Very friendly service and hospitality especially from the overnight woman who didnt hesitate with requests. However, ice machine was very slow to produce ice at night and the next day and the beds didn't seem to be queen, looked more like fulls. The door surfaces seemed to be still a bit fresh from being painted sometime beforehand.

The hotel was clean and was as I expected. However, getting anyone to answer the phone before I came to check on the pet policy was useless because no one ever answered the phone. I'd leave a message but it just kept ringing. After 3 minutes of that I gave up, tried once more, then 1 minute later after the same result I gave up and just drove there. We went there to use the pool for father's day and then go home at night; we lived fairly close. As I went to return the key, no one was there. After waiting for 20 minutes for someone to show up, I thought I would leave it on the desk. So I got a slip of paper, taped it to a note letting them know who I was and that I was leaving my key. As I left, I saw another 2 people walk up to the desk looking for someone. My wife said we should stay and watch to make sure no one just grabbed that key and vandalized the room. So instead of going home, we just sat there for another 10 minutes to watch to make sure no one swiped the key. Since I could not see for certain if someone could take that key I decided to talk back in and wait more. So I went back in and waited AGAIN! Finally after almost half an hour some girl shows up. I told her I just wanted to check out and there was my key. “Ok well you didn’t have to tape it” was the snark I received for doing what I thought was the right thing. My God man, it may be worth it to hire another person or give them cell phones or something.

Room was big but incoming calls to our room wouldn't go through. Our shower didn't work only the bath, and the toilet seat was broken. If that wasn't bad enough the toilet itself moved anytime it used since it wasn't secured properly. We've stayed here before and loved it. Not so much this time.

I was on a business trip and stayed 2 nights at this location and enjoyed it very much. The property was clean and the staff was very attentive. I will stay here if I am in this area again. Thank you Motel 6 Pasadena TX.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean. The price was great! I will for sure stay again!

I've had decent service here on more than one stay. Motel 6 operates within a level of medium quality, and my rating is based on that level. The staff are nice and friendly. The reservations made online work out, and I have never had a problem with that. Thanks, I am likely to be back to this same location. Motel 6 Pasadena, TX @ 3010 E. Pasadena Freeway. I find w I d e variation in individual Motel 6 motels, so my comments above are only for this establishment.

I wouldn't stay here again. Our first room had a cut phone line. Plus loud dogs which we could over look that issue. The second room the keys didn't even work. We had to get the front desk person to unlock our room every time we needed to get in which was an inconvenience to us. So the next morning we got moved to a different room so we wouldn't have to keep going thru that. The front desk person was awesome. That's the only good thing about the hotel.

When my travels to Pasadena, TX require an over night stay, this Motel 6 is my first choice out of all the hotels in the area. Not because it's close to the customers that I'm doing business with, but It's the cleanest Motel 6 out of any Motel 6 in the country and in the Pasadena, TX area. The rates are reasonable and competative with other hotel chains in the area. The lobby, coffee areas, rooms, bathrooms, guest laundry and vending areas are clean as well. The front desk staff are friendly and accomodating to the customers needs. The only negative on this hotel was doing away with the "Do Not Disturb" signs. That I do miss. But I have my own and they seem to respect that I use my own.

Stayed on second floor spots in the floor felt very weak in our room. In the hallway there’s is definitely holes that are covered up by the carpets. Toilet seat in our room was not bolted on and slid around. The beds were awesome tho. Like sleeping on a cloud.

Basic motel. Cheaper than most, rooms where clean and quiet on a Wednesday night. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Got a great nights sleep.

No hot water the first night. Toilet wouldn’t flush (sent us back with a plunger). Hallway smelt like patrons freely smoked marijuana… our stay ended with us leaving a night early, after my husband uncovered (and reported to local PD) an organized ring of car thieves! The room was nice though! And I loved being able to have my dog with me ❤️

Rooms are nice, well kept, roomy. No carpet in room is ideal for working man. Service is excellent. Miss Bobbie, Christmas, and rest of front desk personal are very nice and very helpful in any situation. I'm a long way from home, but I feel very comfortable here.

