I had an overall great experience! The staff was very hospitable and responsive to my minor concerns about the balcony view. I really appreciated Victor’s genuine kindness and patience as he guided us through the check in process. Our room was clean quiet and cozy! I would definitely recommend!

Place smells like weed. I have no issue with people smoking weed but I don’t want to have to smell it in my room. Also, half the lamps didn’t work or have a bulb. Bathroom sink wouldn’t drain. The rooms and hallways looked like a remodel was attempted and then stopped halfway through. We did have a nice view of the city but that was it.

The front staff where very rude. They selectivity chose who to force to wear face mask and where rude to those who they chose to in force it on. While large groups where allowed to gather in the chairs in front of the check in desk where allowed to go maskleas and not maintain social distancing but others who where walking out where accosted. Y’all are a hospitality business that where allowed to flourish in business friendly Texas. And your staff should be respectful of thier customers or they would not have jobs to go to. That being said I will never stay in a Marriott hotel again good buy Marriott.

I stayed there on June 1 and June 2 of 2020. During this time of Covid, I made several inquires about the food policy of this hotel. I was precisely told THREE DIFFERENT phone calls before booking, that due to Covid the restaurant was closed However there would be snacks and non adult drinks at night, for Sheraton members. I have stayed here before and was very pleased with my stay.
This time, the NIGHT TIME CLERK was extremely RUDE as well as he did not trust me about not having a car with me as my friend was booked next door. I misunderstood what she had told me and she had told me she was staying at the hotel by Sheraton Suites Market Center, but instead I thought she told me she was staying at the Sheraton This night time clerk, fought with me about the snacks that I was informed I would be getting (saving money as much as possible during the Covid pandemic) so therefor only got the first night after arguing with him and after that I was petrified of this guy and wouldn’t even come down for going for dinner or anything else once I got to my room. I travel approx 3 to 4 times a month and NEVER but NEVER have I gone thru a situation LIKE I DID with this night time clerk. Really really sad.

The facility is very beautiful granted… I booked 5 nights here and they provided us with 1 day supply of wash cloths and towels. They cleaned the room and removed all towels and wash cloths and never replaced them. When we called for more we was advised that their machine was down and they were using a near by facility washer. Customer service at the front desk was amazing but the manager was very nasty. Never again will I stay or recommend this place to anyone.

Had a very nice overnight stay, especially for the price. The bathroom hardware looked a bit worn/dated but was still a nice stay. The staff was very nice and attentive.

The staff is very warm and welcoming. I know the hotel has had recent renovations but the room I was in needed some work. The AC unit made a high pitch noise that was annoying. The room telephone discussion not work and they needed to replace the phone jack. However, they did offer to move meeting another room and we're super nice about it. I have stayed here before and will definitely again because the rates are reasonable, it is close to the airport and it is for the most part a comfortable room. I also have to add how great the staff is — special shout out to my new favorite waitress Ruby. She made sure my meals in the dining area were to my liking and served it all with a smile and warm personality!

Don't fall for the Sheraton Club Lounge it's not worth your money or time. All the Sheraton Club Lounge does is give you free drinks (non — alcoholic) in the Lounge and snacks. Simple things you can get at the grocery store if you need it. Also don't dine for breakfast it's over priced and there's better places close to the hotel that will give you more for your money and taste better.

A great hotel for the money. Super close to downtown Dallas. The rooms have all been recently remodled. The parking is easy (no garage or valet). Every room is a suite. Hotel doesn't get too noisy at night, which is a big plus for this road warrior. Food is okay, but not great. Club lounge is lacking a little. I would give it 5 stars for the money, but it's not perfect, hence the 4 star rating.

