Staff is rude, beds are disgusting, cockroaches, and they take your money and takes forever to return it! 😡 place needs to be closed seriously health department needs to look at this place.

No heat on first room! switched to another one no lights lol! heat only works on no auto.

Whole place was disgusting, pool, elevator, room. We came from 9 1/2 hrs away. Expressed how unsatisfied I was and got told they couldn't cancel my reservation. Because it wasnt 48hrs prior to check inn. Very unsatisfying. Son had bites on his neck so we better not have gotten bed bugs from that nasty place. Only thing it had going for them was the view. Also found medicine in the corners of the room and we have a 2 yr old.

Definitely a great room for the price. I'm sad there's no breakfast though. They're renovating right now so I'm guessing that's why. Indoor pool and gym. Has a drink vending machine, I haven't seen a snack machine yet. All in all I give it an 8/10. The suite is huge and clean. Has a living area with a fold out bed and it's own tv. Two queen beds in the bedroom area! My whole family is comfortable and sleeping soundly. Also, Wi-Fi seems to be down.

The suite room we paid for using booking. Com was not even in this hotel. Front desk said they had never had a room like that. We immediately checked out but was still charged. We have sent emails and contacted booking. Com who have also not helped at all.
Stay away and don’t waste your time and money.

Disgusting. Do not stay here. We checked in and out within an hour. The photos are self explanatory and fitness center wasn’t open and pool freezing. Trying to get out money back has been impossible. Staff member jaz, gave us managers, Dee Singh, number and time to call at 4087635000. We have called a dozen times, always times we are told she’ll be in and EVERY. Single. Time. She is not in yet, at lunch, or gone for the day. I have sent multiple emails at cisgalveston@aol. Com, and had long conversations with Staff, Jaz, Ana, etc. All promising she or they will contact us. And still nothing. No response. This is her game. She had a lawsuit against her for multiple counts in 2014 including DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICES. This hotel and owner are a sham. They are slum lords. Do. Not. Stay. Here. Sleep in your car before sleeping there!

My family stayed the night and woke up with bug bites. Showed the front desk the bites on my husband and photos of bugs in our bed. Was promised a refund. Packed up after making sure no creepy crawlies made it into our bags and took them outside. Front desk clerk was away so we walked around a bit enjoying the view. Came back was told some hogwash about they would be getting a bug report then would refund us. Called the site used to book and was assured it would be handled by the time we got back from our cruise. However, now they want a doctor's note saying it was not mosquito bites. I will be including photos because you can tell they are not mosquito bites. I was willing to let this go as a chance issue. However, refusing to refund after bugs in our bed is too far.

The rooms were filthy and the carpet was stained. The most disgusting place I have ever stayed. We stayed the first night after a long day of travel. I called the front desk asking to cancel the second night due to poor conditions. Customer service was horrible, the manager was rude and offered nothing! Just basically sorry you are out of luck.
But, after speaking with the Radisson regional office I am hoping we can come to a resolution. I have pictures of the filth to share with them as well.

Reading the reviews AFTER we booked it I was kind of skeptical. But I have to give credit where it’s due. The AC in the room was amazing super cold! The rooms were super clean. I did NOT SEE NO BED BUGS because I did look since all the reviews said there was bed bugs. The front desk was nice and helpful, they even smiled each time they seen us walk in and out. Morning breakfast was good enough to fill our belly’s and it was FREE (waffle maker, eggs, papas, sausage, coffee, toast, muffins, apple, orange and cranberry juice, toast, 4 different cereals. I mean we couldn’t complain of anything. Remember you get what you pay for and you aren’t paying For no Five star San Luis Resort hotel and spa people. Over all our stay has been just fine. We have two more nights of stay here in this nice cold AC right across from the beach. I’m glad I kept our reservation and didn’t cancel because of reading all the reviews.

The hotel was average. It needs updating and maintenance but it is very close to the beach, which is just what we were looking for. The employees were excellent! Breakfast was the same each day, which was boring but it was hot and tasty. Pool was too cold for us to use.

Absolutely disgusting! Bedbugs, dirty sheets, and used soap. Not to mention the absolutely HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE at the front desk!

