Rooms very nice, comfortable, clean, breakfast very good friendly staff I will definitely recommend.

Chemo therapy time again 😳 and again I'm at a Holiday Inn 😎. I love that they make you feel welcomed at every location they have. Its helped during these tough times God bless Holiday Inn and all its employees for their hospitality and for everything they do for every patron. Hopefully once my treatments are over I'll be able to afford a vacation for the whole family so they too can experience the Holiday Inn love.

Nice hotel nothing special but service is top notch and the city has grown so much. I would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was great. And they have a hot tub. A big plus with me.

It is ok the hotel although I did not like the beds or the showers but if I recommend it to spend the night and more when it is for business.

The night stay was perfect. The ac worked great and everything was clean.

Checked in, went to our room and beds were unmade and room was a disaster. Then I also paid cash, and they told me they would put a hold of $100 on my card. They ended up charging my card more than what I paid for the room for two nights. When I went to question why I was charged, I was told by the night shift that I couldn’t speak to a manager until Monday. I went to talk to the front desk this morning and they didn’t even show that I had paid cash at first. We will never go back there again.

On short notice in the midst of a flood the hotel was able to find three super clean rooms for my team and myself thank you guys so much!

Wish the food was better. But it free so no complaining is needed. I would definitely stay here again.

The location is perfect, literally next door to walmart! Comfortable beds, big restrooms, decent Wi-Fi, nice customer service. Breakfast pancakes were delicious.

Very nice rooms, super nice employees. Just no fridge or microwave in the room. Besides that I would recommend it to my friends.

The hotel is already a bit old… The room was very clean and the breakfast was very good. What is urgent is to change the window climates… It is very noisy…

They were friendly and the room had evry thing we needed for showers and to make coffee.

The location is great. The person that was manning the front desk could have been a little friendlier, but other than that it was a great experience.

Whenever we go to the CD. We love to stay there. Highly recommended.

I've been staying here at least once a month, this time I stayed twice in one month, BUT it's time to find a new hotel that serves free breakfast. I grossed out yesterday when I took a bite out of my biscuit with sausage gravy, and it was stone cold, ughhh, and this morning, the pancake machine was out of batter at 7am, which means they didn't replenish, and I'm kinda tired of the same sausage patty… customer service is okay, the room was always clean. The picture down below with bacon was from Feb, I think they only serve bacon once a month, but I've only stayed on weekends, so not sure, but would of loved bacon on weekends.

Accident location right next to Walmart you can do your shopping without car.

Everything was good considering the area. The only thing is the lack of accessibility to outlets in the room. Inconvenient in this day and age.

Very nice & clean, but I didn't really care for the portable tables in the dining area. Most were nice tables, but there were a few that were portable.

The hotel was quite nice and the experience was pleasant. The room was nice and neat, no complaim.

The room was decent, and if you need light, forget about it, all the lights except the bathroom were dim, staff was friendly and helpful, but the breakfast could have used more of a selection.

Although the room design feels old, outdated, the hotel is very clean and the personel super kind. Breakfast is convenient but not tasty: could be better…

I've been an IHG rewards member for years and stayed at this hotel in the past. I schedule a trip and booked the hotel online and entered the incorrect dates. I then canceled my reservation and rebooked, under what I thought was the same options. Unfortunately, I chose an advanced purchase price which I did not notice because I was using my phone and the difference was not obvious. My trip was canceled and I canceled my reservation only to discover a week later they charged me. I called and spoke with customer service that said it was up to the hotel to make the decision. They said they would not refund me as it is standard policy, which customer service clearly said they can change. We are people, not computers, and we make mistakes. To not want to assist me with this refund will cost them thousands as I will need to book a hotel in the area multiple times over the next year and I WILL NOT stay at this hotel ever again!

Standard fare here. Clean rooms. Wi-Fi was horrendous however. So slow that I had to switch to my phone as a hot spot for a meeting.

Roaches, in hallway, so you probably can count on them in your room.

The room was very spacious and very friendly staff. Breakfast was great. The only issue we found was that there were boogers on the wall from the previous customers that wasn't cleaned.

Not bad, decent enough and security visibly around.

There are still smoking rooms at this hotel so it smells awful. The room was ok but the pillows were all so soft they were useless.