Sadly, my first and last time at this hotel and it's chain. The hotel is nice… However when I checked in it was not the room that I expected or reserved. I was not directed to the free breakfast which was included in my room or the evening reception. I had to pay for parking at a hotel that is not downtown and is not close enough to the airport. I was originally told the hotel was completely booked when the parking lot was clearly empty. I was celebrating my daughter's birthday and reserved a two bedroom suite with a sofa bed on the club floor which was to include breakfast and evening reception. After being told that I could be accommodated by paying the difference I asked for the GM whom accommodated me in a SMALL two bedroom which still was not enough room but appreciated the accommodation. Then I get a call telling me that my kids were playing on the hall phone and that I would be charged if it happens again. After going to the desk I was told by Jacob Martinez that he was assuming that it was my kids because the call came from the floor that I was on and my kids were running around the hotel (having a treasure hunt). Fast forward to 2:00 am decided to check and make sure my breakfast was still included, well. They have no record of my original reservation that includes breakfast. The two gentleman at the desk again very unconcerned and dismissive. This hotel needs to train its employees on customer service and racial biases.

This is our second time staying at Sheraton Suites Market Center. The location is great. Very close to the freeway. You are close enough to dowtown without dealing with downtown traffic and prices. The rooms are clean, nicely decorated, and very spacious. Overall great value.

Rooms are great! Clean and beds are very comfortable. The ice machine on our floor didn't work and we went to 4 other floors and those ice machines didn't work either.

Rooms are decent. They are working on updating the hotel. It did smell a little funky throughout the lobby, hallways and room but it was tolerable. You can hear light traffic noise from the highway but it's certainly not loud enough to wake you up at night.

Nice place for the price. We really enjoyed out stay, and the view Edit — second time staying here. Aside from the guy at the check in telling us the wrong room number, and having to take all our stuff back down to the lobby (with a 4 year old, and a 7mo pregnant wife) to get it sorted out, we really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are clean, sheets passed my blacklight inspection, and we just really like the city views. We ordered room service desert, and it was less than 5 minutes and a very polite attendant was there with the most delicious cheesecake I've ever had. Well keep coming back, for sure.

Disappointing. Broken handle on bathroom door, broken coffee maker spewed hot water everywhere, excessive street noise. Look elsewhere. STAY AWAY FROM RESTAURANT! The staff does not know how to adjust the warmers to keep the food warm, so everything is dangerously set to grow bacteria. When we declined the cold sausage, cold bacon and cold potatoes, we were given a "Denver omelette" which looks more like a weird tortilla with shredded cheese, with no ham, etc. Stay away! Don't get food poisoning here.

Rooms are excellent. Staff was awesome. The restaurant is to expensive though. Other then that we loves our stay and will be back.

The hotel was very nice. They upgraded our room to a suite on the club floor with a city view because the ran out of rooms with 2 queen beds. The suite was lovely and the city view was amazing.

This hotel was fantastic! Our room was very stylish and I loved the fact that there was no carpet in the room. My favorite part however was the balcony with a view! Granted the balcony is only big enough to stand on, but any balcony at this price point is remarkable. I WILL be staying here on my next trip to dallas, and I'm recommending this place to anyone I know!

Sheraton Suites Market Center was a great value and a pleasant stay for my family of four. You can walk right to Medieval times next door, and downtown Dallas attractions are a very short cab/uber ride away. We were were surprised by how good the room service was. Usually hotel food is bland, but we thought that our room service was legitimately good. The room was clean and the staff was pleasant. I would recommend this hotel to others.

The lobby was under construction when I stayed there, so I can not give full opinion. The rooms were nice and spacious. Mini Suites. Enjoyed my stay here and would be happy to stay again.

I absolutely love this hotel! I stay in the Dallas area very frequently and have stayed in a vast majority of the hotels all over the city. There are several ritzier hotels in the area, but I prefer this location over any of them. They are very competitively priced and overly friendly and helpful. Make sure to ask for the club access upgrade for an above par breakfast and evening reception. The rooms are very recently completely renovated and are extremely comfortable and some of them have one of the best Dallas skyline views possible. All of the rooms have small balconies which is a huge perk for me. If I had to find a negative here, it would be that the drinks at the bar are a bit overpriced. All in all, this hotel actually manages to make me feel right at home every time I stay here.