Great location… access to beach was perfect and in walking distance. Great restaurants nearby as well. Front desk clerk Anetria was the icing on the cake. Very helpful and friendly on our check out. Made the start to our cruise remarkable. We definitely stay again on my next cruise… Free cruise parking was a plus…

I have a really hard time with this review. On one hand the location in relation to the beach is great. The lobby is beautiful and the person who checked us in was pleasant. On the other hand, the bathroom has mold, the carpet and paint is from the 70s, the fold out bed is all frame and no bed, the furniture is messed up in different ways. Also, they only have soda vending machines that only take $1. So if you need pain killers or toothpaste, you will have to leave the hotel to find it.

Nope, it’s a NO for me! Room heater didn’t work in January. Shower water was barely warm. Used Uber which was cheaper than their transportation van to the cruise ship port. Find a Airbnb.

Beware of this hotel. For the amount of money that we were spending I thought this would be a decent stay. The room was in terrible shape. Stains on the carpet, floor uneven, tears in the furniture, and the AC was not working. The AC filter looked like it hadn’t been changed in years. The only good thing I will say is that they refunded our money after we argued with them to cancel our reservation. For a place that attracts tourists, take pride in your establishment and make it look presentable. This place was not.

The outside looks clean and presentable. The lobby is small but nice. The location is great, walking distance to the beach areas! Our room was clean and the balcony was an unexpected plus! The bathroom door in our room would not lock as the lock was broken completely. Room The ac cools nicely. My daughter and I wanted to treat ourselves to the spa by the pool but there was no spa by the pool. The staff were nice.

Location was perfect! Rooms were really nice. Very clean. Breakfast was okay. When we checked in the girl was very nice however Stephanie was not so good. I needed change to get a drink out of the machine and Stephanie was sitting in the lobby on her phone. There was also a small child there who called her mom so apparently she brought her kid to work with her. After a few minutes of standing at the desk waiting on someone to help me I had to ask her if she worked there and she oh yes what do you need. Then I asked her if all the machines were sold out and she said there is a gas station across the street… I didn't want to leave the hotel for a drink! Then she said I could try the 5th floor so I did and it was also sold out. The hotel itself was very nice the only complaint was that there was NOTHING to drink in the entire hotel and that I had to ask to be assisted by an employee who was hanging out in the lobby playing on her phone.

This hotel is shabby. Our assigned room was not clean at all (dirty sheets, sand all over the bathroom and toilet seat), but the clerk was very polite and helpful in finding us a different room quickly, though we were downgraded from what we paid for. The breakfast is garbage — stale cereal, warm milk, watered down oatmeal, insanely salty powdered eggs. I only gave 2 stars instead of one because the clerk was so nice and helpful. Everything else about this place is terrible, and I am not that hard to please.

Hated it, not worth what we paid! This place is dirty, smells and front desk service sucks. We will NEVER be back. I do not recommend this place at all. Oh, and they don’t change the sheets and the towels were dirty… see for yourself.

I went in last minute on Memorial Day weekend to find a room for the night and was told they were booked up until the following day. I made a reservation for the next night, and the attendant at the front desk took my information. When she asked for my credit card, I specifically remember asking her if there was a fee to hold the room and she simply said "No, this is just to pre-approve you. " So, I gave her my credit card info, and instead of getting a reservation print out, she wrote it down on a piece of paper and sent me on my way. I eventually found another place to stay. I called the Country Inn back that SAME NIGHT to cancel my reservation for the following day, and again was not told of any cancellation fees. They simply asked for my name and said "Okay. " The following morning I saw a charge for 350.00 dollars from the Country Inn, on my online bank statement, for a room I had not yet checked into, and had called to cancel the night prior. When I called the hotel to dispute this charge, the very rude attendant said there was a 48 hour cancellation rule, and that "somebody should have informed" me of it. Well The Country Inn had 2 separate opportunities to inform me of such rule and they did NOT. I am currently disputing this charge for a room I did NOT use and cancelled, with my bank. But just BE CAREFUL when you decide to book with these people that you ASK ALL THE RIGHT QUESTIONS.

My family and I came to stay here for about a week. The first day that we got here as soon as we went into the room we noticed a funky smell. We figured that maybe it was just that we opened the door to the balcony and the smell outside came inside. We put our stuff down and went to the beach. When we came back and was time to sleep we couldn't get over the horrible smell. We went to the front desk and told them that the room was too much to handle and that we needed a room change because it smelled like pee. The lady in the front desk came and said "the sheets were not dried properly". She went and got new sheets but the smell kept coming through. We smelled the mattress and I promise y'all it was the most DISGUSTING smell I've ever smelled before. The mattress smelled like pee accumulate for a while. We told the lady to smell it since she didn't believe it. She then changed us to another room which was more comfortable. Even thought we were changed to another room I'm disappointed because most of the stuff here like chairs, couches and doors are beat up and old. The couches look like they were brought from my great ancestors house. The carpets have stains. The elevator smells like pee as well and is supper dirty since the day we got here. We won't be staying here ever again! Ps. The pool smells WAY too much like Clorox and the water fountain is rusty and smelly. Very disappointed.

