Great rates friendly people stayed for 3 days.

This seemed to be a "get what you pay for" situation. Exhausted from the road, I made no complaints as I was ready to pass out. Reserved a 2 queen room for myself and my two daughters, was given 1 king bed. The pillows on the bed we're half pillows, more like covered throw pillows. No toilet paper in the bathroom. Just overall not the best experience, seems the reviews online are mocked up because I can't see that I could have a bad experience while others had stellar experience.

Would have given it a 5 ⭐ rating but the mattress was like sleeping on a rock. Other than that it was great.

Called in to check room rate, was told 64.99 (after taxes) for 1 person when the rate online is currently showing $38.00. Not consistent, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Service was great. Front desk was so courteous and helpful. Rooms were very comfortable and air conditioner worked great, very clean as well.

Every time I come to El Paso I stay here. The price is always competitive and the rooms are nicer than Motel 6 and beautiful & clean. Very modern look The proprietor takes great care of this property.

The beds were very firm but usable. There was no shampoo in bathroom and the toilet handle broke in the middle of my stay.

Rooms were nice and clean the bed was hard as rock no breakfast close to restaurants and fast-food.

Got a king bed for one night for $36. Bed was pretty comfortable. Wi-Fi service was good. Had a microwave and a Fridge. Tub was very clean and new/ wasn't peeling. Room wasn't the most beautiful place I've ever stayed, but it was a steal for that price. Excellent value.

Staff was very friendly and rooms were clean. Great stay for traveling.

Nice clean rooms mattress are pretty hard and it can be hard to get into the lot from the street but overall nice friendly staff great customer service.

This place is honestly only good if you only need a bed and don't care what it smells like. They don't provide soap, shampoo, coffee or basically anything that any standard hotel would.

Well for being a slum it was not half bad. But they do try to charge you for the pets afterwards. Even tho you already paid for them.

Wifi sucks, they should put more soap and shampoo bottle. The sheets were stained with blood and had cigarette burns.

Weekly rate, fridge and microwave, clean room, HBO, treated me nice, and let my dog stay there.

Terrible! Uncomfortable bed, terrible lighting, no actual desk, Wi-fi and vending machine not working. Spend a few more dollars at a Red Roof Inn.

Clean and quiet. Nice large bed and room for CHEAP! Nice front desk staff. Convenient checkout. Only no place to walk my service dog. Would come and stay again. Would recommend to others. Not really a place for small children.

The room I got was huge, clean and it looked really nice. I would recommend everyone to stay here if they had to, it's a great price and great value. You get a mini fridge and a microwave as well if you need that.

The room I stayed in was very clean and affordable. Hardwood floor and king size bed, I had non smoking, but they apparently offer smoking rooms also (don't quote me on this). The staff is very friendly and helpful. I accidentally locked myself out of my room and the owner gave me a temporary card to get in. He also suggested some great local restaurants. I needed an iron and ironing board for a few of my clothing articles and it was promptly provided. Located within five minutes of both ft bliss and airport. House keeping was great, professional, and friendly. I would stay here again because of the staff being so accommodating. Great owners, great experience, centrally located. 10/10 Any person that has negative reviews on this establishment obviously has no idea how customer service is supposed to work. I am almost in love with this place because of how great they are.

My husband and I tried to check in after a long cross country trip. We booked a room on a well known third-party site, and a male worker manning the front desk during the evening wouldn't let us in complaining that we needed to call the third party site to ensure he got paid. Horrible customer service and general interpersonal skills. Plus the location is shifty. Don't go.

I stayed there in 2013 and loved it. Clean, the price was great. I felt safe close to front with my car at my door. I always bring my own coffee mugs and other things to make a room more homey. Liquor store across the street, dollar store close. You can't beat it for the price. Stayed an extra day.

You can park your car right outside the room, which helps with packing and security. Spacious clean rooms and NO CARPET! Very clean, very sweet employees, great price. Would definetly reccomend!

Spent two nights here. The bed is very hard and uncomfortable. There is no coffee pot, hair dryer, and they only provide soap (no shampoo/conditioner). The hot water for showering never got hot enough for me (But I do like hoy showers). The rooms are clean, but I recommend paying extra for a better hotel. An uncomfortable bed is just not worth the savings.

Very clean bed refrigerator microwave. Unfortunately no chairs but not really a problem. Really really great Wi-Fi.

Love it — cheap and clean place to sleep! Friendly inn owner and the motel is pet friendly. Hardwood paneled floors. Staying here again for my second time.

My boyfriend has stayed here three times already and the rooms have been very nice and clean every time! He's never once conplained about the rooms or the room service. I dont know why everyone is complaining about bad customer service. They helped us find the cheapest taxi in the area and were very friendly. Plus it's very affordable.

The owner was a little bit rude Andrew figured it wasn't working too good.

The owner is an ass, bitches about being out side talking to other people, and likes to kick people out so he can check new people in, just to make more money.

This place is one of the cheapest ones in El Paso, Texas, and probably one of the best deals in this and other towns nationwide. I saw it advertised for $35 a night on Google Maps (By the time I'm leaving the next day, they came down to only $31 plus tax) and was able to get that price at the front desk (you have to quote and show on the cell phone the online offer). The room had a King size bed with a decent bed cover, fridge, microwave, flat TV and other amenities. There was wood flooring and it was big enough for a couple to move around. It was very clean and neat and with a nice fresh scent. It's located in Downtown by the I-10 expressway and close to everywhere. Food joints are within walking distance. If you are on a budget, this is one of the places to check in El Paso. I was very pleased with the service, even though it's true that the desk at the room does not have a chair, there's no shampoo in the shower and no iron/ironing board. But come on guys, these are small struggling businesses hardly making a profit competiting with the giants, and you only stay at your room to sleep! And for that price! If you ever operated a business, you know what I'm talking about! I'm on a US southern states grand tour, and have visited Florida, Alabama, Louisiana, Texas (yes, Houston). So far, this is the best deal I ever encountered in this and other trips.

This is the NO motel. NO friendly greeting-very rude. NO coffee in Lobby or room. NO shampoo, only one small bar of soap. NO chair of any kind, not even for the desk. Must use the bed for computing, eating, writing etc. NO reading light only overhead. NO hair dryer. NO iron, ironing board. NO TV channel listing. NO space to walk between bed and A/C unit. When we asked for the above items we were rudely told NO. If all you are going to do is sleep for a few hours it's ok, otherwise forget it.

All this miy well except the smell in my room. It smells bad. Nothing that an aromatisante can not fix.

Good place to get away. Loved the service, and the room was clean. No problems with me.