The only reason I am giving two stars is because the beds were comfortable. I spoke with the hotel 3 times over the phone before arrival date. Each time asking what EXACT charges would be placed on my card including taxes and any other fees they may have. I explained I was sharing the room with people and would need to have there money in my account before check in-needing it to be exact. When I arrived to check in, the woman at the desk (unsure of name but older with pink hair) was absolutely hateful. She also would not let me put the room on a card that I did not hold the room with (which I had already made sure I could) so I had to use my debit card. Then she said there would be an additional $100 deposit that would be refunded after check out but would take 3-7 business days. I told her that at no point in the 3 previous calls did anyone mention that and I was very specific about needing to know exact fees. She was very dismissive and unapologetic. Then once we got to the room, it was not the room we were paying for. I booked a double bed and sofa sleeper and the room only had 2 beds. I informed the desk that I was not paying for something we were not staying in and that I wanted the room discounted and they agreed but said that refund would also take 3-7 Days. So they were holding onto about $200 extra out of my account. Everyone else at the front desk was apologetic but anytime I spoke to the woman with pink hair she was very hateful.

We really enjoyed our two night stay. It was incredible. The staff was nice the facility and our room were both clean. The rooms are all updated so it had a homely feeling to it. However during the week they are remodeling rooms and you can forget sleeping in. Noisey. The pool inside and outside was clean.

The staff there was very nice however we booked through a 3rd party booking company online and they didn't have a room available in the size that we had booked. We needed a suite that slept 6 people, they only had rooms for parties of 4. Being that a majority of our party were children they couldn't just give us another room. We were able to transfer to another hotel and the staff there was extremely helpful. The room looked really nice.

Stayed overnight to check out Medieval Times. The hotel staff was pleasant and the hotel has signs if being under renovations. Bed was soft… room was clean. Club Room features with options for beakfast and light refreshments and snacks nade this trip cheaper for my family. Highly recommend this place for any Dallas travel plans.

We stayed here 9 July to 13 July. This is a very poor excuse for a Sheraton. It is badly in need of renovation, which a poster in the foyer advertises is coming soon. Before booking I emailed the hotel on four occasions and they never bothered to respond — should have jumped ship then! The hotel is old, the rooms are old and dirty, the smell in the hallway was horrible. I booked a room with two beds and was given a room with a King and s sofa bed. When I asked for a room with two beds I was offered no assistance. The sofa bed had a mattress which was so thin, dirty and very uncomfortable. We were left with no linen at all for the sofa bed. Housekeeping was hit and miss, and when they did show up they took the linen for the sofa bed, so at midnight I have to go I search of linen. There was no one at the front desk, and I had to ask a security guard to find someone to help. The local area shuttle is great, but otherwise I would give this a miss until they renovate the hotel to Sheraton standard.

I was very happy with the cleanliness of the room and the comfiness of beds. These are Big pluses to me. The only thing I didn't like was the lack of free breakfast. But overall really nice hotel.

We requested double beds and sofa sleeper. We got king bed and sofa sleeper. When we were making the bed of the sofa sleeper there was a pair of men's underwear laying in the corner of the bed. So then we took all the sheets of the mattress, only to find that there wasn't anymore sheets. The presidential breakfast was not presidential. Only offered eggs and sausage as hot food choices. The potatoes were dry and tasted like rocks.

Wish I could give zero stars. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. I have stayed at cheap roadside motels that were cleaner and had more professional staff. The entire hotel smells damp and dirty. The staff was incredibly rude, despite our repeated attempts to be calm and polite. They appeared to be having some kind of conflict between managers that was taken out on us. I was charged over $800 for a single night's stay. The rooms were filthy. We actually switched rooms because the first one was so terrible, but the second room was not much better. Below please find pictures of the "CLEANER" room. Not pictured: Bug found in bed (we were told it's not a bed bug by hotel staff, but my coworker who has professional experience with bed bugs said it absolutely was a young bed bug), mold on shower ceiling, and greasy hand prints on EVERY surface. Do not stay here.