Staff was great, extra towels & pillows in the room we got. We reserved a room with a king bed & beach view but got 2 double beds instead for the same price because they ran out. Which was fine no problem there, front desk lady gave coupons and was very helpful. Got food delivered because some places around here weren't so pleasant with minority's. Big rooms, balcony view is amazing you can see beach & pleasure peer. I can say I really love this place & I'll be staying here often. Fitness room was unsafe due to broken equipment, indoor had tons of chlorine but overall its a really nice place to stay.

We normally love this place, but tonight got the worse room in the hotel. The AC is stuck on 50 degrees, The light switches are missing on the lamps and for some odd reason the toilet water is really hot. (Makes for a toasty bum). The hotel is sold out otherwise we'd request a move. I probably won't book here again.

Clean room, comfy pillows, but I booked hotel bc they had a indoor pool. No hot tub and pool was ice cold. If I would have known it was unheated. I would have picked a different hotel. Due to medical reasons I need a heated pool.

My family and I came here on vacation. Decided to stay at this hotel and honestly, camping on the beach would have been better. First off the first room we stayed in had dirty bed sheets on both bed, there was taco bell left in my microwave from previous guests, and what seemed to be black mold in the bathroom. Then after our first night my cousin was paying night to night and they said her card was declined so they gave her room away. Without so much as a phone call and left her stuff in the room so when we got and she went to her room she found another couple in her bed with all of her stuff in the room.

Loved the room! Was cozy and comfortable and most importantly, quiet. Will definitely room here again!

We were attending a wedding down the street at a more upscale hotel, the wedding hotel was booked so we made a reservation at the Country Inn and Suites in order to be close to the festivities. I was glad we only stayed one night! The door handle to our balcony was broken (like hanging off the door), so we couldn't utilize the balcony. We reported this issue to the front desk so that we would not be charged. The hair dryer didn't work (the front desk did give me a new one to use). Two out of three of the lamps in the room did not work (we ended up not reporting this, at this point we were fed up and needed to get ready for our event). We didn't eat any breakfast, but did get coffee on our way out and it was really terrible (and I'm not even picky about coffee). It was nice to have a mini fridge and microwave in the room, plus an iron and ironing board. The room itself was spacious enough and there was plenty of parking. But for about $200 a night, I would have expected a better experience.

Stayed last weekend and it was pretty bad. Rooms dirty, carpet disgusting, one of the plastic cups in our room had some nasty spit or something in it, which means it wasn't replaced when the last guests checked out of our room — yuck. Our room keys stopped working on second day, and took forever to get a new key due to long lines at check in counter. Our rooms were never cleaned during our weekend stay, and we were gone from our room all day during the day, so no excuse. When we told the front desk they just kind of shrugged and didn't say anything, no apologies or anything. Customer service is definitely lacking. Also, the balcony light cannot be turned off and even with the curtains closed, there was so much light coming through the window, making it hard to sleep at night.

There was no shower curtain and no plug for the tub… how did they expect us to bathe? The hair dryer didn't work. We did get it to run for about 10 seconds and it suddenly shut off and smelled like it was going to start a fire so we unplugged it. We left for our cruise with wet hair in cold weather. The water pressure was so low I could barely rinse the shampoo from my hair. There was a large red stain on the carpet by the door. Dish TV had very few channels and the buttons on the remote were worn and dirty. Breakfast didn't begin until 7:00 a. M. And the food was just so-so… meh. I've stayed in many of these Country Inn & Suites so I was very, very disappointed by this location.

