This motel is very clean and friendly staff. The breakfast is great. Will stay here again.

They charge 30.00 per pet. I should ve drove back to Liners and stayed. Still would've been cheaper.

Nice and clean, well it us brand new. Single room, big bed and micro wave and fridge. Worth it.

Hallway smelled bad. Pillows were small and uncomfortable. Room was decent other than that.

It is good place, almost new, but very thin walls you hear everything.

Place was top notch, Amenities worked Staff was amazing Parking for everyone Great Wi-Fi and tv.

Nice, big TV's, decent breakfast, clean rooms, comfortable enough beds.

Nice hotel. Great breakfast and staff. The lobby was a little dirty on the floor but it’s dusty in midland texas. The Carpet in the room was wearing where it meets up to the entry tile.

This hotel is small but excellent for the small town of Perryton, TX. Sadly, on our stay the pool and jacuzzi were out of order, which was very disappointing (reason unknown). The breakfast was all right. The room was clean and the staff was courteous. The beds were comfortable. I especially appreciated the large room for a family of 5, with an separate room with a king bed, connected to the main room, with 2 queen beds. The television and heat/AC also worked well. All in all, I would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

It was great staying there. Room 102 great beds and the staff was funny and excellent when tho we showed up late at night. Would definitely stay here again.

I was impressed with the helpfulness of the staff and the hotel overall. The hotel is on the very south end of town. Best breakfast of the hotels in this price range.

Stayed here 2 weeks. The room was clean and the people were super friendly. They had breakfast ready every morning by 6. The food was normally the same but good. And they will cook you eggs fresh any way you want. I would say here again. Less than $100 a night. Easy to locate. Indoor pool and spa. And a BBQ in the back for guests to use. This place wasn't the Ritz, but it was down home awesomeness that I think any person staying out of town for an extended time would feel rite at home like I did.

This is a great place to stay. Staff is excellent. Breakfast is outstanding. Rooms spacious and very clean. Will be staying here when I am in perryton.

I really like this hotel, we stay here often for business and travel. The hotel is always nice in appearance and staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is one of the best with anything you could ask for or want.

Room and bathroom were clean. Front desk was helpful and very nice. Overall a good stay. Will stay again if back in the area. A/C kept room air circulating and a comfortable temperature.

If they would fix the floors to every room in this building it would be a nice place.

Very nice quality room, super clean and best of all this hotel is pet friendly. However I am slightly upset that it's an extra $20 charge for a pet. It's already a pricey hotel, especially for a town that can't possibly be a popular tourist destination. Knowing this I will no longer be honest and up front about having a pet and will just sneak my pet in for any future visits to this location.

Denise was the best person I have ever met and so helpful! The lady on Wed. Morning shift was just awsome and u have to eat at the steak house next door best food ever! I would stay here every time! They need 10 stars!

Location was good for a small town. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is good.
