Great place to stay customer service was great. Great pricing.

WE ARE DEFINITELY STAYING THERE EVERY TIME WE GO TO HONDO! The staff was perfect, helped us with everything. They were really busy with hunters checking in yet they went out of their way to help us. I read some reviews ahead even though we have stayed their plenty before we went but I felt like these poor rated views are because their prices are cheap anymore like they use to be. They have changed carpets and new AC's so they are trying to match best western status but looks like their customers don't respect that. They want good quality with really cheap prices. In all it was one of the best experience I had.

The service was good the only thing I didn't like is I had some visitors and they made a big deal out of it but other than that everything was good.

Rooms need to be worked on. RR walls a warden around the top. Shower looked dirty. Wall next to ac had a stain that looked as if it just needed to be wiped off. Sewer needs looking after roaches all in back of hotel. Had to ask for more towels ones in room looked dirty, towels never came ended up having to but some. Very sad because it's a nice location and the overall idea is great enjoyed the pool! Would love to go back after a good remodeling.

Horrible service at this motel. I was here in April of this year and we were a Group who were getting 10 rooms At this junk yard because BW was full and had no choice. First off people Who run this place are 14 and 16 year old with a attitude specially the girl who didn’t care about anything when we complained for towels or soap. No amenities in room at all, Mention that because we payed Way to much for a room with 1 bar of soap and 2 towels no bathmat no washcloth nothing. Funny thing is this motel has different rate for everyone all of our 10 rooms checked in at different times and all of were charged a different rate one was charged 50 and the other was charged 95 and rate moved up and up for same type of room With same people. They are hungry for money don’t care about people who bring them Business. Never again everyone of us had problems with their rooms. We went to complain this 16 year old shouted no refund. Then her dad came and things got worse because he didn’t know how to speak English and I wasn’t asking for a refund just wanted to let them know you don’t run a place like this.

Saying the rooms were fair is a stretch at best! Had to drive to office for toilet paper. Towels were like drying off with sand paper. Hair dryer didn't work and they made me drive to the office to get it. Shower knobs and faucet about came off the wall when you turned them on and off. Bathroom was so small you had to walk to the back of the toilet just to close the door! No complimentary shampoo. No kleenex. No extra blankets on bed just nasty bed spreads. Would not stay here again! Would rather sleep in my car!

For the price of this place it is definitely NOT worth the money. But of course you can expect that from a small town and only 3 options. Bunch of drug users and illegal activity going on throughout the night to keep you awake. This is a borderline Roach Motel. And don't waste your money on the Hot Tub room. Leaks all over the room and will leave you flooded.

Disgusting! Don't waste your money here. The room we stayed in was disgusting, it smelled like cigarette smoke, the pillows were filthy smelled like dirty sweat and were dirty. The linens were gross, stained and smelled dirty. There was a hanger still in the room from the last person who stayed. There were evidence of past bedbugs. The House keeper knocked on the door at 9 am asking if we were staying and that check out was at 1130 not 12, however it's posted check out was at 12. There was a coffee pot but it was dirty and there wasn't any coffee, not like I would have used it. No alarm clock. If I would have known of the Best Western I would have stayed there. I do want my money back but it's not worth the time to fight it. I did complain to main housekeeper and she didn't seem to care. So, best thing is to write this review to warn the public and Never return or refer anyone else to stay there. I would not give a star if I didn't have to in order to post this.

Older, but clean. Parking is a problem if you don't get to your spot first.

Very unhappy with my stay. Wanted a king bed ended up with a double bed room. Asked if there was a tub they said yes but when I got to my room yeah there was a tub but the drain was broken so a hot bath after a long trip was out of the question. Next time ill spend the money and go to The best western down the rd…

If everywhere else is sold out (few other options) then this is okay. Rooms are dated and could be improved and the beds aren’t the worst you could have. Room smelled like smoke even though it says no smoking and we were hassled over asking for more pillows. Overall it’s a place to stay if you need one. I at least didn’t see any bugs.

Do not waste your time or your money on this hell hole.

I am so happy with The Executive Inn. Rates are reasonable and the staff is extremely accommodating! The management takes pride in providing exceptional service. When I first checked in the fridge wasn't working well. Right away they replaced the fridge. Each day the housekeeping staff has come by to make sure that I have everything I need. The room was clean. I didn't hear any other guests. The outside was clean. It's in a good area. The rooms are bigger than the Best Western. I would stay here again and recommend this hotel!

On September 9, 2015, my male companion rented a room for 3 says and by far we had the worst experience because I was covered in bites from bed bugs… we complained to the front desk, so they changed us to another room and still got attacked by bed bugs! To top it all off, there was also mold next to the bed from the carpet, which made me very sick! When we were gonna check out, I complained again to the front desk to inform them of the mold and the bed bugs and we showed them my back that were full of bites and pictures of the mold. So I asked them if we could either get a discount or if we could stay another night for free and they refused!

I stayed there last weekend in room for 2 nights, and me and my partner both got bed bugs bite so be careful with this place.

Well I only stayed a night there. I have to say the rooms were very clean, I saw not one insect during my stay. I didn't like that my bed looked like it was trown together. Not only were the blankets hanging off one bed, but both. Overall if your just staying a couple hrs for the price its ok.

Ya this guy … what u read is true. Don't stay… don't stay it's dirty. I will report to the state of Texas.

We had a jacuzzi room and it was more of a suite than a regular room. It was clean and nicely furnished. The hotel was older but well maintained. Pool area was nice and clean also.

Enjoyed our stay very much pool needed cleaning but other than that very satified ill surely stay here again.

Theyvery very good care of all the Union Pacific railroad employees service can not be beaten.

Loved the service and great for a family get way and great price will def be back.

I have been here for a few weeks now and I highly recommend staying here. The housekeeping is awesome! Daily. Floors are mopped, carpet is vacuumed, sheets and bedspreads are washed every other day. Necessities are refilled daily. Parking lot is kept clean, trash is not to be seen and pool is very well maintained. Staff is very friendly, especially the housekeepers! I feel safe here! One star is an understatement for an economy motel they deserve so much better than the negative comments I have seen on here. I am from Dallas and have stayed in several 5 star hotels so I understand where someone might be concerned with staying in a motel they are not familiar with. Give them a chance. I believe you will be pleasantly surprised! A special thanks to Monica and all of the others for all your hard work while we have been here.

This place is disgusting. I have nothing good to say about it. Filthy beds, stains all over the place. Bugs. Old food laying around. Unfriendly management. A/C didnt really work. Stay at one of the other 2 hotel/motels in town.

I have been at the Executive Inn for two weeks and I am very pleased with the room as well as the peace and quite. It may not be the Hilton, but for the price it is a very nice place to stay, and I will remain here for the remainder of my trip.
