Great staff, very helpful.

Don’t and I repeat DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU ARE HANDICAPPED my husband was stuck on the 2nd floor because the elevator broke 😡 the fire department had to come get him down this weekend, and the manager is only offering a 50$ discount what the hell for all the stress y’all put us through NO!

Proximity to my chemo therapy location. Awesome employees.

Whenever I go outside I stayed at inn Express I have many memories there, I recommend it widely, clean, quiet and very comfortable.

Really enjoyed our stay. Front desk was awesome and rooms comfy and clean. Thank you for the hospitable stay.

Nice hotel friendly staff. My only down side is getting into the place if you have to make a left hand turn in it takes a while when traffic gets back up. Better off going down and making a u turn and coming back.

This is a great place to stay I have never had any issues. The staff is friendly and professional. The rooms are great and clean.

Location is good, breakfast is terrible and the price could be better.

Hallway smelled like sewer, beds were lumpy and uncomfortable, sheets were not clean (housekeeping came up to change them), urine down the front of the toilet and in the floor, and stains on the carpet. Planned to stay four nights but checked out after one. Serious housekeeping issues.

Holiday Inn Express has yet to let me down. They're very consistent with the quality. The beds/pillows here were wonderful and extremely soft; I slept like a baby. They had a small gym that really came in handy for my cardio workouts. The breakfast was good too, they had a wide variety of options to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good quality place to stay for an extremely reasonable price.

Right now I'm staying, the room smells horrible, to pure humidity The weather is not cold, the sheets will look clean but it smells like it was already used by someone sweat, I never stayed at Holiday, it is my first time, and I hope I will not stay again at least in this one. And the price is expensive for what they promise.

Dirty green pool. Cold showers. Mildew in the bath.

Excellent hotel for a night! Clean, comfortable, and the girls at the front desk are extremely nice! They allow Semi Trucks to park on the gravel lot on the east side of the hotel. Breakfast is your typical "hot" breakfast served at any Holiday Inn Express nationwide. I would stay here again if I get screwed up on my unloading time again.

Nice place, kind people, excellent attention.

This place is great! Love the happy hour and snacks. I especially loved that the front desk person, Natalia, was super friendly and just the best I've dealt with. They should really promote her. Her attitude was really great and was very helpful with finding great hangouts.

Water never got hot, hot tub never got hot. Friendly clean and quiet. Breakfast was great.

Clean and neat, staff very efficient and friendly. Only problem was shower hot water was not hot, barely warm.

I stay at this location every time we're in town. I love the comfy beds with real comforters (not those thin things some hotels use now) and great pillows. It's quiet and in a convenient location. Staff are super friendly and helpful.

Great stay in Pharr. Staff was curtious, and allowed me to change my reservation within my cutoff time. Will definitely return since they were willing to work with my ever changing work schedule.

Great hotel stayed here for work massive rooms and very comfortable ans at that great price for the size and quality of room if this was in California it's would be a 180 dollar room way cheaper than California.

Good hotel, close to everything and quiet.

Amazingly clean, front desk workers were amazing they went above and beyond making sure we were ok due to the hurricane in our hometown Corpus Christi. Honestly best service thank you.

Hotel with the best service in the city, very well located, all you need is a small remodel and it would be the perfect hotel.

I stayed here and reserved a block of 35 rooms for my wedding. This hotel was not the cheapest but I felt it was the best quality for the price. I never had any issues with the booking process for the rooms and the guests in my block all had a good stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Friendly service, clean rooms, Keurig machine in the room. What else could you want? Cinnamon rolls were a bit hard on the day I had breakfast but the rest was great.

Found a roach in one of my beds was told going to be given 1000 points for future stay but was lied to they just lost a customer.

Thus place is great nice clean beds are so confortable my only complaint is I reserved a king size bed and they gave me a queen other than that it's great.

I stayed there for 5 days on a business trip. The amenities including the breakfast were descent. However, the service was subpar as was the customer service aside from a few warm greetings.

Cesar was one of the nicest front desk employees I've encountered. Price is great and the fitness room is awesome too! Stay here if you're ever in the McAllen/Pharr area.

Although I did not reside in it, the hotel looked very neat and organized with fruendly working staff.

They messed up in my husband payment buy using his card with out authorized used of him charging him an extra night when we didnt even know about it.

The Hotel is well located near quite a few places to eat. There was an issue with the using the elevator to move from the second floor, but I was informed about it and offered a different room. It was fixed the next day. Breakfast is the usual business fare. The staff has been great. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean, Wi-Fi worked well, breakfast and happy hour (both free) were a bonus.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel last night. Staff was very attentive and a delight to do business with. Beds are extremely comfortable. Felt good seeing their night time security gaurd actively checking out the parking lot. Overall the rooms were clean With the exception of the mold in the grout of the shower. Probably will stay there again. Oh yeah almost forgot to mention. Free breakfast.