The window in my room had a gap around the frame that allowed air and noise to enter the room. This room faces the freeway so unwanted noise easily enters through this gap. There was also an unpleasant smell that engulfed the entire space. I never did figure out the source. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean in appearance. The decore was nice and I like the fact that the floors are not carpeted. The price is great but some improvements are warranted.

We have lived at the motel after Hurricane Harvey. The staff is always friendly and accommodating! The rooms are very clean. They even provide all the dishes, cookware, and hand towels for the kitchen!

It's the cheapest price around this area, and the rooms are clean, free Wi-Fi, cable TV, hot water, blankets beds are comfortable, ac and heating working. Quiet place,

Parking lot needs to be repaved. It is in horrible condition. Beyond that this stay was a good experience and the staff was friendly and helpful.

We stayed a full week, staff was always available. Pet friendly which to us was a must.

For a Motel 6 this one is nice, updated amenities and everything is very clean. The staff is nice and helpful to someone like me that is from 'out of town'. My only complaint is no shuttle system to/from hotel. I can't complain otherwise.

It's a very simple place. It is colloquially said by Paso Hotel. It has a pool and is cheap.

Great comfortable beds. Woukd have liked tea and coffee in the room and they desperately need more than I washer and 1 dryer.

The rooms were decent, but smelled terrible. There were many small details about this location that seriosly lacked attention.

The beds and room were clean though it smelled of cigarette smoke despite being a non-smoking room. As for entertainment, the channel selection was a little limited, but there was free Wi-Fi.

Stay was ok. Checked in around 4 am. The girl at the front desk was extremely nice. We asked for a late check out at noon. Got to the room and it was nice that it had been updated to no carpet. The bathroom had been updated but could use a little TLC. The bed was ok, water pressure was great. Down fall got a knock on the door at 11:15 am from house keeping asking if I was leaving. Told her we had a late check out. She informed me that it was 11:15 as she rolled her eyes.

Ok could have been better.

My husband and his crew has been working in Pasadena for weeks at a time. We stayed the in Motel 6 almost right across from the job site. The staff was nice and made sure everything was clean. We only had one problem, the maids decided to have breakfast out of our freezer. But it's okay they were sure to talk to them and we didn't have the problem again. Great rates.

Place was clean. The doors on the side to building never locked so no need to use key. Staff was very nice and polite. Got the room with the kitchen but had no iron for me to iron my clothes. Figured it would since it has a kitchen. But overall it was okay.

The girl at the front desk were extremely nice. They alow pets & they have secure tractor trailer parking. With a BBQ restaurant only 40 feet from the front door. What more can you ask for. Well just called there today to get a room again. And now I'm not allowed because I have 2 dogs. One of them is only 4.8 lbs. Now I was told 2 is not allowed. And I wasn't allowed last time either but the girl was new. There was many people coming in at midnight that were extremely loud & I heard other dogs barking throught the night also. So now … They can goto hell! One star ONLY SO I CAN POST.

This was my first experience in a Motel 6 and it will be my last. To begin, our smoking room was not aired out properly. It smelled terrible. Hallways to the room were even smoky and smelled bad. Our sheets and light blanket had multiple cigarette burns in them, and the blanket was not sufficient enough to keep us warm. Pillows were old and lumpy (luckily we brought our own. Bed was slightly sunken in center. Roach was crawling on nightstand. No iron or hairdryer in room. Wifi signal was so weak, it was actually stronger to use our cell phone signal than internet. No pictures on walls. TV signal went out multiple times. Room card key was not needed to get in hotel as back door stayed open and unlocked. Worst of all, was the numerous dogs who incessantly barked and fought all morning and night long to which no one would do anything about. I went down to manager at the end of our stay to complain. And instead of the reception desk asking me how my stay was, she just took my room card key and walked off.

Rooms are nice but nonsmoking rooms are right next to smoking rooms so even though we got a nonsmoking room it constantly smells like smoke. Other than that, the rooms are spacious and clean.

Clean. Friendly staff. Great rooms, very nice sized rooms.

Newly built. Flat screens. Swimming pool and rum, what more could ya want.