I really hate to leave such a terrible review… But this one doesn’t even deserve one star. We came here for my mother’s birthday the night before a cruise. The clerk was friendly and check in was easy. But when we got to our room, I realized we had a problem. The refrigerator had failed and leaked water on the cabinet and caused it to develop mold. The room had a musty moldy smell to it. In the corner of the room by the back door, there was — what appeared to be — a bloodstain. The carpets had a crazy amount of stains on them and the walls were pretty beat up. We went downstairs to report these findings so that we would not be charged for them at checkout… And the guy at the front said “there’s nothing I can do about that”. After we ate dinner, we came back and the smell was worse. I went downstairs and asked to be moved to a different room. The clerk insisted that the hotel was sold out and that there were no additional rooms. There were obviously several vacancies, so I called his bluff. After yammering on for about five minutes he called our room. The phone was broken so we were unable to hear what he was saying. I called from my cell phone and he told me that a room had just opened up. He showed me to a room one floor down and told me that it was an upgrade and more expensive. I informed him that I would not be paying any additional and he reluctantly agreed. The new room had just as many stains on the floor, but luckily no blood.

Fantastic. Everything perfect. Sea view room cleaning very good. Indoor pool (some smallish) gym, breakfast good. Only flaw if we attempt to find one is the parking which is chargeable ben $25.

Absolutely loved this place. Had only one complaint, not enough parking. Other than that, we had a perfect view to the beach, the beds were clean and comfty. Staff was polite and helpful. I would defenetly recommend it to someone. I'm defenetly coming back, and that's where we'll stay. Thank you Country Inn for giving us such an amazing, much needed family vacation!

My husband and I booked a room at your hotel for a mini staycation for the two of us. We were not happy once we tried to get settled in for the night. We saw things a customer shouldn't see. We were horrified at the cleanliness of our room. To back up a bit, I needed to use the restroom once we checked in only to go in the restroom to find a dirty toilet with tissue in it. I called the front desk for it to be cleaned and left for dinner with my husband. We came back and it still wasn't taken care of. I called when I noticed the toilet hadn't been clean and the lady apologized but she had forgot due to her being the only person there. It was disgusting. I tried to stick it out and went to Kroger to buy a disinfectant bleach spray, lysol, and Clorox disinfectant spray. I attempted to clean the bathroom myself. Even though a guest shouldn't have to do these things. My husband pulled back the sheets to find stains on them. The icing on the cake was the bug (roach) crawling from underneath the bed up the wall. We decided to check out and head back home because we weren't comfortable. So we were on the road at 10:45 to take a 1 1/2 hour drive back to Katy, Texas. We expecting to be refunded for the booking because of the awful conditions of this room (411). BEWARE Don't stay here!

Rooms were clean and neat. The balconies with each room were wonderful for viewing the scenery. Staff was courteous and helpful. Would have been nice to have pool hours posted somewhere — we didn't get to go down until evening to use the hot tub and about 15 mins after we got there we were told that we would have to leave as they were closing the pool. One of the better continental breakfasts I've had, though.

Lol what do I have to say about this POS hotel. Well, let's start out by saying when you get a room you get a parking spot. No parking spots, ok, we were told to park in front in a non parking spot place. We did and somebody ended up HITTING OUR TRUCK. We went back and they said they weren't able to do anything (mind you the manager was a *****). Floor in our room was filthy and the room was hot and wouldn't cool down. Don't stay here there are plenty of hotels for the same price and much much better.

I can't think of anything to complain about. The front desk works really hard, almost too hard in fact, to please needy guests. Ben who was working the front desk was extremely pleasant. You can walk to the beach or Pleasure Pier from this hotel. The rooms are clean and the AC keeps your room so cold. The complimentary breakfast was decent: waffles, toast, eggs, biscuits and gravy, juices coffee… Parking lot seemed safe, no issues. We enjoyed our stay.

It's enough. Clean rooms, great customer service when you arrive. Friendly throughput the entire experience and a great location for pool bars. Only down side, they shut down breakfast before it was due to be shut down. Was somewhat hungover so I went in and drank some OJ anyway, but no food and had to go elsewhere for greasy crappie food.

NICE PLACE NEAR SEAWALL I arrived at this hotel very early but the check in staff were nice enough to find me a room without having to wait. I was given a room on the 5th floor over looking the ocean. My room was very clean and nice. Nice bed, with a a large LCD TV. Great friendly service. I fell in love with Galveston! I ate dinner at The Spot. The food was ok. The price was decent. It was a busy place, as they had a Tiki bar next door. The view was awesome. The weather which had been nice but breezy. The breakfast was better then what I had had the previous Hotel. Checkout was fast! They also had a business center for Wi-Fi and internet access.

