the staff at the reception when we arrived. Our room wasn't ready yet, but this was not brought at a nice manner. We immediately got a 10% of ticket for lunch, even though they did not ask if we already had lunch, so it pretty much sounded like they wanted us out again. We just wanted to use the pool. But otherwise no problems.

This was a great place to stay! Convenient, rooms were very clean and generous size. Staff was was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was much better than your average hotel breakfast! Would definitely recommend and come back!

Great family hotel with a generous and varied free breakfast. The rooms are. Ice and there is alot of room on the grounds to explore and fun things for the younguns.

Stayed 2 nights in standard room. Room was pretty nice, had all the essentials. Wifi worked well, bed was comfy, toiletries, coffee maker, etc. Staff was alright. Not super friendly, but not rude. Overall: Pretty good. Nothing above and beyond, but a nice place. Would recommend.

We stopped in late and they happened to have an available room. We weren't looking for anything special, but the room was nice and clean. Employees were friendly. The included breakfast was good as well. We checked out early the next morning so there isn't much more to review, but I would stay here again should the opportunity arise.

The hotel is nice. The only thing that keeps me from rating five stars is the work out room (gym) is not up to date. Most machines are broken. Otherwise nice beds, nice rooms, good breakfast, and I like it's location.

Great experience indoor/outdoor hot tub full pool and large spacious patio with a full playground and b ball corts, free breakfast good price for what u get would come back! Don't listen to some of the petty remarks great hotel.

Heated pool was awesome! Hot breakfast was excellent. Room was spacious as was the hot tub in the room. Will return next time we are in moab.

Stayed here for two nights after reading some good reviews. The room was very cozy and comfortable. The walls were a little too thin but it is an older hotel. For the price I paid, I was extremely satisfied!

Locally-owned gem. Accommodations are clean and comfortable. Fabulous customer service by family owners. Nice hot, hearty breakfast, but our kids were most thrilled with the bounce house in the lobby. Excellent location. We will be back!

We stayed here in December, so not peak season. The hot tub was open but not the pool. The people at the front desk were friendly enough. Pretty heavy smokers. Free breakfast and a fun playground and basketball courts. We got a nice winter rate on the room which was nice.

The amenities here are really solid. The hot tub is large, they have a nice fire pit, playground, and accommodating staffstaff, the breakfast is really goo, d and has a ton of variety, the room itself was plenty spacious with an excellent bathroom. The only downside for that a good amount of noise comes in from the hallway, and I was not on off season discount despite it being advertised and nearly every other Moab hotel offering one. So 5 stars thoug, h it was a pleasant stay.

Holy schnikes! Best kept hotel secret of Moab. Rolled in at the crack of midnight, exhausted and with low expectations. Bathroom remodeled with tile and stone, shower head was high, fridge and microwave in the room, and the bed was comfortable. The frosting on the cake: breakfast was served up fresh and hot at 5am. (This may have been a daylight savings time fluke. ) Bacon was BAKED to perfection, biscuits and gravy were fantastic, the pancake was better than Ihop, and the chef was a sweetheart of a lady.

Room was nice and clean. Staff were nice but smoke breaks out front is not cool. Breakfast was junk. Kids enjoyed the pool.

Me and my family have come here ever since I was a little kid we always had the best times I would recommend these guys to anyone.   But this time around I left my wallet in the room when we checked out. When I realized my wallet was gone we went back to the hotel and they had it at the front desk,   but the 150$ I had in the wallet was gone!   None of the people there knew what had happened to it. I am very disappointed in then and regret to say this but my family andi will never ever come back to the aarchway inn.

I stayed here in late November and was able to get a room for $60. I was impressed by the effort taken to make this inn better than others. The furniture was relatively nicer, there was tile in the entrance and bathroom, and there was granite on the counter and in the shower. Towels were folded in an artistic manner. The hot tub was 102 degrees. The gym had a weight machine, treadmill and an elliptical. The continental breakfast was better than most: pancakes, biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs, fruit, yogurt, cereal, several juices, and other items. The only complaint I had was the noise coming from other rooms. I heard the conversations of the family above me. The kids were moving around so much that my ceiling fan was shaking. Even so, I would stay here again, but I would make sure to get a top floor room.

We had a great time here. They had a pool that had tons of floaters that we all really enjoyed and a relaxing hot tub. The best part though was the breakfast. They had the best hotel breakfast I have ever seen. The breakfast had sausages, eggs, hash browns, potatoes, toast, three kinds of cereal, four kinds of juice, hard boiled eggs, pancakes, yogurts and it was all fresh and hot. The price was also very reasonable for being so close to Arches National Park and so many slick rock biking trails.

Wonderful Inn, great staff. Our room was amazing, needed nothing. Planning a return visit next January and will definately stay here.

Very clean and welcoming. There was a bounce house for my kids, so they were entertained for hours. Great place to stay at an affordable price.

My husband, grandson, and I stayed here at the Aarchway Inn on the 14th of Nov. It was a fabulous stay! Kelsey checked us in. She gave us the best service! Service with a smile and attended to all our needs (trouble with the TV) she was right on it, not to mention gave us valuable information about the area, without us even asking! The room was perfect, hottub was great; the Inn is beautiful! We will be back! Thank you Kelsey for making our stay so amazing! Warmly, Michelle Mayfield.

Overall, our stay was pleasant. It's a little out of town and off the main road which was nice. Our room was large, spacious and clean. Our complaints: the Wi-Fi was horrible, the breakfast a lot of variety in the foods, except the eggs were rubbery and the Friday night desk clerk was not very efficient when it came to quiet down noisy guests.

Clean, affordable, nice pool, great views, excellent service. No complaints here.

Inaugurated the indoor pool: regret that there are no terrace but very nice pool with a great view of the red rocks.
