This Hotel it's great, all front desk people very kind, breakfast it's is so good house keeping are SO SO kind the room it's clean clean definitely I'm completely recommend this facility and it's very very affordable price. Wonderful Hotel at a great price!

We stayed at this property on Friday night and what a great place. The rooms were very clean & Dawn was a so helpful. She even decorated our room for my husbands birthday & left a goodie bag. I highly recommend them.

It was comfortable, and quite, the breakfast was great, and swimming pool are so relaxing!

The staff was amazing! Especially Dawn the manager and Keith! Rooms were clean and the complimentary breakfast was amazing! They had scramble eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, biscuit's and gravy plus your choice of bagels and pastry's. Best complimentary breakfast!

This place is great because of the people. Fantastic group of dedicated employees making our stay superb. Keith at the front desk was the greatest of all. Highly recommend.

I checked into the hotel late evening after a 7 hour drive to attend a training for work. Around 11pm I found bed bugs and eggs. I went down and told the front desk and asked to change rooms. Never once did I ask for a refund and I was not rude at all. I asked him to let the manager know that I needed to speak with him. I mean hello I just found bed bugs! Finally got to sleep at 2am to be woke up to banging (not just a knock). It was the manager and he was yelling and telling me I had ten min to get out or he was calling the cops. I asked why and he said we trashed the room (it was not trashed and the cop was with me and witnessed it not being trashed), that we brought the bed bugs in, and I was crazy rude to the front desk and caused a scene at the front desk. Of course the cop wasn’t able to do anything because they have “the right” to refuse service but he was blown away by the accusations. He kept apologizing to me! The manager kept laughing at me and saying all of you scammers are the same and you planted those bed bugs! Please stay away from this hotel!

Great staff! Spent a month here. Actually bought them a bottle of decent wine and birthday cake Oreos. Great folks!

Very clean and maintained and very friendly staff. Very convenient off the interstate and amenities — shopping and restaurants. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great place lots of towels and fast check in and out.

Run… never ever stay here at the Lake Dallas Best Western Plus. The housekeeping is aweful, they only brought a few towels and emptied the trash. I asked them to please clean the room and they didn’t. I complained to the mgr and cleaning got a little better. Dust of all over the room. Most of the time we had to go to front desk for toilet paper and Kleenex bc housekeeping didn’t fill it. Nor did they fill the shampoo, conditioner or soap dispensers. The staff is rude and one of the male staff members came to my room while I was downstairs and sat and talked to my 14 yr old daughter. When I approached him with it and demanded he not do that again, his excuse was he was letting her know to tell me about the cost I need to pay. I explained again do not come to my room and talk to a minor about business decisions and his response was he would come to my room and do whatever he wanted. We immediately checked out.

We arrived to our destination early and we got to check in early, which was great. The overall appearance of the hotel and room was clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower was amazing. I would recommend this hotel.

Pulled in around midnight during a roadtrip. Pros — Good Breakfast. They had biscuits, sausage, waffles, as well as the traditional yogurt, fruit, cereal, and breads. — Spacious Room. We had room 215 which was incredibly roomy, comfortable, and clean. — Cost. We got a good deal using Expedia though I'm sure there are many online deals. — Friendly Staff. — Ample Parking in what appeared to be a safe location right off the 35E. Cons — We only stayed one night so we weren't able to explore their other amenities.

We were very pleased with the accommodations at the Lake Dallas Best Western. Our room, a king suite, was clean and very quiet. The front desk employees, Dawn and Keith, were friendly and very helpful. The workout room had very good equipment. The pool and hot tub were also clean. The breakfast was good and employees were friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again when in Lake Dallas.

This was my first stay with Best Western Plus and I'm glad I chose them. I stayed two nights. The staff was very nice, the hotel and room was clean, the breakfast was great and the price was right. Overall very good choice. I recommend if your in the Dallas area drop by and stay a night or two.

Very nice property. I stayed 3 nights and my room was quiet and comfortable. I didn't have to touch the thermostat; the temperature was perfect. My daughter used the sofa sleeper and it was comfortable. The breakfast area was large and the food was plentiful and tasty. The front desk personnel were very helpful and attentive.

5 pillows on the bed so comfortable and the breakfast is great along with the service the name says it all “best western “ I’ll definitely Come back.