NO parking. I had to wait for an employee to get off her shift so I could have a parking spot. Also, the A/C went out in our room at 11:30/12 at night and they had 2 maintenance men come in and totally switch out the ENTIRE a/c I it while my kids are trying to go to bed, my husband was showering, and I am trying to nurse my baby. Very unprofessional. The next day I asked to speak to the manager, she wasn't in so they gave me a number to call and a time frame. I called and they said she would have to call me back. She never did. I've tried several times getting in touch with someone to tell them about my experience but they avoid it! They never offered a discount for my night's stay or even gave any apologies for their inconveniences. There were a few other minor issues we had as well but could've been overlooked if the big issues wouldn't have happened or if they were taken care of… Will never stay there again.

The customer service was bad. When we booked the room theat 4:30ish PM a blonde woman with tattoo and piercing said the room was $129.00 plus tax but the next morning they hit my Credit card of a $169.00. When I told the day shift woman about it she was rude and told me to call the manager. I called the manager and reached Elizabeth at the front desk aka rude woman. The manager won't be back for hour. The indoor pool was to cold to swim in. The lamp shade in the room had hair and some other visible nasty stuff on it. There is rust everywhere. The breakfast was cold and nasty.

This hotel is awesome. Room size is perfect, bed is comfortable and restroom is nice. Pool and hot tub was fun. My wife and I will stay here again.

We stayed here the night before our cruise with another couple. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the beds super comfortable. The hotel is within walking distance to food and shopping. Best part for a small fee car can be left at hotel with shuttle service to the cruise terminal. Super friendly staff. Management top rate, on return our party was held up so we missed the shuttle my moments, the hotel told us to take a cab and they refunded the cab fair! GREAT VALUE.!

This hotel is awful. Please don't waste your hard earn money here. I wanted to leave a review and I was required to select a star, I personally would not give it any stars not even a 1 star. We checked in without any complications with the front desk the lady was not nice nor was she rude just not compassionate or professional for the guest who stay at the hotel. Our first room was filthy with a dirty diaper in the trash can, make up on the pillow cases, sheets had hair on them the bed was made to appear clean and even had the, "this bed has been clean" sign on the bed. I went to the front desk where no one was at. I waited a while till someone came, I confronted them about my room she never apologized for the room. She moved us to a different room she told me this room has been cleaned. I mentioned the present room we are in is not clean, yet appeared to be clean, she assured me this new room would be. We move (family of 6) to another room. The second room was just as dirty. There was trash on the floor, for instance a dirty cup from the previous guest along with other trash on the floor, a dirty band aid on the bathroom floor, sheets were wrinkled badly, hair in the bed again. My husband confronted front desk asking for a full refund, so we could go to the Galvez (priceline had a room there for 20.00 more than what we paid here). They refused to refund us since no manager was on site for approval.

So when I checked out of the hotel I accidentally left my clothes on hangers in the closet. I realize this as soon as I got home and I gave them a call and let them know that the clothes were in there. Since I live too far away they said they would FedEx them to me. They said they would call me back when it was sent out I never received a call back so I called them again and they told me they had my clothes and they were going to send them out that day. Again, they never sent out my clothes. So I kept calling daily and they kept telling me they would send them out. Then all of the sudden one day when I called them they told me that they could not find my clothes, they had not sent them in FedEx and they had no idea where they were. They told me there's nothing that they could do about it. So I lost about $300 in clothes that I was not able to get back. I'm sure somebody up there stole my clothes and lied to me for weeks about it. On top of all the clothes problems when we got to our room it was dirty and there was blood on our sheets. It was just an all around bad experience. Do not recommend this Hotel at all.

The General Manager, Dee Singh, is a liar and a cheat. Tried to resolve a MOLD PROBLEM and got denied a refund (or apology). Corporate office dismissed me (customer) and the forwarded photographs of the mold and refused to issue apology or refund. MOLD, people! General Manager also lied to my credit card company about booking and occupancy (hey remember I left because of the mold? I NEVER stayed the night! ). Corporate office conveniently loses records of incoming complaints and urges you to keep sending in documentation and pictures to which, you guessed it, they keep losing. Do not stay here. Not only are the staff members liars but the rooms stink and unfit for human occupancy, the location is unsafe, parking is extremely limited, grounds are dirty, front entrance leaks during storms to include electrical fixtures above the entrance. This is the worst location to book at and the corporate office will eagerly take your money without remorse. Fraud all the way around. Travelers beware! You will NEVER get your money back. Dee, you should be ashamed at treating your customers this way, especially military veterans.

