Very nice and clean place.

It was a great experience.

No one was at the front desk for 45 minutes to check in guests. When a customer started saying hello loudly, then a woman emerged from behind a closed door. I told her that I had been waiting 45 minutes to check in but she didn’t seem to care. Get up to our room & there is pubic hair in the bathroom. Disgusting. I ask the maid to clean it and she brought a roller in and rolled the bathroom floor. Pubic hair is gone, but there’s lots of other hair. Toilet paper holder came out of the wall. Lady w/the maid said she would get it taken care of. Didn’t happen. I will not be staying at this location again.

Beautiful modern decor in lobby, breakfast, and room were ok. The Concierge kept getting our reservation mixed up. Too many things were out of order. The ice machine, soda machine, laundry room, and Wi-Fi didn’t work. We were told there were no more face towels available in the building!

Love this place best place to be.

Clean rooms, staff was very friendly and the breakfast was much better than normal hotel food. Highly recommend.

Stay one night here. I love this place. Brand new hotel close to an office I had to visit for my work. Check in was a breeze and the staff at the counter was very welcoming and friendly. Even offered a list of restaurants in the area when he heard me talking about dinner. Nice! Lobby area was very nice an inviting. Nice touch with the flavoured water in the lobby. The rooms were beautiful and clean. Loved the bathrooms and the shower. Great for a tall person like me. Breakfast was good with alot of variety for a small hotel. Everything was extremely clean. There was plenty of parking that was well lit. I will definitely stay here again.

Older hotel but very well kept. Would defently stay here again. I was pleasantly surprised. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

Room was excellent but there were USB charging ports for phones that I'm typically accustomed to in hotels. Everything else was fantastic.

Check-in and check-out were easy peasy. The room was immaculate with modern styling. Breakfast was okay but my waffle was not crispy after the time went off, recommend leaving on a few additional seconds to get better crispy texture. Great night stay, bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and cordial. I would highly recommend.

Clean room and bedding. Disappointed by the extras (ie coffee, available food). The breakfast was a joke. Disappointed. Staff was limited.

One of the best and most affordable hotels in the Area Vivin was a great manager that understands all problems as I was going through a divorce he made me feel real comfortable and went out of his ways to make me feel like I was at home. The hotel decor is out of this world I would recommend Mr. Vivun and his staff.

Room was clean. Just had a scent that need attention. Love the area everything is convenient. All of the restaurant and mall.

Good location near plenty of shops and restaurants. Decent hot breakfast but get there early on weekends. Comfortable beds.

Knew it was going to be great when I opened the door! I knew this was going to be a winner as soon as we walked in the door. The lobby was so immaculate that I thought it was a newly completed hotel. The person who checked us in was extremely helpful in finding us a restaurant, and the computer room was another example of a well kept hotel. Our room was one of the few that I have been able to sleep through the night because of the clever way they have the beds facing the window. It blocks all sound from the hallway. The bed was great, linens beautiful not too crisp and clean. Breakfast was like going to a top class coffee shop, it had something for everyone. I would stay there again, and recommend it to my best friend. This is one of the real GEMS.

Best hotel in the area! Management and staff will go above and beyond! We stayed here during Harvey and it was our home for two months! Can't say enough good things about Mercedes Borobia and her staff! It starts at the top and she clearly cares for everyone.

Evrything was good until I pulled out the iron. There was an obvious part that had broken off! this was just above the water fill hole which makes it an even dangerous situation. To make the matter worse is this is what is seen by hampton inn housekeeping staff sees each time they clean a room! ill be notifying the front desk of this defective iron… by bringing it to the front desk.

The reception clerk who checked us in was polite and very courteous. The night shift reception clears was rude and unfit for the job. I asked her for a water bottle at around 11 am returning after attending Xmas party. For some reason she took 4 minutes on computer after asking me my room number and then said silver HILTON members do not get it. Confused I said, charge me. Oh, yes and she handing me a 500 ml bottle. Next day I saw a charge of $1 on my bill.
For one $, you insult your customers? Very strange. Just hand over a bottle and say, you'll see a dollar charge on your account. Everyone understands nothings for free.
I stay frequently at Hiltons and have never encountered this. Not the hotel fault. Just a bad hire for the wrong job. The girl should be a warden in a prison or in a debt collection company.

This is one of those special Inns, that are part of a chain, but surpass the norm of quality hospitality. This is one of those GEMS. It is immaculate from the minute you step though the front door, to the sparkeling bathrooms and impeciable decor in the rooms. The staff went out of their way to make sure that we had anything that we might need. The breakfast was far superior to most hotel offerings with a mulitude of choices. This Hampton inn is a complete winner!

This place is great. Have breakfast w/someone to help make waffles. Oh in the summer you can cool off in the pool. Really nice place…

A truly amazing and thankful opportunity. Despite chaos due to Hurricane Harvey, the entire staff and management where beyond accommodating. Their main concern was always their guest and making sure that during a time of turmoil and displacement each temporary resident was comfortable. I can't express enough gratitude and just thankful that I landed in such a welcoming environment. I would recommend anyone in the Missouri City/Sugar Land area to stay here. Thanks again Hampton in and Suites for being an amazing.

This is the third time we've stayed here. Very clean and the staff has always been friendly. Centrally located in Missouri City with access to lots of shopping, restaurants and I-69 within 10 minutes.

The staff was great, checking in and out was quick and easy, the complimentary breakfast was good, and everything was very clean. I also appreciated how 24/7 they had snacks and coffee/tea available. Our room was very nice, had lots of room, and it was quiet and clean. We only had two complaints. One was our room only having a shower and no tub, which I'm not sure if this is the same for all rooms, but we didn't like it. Our second was the sign in our bathroom saying if you needed a complimentary toiletry that you might have forgotten, which had shaving gel on the list, to ask the front for one. However, when we asked, we were told that was not a complimentary item we could receive. Other than those, everything was great, and we got our king bed and top floor like we requested. Great stay!

Room was very spacious and breakfast was great, served 6-10am. Hoisekeeping and the front desk staff were very friendly.

Rooms were clean and tidy. Breakfast was delicious. Ideal location with everything you need within a short distance.

Great experience, but the room was by the elevator and the chime for the elevator was annoying all night long.
