I have stayed at this hotel several times and I couldn't say enough good things about this hotel. The entire staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is good, pet fee was super cheep everyone is friendly. Great place to stay!

Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful with all of our needs. Soft beds and good breakfast. Close to other services in town.

Our stay here at the Best Western was fantastic! From housekeeping to the actual owner himself they made sure our stay here was as comfortable as possible. I would like to especially thank the owner Mr. Sam for everything. He is a fine caring gentleman who would do anything to make sure your stay was as pleasant and comfortable as possible. I have no complaints as far as staying at this Best Western and would most definitely recommend to anyone to stay there. Thanks again to the entire staff.

If I could rate this place with a negative star I would, but that option is unavailable. I left my dress at this hotel and realized 3 hours after I left. I was told someone was going to mail it to me within the next 6 hours. I scheduled a FedEx pickup and when I called to confirm the FedEx pickup they said the dress was gone. This is unacceptable. The told me they were mailing it 6 hours later, now no one will answer my calls. They would not let me talk to the owner and are running around telling me they can’t find it. They lied and said FedEx never showed up, the manager said “FedEx came and went and now we can’t find the dress”. They are THEIFS and I will be now voicing my complaints until something is done.

Though this hotel is under a great deal of repairs from having had many flood victims and Harvey FEMA People. I found the staff more than helpful and my stay was restful and enjoyable…

Decent hotel. Recently renovated but still a bit rough around the corners.

For the price was not terrible. They have some work going on which made the stay a little less comfortable. Shower pressure was a little less than desired. Breakfast wasn't great. Internet signal was very weak. Even being by the front desk.

Who the hell gave them 5 stars? The roaches & rats must have cellphones and a damn good data package. One of the employees did that. I know better.

I have bed bug bites all over from this pice of trash hotel, I should of none better wen there was no carpet in the room, I wish there was a way to sue them for all the bed bug bites!

If I could give this hotel less than 1 star I would. Garbage piled outside the front entrance was never removed. Bar stools outside check in where people smoked and drank every evening. All furniture heavily worn and in need of replacing. Carpet in room heavily worn and stained. 1st floor had all carpeting removed and heavy pet and cigarette odor. Excessive noise every evening people yelling up and down the halls and uncontrolled children.

Hotel was fine. They are still working on fixes from the Hurricane. The breakfast area chairs needed replaced and the parking lot and back door entrance was rather trashy. Room was clean and was a good set up. The pet fee was crazy high, so I wouldnt recommend staying there if you have pets.

Nice but getting dated. You could play hockey with the biscuits (hard as granite)

Reserved a room from their website was supposed to be handicap 3 weeks ahead of time. When we got here were told there were no handicap rooms available? What's the point in reserving a room? When we got in it the room was dirty we even found items from previous guest in the room. The ac/ heat unit was very noisy and the beds were like sleeping on a rock.

Very nice room, good breakfast and really nice people working there. Helped us with every request, as we have an extremely sick pup with us. Would stay again.

We were just passing through, but too tired to go much further. Only a suite left because FEMA has it pretty filled up. It wasn't too clean, but under the circumstances, it's OK. I have to give the employees lot of credit. Every room full of families with plenty of kids running around. Yet the place is reasonably quiet. Everyone seems to be part of a big happy family, even though most have only what FEMA has provided. Makes me feel good about our donations.

Nice hotel. I checked in my mother and son during the hurricane. I've seen they are accepting dogs which is really good.

My husband, son, and I had to be out of our home for 5 days due to an electrical problem. We stayed at your facility in Vidor and it helped a very stressful situation be much more bearable. Our stay was very pleasant. The desk workers for all shifts were very, kind, courteous, and helpful. The breakfast each day was great, housekeeping staff did an excellent job, and the desk staff did everything they could do to meet our needs. We especially appreciated Shiela at the night and Jennifer in the mornings. Sheila had to deal with some very inconsiderate and disruptive guests and she handled it in a very professional manner in my observation. Thank you!

I'm pretty flexible when it comes to mattresses; firm or soft, I can still usually get a good nights sleep. This mattress was SO uncomfortable. The AC was locked so that guests can't set it below 70. To compensate, I turned the fan on high which was loud but manageable until it started rattling. My husband had to turn it off so that he could sleep, but the room was scorching. The curtains were broken in several spots making it impossible to block out the light. All-in-all I'd recommend looking for a different hotel.

Good little roadside hotel. Close to the interstate, easy on/off. Good restaurants in the area — we ate at a family Tex Mex place. Food and prices were okay. Lots of road construction in that general area around the hotel. Be careful of traffic patterns, speeding cars.

The room had food roaches in it and its way over priced.

The rooms an service was awesome but I got shafted out of 400$ cause I reserved a room over a weekend but during that weekend my job called me away an I was fine an willing to pay for the weekend reserved it but I also got charges for a Monday an Tuesday an I wasn't even in that state an now I'm out 400$ that I work for an they were not willing to refund me the two weekdays I was not there after I offered to pay the weekend rate so I will never be doing business with a best Western again.

Great rooms. Clean. Friendly staff. Secure parking. Beautiful, really the only place I stay. Lots of places to stay in Beaumont, but it's worth the drive.

At first I was pleasantly surprised, just as some of the other reviews have stated. The entire place has recently been updated and even though the room smelled funny, it still seemed nice. Then, when my son pulled back the blankets on one of the beds we found a ketchup stain. Upon closer inspection we found hairs all over the sheets. They hadn't been cleaned at all! Being too tired from traveling we didn't through a big stink and leave. We just simply went to the front desk and asked for clean sheets. The receptionist was very helpful and apologetic. She gave us new sheets and told us she would talk to the manager and we would likely receive a partial reimbursement. We also found out that this is not the first time they have had this problem with their maid. Thankfully we didn't find any bed bugs when changing the sheets. The other thing was that this place was noisy! And I'm not even talking about the train whistles or the police sirens. We were on the first floor and the way the building us designed the sound from the lobby and the elevators carries down the hallway. In addition to that there was a family with 3 young kids who decided to camp out in the hallway the whole time we were there. I figures out that the reason was because their room was hot because the air conditioner wasn't working. WHAT?! It's July in Texas! It's 100°! You ask for a new room or your money back and go to a different hotel! Don't camp in the hallway and disturb all the other guests!

I have traveled in hotels for almost 5 of the last 7 years, and this is in the top 3 dirtiest rooms I have ever had. Everything looks nice, but it's just dirty, gross and even smells bad.

Bedbugs! Both queens had a full up infestation. My wife's allergic left at 0332. The faculty is nice so are the staff, hope they correct immediately.

I was very surprised by this Best Western. I found it to be much more updated than I would have expected for a Best Western, but also really liked it because. -The staff is very pleasant, super friendly. -The room was very spacious. Very modern. Bed very very comfy. There was a microwave and fridge in the room too. -The breakfast was okay. Decent enough, but nothing elaborate. -Wi-Fi was free.

Been on the road for a month. This was the nicest cleanest spacious room i've been in. Big bathroom nice showers. Clean bedding and carpets nice decor. I wish all hotels could make there places like this. Price 79.00 u wont believe how great you'll feel when u enter the room.