Average hotel, clean and comfortable. Mid-range Best Western comparable to a Holiday Inn Select or Comfort Inn. Good location close to I35 and several restaurants. Bed was comfortable and I slept well. Microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker. Wi-Fi was sufficient. Breakfast was typical for this class of hotel. Not outstanding, but adequate. Good value for the price.

I can only recommend this hotel! It doesn't cost much more than the cheap motels but that's worth it. For breakfast you could make waffles. The room was very large and clean. The air conditioning was very quiet and for the first time we had a real window that opened completely (with a view of nature).

The staff were very helpful with information about the area. We received an extra blanket when it was bitterly cold and access to beverages in the lobby. I plan to use this facility again the next time I attend the conference that brought me to Lake Dallas.

The rooms had all the amenities that were listed in the travel site. However, it seems that the furniture and carpeting of the room seemed a bit worn-down. Not so terribly, just enough to make it feel somewhat old. The breakfast was nice with warm scrambled eggs, waffles, etc. Upon arrival, the hotel automatic doors had a problem opening, However, the problem was fixed quickly. A great plus for this hotel is it's proximity to the highway and a super center Walmart.

I stayed at this hotel the night before last. It was precisely what I was looking for: a reasonably priced three star hotel with all of the amenities, service and cleanliness that one would expect. Particularly good were the quality of the bed (very comfortable) and the complimentary breakfast buffet (the empty bacon and sausage bin was almost immediately refilled). The only cons are things beyond the hotel's control: within hearing distance of the train tracks (not too loud, didn't affect my sleep) and a shortage of nearby good restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

This is newly refurbished hotel in an area without many other hotels in its class. I would stay here again. Most of the decent restaurants are about 3 miles to the north.

Good service, but our room was disgusting. Sheets and comforter we're dirty, toilet was dirty, and the floor needed to be vacuumed. Not impressed at all.

Nice night staff and good food, but terrible cleanliness. The first room they gave us wasn't cleaned yet, so the front desk staff switched our room with no problem, but the blanket on the bed in the new room was covered in yellow and red stains. The front side of the toilet in the bathroom was also gross. Only giving 3 stars because the staff was nice and the food in the morning was good.

Personally, I love Best Western. I have never experienced any problems or issues at this location, or any other location. Everytime I am in need of a hotel Best Western is always my first choice. I highly recommend Best Western.

The room was clean and customer service was very nice. I had no problems while staying there. There wasn't a lot of noise but the pool was not very clean. Overall good stay.

Bed was kind of hard, however I loved the pillows. Clean and friendly.

Breakfast service is bare bones standard, blankets and sheets were clean, the bathroom was well stocked with towels, service and staff were friendly.

This Best Western Plus inn requires you to cancel your reservation 3 days before arrival. I thought it was bad enough when some places required you to cancel by the day before, now it's 3 days? If this becomes a chain wide policy, I'll be finding a new motel chain to use. Update: I received an email from the motel that their cancellation policy is by 4:00pm on the day of arrival (which I thought was pretty universal…). The 3 day cancellation was listed in the confirmation email from Best Western's website. So, my mistake was in not calling the motel directly and asking about the cancellation policy… Lake Dallas Inn & Suites is a nice, really clean, fairly quiet (for as close to the interstate as it is) motel.

I stayed two nights at this hotel and was very impressed. My room was very clean and was kept that way, everything worked properly, well maintained building, pool and grounds plus an awesome breakfast food selection including several choices of hot coffee. For the price I paid I expected a whole lot less but ended up with a whole lot more.

Lovely hotel. Great staff. Hot breakfast. Very reasonable price. My only complaint was the cleaner they use has a somewhat strong smell, for me, but the front desk brought in an air purifier which cleared it out. Other than that we greatly enjoyed our stay. The beds were like new and the location is perfect and very quiet.

Great hotel. I stayed here when visiting a local university and I have to say that the staff were extremely friendly. Very quiet area, so you do not have to worry about noise. Also, very close to several different attractions and universities.

There was nothing spectacular about this hotel. Wy wife and I stayed here for a night while on the road in TX; we chose it mostly for the good value (~$70) and location near the highway. The hotel owner was there and checked us in; great service. The room was average, seemed a bit stuffy when we first arrived, but everything was clean. Despite the big name on the facility, it felt like a small — and cheaply run — operation. Continental breakfast in the morning was average; some of the breads were stale but they had good fruit and dairy.

Place needs work but is adequate for a $70/room. Has a pool.
