Don't be turned off by the cheap price. This hotel is clean, has friendly staff, is comfortable, and definitely worth the stay.

Wonderful facility! My family & I stayed here for a little over a month waiting for houseing Arrangements. The front desk was amazingly accommodating! Miss Krista & Miss Gaby are super friendly and have wonderful business etiquette & the manager Miss Norma makes sure that the property runs smoothly without problems. The rooms were very clean & nicely updated. Luckily there is a security guard at night so I did not have to worry about my vehicle. Would Definitely recommend this Motel 6!

Super friendly staff, clean rooms, awesome dog walk area, close to lots of food venues, as well as, Walmart and plenty of gas stations. Pool was very clean and inviting but is a little chilly still. Thanks for a wonderful stay! We will be back anytime we come to Austin! ♡♡♡

The room l was in had a big gap. Under the door where cold air cough come at. Also somebody could look under the door.

Awesome hotel for a great price! Staff was very friendly and helpful! Any one looking for a cheap priced hotel this is the place! Rooms were very well kept and housekeeping does an outstanding job with making sure rooms are clean and presentable!

Hot water took forever to come out of sink that had pathetic water pressure. Light in restroom finally turned on after 6-7 attempts. The sad attempt at towels wasn't even disappointing because it was expected and on par with the Room. However the room was tidy. Bed was comfy and the little banquette table was useful for eating and offered seating aside from the bed but overall I wouldn't recommend this motel. There are plenty of others to choose from in the area and same price range. There is another Motel 6 a few miles south that is much nicer for same room/price.

Their rooms are expensive for what they offer.

I hope a sink hole opens up underneath this place and it is consumed by the Earth so this motel can't consume the souls of any more ill fated travelers…

Minimal hotel with a good rate. No microwave or anything but it's got a sleek look.

Their so lazy it's Christmas and they cudnt get off their butt to rent me a room instead they lie and tell me it's all booked. Lol yeah with a half way empty parking lot I thought how inconsiderate and lazy.

We were placed in a 2nd and 3rd room after finding roaches in our first room. Never again. Worst experience at a Motel 6 ever! We did not pay to stay at a roach motel. Just wanted a peaceful nights rest after traveling for a day in a half…

Very disappointed. Paid $88 for two adults, one night. The bed was rock hard and the AC/heater unit sounded like an old truck idling. Couldn't sleep with that on, but too cold without it. Also, couldn't find an ice machine. Will NOT visit another Motel 6.

Pretty clean, kind of sketchy looking though. The room was also really humid.

Older motel. No free Wi-Fi. No shampoo provided. Cost about the same as other motels in the area, but not as good.

This place sucks! They put us in non smoking section apt roght next to dog walking aisile where many people smoking and the draft comes in apt. Not only that but people smoke in their room and it go through ac. Somebodys car was broken in right next to us and theyre not bother by help wirh surviellence or whayever. Their housekeepers was rude and apt wasnt neat. No matter what I do there was not doable and fixable. I will not recommend this place.

Best motel I've stayed at in a long time! And I travel very often. High key recommend and Noel at the front desk was amazing!

Dirty room with Pubic hair in shower. It was very loud cause it was right on the side at the interstate.

These rooms nwed coffee pots microwaves and micro fridges. For 71 a night at least a microwave coffee pot! Next time ill stay at holiday inn. Its worth extra to get coffee and microwave.

Wifi is a joke. Coverage was about 10 percent of my room and one bar of strength. And I had to Pay. 5.99 to stream — which of course was impossible with web pages barely loading. Had to relocate inside room to even see the motel6 ssid. All personnel are rude and unhelpful. Tried calling but guy was no help and very rude so hung up which prompted a visit from security at 2am. Also you get 2 bars of soap. 2 small soap bars. No shampoo or anything else. For a hundred a night felt like I was slumming it. Bad neighborhood too so watch your car/stuff if for whatever reason you end up stay here.

Good place if you're only staying one night and won't be spending much time in the room. Hard mattress, some bugs in the room, thin walls (I was woken up multiple times in the night to screaming, slamming doors, and stomping above me), shoddy patch work on the walls, old cigarette burns on the top sheet of the bed, and the Wi-Fi was poor and wasn't secure. Front desk staff were friendly and professional and the room was overall clean but very basic. Didn't feel safe walking outside at night.

Bed is confortable, but no free Wi-Fi, ice machine does not work, no room service vending machines sold out and the "returne money botton" does not work.