This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was covered in large stains. From the dirty couch to the carpet, every surface was filthy. The shower had mold in it and there were hand prints on every surface which is a great indicator of how terrible they were at cleaning (not that the room didn't already speak for itself). There was blood stains on the sheets and the worst of all, there were bed bugs. I had to dry clean all my clothes after and shower several times once I moved hotels. It was a traumatizing experience and the staff was extremely rude and made checking out impossible and frustrating. When I showed them the pictures of the bed bugs they basically said I was lying and did not have bedbugs. People in other rooms told me they had found them as well and regardless of they kind of bugs, it was unacceptable. I am calling health inspectors to make sure no one has to go through what I went through. Please spare yourself the trauma and stay elsewhere.

Carpet was stained and looked nasty. Air conditioner didn't work right and was hot in our room. When we asked someone to fix it they said it was fine. We had been gone all day to zoo and came back at 5pm and housekeeping did not even come yet. Hot tub didnt even work. It was warm not hot like it should be. We would not recommend this hotel or stay here again!

I booked this hotel for the indoor hot tub… unfortunately the hot tub doesn't function properly. The Wi-Fi doesn't function properly… the TV randomly cuts off the channel while you're watching it. The bathroom has no ventilation. I would not stay here again nor would I recommend this hotel to anyone.

Dirty/filthy room (920). Old food in refrigerator, food on counter, dirty toilet, dirty towels from first night's stay, left in room under sink rack. I wear white socks and they were black after walking around my room. So gross, so gross.

Last time I stayed, they had really good service and were really kind. The rooms were spectacular and privacy was my biggest concern, but that's exactly what we got. I stayed for the 5 Seconds of Summer concert last year.

We booked this hotel with our 7000 Starwood Preferred points which was actually refunded to us after a bad experience at the Sheraton in downtown Dallas. We were told the refund was the same value as one of the nights we paid for at the downtown hotel. WRONG! This hotel should be labeled an economy hotel, not a hotel that costs $202 per night. This hotel completely sucks! It appears to be old while still charging $2.50 for a bottled coke, not including breakfast even though we are SPG members. I think I'm finished with Sheraton completely! The value received compared to the amount spent is out of whack!

Not as nice as the Sheraton Downtown Dallas but still a very nice hotel. Windows leading to the balcony were dirty but the hotel staff were very prompt and professional. I found it kind of cool you had to use your room key to access the elevator. Nice sense of security. Shuttle operated as expected. Only one or two restaurants however they both had an excellent set of dining options and room service went until 11p which was excellent. Overall I was very satisfied. I wish the rooms were more updated. I felt a little in modernized but understandably an older property.

We had booked rooms and when we got there they told us we could not have the rooms we booked and was given smaller rooms on diffrent floors for the same price. We also had to say something about our breakfast that we're supposed to get. Also the 5th floor that one of the rooms was on smelled like kimshe all weekend.

Rooms are tired and worn out, not clean, furniture stained. Hallways are dark, smell like a combination of must, model airplane cement, and a cloying air freshener to cover it all up. This hotel is a great example of why I don't prefer Starwood. Over priced, underwhelming.

Didn't have the room I reserved, but they compensated with a free breakfast. Room was kind of small and divided into two sections. The bathroom door wouldn't close all the way due to the odd handle.

Check in is at 15:00 we arrived at 16:20 and our room was not ready. I looked at my watch to make sure that we were not early. "I know you looking at your watch but when a hotel is sold out expect turnover to be slow. " was what I was told.

Would prefer this over the Anatole any day. Club member is the only way to go. Staff is more or less friendly. There are a lot of good restaurants near by that the shuttle can take you to.

Nice location if you're going to The Infomart, World Trade Center or even possibly downtown, though to get downtown would require more of a commute. The hotel itself is fairly nice, there are rooms with small balconies, the rooms themselves are also nicely sized.

Its not family oriented. We've stayed at suites everywhere and this hotel by far was the smallest suite we ever stayed in. The king bed took up most of the room, when the door opened to the room you couldn't get into the closet. Our sliding glass door to the balcony was not secure that cold air from outside was coming into the room. The elevator broke down and it felt like black Friday in Sheraton Market Center. Carpet was filthy. The staff were very nice and attentive to our needs, so that made up for the lack of other stuff. There's a $7 fee for parking that we weren't made aware of. If you have a big family this place might not be for you.

