In Tulia for a funeral and unfortunately there are not many hotel choices… the other decent looking place didn't have anyone in the lobby to help us out so we came to the Executive Inn. We were only there for one night but our room was so dirty I confined my poor child to his pack n' play the whole time. Stains all over all the walls. Dead flies on beds. Dead roaches and crickets all over floor. Roaches coming out of sink. Toe nails in bathroom floor. Dried booger on "clean" towel. Trash cans not emptied in room. Non functioning Pool. Neighbors smoking pot. Spiders — dead and alive in the bathroom. Spiders crawling all over the walls above the bed. Hair (not mine) in bathtub and on bathroom floor. Bathroom floor had not been swept or mopped. The "complimentary breakfast" was 2 kinds of cereal, half a gallon of milk and NO COFFEE. They disabled our key cards before check out and locked us out of our room while we were at the funeral even after we let them know before heading to the funeral that we would be back before the 11 o'clock check out. Do not stay here, stay in Plainview instead.

Stopped here for the night after my car broke down. Very nice staff, clean rooms, and its right next to the amazing pilot travel stop. I couldn't have asked for a better place to be stranded lol.

Clean, quiet and reasonably priced. Small inn with air conditioning.

A little out dated, but my room was clean and they made sure we had everything we needed. They do have laundry room there it $2.00 a load, pool isn't open, don't look like it has been for a while. But all and all it a good place to stay, nice people, great customer service… :) :)

Very nice quiet place to relax. My shower was nice and hot. Rooms were clean and the bed was as very comfortable. Easy access for trucks. They were also pet friendly. Which was a plus for me at no extra charge. I would definitely stay here again.

It wasn't a very clean place and the breakfast is in the front and the plastic wear was in a very unsanitary place…

I didn't stay with them. They have an ad on the board next door at the Pilot for CDL rates from $34.99. Their rates start at $55 plus tax. They lie, no way will I stay there! No stars for them at all.

Nice, clean, quiet, comfortable, and cheap. What more can you ask for?

All was well. Bed and room were comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive. It is a truck stop Inn but all was quiet and restful. The non smoking room smelled like old stagnant smoke but I was too tired to ask to change the room.

Rooms are nice for the most part, but was refused to give me a paper receipt, he said the owner dosent like giving them out. Sounds like tax evasion to me. Will not be staying here again.

I I always like to post a comment when I find one of those little gems on the highway. I stayed here for two nights and the room was great the bed was very comfortable, and the room was spotless. I highly recommend this place if you're traveling through the Amarillo area and looking for a good price with great rooms and friendly service.

No working internet. When staff was notified they acted like they didnt even know what the internet was (literally told me that they didn't know). There doesn't appear to be any active management on site or available to even call. The wireless router just needs to be reset. Extremely frustrating. Room was clean, TV worked intermittently, beds were pretty old and uncomfortable. AC was loud but worked. There is no option to have a do not disturb sign on the door. If you need a place that has working internet, look elsewhere. I stayed here because I didn't have a choice.
