Pleasant surprise finding such a clean, courteous hotel in such a small town. Prices are fantastic for the quality.

Ceiling was leaking in our room. Upstairs toilet overflowing. Owner of place only gave us a 5% discount and made us move to a smaller room with smaller beds. Some nasty stuff came out of the bath tub in our new room. Terrible experience. The owner kept arguing on the phone. The lady at front desk was nice but her boss/owner is a tight waud who can’t even take care of the place and it’s maintenance and our room should of been at least half off if not free for the inconvenience and gross mess we had to deal with but instead she would rather argue.

Decent rooms Internet ok. Breakfast was decent. No service inside of the hotel for at&t cellphone. They offer free long distance calls as a remedy. Had to use Wi-Fi calling while I stayed here.

Very quaint place to stay, clean rooms, wholesome and breakfast was good… oh, can’t forget that service was good. I highly recommend!

Very clean and quiet. Front desk personnel were we're friendly and efficient. Breakfast is hot — eggs and meat, waffles, oatmeal, juice, coffee and tea, Danish, bagles, toast. Rooms are large, even the bathroom. Missing star is due to the thin walls between rooms. Usually not a problem, but you could have a room full of kids next to you. Otherwise, a great place to stay at a reasonable price.

Last month we were lucky enough to rent one of the last two rooms available that night. The desk clerk, whose name did not get, was so polite, friendly and helpful. Another female employee was in the lobby and also very helpful. They had room for us to park a pickup pulling a very long trailer! Though not necessary for us, the room was a handicapped suite. It was large, very clean and comfortable. The beds were wonderful. Breakfast the next morning was well organized and good. We left our jackets in the breakfast room by accident. I emailed that night and was contacted by Tina the next day. After a few emails and arrangements made for a prepaid label, Tina mailed our jackets to us. We were quite pleased all around with the Quality Inn at Rockdale, Texas!

It was very nice and clean, the staff was amazing, people like us were coming in this morning getting away from Hurricane Harvey and the sweet lady at the front desk was making sure they had breakfast some of this families had children, that was a very nice thing to do.

It was quick and easy to come in and check out a room. Staff was friendly. Took a while for staff to come to the front desk though.

The room was hot when we got there. No cell phone or data inside the building. The Wi-Fi showed full signal, but would nor pass data. Otherwise, the manager was good and breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable.

Comfort Inn is always a great go to hotel. Cheap and usually has nice amenities. This one is no different, nothing special but will satisfy all your needs. People were great, room was clean and stocked, and free breakfast. Only gave it 4 stars do to the fake eggs and nasty sausage. Would like to have real scrambled eggs /w cheese and sausage that is real pork.

Beds are comfortable. I thought having the grills outside were a good idea for families who want to cook their own dinner and being across the street from a Walmart Supercenter is ideal. I wasn't fond of the breakfast. The eggs and meat are microwaved : (The eggs taste like water and the meat isn't browned and who likes semi done bacon? BUT if management would spend a little extra money and invest in a stove, the meat could be baked in lg quantities in the oven and the eggs and the potatoes can be seasoned and cooked on the stove top (hopefully by an experienced home cook) I know some or all of those ladies are good cooks. For my part they could have thrown in some mexican style breakfast items :) (yes I love mexican food)! Thx Comfort Inn, I enjoyed your hospitality. Oh, P. S. I love your hand soap!

Room is clean. Lots of TV channels and the bed is super comfy. Free breakfast coffee maker in room plus 2 bottles of water and granola bars all for free. Good Wi-Fi the only complant would be no cell service in the rooms must go outside to make a call. Other then that I would most definitely stay here again.

Don't walk in the parking lot at night, the bug issue is massive. I could handle that, but didn't appreciate the roaches in the room.