They have one of their entrances chained off for what seems like no reason. Room was fine, a little small, no free breakfast.

My bathtub was not cleaned once while I stayed there, There was a horrible moldy smell in the entire hotel. As I checked in there was a huge trashcan catching a water leak which was very unattractive as my first impression. The bathroom fixtures were old and stained. It just needs an overall cleaning, windows needed to be cleaned. It wasn't my normal sheraton experience. I ate in the hotel restaurant but was gagging because of the offensive odor in the hotel. I'm sure it was very nice 10 years ago.

Spent two nights there. It's close to all of that the city can offer in entertainment and history yet still far enough to be peaceful and a great view of downtown and the outlying area of northwest Dallas. The staff is terrific; breakfast is wonderful; bar table is quint and the rooms — at least mine — just make you want to stay longer. Swimming pool; "full-package" cable-TV service; internet cafe and balconies within your room. And for this price, whenever I come back to Dallas, this is my automatic booking. Some previous commenters are asking for more than they want to bargain at a low price but this hotel gives it, it's best compared to many of the "center-of-attention" hotels and suites.

Sheraton-Market Center is definitely a place to visit in Dallas. The internet speed is too slow though.

First of all this is obviously an "older" hotel so don't expect brand new. However, I was in a club level executive suite and the room still had minor flaws that should be fixed. The hallway needs new carpeting because it has several stains I noticed while walking to my room. The hotel staff was outstanding and very professional. Upon arrival they front desk staff was helpful and very nice. Great views! The only thing I DID NOT like was that the pool had people that obviously did not have a room at the hotel. Pretty much hotel guests were letting many others in to swim which made the pool way too crowded. Could use some special attention in keeping unnecessary people out of the pool and lobby area. Overall. Great views, great service, great breakfast.

I called in advance to reserve my room with Expedia and received a confirmation number (for my honeymoon). I requested 1 Non-smoking, King-Size Bed, Roll in Shower. Instead of simply saying "We Don't Have That Here, you should go to another hotel. " The girls on the phone gave Me a Guarantee, (which I recorded) and confirmation #. After showing up at 3 AM of 2 1/2 hours driving on top of a very long day (our wedding), we were informed that our requests is Just That "A Request. " Not a Guarantee… Me and my Wife had to sleep in 2 separate beds On Our Honeymoon… Expedia and Sheraton Suites Marketplace refuses (after a month of disputing) to even return the money of the room. "We Reserved…" I will never use Expedia Or stay at a Sheraton ever again….

The staff and room could not have been better. The hallways leading to the rooms could use some attention, but overall, it was a great experience! We will definitely stay here again.

My stay experience was similar to the reviewer identified as Google User from 3 years ago who says that Sheraton Suites deserves 3 stars at best. When I arrived I too had to wait even though I had booked through a 3rd party reservations system. I had even prepaid via the 3rd party reservations system, yet the clerk at the counter charged again when I checked in. Now, I was in Dallas for a shopping weekend, and that was monies frozen that I could have used elsewhere. It took me 3 days to get the credit back, but by then my weekend was past. I'm grateful that I had the 3rd party reservations system, because THEY were the only ones who guaranteed satisfaction to the guest. Still, it was only resolved AFTER the fact. Sure, the accommodations were nice, but pretty frosting on a stale cake does not make a tasty pastry. It was when I was in my room when I scrutinized my check-in slip that I suspected I was double-charged, and it took a call to the credit card company to confirm that was the case. In other words, the guest is not obviously notified prior to the stay. I probably would have found out only upon check-out, and that would have been a REAL mess. When I went to the front desk to notify them of the double-charge, the clerk who checked me in was gone already. He did not return the whole time I was there. Also, they charged for internet access, even though they profess to be a 'nice' hotel and charge rates that 'nice' hotels charge. Gouge.