The entire room smelled of marijuana and old beer. I could not walk from my car to my room with out being approached by drunkards, prostitutes and other seedy type people. The trash cans outside the rooms were all full and reeked. The noise heard both in rooms and out on the walkways was terrible. I actually watched a drug deal occur in the parking lot! This was all within the first hour I arrived at the location. Secondly, I had so much anxiety and fear about staying alone in a room there, that I decided I would check out and find somewhere else to stay. I was not in my room but for 2 hours if that. When I checked out, I asked the lady what I had to pay, though I spent so little time, and she said "… Don't worry about it" I took this as a sign that I was not going to be charged. Not true at all I found out. I was changed the full amount for the stay. I am sorry but when thugs are outside my hotel room door yelling and smoking pot, something needs to be done about it. I now know however that the location and proximity to certain other venues in North Austin, makes this area one that deals with and caters to a certain crowd. If nothing else hire a security person to roam the grounds with a cell phone to call the police when criminal activity is occurring. This was on of the worst experiences I have ever had with a hotel/motel.

Staff was friendly. Room was pretty clean… But also felt kinda dirty. Provided soap, but no shampoo or conditioner. They have Wi-Fi but you must pay extra for it. You get what you pay for here.

I've stayed at this motel 6 twice on trips to Austin, and it's just fine. Newly renovated, so it's actually very nice on the inside. Nice cheap place to stay if all you need is a bed and shower on a budget. Short drive to central and downtown Austin. The area isn't the greatest, but I haven't had any problems.

I don't mind staying in a variety of hotels, but this was likely the worst I have ever stayed in. I was visiting with a group, and we stayed in four consecutive rooms. The smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming and left my clothes smelling heavily. Room was stocked with one towel and one hand towel. When asking the front for more, they said they could not deliver them but we could go get more. The floor was incredibly scuffed, and the toilet in one of our rooms was running all night and didn't flush properly. Found multiple cigarette burn holes in our comforter. A third of our group decided to go to another hotel because this one was so bad. Staff was very kind and housekeeping replaced our one towel ever night. Lights and outlets worked great. Hotel was quiet, no noisy neighbors or problems.

Non-smoking rooms smelled like cigarettes. Towels were all dirty. Comforter on bed had blood stains and cigarette burns. When I showed up they forced me to either pay for a stay for the day before I arrived or they would not give me somewhere to sleep that night — with no other options they literally robbed me. Never stay here. People at the front desk are nice, but completely unempowered and can do nothing to help you.

It was a convenient location nice room TV Wi-Fi and phone with a nice swimming pool.

DO NOT STAY HERE! BEDBUGS IN ROOMS! Laid down for the night then stepped outside to take a smoke and found a bedbug on my shirt! And it was not a small one either! Now when I head home I'll have to make sure to put my clothes into the dryer to kill any in my possessions! Took the bedbug to the front desk and they acted like its nothing new here at all! 0 stars!

Cleanliness is a big thing for me, and the room that we were given was far from it. The bed sheets were clean but still had stains on them, which looked like blood. The other bed had holes in the sheets from cigarette burns. The bathroom door didn't close right… had a gap in it, could see right through it. Lastly, and the biggest… was that there were roaches in our room. I guess that's what I get for trying to save a couple bucks.

Undoubtedly, my worst experience ever (experience based on two rooms) : — My reservations were lost, twice — Beds full of hairs (fortunately, I had a sleeping bag) — Smelly, noisy and “dusty” rooms due to old ventilation systems — Noisy rooms due to near highway and all-night long awaken individuals — Strange spots in the walls of the bathrooms, seemingly blood — Strange spots in the towels (fortunately, I had my own towel) — Broken ventilation system in the bathrooms — Horrible location — Staff barely friendly and continuously changing — Not cheap enough given the numerous inconveniences — I moved a day early and I was promised a refund that I never received. After calling numerous times, they requested to see in person the history of my bank account. No way was I going back to that horrible place. I decided to lose that money In brief, this is a horror-crime movie motel where people there and in the surroundings seem, let’s say, strange. Btw, the area is full of homeless people that seem more unstable that in other parts (of Austin). You better have a car to leave this place.

The only reason I did not give five stars is some rooms on the bottom floor only have 5 channels on the TV. Oh there was a used comdom under the bed in room 202. It was pretty disgusting. But other than. That no problems. The rates on the weekend are way too high for what you get. The normal rate of 49$ plus tax is about what it's worth. But overall nice place.

An overall good experience. Very clean rooms. The clerk was very nice and helpful. We stayed here instead of San Antonio since it was so much cheaper. A lot of traffic noise since it's right off the freeway but it was a pleasant experience overall. A lot of amenities close by.

The staff was very friendly and professional the room was good not perfect but it needed a little more cleaning and it smelled like cigarettes (non — smoking room) other than that it was a pleasant stay.

It was a good overall experience, I had read some negative comments on it but nope it was a good experience the 2 ladies in the front were very helpful the shower was clogged all night we thought it was a slow drain the TV was not clear it was snowy but we didn't spend a lot of time in there to care awesome stay will definitely stay there again.

Reasonable rates and the staff was good. The rooms are getting a lot better and for a night's stay or two, I had no complaints at all. The location was close to where I needed to be the next day so that was good.
