Review of La Copa Inn Beach Hotel 3*

Well the first thing I disliked was I had called the night before to reserve the room I gave them my credit card info the guy repeated the card number back and everything. Well the next day somehow I missed the call that they tried to process my card and was denied. Which was impossible because I had plenty of money in my account. Well when I went to check in they had given my room away and all the had was a king bed which cost 100$ more. I will give the guy credit he gave me a small discount but I still paid more. And I had five people with me I would have liked the room with two queen beds. Then the fridge in the room wasn't cooling our drinks or my sons milk, the only part that worked was the freezer part. So we go to the pool and there is the security guard walking around making you feel really u comfortable checking what you have. A guy had a sandwich he had made himself and he told him he couldn't have it! Wth! You can't take your coolers or your own beer it has to be their drinks which I feel is BS! There is tables and chairs people should be allowed to take their own food! Then we had a jacuzzi in the room with very low water pressure takes forever to fill up! And when we looked in it when we got there it had hairs in it. According to my husband the Starbucks coffee was not that great. The complentery breakfast was non existent when we got there at 9 there was nothing but dry cereal, a couple of waffles but no syrup. And no place to sit. We probably would not come here again!