The general manager has not idea how to talk to guess, no customer service whatsoever, didn't care about my frustration and put the issue to the side like it was a broken light bulb not that important I will get to it when I can. Complain has been file with corporate I would like for the owner to contact me via e mail if possible or anyone else other than the general manager Dee.

IM SO MAD! WARNING! These guys do take your money and don't give it back! Plus all that the rooms and beds on the holding nests of BED BUGS!. My mom and family and friend were all bitten by them at night. My mom cought most of them with tape. I recommend u go some where safer then getting bitten by parasites. We have sent them proof and the GM and has not acted upon this. Its bin three weeks now. I'm sure this is not the first time this has happened. Who can I contact to get my money back!

Do the public a favor and do not stay here. THEY STEEL PEOPLES MONEY! When I discovered I could not stay at the hotel because of insufficient parking and no pets five minutes after I made the purchase on my credit card the front desk told me my money was refunded and never refunded it and MANAGER said that they could not refund money even though I was told that I would get a refund. She did not care a bit and it was a significant amount of money!

I'm went there this summer.

I don't like it I just got here and the room is not ready and the bathroom has soap that is been used and is just not good at all and if they have a reception with smile will be good.

My family and I stayed here on Spring Break and it was great, they view was great, it overlooked Pleasure Pier. It within walking distance to Pleasure Pier and there is a great little bar right in front, my kids loved the indoor pool. We had an overall good experience here and I would definately recommend to others.

Poor service threatened to be kicked out when being respectful to neighbors. Will not recommend. Employees are very rude and harass guest. Pity excuse for customer service.

Would not stay there again. Hidden charges on the transportation end. Charges that were never communicated. Staff seemed new and never had answers. You are better off using other transportation services for convenience and pricing. Place was clean but room had a smell to it.

Relaxing Trip Excellent Pre Cruise Stay The first time we had used the Country inn and suites and were very impressed, immaculate throughout and excellent service from all staff. The rooms were large and well-equipped. A pleasant surprise was that there was a full buffet breakfast available, we had breakfast which was excellent, a full US breakfast, freshly cooked and well-served. We were very excited when we found out they had a shuttle to take us and pick us up from boat — a definite added bonus! We thought we were going to have to take a cab to the boat (we knew we could leave the car there but did not know they had a shuttle). A nice, new hotel with friendly staff — we will definitely stay here again when we return to Galveston.

I tried to stay there, but the management refused service to us after getting my credit card info. Yet still is trying to collect charges for the time we didn't get to stay there. I am fighting with them currently with my credit card company, and they provided some-what I consider to be fraudulent documentation that I know I positively didn't sign to try to sway the credit card company, and I will be notifying the city DA to go after them, as well as the Carlson Hotels chain about what is going on, if necessary. i would not attempt to stay here again. (emphasis on attempt to).

I was nervous after reading the reviews but I'm so glad I followed my 1st mind! This hotel was great, clean and very conveniently located. MY daughter loved the pool that was INDOOR! This was the ONLY hotel I could find that had an indoor pool! After being in the heat all day at Pleasure Pier. It felt good to hit the pool and cool down. The next time I come to Galveston. This will be the only place I will stay! :-).

It was a beautiful hotel, very close to the beach and a nice little hoping bar next door. Walking distance to pleasure pier. The only 2 complaints I have is that when we walked into our room the carpet was cold and wet from being steam cleaned, did not dry during my whole stay. The second thing is that the internet doesn't run to fast but, other then these two things its a wonderful hotel at a decent price.

Worst hotel I've been too in years. Room was to be ready at 4 o'clock. Got here at 5 and the told us our room would be ready in an hour. So not only did they have an extra hour to get the room ready because of our delay we waited an hour in the lobby for them to finish it. The gym was horrible. Every machine was broken and could not be used with the exception of one treadmill that was also broken with a dip in the running platform. All weight and other cardio machines were broken. And to add to that our cruise was postponed and when we asked if we could postpone our checkout time from 11 to 12 we were denied. Even tho we had waited two hours to check in would not extend our checkout time. Would not deliver extra blankets to our room at 8 o'clock at night and told we had to pick them up. Asked for 3 towels for our room and the desk only had 2 available. Horrible hotel. Do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
